She is a really nice lady. She just likes to say you see all the time. If you want an easy A I would reccomend you taking her class.

Easiest A I've ever had. You feel like you're in kindegarden all over again you see. Rarely in class over 20 minutes but you get real tired of the way she talks to you.

Nicest lady in the world. She talks very sweet and slow like we are little kids. But shes really cool. She Seems to really care about her students. The lowest grade shes ever given is probably a B.

Dr. Vanderhoof is the sweetest person I've ever met. She hardly ever keeps us in class the full 50 min. and once gave the entire class A's on an exam for not skipping a no points day.

Very easy class. She does a lot of in class stuff, but it's so easy. She's really sweet always happy! She gives you clear homework with examples, and good study guides. She let's you work outside of class if you want. I would definitely recommend her.

She's a good professor...the class is extremely easy. But, she treats people like they're in kindergarten. I was so bored in that class and she says the dumbest things sometimes.

Very, very easy and your never in class the full time

The way she teaches reminds me of being a freshman in high school. Don't take it if you're looking for excitement...but then when would you take a class for that?

She talks to you like you are a little kid, but she never keeps you in class the full time. EASY Fridays. Great for the last class on a Fri b/c you always get to head out early. She is a great teacher also. Easy to understand and very helpful.

Easiest class ever. She talks to students as if they're kindergarteners, but she seems genuinely concerned for them and their well-being. Gives study guides and notes in class. If you need a quick computer credit...TAKE IT!!

Dr. Vanderhoof is wonderful! She really wants students to do well not only in her class, but in general. She is so nice and so interested in her students. I strongly recommend her, she is wonderful.

Dr. Vanderhoof is kickass. She does seem to cater to those who are computer illiterate, however she is a great teacher and I would highly reccomend her.

She treats everyone in the class rooms as if you were in kindergarten, so if you don't like to be talked to like you are 4, I would choose another teacher. also be prepared to hear her say "you see" about 15 times a day.

yes, its true she does talk a bit like a kindergarten teacher but hey, its an easy class! She's really helpful and clear. She cares about he students and want them all to do well. Always willign to help out, recommended! :)

Dr. Vanderhoof is great. The class is not difficult, and you get to skip a ton of days if you keep up on your work. She is the best CIS teacher ever!!!!

Dr. Vanderhoof is very helpful. She is genuinely concerned and wants her students to do well. She is very approachable. Her class is not a complete push-over, study for tests a little and you'll be fine. Fridays are easy, she usually lets you out of class early, even through the week! GREAT!

Dr Vanderhoof is so cool! She's really helpful and explains everything step by step. Homework assignments are easy for points, and Fridays are a cinch - you're done in 10 minutes! Definitely recommend her!

Good easy teacher. She is easy but still explains things that are needed to be said. Very understanding lady, and really want her students to do well..You get out early on fridays, and a lot of the other days. Do you work however, and stay caught up.

SHE IS A VERY EASY TEACHER. GIVES PLENTY OF TIME TO COMPLETE ASSIGNMENTS IN CLASS. BASICALLY GIVES THE TESTS WORD FOR WORD OFF THE STUDY GUIDE. THE ONLY DOWNFALL IS THAT ATTENDANCE IS IMPORTANT. EASY A

Mrs Vanderhoof rocks. You stay for like 5 mins every Friday. She gives the tests basically word for word the class before. She's a very sweet lady who genuinely cares about her students. I would recommend her to ANYONE!

dr. vanderhoof is such a cool lady! she never gives busy work and makes things as easy as possible. there is no reason why everyone shouldn't get an A in her class, she makes it super easy on purpose.

Everyone should take Dr. Vanderhoof. Some people try to say she treats you like a kindergardener, but she just spells it out for all the people who don't listen. 5 min of class on Fridays. This class is a no-brainer and she knows it! Highly recommmend!

She is so funny! She's adorable and makes funny jokes...very random. Her class is simple, and she makes sure to explain every little detail. I would definitely recommend her. It's like third grade, but a lot more fun. Great class, Great teacher!

If you dont get an A its because you didnt go to class.

Actually you can not go to class and still get an A. Just make sure you go every Friday, its only 5-10mins. and turn in all your weekly assignments. Tests are cake.

