I took his class 15 years ago and now teach A & P and still use material he taught me back then. He's a great teacher - tough - certainly knows his material.

Mr. K is genius. Most people wine like babes because the class material is so hard. His lectures usually only cover the essay part of the test. Most people never catch this. His test questions come from the test banks on the web site provided with the book. You must go to the tutor labs and spend the time to memorize the material. I earned my A's

Excellent teacher, lectures aren't very helpful though. You need to read the book. Highly recommend him!

He is really the only choice when it comes to A&P. This is a very tough class, and you have to devote alot of time to it, but his grading is fair and he knows the material very well. Highly recommended.

He really isnt that bad of a teacher yes he is hard but trust me if you are a medical major you will face harder things so just get use to it he works with you one on one basis just ask!

One of the most knowledgeable instructors I have ever had. Does not wait for anyone. Expects you to be responsible for your own learning, but always there if I needed help. Need to read and stay in the lab, listen to lectures and group study. Recording lectures a good idea. Generous in grading if you try.

he knows what he's teaching, but he expects students to know the material before the class. he won't explain much so he always ends the class early. I didn't find the lab as helpful as the other teacher. he just comes around asking if i have any questions on a slide or any source i have no clue about. he might be a great scientist but not a teacher

he is just an easy teacher...his teaching style is definately different...i missed my two test and he let me make up from both of them...he is good...he works with u

He was GREAT! If you are willing to work he will work with you if you need the assistance. He was the best A&P teacher I have had!

If you read your book you will pass the class. All is note for lec. are stright out of the book.

I thought he was great. He was very easy to understand and he had great powerpoints that were very easy to follow. He did however skim through some of the screens fairly quickly, so you should write down the main points and when you are home read ovre the texbook again and add your own notes. Overall, I am very glad I took his class!

I am an average student so I have to study alot and still do not retain enough information to make an "A" but that is ok. If you want to learn than he is the teacher to take. He is very helpful. This is A & P expect to study for the lab and lecture exam. All A & P students take the same lab. He covers all test material in class. study

I love him ! I think he is great for those who choose to learn. If you are ion his class to get an easy grade, forget it ! he really wants you top understand,but you have to spend time on this, it dont come easy.

I have NO idea how anyone can give him a bad review..I thought he was incredible! A person can get an A in ANY class if they just study...and Glen makes it easier with 80 points of extra credit! No other A&P professor does that! If you are taking this class expect to work for your A..but come on..isn't that EXPECTED??

He is one of the best professors I have seen. While his class is not an easy class, when you leave his class you know your stuff easilty.

i took his class in Summer 1 and thoroughly enjoyed it. didnt do so well in lab but the lecture exams and computer simulations saved me. i ended up with a C but thats okay because its an honors course. would recommend him. he was very instrumental in encouraging me to UTD and declaring neuroscience as my major.

He teaches us from pp and we need to read and study over the textbook. It is not easy for us but if we intend to medical field it useful for us to prepare for HESI test. Moreover, we receive the extra credit from him. He also explain what we need to know. Feel free to ask him.

Good professor, his class is not an easy one. If you want an A work for it; do not blame your instructor. I read every chapter to it's entirety and scored an A in the class. Kasparian wants you to succeed. He's a good prof.

I love him! Biology is not easy so you need to study to get knowledge. You need to read the book and go to open lab often to get A (he will give you some extra credit)! Great class! Wonderful teacher!

Class itself is very hard, however the professor makes the class very interesting and as long as you keep up with the text book and lecture notes, it will be easy especially with his extra credits.

His grading system is unique. I was not sure about B upto last comprehensive exam but I did really well and I got A. He gives study guide but thats too much to study compair to normal study guide.

Prof Kasparian is a great professor! He cares about his students, really cares, not fake caring. He is understanding and will accept late work with full credit. If you take the time to use the essay questions he provides before exams, you will do great on the exam. He's the greatest!

