She is a great teacher. She really cares about her students needs. As long as you attend class and read the chapters you will do fine on her tests.

Dr. Sadri is a really nice teacher, who cares about students and wants them to do well. She will discuss tests and any problems you had with them. All tests are multiple choice, easy as cake
Great teacher who actually cares about "teaching" her students. She's easy to talk to and the exams are straight from powerpoint lecture. Reasonable effort will get you at least a "B".
Great Prof. Easy Class. And she's a hottie!
Great professor in a class that could be very boring. She cares about her students and tries her best to make the material interesting.
this class was helpful, fairly easy (no homework), and she is hot!!!!
Very interesting professor. She teaches from powerpoint and her tests are right from it - easy and clear. Overall, she's nice and cute.
She is not easy. I got a B in the class, but I had to study a lot and read every chapter. There was probably only 2 people in the class that got an A. A lot of people got C's and some got D's
When it comes to the material, it is very straight forward, however, there is a lot of it. She takes things a bit too personally, especially when you inquire about your grade, or have an opinion she disagrees with, or ask her for help.
Her classes are all from powerpoint which are really boring. Half of the semester students barely even came to class. Her tests are from the power point slides and they are really lengthy.. about 80 questons MC
She seemd very moody in class. She snapped at students and gave sarcastic remarks. Her lectures were straight from her ppt, and she wasn't very helpful in responding to student's emails. Luckily, her tests were straight from her ppt slides.
This teacher is very moody and at times and very negative. The only positive part was that her test were from her powerpoint only!! Easiness of this class was fair and no paper was assigned for a project. Overall she was ok teacher...good luck peeps.
FABULOUS LADY...easy, but you have to want to learn...read slides like you breath air!
Easiest class that ive taken.Everything is on the powerpoint, dont read the book, in fact dont buy the book.Focus on the powerpoint and u will pass the class.Ill take her again.
I passed the class with a B eventhough I didn't even read the book, most questions came from her ppt slides. One group presentation. Take her shes good. One more thing, she is cute and I think she has a nice body.
This class is really easy but somehow a lot of my classmates ended up not passing the course. I think its because this class is so easy that people start slacking off. People were just studying off the slides and thats it. So dont just read the slides, read the definitions off the book too.
this professor is easy. but don't slack off, her final is so hard. be careful
BORING.. didnt learn a thing the entire semester. difficult grader, dont expect anything higher than a C, that is if you're even lucky enough to pass. tests are hard, you have to remember ever little details in the book.

She has a very dry sense of humor, which makes the class very interesting if you understand her. She is very interested in the subject and cares for her students. The class is not hard, just come to class and read the book like you should for every class. Overall I enjoyed her class.
Nice lady, good teacher overall. Cares about what she is teaching and knows it well. However, she can get snappy once in a while. The course is very subjective, so it makes it kind of difficult, but tests are all MC so you can pretty much always narrow it down to 2 answers. test 1 is medium.test 2 is easy.final is very hard. none are cumulative.

Great, funny teacher!! Material is very easy, just like psychology class. Test questions straight from Power point and videos. Don't really need the book at all. Tests are straight foward, all MC. Fun class! Take her!
Good professor. Tests are straight from PowerPoint. Don't even need book. Just study the definitions. However, be sure to take some notes on certain slides... sometimes she'll mention something special that will be different on the test. Very similar to a sociology class.
I did very well in her class w/o really paying attention. Class material pretty much requires you to memorize definitions & partially understand the more indepth concepts. She is nice, very blunt, & a bit hypocritical. Her viewpoints are often narrow-minded, so don't get into arguments w/ her like I did. ;P Participate: talk about own experiences.
Very easy class I never opened my book just used the slides know the def. off the slides and be able to use them in one of her examples. Three m/c test and group project 30 min.
She was a very good teacher. Her class isn't SUPER demanding but it is not SUPER easy either. Like any class, you have to study. But she makes it interesting and overall it was a great class.
Fair, nice and easy going. To get an A, u need to speak out in class, as long as u don't stay too quiet, this class should be really easy
very good prof. knows her stuff. tried too hard to get people to participate;its funny. DONT BUY THE BOOK. she has very comprehensive notes and concept questions which are answered in the slides. easy class!