She is a wonderful lady. She is always willing to help you. I took this class last semester and had a C in it so I dropped and re-took it thank goodness.

She's really sweet and helpful. Answer questions in class because you'll get out of class on Fridays. Really easy class, and tests. I would take her again in a heartbeat.

EASY! I should have tested out of this class, but it was an easy A. Tests are easy (I got a 95 on the MS Word test without studying). Really sweet lady, but if you know anything about computers this might be boring for you... try and test out of it. If you do end up taking a comp class though TAKE HER!

Very easy curriculum, so if you have a general knowledge about computers, this may not be the class for you. Superb teacher, she is textbook herself! Highly recommended. The course material is sooo easy, the books tell you where to click for the homework assignments. Don't have to go to class on some Fridays for reading out loud.

This woman makes things as easy as possible. Just LISTEN and FOLLOW DIRECTIONS and it's an easy A. Don't mess with your phone or get on the internet or she will call you out. Really cool lady. It's like going back to second grade. It's that easy folks!

Awesome teacher! Class is let out early almost every time and teacher clearly explains exactly what she wants and expects. The easiest A I have ever received! Tests are very basic follow the direction type, and if you don't know how to do it you can search how in Microsoft office help during the exam! Don't facebook in class, she is all knowing

The easiest class I ever took. She will explain everything in EXCRUCIATING detail, which is very annoying, but you get over it. There's hardly any homework and the tests are strictly definitions (multiple choice, too!). She gives rewards to people that show up everyday, so show up. You're never there the whole period anyway!

Hehe. She obviously keeps up on what students are saying about her...in excruciating detail. But really, she is a great teacher and explains things wonderfully. Shes not like a typical professor..you can understand what shes saying. And she is very nice...easy A, and you learn a lot.

Easy A, go to class on Monday and Weds do the homework, test are easy. Friday class is a joke, you go in for 10 mins or less and do an quick assignment then leave (the faster you get it done the faster you get to leave). Take her!

Painfully easy. I only bought the 2 spiral bound books & returned the "technology in action" one. all the tests are off notes she gives you. most people don't do all the assignments (I did.) She treats you like a 5 year old and looks like a stepford wife, but she's nice and anyone can get an A.

Very nice lady; very helpful. She's almost annoyingly organized, but you can always know your grade if you send her an e-mail. The way she talks is sometimes annoying, but the class is so easy it's worth putting up with that.

If you have to take this class, do so with Dr. Vanderhoof. If you don't you'll be sorry! She's very nice and very helpful both in and outside of the class. Oh, and ask her about her 'Vettes, too!

I thought she was fantastic. Organized, thorough and fascinating. She was very punctual, always let you out early and was very clear on expectations. If you are one of those idiots who can't follow concise directions, or can't leave your phone alone for 45 minutes...do us all a favor and don't take her. If you can, you will love her!

EXTREMELY EASY! My friends told me it was easy, but I was not prepared for the simplicity of this teacher and class. She explains things VERY clearly, almost to the point of condescension. Lets you out early a lot and if you read aloud in class when she asks, you usually don't have to go to class on Friday. Highly recommended...

She is a great teacher! Very organized and she definately makes her expectations clear. Lectures are well organized, and she gives study guides so you know exactly what you need to study for tests. You often get out of class early especially on Fridays. She has a good sense of humor, and is very willing to help you if you need it.

Dr. Vanderhoof was such a joy to take. Do not take anyone else but her for this class. She assigns sort of a lot of homework from the book but it's so simple that it's not a big deal. She is the sweetest lady who teaches like you're back in 2nd grade again.

She's a really easy teacher. She doesn't make it harder than it has to be, and she is very helpful when you ask for her help.

Dr. Vanderhoof was a great person and was very fair on grading, almost too easy. Both me and another person received 100% in the class without even putting that much effort into it. I do believe some of my class mates and I could have passed the test to be waived out of a computer class, but it kept my GPA up and was a nice experience.

She was very passionate about her teaching. She always tell you what would be on her tests. Attendance sometimes is required in order to know what is going on in the class surrounding. She is very kind and helpful. Not a lot of homework in her class, though. Easy A.
