he means well, but makes mistakes on the board. So watch out for that. Also 1st midterm easy, 2nd is hard. I hope that you are good at teaching it to yourself b/c you will have to.
Very very unhelpful. Also makes mistakes on the board more than a prof should. Goes off on 10 minute tangents then realizes it has nothing to do with the course. Very hard to learn from. I do not recommend that anyone takes a class from him.
If you leave class midway, he will ask your name...but trust me, you will want to leave class midway. If you don't ... you will have an increadible urge to throw your text at his head.

Mr.Larson is a tough marker. Even if you get the question right, you do not get full marks. Write in sentences and watch that everything is in proper english.
Mr. Larson does very well given how dry this subject matter is. If you really want to learn statistics, you'll thank him for this class. If you're a dude looking for an easy pass without actually learning anything, take this course from someone else.
Terrible, would not recommend taking this class from him. Half the time you can't hear him and your tests are marked half for your English and half for your knowledge in stats.

He is THE most boring prof I have ever seen in my life. He should be renamed "the robot" instead of Larson. And he just rambles on and then criticizes you if you don't get it. He is aweful!
Screw up with a minus sign or some simple notation and find yourself failing the test. He doesn't teach very well either(although it seems like he tries).
He is a good prof, but very... strict. You can do exam questions properly but if you forget to write 'km's/hr' or whatever the notation is, you get it wrong. Learn from the text if you can't stand his classes. Do his suggested questions.

The class material was hard, and the questions he did in class were too easy relative to the questions on the assignments. He talks quietly so you have to sit near the front.
He is mean rude and unfair. Write the tests as if you are speaking to a 3 year old or you will lose marks for no reason! Unwilling to help and talks down to students. Take this course from someone else like Mcknight !

He should get fired, he loves repeating himself so much and always says "I hope i'm not repeating myself too often." Some people'd just leave in the middle of the class.

The absolute worst prof on campus. Over 100 students have given him bad ratings here, can't the university get the hint? He went so slow through the class and then made us learn the last couple of chapters at home because we ran out of time.

very bad teacher, hard exams, the way he talk will make you fall asleep. his examples and hw is too easy compare with his exams He likes to use the book he published which has thousands of typing errors. i found out other stat teacher don't use his book
this guy is horrible. i knew what i was doing in this class, i am always been good at math and stuff but i failed this class miserably and i have to retake it becasue of this horrid man. assignments seem easy but when youget them back you failed.
AVOID! He is horrible. The material is boring and difficult and his tests are much different then the examples that he does on the board. He repeats himself to the extent of realizing it and then he says "i hope i'm not repeating myself". He's terrible, AVOID!
This guy doesn't know how to teach. so if you are going to take his class make sure that you are ready to put in an extra 3 or 4 hours worth of studying to make sense of it all. his assigments are hard, but his tests and quizzes are fairly marked.
What a horrible man. He will laugh at you when you don't understand, he never actually helps, just tells you the solutions are in the library. Also assignments are easy in comparison to the tests. But it's not because of the math, it is because he expects you to quote him word for word on the test.

Really quiet and boring, but he'll take and entire class to explain a single point. He is very thorough, and does on the board everything you'll need to know how to do on the exams, so write down everything he writes on the board. He'll say that he may put definitions on his exams, but he won't.
Very very boring guy, went for lunch all the time instead of going. But you only have to do 5 assigns if you want, and just watch how you word things on his tests. The final is the same every year so just study old ones
Boring! Difficult to get and can't really help you out much if you have a question. He goes fast, and it's easy to get confussed, especially with Him teaching you. Read the textbook if you want to pass. Also be forwarned about marking. ENGLISH is a must. If your grammer is wrong then your two

loves to see students with that "what the hell is this!?" look on their faces during exams. I sware its what gets him up in the morning every day. The best math class I have ever taken. The class is not that easy but if you study and do the problems in the text you will A's it.
He will eat your soul while wearing a tropical Hawaiian shirt. I don't know how I passed this class with such a decent mark. He's in love with Stewart(textbook author), and I'm sure he would marry him if possible.
Tough tough tough... I never rely could get my head around the subject matter but the instructor was fine.
I have no idea how I had such a poor mark in a different class (Math 110) and a great mark in this class (100 on final!) from the same instructor. Material is dry but the instructor was up to the task with real life examples. Exams and work were tough but fair.