Best Professor I have yet to have, she isn?t easy but she isn?t difficult. Participation and Attendance are necessary and 10% of your grade. She uses the book to go over specific Cases but it really isn?t necessary to pass the class. She provides in depth PowerPoint and concept questions and that is what a majority of the exams are based on.
all i can say is TAKE IT WITH THIS PROFESSOR!! for the exams you get a cheat sheet...so if you write small you can put all the power point notes on the sheet and do well on the exams.
Class is so easy. Exams all multiple choice. Gives you answers to exam questions before hand. Don't need the textbook, just read the power point slides. Just show up to class (Grades attendance) and talk every now and then and you'll get an A.
Sadri is nice but I would not recommend taking this class. It is enjoyable but you will not get an A. Most of the class did not do well on the exams. I am an A student and got a B in this class, I put in over 10 hours per test. We also did a group project about a fortune 500 company with a presentation.
Dr. Goli is great!!! Had a great time in her class and learned a lot. Would take her again.
Goli is da shizzle dizzle. Take her class to get to know a hot young professor that knows her stuff. She is awesome!
She's a good teacher but you wont get an A. Her test are based on the eview ?s she gives out so i highly recommend that you do the review ?S. Only one group project. Shes not that bad but you have to work for your grade. She doesnt teach anything so class is boring but she takes role
Professor Sadri is awesome teacher. Just had her for Summer seesion and got a B. She was easy, helpful and understanding. And she is HOT! :)
This teacher is very nice and helpful. Don't listen to the people below who say that she doesn't give A's. She does give A's as long as she knows you are trying. Also, make sure you do well on the presentation.
Yea she's pretty attractive for a professor. Two words: passive aggressive. She let's her student run the class which is bad because she won't be clear what she wants from us. However, just do the notes and outline on blackboard and you'll be fine. The semester project is easy as long as you get a good group. Did I mention she is hot?
Don't buy the book. Just study the review questions she gives and you'll do good. Tests are fairly easy. Class was fun at times. The group presentation is easy. You don't have to write a paper or anything, just a presentation. I recommend her.
Dr. Sadri is a one of a kind! Not only is she smart and intelligent, she's definitely funny. She ensures that whatever it is that she's teaching, you can apply it to your life. She definitely has some swagger to her personality and she's doesn't take sH*t from students. Take her if you want to learn!
Overall pretty easy class. She'll tell you which review questions to study for the exam and the tests almost mimic exactly what was on the study guide. Presentation was not too bad but tends to get off topic a little during class but I think it makes the class more interesting. Overall would recommend this professor
She sticks to the PowerPoint slides and her review questions. Choose your presentation group wisely and study what's on the review guide for an A. If I got to do it over again, I would do all the review questions at the beginning to make life easy.
You most likely won't get full participation points, but If you want high participation points, you need to be there everyday, and verbally engage/participate in the discussions during the lectures.
There were 2 exams and a final. The final was pretty hard and was the hardest of the 3. A majority of the exam questions are based on her lectures, so you can get by without the book. I think the final had the most textbook based questions (which was partially why it was the hardest).
This was one of the few classes I enjoyed at CSUF. I like how she interacts with students and gets students involved in her lectures. If you're unclear about something and ask her, she will take the time and try to clarify things for you the best she can; she's really helpful (unlike most professors at CSUF).
Prof. Sadri is great. If you actually put in the work and give her a chance, you will learn lots and get a good grade. Don't be lazy, this is university level stuff people.
Quite an easy class for 300 lvl, but uou still have to study. Attendance is mandatory if you don't really comfortable talking in class. Her tests are straight from study guide. She can be offensive sometimes, but in funny way. She is nice and quite easy on eyes.
Dr. Sadri provides you with everything you need to get an A. You have to read book since her midterms are very specific questions that you can only get from reading the book. Her powerpoints are helpful when studying if you write notes on them since she will test you on her lecture notes and team exercises from class. Highly recommended!
She's great! She's teaches straight and to the point. Provides you with great slides and study questions. Complete all the study questions, read end of chapter review cards, and use Cengage to prep for exams. Definitely take her!
Professor Sadri is one of a kind.. She is more than willing to help students in hopes of their success. Also a very interesting class. It will most definitely teach you several new aspects to organizational behavior that can help you in the future. Highly recommended professor!
