Very easy, only goes over about 4 chapters the whole quarter. You do homework in groups, no team project other than that
Dude spends 3/4th of the class saying ish like "U KNOW WHAT I'M SAYIN and UH HUH". Dude can't speak english well and can't teach for ish.
kool teacher, he's just goes over 4 chapters a quarter. he repeast words of lot of the time.

can be confusing if you dont pay attention, he does say "you know what i'm saying" and "uh huh" ALOT, i counted them once , and it was easily more than 100 times per class.
He is not a very bad professor. But his teaching style is confusing. Pay attention closely in the lecture!

this guy has an african accent and he wont stop sayin uh huh or u know im sayin lolz.the class is tough and his exam is very tricky make, make sure u read all the information that he has given on the word problem and i mean everythin, dont even miss a period
This guy is terrible at explaining the class concepts. Stumbles at times to try and explain or teach. Requires group work. Good guy but a bad teacher.
He is a good guy but he is a poor teacher. His tests are extremely tricky and I wouldnt recommend anyone to take him, unless you like a challange. His accent isnt too bad, but he says uh-huh and know what im sayin a lot and I do mean a lot! Be careful if you take him.

I have no idea what everyone is talking about. I found his class extremely easy. He only went over like 4 chapters because he made sure to explain everything and the exam questions were similar to the HW questions.
Very easy... He only focused on 4 chapters. and u dont even have to read the book. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS THE HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENTS.. FINALS AND MIDTERM ARE TAKEN FROM HOMEWORK.. SO DO IT WELL.
I had not choice of taking his classessss all at once, he is the only professor teaching MGMT class at night. He cannot teach very well and he is a hard grader. In all of his classessss he teaches the same thing over and over again...the other commentsss I agree...avoid this teacher...
I'm a mgmt major, upper division courses you will have no choice but to take him... he is a very hard grader in the upper classes. Take LAI or ALA if you can. Bagot is boring and repeats each phrase like 5 times, and takes up all the class time.
He tries to trick you on the exams. He tells you one thing, but tests you on something else. If you want to work hard and get a C take him. I think one person (out of 30) got an A. Take Dr. Tribble!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i have to take this guy for all my classes so if you should listen to any comments, listen to mine. He is nice, class is boring, but midterms are exactly like the lectures and homework. If you don't understand the problems, ask questions or your dead for the exams!
Professor Bagot is a challenging instructor and does expect you to learn the material, but here is the deal, do the HW, understand it, practice the problems multiple times. Most importantly you must have the time to invest for this class. I followed this and got a B in the class.
He is a HORRIBLE teacher for 468 because he knows NOTHING about Small Businses Management. But he's a good teacher for 460. He explains the Oper. Mgmt. concepts pretty well.
easiest A I got. If you are good at math, graphs, tables, deductive logic, those kind of stuff, this is the easiest class on earth.
Just plain hard cause he's so damn difficult to understand.
Liked him better for 463 than 306. Easy to talk to, but his classes were challenging. Lectures are unclear. But he will not cover new material unless old/current material is understood thoroughly.
i liked him in 460 but for 468 he was horrible. take someone else for 468 if you can
Avoid him if you can. He is very hard and his grading system sucks. He really doesnt have a grading system. I literally learned nothing in his class.
Prof. Bagot's class is easy if you are good with numbers. The tests are based on the homework. He is not that hard of a professor because we only focused on about 4 chapters because he really wants to make sure that you understand it.
Make sure you understand his English. If you can't, you'd be in trouble. Tests for MGMT 306 aren't hard, they're all from the homework. Make sure you do it. For MGMT 468, he actually ain't know a thing about small business. If you want a good grade from this class, do your best on final presentation and final business report.
This teacher is horrible. You can't understand what he is saying. He sounds like a muppet. He says HMMM every other word. I would not recommend this teacher. Told us we were going to be tested on serveral chapters; we only went over 4 chapters the entire quarter
He is a great professor.He is alway willing to help students. Even though he may grade hard, I have learned a lot form his class. To get a high grade, read his cases carefully...even if you have to read it twice or more. Don't forget to visti him, he is a helpful professor...unlike other professorsss.
I thought he was going to be a really bad teacher, based on all the ratings, but he's really nice and he'll explain everything twice if he has to. HW is very easy and so are the projects.

