Mr. Sandifer is the most helpful teacher I've ever had.

Class is very fast paced but not too hard. Just keep up with the homework and you will do okay... Mr. Sandifer is extremely helpful and encouraging. He is THE best Math teacher I have ever had.

Mr. Sandifer is nice. He gives you extra time on tests. He teaches you math on your level. Anyone can do well if you come to class, do your homework and ask questions about anything you might not understand. He goes out of his way to help you.

Mr. Sandifer is the best math teacher i ever had. He explains in ways that YOU can understand. Just make sure you take ALL notes,ask plenty ?'s, and show up. Should be an easy B at the least. Hint: if you want better grade, take him in the long semes

Keep up with the homework, If you have questions ask!! He explains everything so you can understand. It is not any easy course so you can't have high expectations and think you can breeze through it.

Great Teacher! Easy to understand and gives you alot of help and many ways to get extra credit. You do have alot of HMWK, but not too hard. He also gives you alot of time to do the HMWK.

Bottom Line first: Take Mr. Sandifer! He offers a ton of opportunities for extra credit, allows for notecards on ALL tests, and on top of that, he makes math interesting-- a feat in and of itself. Go Sandifer!

THE BEST! Gives detailed lecture & lots of opportunities for extra credit. Stay on top of the homework and don't miss class. HINT: Use the Teacher's Instruction Manual in the math lab to help w/homework u don't understand. I suck at math big time and pulled an A in his class! No one does it better!

Best Math teacher I have ever had, Now I get Math. If you have trouble with Math sign up with Sandifer. I got a B, that's really good. Do homework and go to the lab it works!

Mr.Sandifer is a great teacher who breaks things down so you can understand them. If I could, I would have him as my math teacher for all my math classes.

Very good teacher. Breaks the material down and teaches peice by piece so you will understand it better. His tests are easy if you pay attention in class.

Excellent Prof. explains everything where you understand it. Can make up absences in math lab if missed to much. He makes math easy and fun to learn. He takes everyday life examples and puts it into a math problem to where you understand better Take him for every math course you can!!!! GREAT PROF!!

Anyone who can not learn from this guy just isn't rrying, do your homework and the tests are easy, I aced the class after being out of math and school for ages.

He's mean sometimes, and yes rude also, but only when you do not listen in his class. All i did was listen for the question and then answered it before he started explaining how to do the problem. Thats because I already know it. But when I started paying attention he Got better... Lots of homework. No time for home life or any other homework. DO

If you take notes and pay attention, you will be fine. If all else fails just ask, he will help you. I think he's an excellent teacher. he's very reasonable and will help you. I recommend him!!

He is a wonderful teacher. He will explain things to you, and help you as much as he can. He is only rude and mean if you do not pay attention and sleep and don't turn in homework. Yes homework is alot, but you have a week to do it, and you will understand everything when you turn it in. I promise. I recommend this teacher!!

He gives great lessons with plenty of examples. Lots of homework, but it all helps when exam time comes. He is very clear and tries to make sure everyone understands the lesson before moving on. Offers extra credit. Great proffesor, by the end of the term you should definitely understand math a lot better.

Mr. Sandifer is a great teacher, he know's his math! Lots of homework, but you will actually learn math from him! I'm terrible at math but passed with an A! He's only rude if your disrespectful to him, like getting up 10 times during class, leaving the room while he's teaching or having your cell phone ringing during class. I learned a lot, thanks!

Exceptional, I learn more from him than any math instructor from the past. He was very helpful explaining how to plug in the numbers in the calculator. Professor Sandifer help me understand problems that I could not grasp.

Mr. Sandifer is a wonderful instructor I would not take any one else for math but him! He shows different examples so if you learned a different way from someone else in the class you get to refresh your mind and also learn a new and sometimes easier approach then what you have learned before. He goes out of his way to help you he wants all to lern

He is the best Math teacher I have ever had. I haven't taken a math class in 20 years. He is the first teacher that has helped me totally understand the concept of Math. Lots of homework but it pays off at test time. Highly recommend if you have had problems with math in the past. You do have to attend class to pass!!

Mr. Sandifer ROCKS! He takes time to explain it until you get it! He makes you feel comfortable to ask questions. His teaching technique is "Real World", not all "Academic", which makes it so much easier to grasp.

I went from withdrawing 2 times in math to calling the Math division and having them refer me to a good teacher...Well worth it!!! Excellent teacher, not so easy, but explains well, good techniques, made an A!!!

If you have anything bad to say about this teacher, you just weren't trying. He is a great teacher. I never is my life made over a c in Math and pulled out a B in his mini session, that rocks for a bad math student. Take notes, he gives lots, do the HW, and you'll do fine. He couldn't have been more helpful.

He is a great instructor!! You have to do your homework for each section, but its not due until the date of the exam over that section. He answers and works any home work problems in class and reviews for all the tests. As long as you try you will pass this class. I am terrible at math and I passed.

I agree with everyone who says he is a great teacher. By far the best Math Professor I have ever had! Show up for class, do your homework, if you do those 2 things you will make a great grade! He is very available (office hours) for questions, and lots of ways to earn extra credit points. No ringing cell phones, or Ipods.

Mr. Sandifer has an open-door policy in regard to office hours. He will actually work problems for you if you ask him to. He's in his office all the time and makes himself available. If you don't attend class and do the homework, you won't do well, but if you do, you won't have a problem. Sometimes he's moody, but ignore it. He's a good instructor.

