Glad I took this class. The Instructor knew his 'stuff' and seem to have a genuine interest in our success. Class fills up fast. It would be better if homework was turned in every week and we would get it back every week. I highly recomend this class!

First, DEFINITELY not hot. Second, I could teach HR myself it is all games and..more games. Still, he does it well. Don't know why he needs an assistant following him around. Weird. His daughter is super-fine! Great professor overall. Low-tolerance for you tardy/delinquent/procrastinator types.

I liked his class, we played games and did activities that made class more fun and still expressed the concepts we were learning. Come every class on time, do the journals, participate, and do ok on the midterm and finals and you'll be great! really pretty easy and fun!

I took two classes from this professor. Psychology of Human Relations and Stress Management. They were by far the best classes I have ever taken. The Instructor was knowledgable, helpful and exciting to be with during class. He really cared about the topics and his students. A great experience. I highly recommend him.

Gordon is a fantastic teacher! When I took his PSY101 class and learned it was more about communication than in depth psych, I was discouraged, but he made the class fun. We did have to read every chapter of the book and write journals on them and each class on how everything made us feel. Show up on time, do your work, and participate.

Gordon is FANTASTIC! I took an incomplete due to personal reasons and I waited 2 years so my work schedule would change just so I could take it with him again. I learned so much in this class that had nothing to do with the book. Beyond inspiring; I hope he never retires!!!

I just found this site but couldn't wait to review this Instructor. He teaches Psychology and Stress Management. He made me care and learn and worked with me to help my understanding and the usefullness of the material. I took the class a while ago but want to go back because he was so good.

Someone just told me about this site and I wanted to participate. I took this class and it spoiled me. No other instructor has ever matched up to Mr. Fultz. He made our class more exciting than any other class I had had to that point or since in my graduate studies. You need to know how lucky Chemeketa is to have him teaching there.

My whole life was awakened and it was great to be back in this type of interactive classroom. I was a teacher myself but learned much from this fabulous instructor. A delightful course and instructor. I could have listened to him for many more weeks if the course hadn't ended. I also liked that all the students became acquainted and friendships developed with the exercises and groups. That was his plan. I learned so much about me and others. I think I will be taking the course again just for fun.

Excellent class. I came into this class after nearly 3 years of other classes at some other colleges. I have had over 20 classes and never wanted to work as hard as I did for this one. It was not a hard class but I loved it and wanted to do well. I did my work and did not procrastinate and it worked. This class was the best of all.

I am Hispanic and found this class and teacher to be very culturally aware and caring. We had several other cultures represented in the class. He helped all of us and went to extreme efforts to make sure we understood the material. A great class.

This is a must-have instructor. So far I have had two classes and both have been my best classes. He teaches an awesome Stress Management Course and this one. I went to OSU and returned here for some pre-requisites. He is the best instructor I have had at either college. I would take any class he teaches.

I came to this class after I had taken Mr. Fultz's Stress Management course. The Stress course was the absolute best but this one was just as great. I love this instructor and wish I could just have him for all of my classes. He cares and works with each student and really knows his stuff. I had to write this because this is the best single class I have ever experienced. This instructor prepared these amazing exercises which were the best I have ever been through. I am rating a Stress Management class taught by this Instructor. It is only one unit but absolutely the most helpful class I have ever taken. This instructor cares and provides great information on the subject. He also puts the class through some amazing relaxation exercises. It was a perfect class for me. Bravo!

My friends told me of this site so thought I would say a few words about Mr. Fultz. We are middle of the term and I absolutely love this course and the way the instructor teaches. He tells lots of personal stories and puts the material into perspectives to which I can easily relate. He is funny and charismatic and makes a joyful 4 hour class.

Several of our class are doing this. This Instructor should be rated an A+ Excellent. I am fortunate to have two classes with him and he is the best instructor I have ever experienced. Clear, fun, inspirational, and extremely knowledgeable. I would love school if all my instructors were like him. I would rather be in class than out having fun.

He is a very good teacher. He wants you to participate and he encourages interaction with other students. He didn't give us any tests because he has quite a few opinion papers that are really easy if you put your heart into it. He is pretty energetic and there was only one class that we actually sat down and listened to a lecture the entire time.

gets everyone involved in group discussions and counts that as tests. he doesn't believe in tests so you don't have any. your last class instead of taking a final all you do is bring food and party.

Gordon is very nice and wants your to do your best. He provides you with many extra credit options to ensure you get the grade you want. I would recommend him if you want to learn a lot and have fun doing it. Attendance matters! He likes participation in class discussion so read the chapter.

If you have any opportunity to take a class with Gordon, I highly recommend it. Also, don't let 4 hour long classes scare you. He always has activities to do and his lectures are always fun and pass by very quickly. He does not give tests and has a party for the final instead. He is an amazing professor and is very compassionate about his students.

I took his class this past fall 2015 term. I enjoyed the class discussions and the topics we covered. I felt that his class was able to help me see life in a different perspective. If you are looking for a place to learn and grow then PSY 101 with Mr. Fultz is a great option.!

Gordon has a lot of info to offer and it's best to enter the class open minded. He is very fair on grading and offers more extra credit and opportunists to pass then any teacher I have ever known. The only reason you would not pass is because you did not put the effort into it. We all changed as a class for the best. It was inspirational.

We had to write 800+ words about each chapter (reflection pages) not a big deal as long as you're willing to dedicate an hour or two outside of class to read the chapter and write about it. If you procrastinate (oops) and try to write them all in one day you will be overwhelmed & will require wine. He is a great guy who really cares about students.

He was great to work with gave great lectures and really makes you think about your work definitely a must if taking psychology at Chemeketa

I would highly recommend taking Psychology with him! Offers a lot of extra credit. The chapters are interesting and you have to write a reflection about the chapters. He lets you go out of topic, write about where ever your mind takes you. It counts as your midterm and there's no final! The 4 hours goes by fast, he has a lot of fun activities.

He really is a great teacher. If you're able to stay on top of his reflection papers (two each week) you can pass with an A. There is no mid term or final, just reflection papers and a group project. He is really easy going and wants to teach you things you can use in real life.

Mr G is awesome! I highly recommend his class. He keeps it fun and doesn't just give lectures the whole time. No midterm or final... Just reflection papers that basically let you talk about whatever you want. Just don't procrastinate. He offers a ton of extra credit. Sad the class ends next week. :(

Gordon is one of my favorite profs at Chemeketa. He has a great sense of humor and genuinely cares about each of his students individually. Stay on top of the reading and the papers and you will do just fine. Gordon makes it super easy to pass his class because she offers a ton of extra credit. I would totally take this class again!