Dr. Sadri was a great professor. I was lucky to have her in undergraduate and graduate school. I highly recommend taking her classes.
This class would have been much more difficult without Dr. Sadri. She is smart, witty, and compassionate but don't mistake her for a push over. That would be a mistake. She can make what would have been a boring subject interesting. Plus she's easy on the eyes.
Professor Sadri is a dedicated teacher and if you're ready and willing to put in the work, she will do her best to help you do your best. She's intelligent, funny, and quite attractive, especially considering the fact that she's been teaching for over 20 years and doesn't look a day over 40!
Dr. Sadri lectures were outdated and a complete wast of my time. I believe I should have been paid to take her class. If you are interested in learning then take someone else.
Ms. Sadri was not among the better instructors that I have had at CSUF. I did not learn much from her class. Her material were boring to me. but her class was relatively easy.
i highly recommend to take her classes, she is really nice and tries to explain as best as she can,you should take her classes if you want to have theory and practice in one section, btw had the mgmt 340 class
The class is pretty easy. Don't even bother buying the textbook. Her tests were fairly easy. She expects a lot of class participation and makes it 15% of the grade even though the group paper is only 10%. Attendance is mandatory and you can't have people sign you in because she counts the number of people in each class.
Dr. Sadri was an amazing instructor to have. She kept the class upbeat and knew her material. Study guides were provided, which meant that the material that needed to be studied from the slides and book was known. To those who complained about participation & attendance, it was only meant to help you. Dr. Sadri, thank you so much! You are AMAZING!
Had her for summer 2014. Gorgeous lady, inside and out. Very sweet and accommodating, she tries her best to make it clear and is very helpful. She is fun and also entertaining in her teaching. Study the questions because they can be overlapping and tricky. Best to this class in the summer, it's chill and quick 3 units.
Dr. Sadri is a very engaging and motivating instructor. It is obvious that she cares for her students. Be prepared to participate in class. It is a required class so try to take it with Dr. Sadri if you can.
Definitely recommend for 340. Class was very straight forward and laid back, loved that! She provides study guides based on textbook learning questions so you know what to study. Exams are easy if you study for them and listen closely to lectures, they help BIG TIME for exams. 1 paper or presentation, 3 exams, and 15% participation.
She's amazing! Very accommodating and makes you feel comfortable upon approach. She's very knowledgable and makes the subject interesting. To get a good grade: read power points and refer to the book for clarification. 3 exams 25% each, 1 paper or presentation, attendance is required and so it participation! Highly recommend!!
Professor is ok but sometimes mean to student. Ok bring laptop but so the strict. Read off powerpoint so i no come to class everyday. I no like have to participate because so embarrass me. My english is no good!
Professor Sadri is passionate about her subject and likes for students to be engaged. Make sure to show up for all lectures and participate. Read the powerpoints and make sure to know all terminology. One (easy) group project. Easy class to get a B without a lot of effort or study time.
ms. sadri is a beautiful woman with great energy, she always smiles and is really friendly. her lectures are clear and powerpoints very helpful with studying for a test. 1 group project (paper or presentation) 1 in class excercice and personality tests. she always asks the class for personal examplesstories and experiences (especially workrelated)
Professor's lectures were very hard to understand. She was boring. Her Exams were difficult. She got upset whenever someone questioned her. I won't recommend her.
Fair with grades, great group project, approachable and understanding, but you won't get away with stuff, either. Knows her stuff, but unpretentious. Basically, if you care about actually learning ... T'is the place!
Learned a lot ... Used many new skills to improve communications with my employees and clients. Diversity topics are becoming more & more relevant, it's nice to known I have actual useful skills rather than just a grade
Dr. Sadri was hard to understand. Her lectures were on the boring side. She mostly read from powerpoint slides. I don't recommend her
This was one of the best classes i have ever had. I can really recommend her to everyone of you guys. You will learn practical information that can help you in your job.
I received an A on all 3 exams & got a B in the class.. Her criteria on grading the paper, presentation, & participation was not clear and seemed subjective. The paper especially had a lot of gray area and she said she would grade relative to what others did. Class is only mandatory because she takes attendance but not needed to learn the material
She provided a study guide for each exam, which was helpful. Her exams are textbook heavy! Her lectures were okay. Attendance is not mandatory, but there are assessments due every week and she did take attendance randomly. Grading criteria for the group project was not clear at all.