This is the most horrible teacher ever in history of human life. He taught 3 chapters out of 10 that's was planned. No depth, no clarity, no question nor answer to stimulate your intellect. What a total waste of time and money to sit in this idot's class! He can't teach anything. He's not competent as a professor,has 0 business sense,bad English!!!
he is one of the best professors I ever had, he is always in his office hours. He will help any of his students...he is not like lazy professor (Ala)...he may be hard, but you will learn...if you do not understand..go to his office hours...
1 midterm, 1 final, 2 group assignments/homework
He made everything very clear to understand. The test is mainly problems that he does in class, and MC questions don't count for too much. He's an ok teacher, but a little hard to understand sometimes.
The midterm only covered one chapter and the final covered 3 chapters. Most of the math is simple, but tedious. He tries to be very helpful in understanding the material. Insists that you use his way (will loose points on the test for doing it the book's way).
The most horrible class ever. Management is the most worthless major aside from philosophy. Bagot is OK but he talks forever, everyone falls asleep when he lectures. Group assignments are a must and he will assign groups which is not good. he will keep you until 9:45p or 10p, but only gives 15 min break. this class should be an elective =(
Im really starting to like Dr. Bagot. Nice guy, very helpful, knows what he is talking about, has been teaching this course before I was even born, mgmt 306 lots of useless information, you must study, do the hw, the problems are easy, group assignments are OK. I recommend Dr. Bagot very much and would take other courses with him!!!
everything is off of notes, explains well,reallly helpful, goes over the whole lecture for you if you wanted... probably, real nice guy
Very difficult for me to sit through lectures. He has a very distinct way of speaking that was extremely distracting for me (although some fellow students did not seem to mind as much). He did make it clear from the beginning what was required in the class, but I had a very hard time keeping focused. Try sitting in for a sample class first.
GOOD professor, might not start out as interesting but trust me you will really start liking Dr. Bagot and his lectures are easy to follow, STICK WITH THE CLASS! Yes it is useless information [management] but it really is an easy A in the class and plus you learn many things. He is very understanding and excellent at explaining the material
Probably the best mgmt teacher on campus. Attendance not required but recommended. Really passionate about the subject, guaranteed you will learn something from this class. I got a B, really easy bacause I didn't even try, highly recommended!
Had him for mgmt 160. First mgmt class for all bussiness majors. Class content might be hard at first but keep practicing and go to office hrs if u need help. He is super nice guy. Helps u a lot if u ask for it. Exams are some multichoice and problems. Problems come from hw. He puts u in groups for hw and stuff like that. Easy A for me.
Dr. Bagot identifies clearly the requirements for the class and what will be on the exam. No surprises on exams. Attendance is not required - I love that one. The class by itself is hard, but the way he teaches is excellent.
He is a okay professor. I thought i was going to fail his class. Just keep doing the homework and it should work out. He curved for my class so i guess he does it for everyone.
He is not as stupid as he comes off, he's actually very smart, great with numbers. The problem is, he is misleading. Pretty much the whole class thought it was hard, but 5 of us aced it. However, the final was a nightmare. We didn't know where it came from. He certainly did not teach us the material to the level of what he asked. He is easygoing.
He gives study guide to all exams. You only need to study class notes (usually on problem solving) for exam. Easy B+
no this professor is not that bad. yea hes kinda repetitive & the material may seem hard at times but it gets better trust me. he grades on a curve & gives u a 10pt extra credit assignment. i ended up with a C but if u try harder u can get an A.

Dr. Bagot is an amazing professor. Willing to help and makes sure that students understand. If you want to learn then take him. But you do have to pay attention and study!

V V Good professor! i hated mgmt 306 because of my previous prof with whom i didn't learn anythin(his name was Roy Chuang btw) but prof Bagot was really through and really not hard at all. All assignments are done in groups, 1 mid term and final which were pretty straight forward. Ended up with -A. Highly recommended!!
Assignments are done in group. Do the problems from the book but doesn't use the book to teach. Very straight forward. Class has assignments, midterm and final. Exams have a few math problems and MCs.

It's so so class if you keep very goof notes but it's hard his hand writing is not good at all. He does not use the book so if you try to do the home work on your own you will get confused since what he teaches does not match to the book.
professor bagot is very helpful and clear. sit in front and it's easier to pay attention. ask him if you have any questions understanding anything and he'll help you right away. the content is pretty hard but he is very clear (once you get over his accent).
Teacher has heavy accent. His tests are pretty weird cos theyre not from the book and the tests(1 md & 1 final) is base on his own rules. If you do not like word problems, dont take him. He grades on a curve.

