Love her! She is an absolute riot! You learn a lot and you hve fun while you learn. She is completely fair and makes sure that there are no surprises. She does her part if you will do yours. Great teacher over all--highly suggest her.

She's very clear and teaches good, u dont really need the book unless u miss class, if ur always there for her lecture u dont need it. Her bump quizzes are helpful, they are basically bonus opportunities to add pts to ur tests! test 1 easy, test 2 AFTER DROP DATE she likes to make it harder, so study the notes! very nice tho, easy A.

I took her for microbiology and learned alot. She gives bump test before test so thats i great way to earn extra credit, highly recommend her. Makes teaching fun. Do not be late on testing day. Made an A for this class.

Ms. Davis is the shizz. She was easy on teaching, grading and on the eyes. She gives out bump points that you can use to boost your grade that you made on exams. I was struggling for a while and she actually pulled me to the side and gave me a little help sheet to study. I truly recommend he to anyone. TAKE HER!!!!!!!!

Professor Davis is an asset to HCC. Her tests are difficult, but for those willing to put forth the effort she provides plenty of opportunities to improve grades. For those considering a career in health-care, the high standards expected from her will serve as great preparation for you to excel when advancing to related programs.

Yes her test are hard and she does expect you to know your stuff (but thats a good thing). She does give you multiple opportunites to raise your grade! If you dont make a good grade in her class then you werent doing any work at all!!!!

If I could tag her in more things, I would. Most likely the best teacher I have ever had at HCC. One of the toughest teachers by far, so this won't be an easy grade, but I picked up a lot from this class that will facilitate me along the way. Tests are TOUGH. Labs practicums are TOUGHER. Get a study group going and do your part by reading.

Ms. Davis is an excellent professor and has tremendous knowledge of almost everything. She makes you learn the material and apply it logically. If you do your part of studying and participating in class, you can get an easy A. She also allows us to gain extra points by finishing assignments, taking her pop quizzes, doing presentation etc.

There is a lot material covered in this class so do not focus on getting an "A" more than actually learning the material. Her teaching style may be unconventional but you will learn something. The content builds on itself as you progress through the class so you have to put forth the effort to learn and understand the material to pass.

Coming into A&P I was very scared but Professor Davis made the class so fun and understandable but you MUST study to pass. Her test are not really hard but the practicums are challenging. I def plan on taking her for A&P2.

Professor Davis is a good teacher, provides extra credit if behind grade-wise. Good integrity and very challenging class but will definitely learn.

She is an amazing teacher and has all the skills to teach students. But you have to take the class seriously and put in the work outside of class. This is A&P and requires more than attendance. I do wish she gave reviews but she give bump quizzes that don't hurt you is you don't do well, they can only help.

This is my first time to take AP1 and am glad i choose her as my prof. She is very knowledgeable about course and always ready to answer any question you have. Its not an easy course but you can make a very good grade when you read her slides and also your text book to know more. Be ready to study along as she teaches.

Professor Davis is a very effective lecturer. I took her AP I lab last semester. AP is a tough class. A lot of material. She is very knowledgeable about the material and able to teach in a way that helps you understand and memorize. She speaks very clearly and is generous with the grading. Besides, she has an interesting personality.

Good prof. Goes over the vocab, answers questions, gives you opportunities to review with models before tests, and lot's of extra credit opportunities. You have to pay attention to her lectures and DO THE LABS AND MAKE FLASHCARDS!! Her tests aren't easy, but 90% of the class itself is vocab. Study the vocab and do your labs and it's an easy B.

I really like this teacher! What I dont like is how hard her tests are. But she overall is very helpful inspirational and caring. She is very generous with extra credit opportunities. She wants you to pass. But making an A is going to be a challenge. She is passionate about teaching. A true gem be prepared to study. You will learn a lot with her.

She is extremely knowledgeable about everything and is always willing to help if you have questions or concerns. She's amazing! I took her A&P2 lab course, and she makes you work pretty hard. It's super worth it though. I learned so much from her class. She'll help you out as much as she can. I love this teacher. She lets you record your lecture and allows her students come to her other classes if they need to hear the lecture again. She will answer any question in great detail. I went to her lab class once and I'm not sure I would like to take her for lab. She is extremely helpful in preparing to take nursing exams.

She is an amazing teacher. You can tell that she really does care about her students. There are 4 exams and she drops the lowest one. The exams are from the power points, study them and you are going to pass.

I really loved and appreciated taking Dr. Davis' class. She goes out of her way to help her students succed in the course and in life overall. If you want to pass the class of course you have to study, but she is available in person and through email to answer questions and concerns. There are 4 exams + the final and lots of extra credit. Looking for an easy breakdown of Anatomy and physiology class. Choose her and you won't regret. She understands her student and understand the fact tha AP is really difficult . Topics are explained thoroughly with analogies and diagrams to aid understanding. She acknowledges different learning styles and is willing to answer all questions before and after class if time permits. You have to be interested, ready to listen and ask questions. It works both ways, you need to put in effort too! She gives great advice. (5 tests)

Professor Davis is one of the best teachers I have had. Don't let the bad ratings scare you away from taking her class. Yes A&P is hard but Davis gives you ever opportunity to pass her class. Anyone who fails her class does so because they didn't put in the work. This teacher is absolutely amazing, always on her A game and KNOWS her stuff. She is equal with everyone, no favoritism. She goes fast through her lessons, but allows you to record her in order to go back and learn. She also works with the pace of each individual class.

This class wasn't easy, but she did everything she could to make it easier. She uses a textbook that you can find on opensax for free so that's a plus! Her lectures are amazing and since she really understands the material she explains it in a way you can grasp. If you're interested in learning it take her. She actually cares about you passing! <3

Dr. Davis is a GEM! She clears your doubts and makes it easy to learn Anatomy as she gives practical examples to the various physiological functions with the body. It is very easy to learn and understand the subject. She gives a prompt and precise feedback, which makes you work diligently! If you show your interest she is the best teacher!

This professor was amazing. I took her for lecture and came back next semester for lab. If you are a medical nerd, you will LOVE her. She has a great perspective on the human body and breaks things down well, she also worked hard to set up her students with free resources to make online learning work in a lab setting. She posts recorded videos too.

She is very hard , test hard she is smart she works in surgery but has no understanding that she is teaching beginners. I have took this class from a different professor made a B and understand the material very well. She do know anatomy tho I took anatomy 1 with her I believe the good reviews are fake lol

She is always willing to answer your questions if you need help! Her tests arent easy so definitely study as much as you can. Her lectures are pretty detailed so try to absorb as much information as possible. She also offered bonus points!

Part 1: Absolutely loved her lectures and want to listen to them after the course ends. The lectures are very inspirational and actually made me want to push my career to another level beyond my goal. Her ways of explaining the concept is very unique. Although she goes off topic sometimes, you are still learning something vital.

Part 2: Her experience in the medical world is a bonus to any course and I couldn't have asked for a better professor. I actually want to attend Nursing School only where she teaches. Her expectations are high of students. Thats a good thing. She's fair on assignment load. Offers extra points on exams, and shows concern when the students struggle.