Class is well organized. Article insight make us think how it relates to our work. She is great. Guest speakers provide real life experience.
I enjoyed the class. REally good egs and class activities. Very informative and was willing to help students understand the material better.
I feel lucky to take this class, she is my favorite professor. she is nice and calm. I think the class was not boring at all; however, I like the topic. I definitely like to take another class with her, but I have completed mgmt340 .
Professor Sadri is a fantastic professor who truly cares about her students as well as the community. Group project was a service project. Learned a lot.
Dr. Sadri is a very understanding professor and wants students' feedback for how to format her class like best practices for preparing for an exam.
Took her evening class once a week in Irvine, by far the best class I took this semester because she would apply real world situations. You have to put effort in studying for the exams but for the most part she will help you out if you ask her. Advice: Study the chapter as soon as she finishes the lecture that way it will be less stressful
I really enjoyed Dr. Sadri's class. It was definitely my favorite this semester, and I have enrolled in another one of her classes next semester. She is very personable, relatable and quite funny. The subject is easy and pretty self-explanatory.
Shes a good professor but the whole course is graded from 3 exams and a group project. She grades the group project hard especially for such an easy task. The exams are long and confusing. The questions on the exams could have more than one answer. I dont recommend taking her if you have test anxiety or dont perform well presenting.
Two exams, one final, one group project, and 10% participation. Lectures are engaging and helpful for her exams. Very fair professor, always considers what her students needs and structures her style around class needs. Semi-unclear grading for project but manageable. Should be an easy B and with a little work an A. Takes a while to upload grades.
Overall the class was okay. You're graded on 3 tests, a group project where you present, and some participation. She takes students ideas into consideration and is very open to feedback. The group project instructions are unclear and she grades surprisingly harsh for the presentation, very specific, so make sure you carefully read the rubric.
2 Exams, 1 Final, group project. She is a tough grader. Participation is very important but she gives you grade unfairly. Her exams are very difficult some of them are not in the PPT or book. She does not reply your email when you need to ask important question. She is not helpful at all. DON'T TAKE CLASS WITH HER. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just find another professor. If not, deal with her UNFAIRness and craziness.
HONESTLY DONT EVER TAKE Dr. Goli Sadri. (3 EXAM, 1 project, and weekly discussion). 60 questions for 60 min??? some of the question is like a paragraph. You have to teach yourself mostly. If you fail the 2 of the exam then drop her class because she will fail you. I got really high on my final but she doesn't even give me a passing grade :)
She's nice and informative although lectures are mostly just discussion about the slides that you have to review yourself. The midterm and final is based on questions about the book material so review it and you'll be fine. Your grade is based off of weekly discussion posts, midterm, final, and mindfulness assignment which makes it pretty easy.
Her exams are pretty simple as long as you study her video lectures a few hours before. The exams are a bit long though for 60 questions in 60 minutes, but some questions had obvious answers. The discussions are free points, and the end of the semester mindfulness assignment is easy as well.
This is an easy course and basically useless. She get paid basically just to post links to guided meditation audios. She acts like she is a real professor, but really she is just a proof that anyone can get a Phd. I bet she does not know anything about business.
Her class is easy to pass but wasn't one of my favs. Class meetings are just discussion time&mindless activities. She posts her lectures through a youtube video. Weekly discussion post, 3exams & mindless assignment. Not very communicative she only announces when she has posted the video. Everything in her lecture is whats on the exam so memorize it
She organized the course online in such a way that it was easy to navigate and find resources we needed to do well in the class throughout the whole semester.
The instructor did well by allowing students to exercise mindfulness before the class. It was greatly appreciated. Professor Sadri also had great amounts of knowledge that helped a lot of students wrap their head around the material. Very friendly, classes were entertaining. Appreciated the recorded lectures and later start time.
The instructor was very kind and friendly which helps with working in a communicating environment. We had small group and whole class discussions that were fun and engaging. I feel like the most interactive people in the class also enjoyed our time learning. It was the most relaxing environment in my experience at CSUF so far.
Prof. Sadri created videos prior to class that introduced us to the topic. Then, she discuss it further in class which helped me to understand the material.