If you are type of student willing to overcome accent barrier and seek education, this is good class. Keys to passing:Complete and understand 80% of total group assignments. Instructor available on office hours or email. Less than 90% of syllabus was completed. No scantrons. 60% of exams: calculation where your step by step solution is required
HE IS A NICE GUY AND WILLING TO HELP. READ THE "GAME" MATERIAL TO DO WELL IN THE GAME. CASE STUDIES -PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT HE REQUIRES-2YR PLAN & FINAL FOLLOW EXACT SYLLABUS INSTRUCTIONS AND WILL DO WELL.
This professor is quite horrible. His accent is heavy, therefore, it is very hard to understand him. He also has his own rules. He'll tell you to work in groups, but make sure your answers aren't similar or else he'll fail you for plagiarism. He likes to mumble nonsense a lot. You have been warned. Take someone else if you plan to learn and pass.
This is a great teacher. He works the problems in class, if you have any questions he will address them. He does have an accent but that does not change the fact that he is a great teacher. He enjoys the material and has fun with the problems.

I didn't buy the book and still passed the class. He has an accent which makes it a little difficult to understand what he says. A lot of group work, so make friends with people you know that will do work and not just sit there. Midterm and final are super easy.

Great Professor!!! 1 Midterm, 1 Final, and Group Assignments. H/W problems and handouts are similar to test...so study and practice them. Keeps you till the end, but goes over h/w problems and practice test questions. Easy if you try, Hard if you don't. Nice guy. All around quality teacher.
Its recommended to go to class, you'll only need the book for the hw. he teaches everything you'll need to know. so dont leave early when though he talks for a long time.Good teacher, hw is group work. he assigns the groups.
Expects you to know everything prior. Attendance somewhat mandatory. Participation mandatory, your grade will suffer if you do not participate (ask questions, make comments, etc.). Overall easy, just don't forget to PARTICIPATE. I could have gotten an A but got a B due to no participation.
Professor is the most stubborn man alive. If you can live in his world by his rules and answer all the questions the EXACTLY the way he wants to hear it you'll do well. However he is unclear with his directions and when asking to clarify during his office hours, he called our entire group names including "Liars" and almost didn't accept our paper.
Hope that you get a good group for hw assignemtns and make sure to study homeworks in addition to what he goes over in class. Tests are based on what he teaches.
Tests are hard even though it is open book. We met up with other classmates to do the test. Doesn't teach well. Says you should have learned it in MGMT 306... Hard to understand. Famous quote:"You know what I'm saying?" Have to participate. Hard to do so since he cuts people off and asks the questions and keep talking forever.

He was an okay professor. Goes off on random rants and talks about things irrelevant to the class. He is a difficult professor he believes in teaching in a style of no computers. Lots of group work and extremely dull. He tries to relate subject to real life things. You need to attend class or you will not pass. Overall decent. ive had worse.
If the TA grades the work you're lucky & will pass. Assignments are in big groups. you must do hw to pass. you must study and learn to do hw to pass. book is required but not helpful at all. you need book for hw. i can't stress to study at least 2-3 days before test. hw and test are similar so do hw. pay attention in class, ask questions.
This is a boring class. He is very slow during the lecture and crams everything in the last 20 min of the lecture. Didn't really learn much from this class. I don't recommend this professor.
The book is required to do the homework and it will be done in groups. Sit in the front of the class if you can, pay attention, and ask tons of questions if you're confused. Understand the material before you do the homework, because the homework will be similar to the tests. Don't skip class, it will be difficult to catch up.
Unclear & not helpful about work, lectures are long, and grades tough. But he's understanding about this class for students soon graduating. He allowed us to resubmit our 2 yr plan for credit. He curves the class, do your part & you'll do fine. He even bumped up the last place group to make sure they passed. Intimidating, but considerate.
If you want to challenge yourself then take him. One Midterm and one Final. Group work play an important role in the grading system. He selects your group, so best of luck of having hard working classmates.
Took him for management. He's old school chalk board and no computers. Comes from engineering so if you've taken advance math then this is right up your alley. Material isn't hard, just that if you mess up on something the whole problem is wrong. Come to each class, sit near the front, and prepare yourself. Learned a lot from him
Good professor that knows him material extremely well. He breaks it down for you in the smallest possible chunks however may be too small as you start getting lost. Extremely long lectures in monotone voice. Ambiguous study tools. No use of electronic tools, and if there are electronic aids they are not very informative. Old school teaching. Groups assigned and you will be graded based on group performance. Difficult to pass. If you are late or absent don't expect to pass.
Makes students to work the whole semester instead him teaching the course. During presentations he constantly interrupts students. 2midterm, 2 group projects, take home final summary for case studies plus participation.