Wonderful teacher, but unfortunately he will retire soon, so hurry and take his class. It took three times for me to pass pre algebra, this professor finaly helped me "get it". Be carefull not to come in late, or leave early and always bring your book. Expect him to come in at the last minute before class, but he is extremely helpful!

By far the best math teacher ive ever had in my life. If you ever need help with anything he's always available. You can also earn extra credit all the time and its very easy to do. Just do your homework, show up to class, and youll be fine.

This is a great teacher I don't know what the other comments are saying he has a great method of teching. You have to do your homework and show up to class. He is always in his office to help you. You have to apply yourself

GREAT TEACHER! Good shortcuts! BUT sometimes shortcuts don't work for all and you need different help (ex: math book). There's more than one way to skin a cat or work a problem. Wish his fall schedule could've worked for me, I would've taken him for 0306 & 1314. Yeah, a lot of his students go to the lab BUT that's because he offers extra credit.

It really upsets me that people are writing in that is a horrible teacher. Because of him I left this class with a new found love of math. Ok, maybe not love, but more of a fondness. He made it so easy to understand. Yes, you have to do a lot of homework, but he makes you understand every chapter. Plus, he is funny and so nice.

I took his pre-algebra. I found him a very organized teacher. Tests were difficult but I think they were not out of line. If you do the homework, come to class, you will be fine. He has little patience with slackers. He is willing to help, but if he feels your slacking, good luck. Overall, I felt he was a good teacher. I learned the math.

I think the people who rate him as horrible are high schoolers that are just now experiencing life as an adult. He expects you to apply yourself, which is a must if you want to succeed at anything. He gives plenty of examples and shows you how to work them step by step. I haven't taken a math class in 7 years, and my average in the class is a 99.

for anyone who is not good at math and intimadated by math, take him!! I am horrible at it but I have a A in his class! he does expect you to study and do homework but...your in college so get used to it! he is extreamly clear and gives as many examples and explainations as you need! I actually signed up for his 0305 class, he's a great teacher!!!

Mr.Sandifer was overall a good teacher....But be prepared for lots of homework and lots of tests....he is always willing to help...even offers extra credit for final exam....reviews before every test...feel free to ask him questions he will help!If your not good at math you will learn something in this class....just show up!

Mr. Sandifer is an outstanding math teacher. I Had taken 0304 math 2 times previously with no success, and with him i passed with a B+. If you struggle with math, and are mature and take class seriously, and intend to pass, than Mr.Sandifer is your guy. I Highly recommend him, unless you are into texting and talking and goofing off in class.

Super great teacher! i came in there thinking i was going to fail because i havent been in a math class for awhile but total opposite!! As long as you do your hmwrk and be there to take notes . you'll pass!!!

Very helpful teacher. SO many people skipped class and then complained about how they didn't understand the material. Math is one of those classes you cannot skip out on, especially if you're in a remedial. Don't use your phone in his class, but if you really wanted to pass you wouldn't be doing that anyway. Just show up and pay attention.

Mr Sandifer is a great teacher! He is very understanding and helps when you need help. He is a little fast past but very clear and streight to the point! I reccomend him to anyone!!!

He is a great professor, he takes his time with you and does not time test. He helps you ovecome Math Anxiety...pick him and you wont regret it!!!

Solid teacher, helpful, makes use of Xtra Credit and gives partial credit which helps A LOT and makes up for any negative aspects. A bit of a Luddite, all book, paper and pencil here... no computers or MyMathLab , exact opposite of my current class, good for me cuz I don't have to buy a new MML code, I never used it last time!

Strict professor with a heart. I had trouble with math and personal issues. He was there for me with an open door and understanding. He made Algebra tolerable and understandable. Even took his Math Anxiety Workshop. You will learn math here!

Mr Sandifer is a real gem. I hadn't take math in over 6 years and I can say it's not my strong point. I passed his class with an A! It completely shocked me that I did so well. He is always willing to help before/after/during class. Take him you can't fail and you will actually ENJOY math. I'm in 0306 now and doing really well. TY Mr S!

Mr. Sandifer is an awesome Professor. He teaches the way teaching should be taught. Pencil, paper, textbook. Very explanatory, is always available to help. Gives everyone the opportunity to speak if you are having a problem, he will go over it, till you understand it. He gives extra credit, gives reviews to exams prior to exam day. T

Great professor, the ones that complain are the ones who don't go to class. He is old school meaning he uses the textbook and writes notes on the board. At the beginning of class he will work problems from your pervious homework assignments. He is very fast paced but easy to understand. He gives great feedback, so if you don't get something ask!!!

I love his way teaching. He explains very clear and helpful. I did not practice for math class for 20 years. But after taking his math, I love math and I did well in college algebra.

If you don't understand math he will explain it in ways you'll understand! He wants everything to stick into your head that's for sure. He is willing to help you before/during/after class. I'm bad at math so I was shocked to see I was doing well in his math class, but that shows how great of a professor he is.

I am terrible at math but he made me understand. He will help with you and try to get down to your level even if it means seeing you before or after class. This is my second time having him as my professor. Attend every class and you will pass. Would recommend.

He's a really good teacher, gives a lot of examples when teaching and will help you with things you are struggling on. His lectures can be long and boring but they also move very fast so I recommend doing the home work ( counts as extra credit on a text ) for help. You will have to purchase a code for MyMathLab!