Getting the class involved in discussions. It is a challenged to get students to engage during this pandemic and she did a very good job at making it feel like a regular class meting.
She is knowledgable about course content. Prerecorded lectures to watch during class time and then meet as a class is a good system for online learning. I enjoyed this class and the structure. I feel like I learned a lot from Dr. Sadri this semester.
The instructor did a good job organizing the course that made it more easier to conduct the class at our own time, while also keeping to the time schedule of the class. It was easier to watch the lectures at my own pace, without worry of a speedy lecture where I may miss things.
I like the study guides provided and I love her style of teaching, it's very interactive and I love how friendly she is.
Professor Sadri is a very nice and caring professor. She cares for her students' successes and prepares study guides for tests. She does these 5 minutes breathing exercises over Zoom. They're extremely relaxing and a great way to start each class! She makes the class enjoyable and gives you detailed instructions for the group project
She's definitely top tier. Considerate of her students and understanding. For sure seeks to help her students succeed. She is able to make the material digest-able. If you put in work it'll pay off, truuust. CSUF better not be sleeping on her
first off, she's an amazing professor! i love her. her exams are soooo doable, by that I mean her recorded lectures are all u need to study for if u took good notes. there's 1 group project due at the end of the semester but it's whatevers. weekly quizzes but not hard at all. would take her again 10/10
Literally the BEST. The chillest professor I've ever had at CSUF in my four years. Definitely recommend. Weekly quizzes (which are super easy), group project due at the end of the semester (super easy), and 3 exams (take good notes from her lectures as everything on it is from lectures, literally). HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Professor Sadri was very caring and understanding throughout the semester. There were weekly quizzes that were easy and we had a group project at the end of the semester. Had the hybrid class so we only met once a week which wasnt too bad! Also had weekly breathing exercises to calm the mind. Loved her and the class!
Very laid back professor that does not demand much of her students throughout the semester. But during winter break while she was putting in our final points she gave my class an average of 63% on a group paper. The highest grade for a single group was a 68%. For a group project to give the class nearly an F average was extremely harsh. BEWARE!
Professor Sadri is a really kind and caring person. There are weekly quizzes which are fairly easy. Class meetings are asynchronous which is nice. There is a group project towards the end which isn't too bad and she offers extra credit from participating in group project discussions! Overall a likable class. I recommend her!
I have so much respect for Professor Golnaz, she is an amazing human being and a good professor. She cares about us and I really hated how some students made a big deal just because she was critical about grading some projects. No need to read the book just the definitions and pay attention to her lecture videos because she puts some questions.
she teaches nothing in her lecture class. a lot of materials to read. i stayed all night to study for final but it did not turn out ok. i learn nothing from her class
The course is based off of quizzes, 3 exams, and a group project. The quizzes were fairly easy, just definitions from the book. The exams were tough if you really study and read the book you will do good. There is one group project, you get to pick your own group. She does tend to grade a bit hard for the project. Overall, pretty straightforward.
Lecture: around 30-40 mins/week 2 exams, 1 project. Weekly quizzes of 10 questions. Powerpoint Slides are just outlined with very limited information. You will need to read textbook or google search the important topics. You can't fully rely on presentation decks. Instruction on the project is very limited and unclear, and a tough grader on it.
Professor Sadri is an amazing person, but her teaching leaves much to be desired. Her video lectures are very interesting to me, yet the quizzes and exams cover more information that she doesn't touch on in her lecture vids. Tough grader on the Group Project (a 2-4 pages Case Study), and provided very vague instruction on how to complete it.
Caring Prof but her lectures and going to class was a complete waste of time. Textbook is not required but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED YOU WILL FAIL WITHOUT THE TEXTBOOK!!!!! I read the textbook every week and never came to class or watched her lectures and still passed with nearly A's on each exam. One group project and weekly quiz on canvas that is easy.
Summer 1 month class - She was a really kind professor and the class overall wasn't too bad. You do have to read a lot, but the materials weren't all too hard to understand. The exams were a bit challenging due to them being scenario based, but they were very fair and doable. She did grade the group project hard tho, as the highest grade was 80%.
The class was straightforward. The class was completely asynchronous, consisting of pre-recorded lectures, reading the book, discussion posts, and a few proctored exams. Very doable and fairly easy to complete, even as a summer course.