This class was extremely hard. I made D's on every exam but in the end I made a C in the class becuz he shows alot of mercy. There is to much material to cover and do not tk this class with other classes that are time consuming. There is no h.w, but there were 5 exams. He gave a generous xtra cred essay that made me pass. Hes very smart also!

More Than Excellent Professor. He is a really professor.

Great professor, super laid back. One big paper at the end but not a hard grader. Doesn't do his own labs, picking a great lab instructor is equally as important (Guidry is the best). He can get a little off subject sometimes but he knows and loves what hes teaching, and that makes all the difference!

Very intelligent, caring professor. Entertaining and knowledgable. Yes, this is a challenging subject; you will not get around that regardless of whom you take. Ask him questions. He never makes you feel stupid or out of line. Very down to earth. Flexible when it counts. Overall I think he is the best professor for Anatomy and Physiology.

Professor Kasparian is such a nice guy! Although the subject was boring, he would try to make lectures fun with different examples or personal stories that related to lecture topics. He is definitely a fair grader & wanted to make sure we all did well in the class. Would definitely recommend him for environmental science!

His expectations are high but clear, and his class is completely doable. Prepare according to his review and you will succeed and understand the material. He is also a kind, dignified person who clearly enjoys teaching. He is such an asset. Excellent and pleasant.

Took him for the summer term. Gives out 4 tests - 50 questions and 2 essays. The exam review he gives you are the essay questions he will use on the test. Honestly just find a quizlet w multiple choice questions and study that and you'll get an A because all of his questions are from a test bank. Don't be afraid to ask for extra credit(as a class)

This professor is good. Just make sure you study for the exams and study ALL questions from the internet. He is very nice and intelligent. Just do your job and you will pass.

Excellent professor. He is very helpful when it comes to exams because he points out the important topics to know about.

His class is tough but easy at the same time. There are 5 tests and a term paper that's worth a large number of points. There is no final. Homework is on Mastering. He doesn't take attendance but make sure you know your classmates so you can get important info.

He is caring, funny in class. So, every lecture is seemed go by fast. What he teaches in class or on power points will be on the exams.

Professor Kasparian is a great professor. I totally recommend taking him if you want to learn and pass with a good grade.

i took him for Bio 1406 and anatomy and physiology he is the best professor ever. he gives us time to study and also help us to know the necessary stuff to study for the exam.

Yes you have to read because he only reads the PowerPoints but he is a super nice and understating intellectual individual. Especially if you have a disability. For instance I am blind in my left eye so if you go to him for assistance he will help at all cost. I recommend Mr. Kasparian

If you want to pass read the Powerpoints where he gives everything, I took online class, exams are open book, the only one that is timed is the lab but with the PowerPoints the lab will be fine ( online classes)

Relatively easy online class for a&p , read the PowerPoints on my own and the mastering assignments helped and if not everything was easy to look up to understand. I just wouldnt suggest taking if youre not comfortable with a pretty hands-off science course. Final paper was given very generous extra credit for would definitely take again!

Tests are 4 lecture exams and 5 lab exams, no respondus, which was less stressful. He has 1 paper on diseases. Very responsive in the emails. at your own pace

He's an amazing instructor! His lectures are very detailed, and he explains everything in a way that's easy to understand. Thanks to him, I was able to get an A. I highly recommend him to anyone taking this class!

Amazing Professor !!!

This professor is phenomenal! I wish I had him for Anatomy I. Pearson homework is manageable, labs are built into diagrams/multiple choice, and exams/quizzes don't need a webcam, which makes things less stressful. Assignments are open from start date, and exams are on set days unless arranged otherwise.

I LOVE THIS PROFESSOR. In lecture, when he talks about the chapters, it's so amazing to hear him go in depth and it makes things more interesting because he knows this subject truly inside and out. He is also funny lol He truly wants his students to succeed and he is veryyyy kind.

Kasparian is an alright professor. The course is built around a Pearson textbook, so he's mostly just presenting those slides in class; though, he skips a lot of slides so you absolutely have to study for a better understanding of the material. There's 3 essays he'll have you do, but they're short with a 2-3 page maximum, and he accepts late work.
