Professor Ozer is an amazing professor! I absolutely loved taking his class. He's very helpful and accommodating and even lenient. His exams are easy and straightforward as long as you attend lectures. The lectures were entertaining and informative.

One of my favorite classes! He is the reason I took on information systems as my second major. Very easy class just pay attention to his slides and the definitions in the textbook and you'll be set for the tests. Assignments you can get 100 if you just go to the TA. You get extra credit for doing in class activities so just go to class.

Highly recommend his course! Professor GT really cares his students. Although this course was very technical, he was always willing to help us with not only the course contents but also even our personal project. Assignments and exams are clear and well designed, which help us better understand the technical content within the business context.

I have to say that Professor GT is the best professor I ever had in my school life. He always prepare well-designed handouts for us in each class so that we can learn and understand those complex data scientist knowledge smoothly. Prof. Ozer is very knowledgeable and enthusiastically tries to make it easy for his students to understand not only the content of the course, but also why it's important in the real world. He lectures using slides and videos, but doesn't rely on them because his lecture style is more like an engaged conversation with the class. Would recommend!

I would say Prof. G.T. is the most inspirational professor I have ever met. He makes sure everything you learn is meaningful and related to the real world. Also, he uses survey twice per semester to get student's feedback from teaching environment and he will adjust accordingly. Go talk to him on your project and you will get some surprising ideas!

Professor Ozer is one the best professors I have had the privilege to be taught from. His lectures are fast paced as he has to cover a lot within a just few weeks but if you do his assignments and project with commitment then you shall have no problem in his course. The way in which course is created is just brilliant. Emphasis on the concepts & not just the syntax of coding. You are learning the hot topics of Data Mining in great depth, explained in a lucid manner, implementing them through the assignments/labs/project on new datasets from different domain EVERYTIME. He is astoundingly accessible.

I really enjoyed this class and learned so many interesting things. The professor used to also have guest lectures where people from industries used to explain their work. That was really good experience for us. We also had a lot of HW's and Labs which helped us stayed on track throughout the course and implement all the theoretical knowledge

Lectures are so good that the class is usually full even though he doesn't take attendance. He seems to be an expert when it comes to analytics and his lectures show that. Loaded course and high standards though. So much to learn and do in a semester.

One of the toughest classes I have taken in college but also the most rewarding class. Gorkem is the type of teacher to encourage learning in analytics and things you have not thought about before. If you work really hard in this class and want to learn, it pays off; otherwise you're stuck.

Nice guy. His class is definitely tough, but he is honest about that. He truly wants everyone to succeed, but he is not giving out A's for free. He is all about fairness. The way he thinks is extremely reasonable and understandable. He is empathetic too, and will spend as much time as it takes for everyone to understand a topic.

Attendance is not mandatory but it is needed to do well in this class. By far my favorite teacher and class I have taken at unh, learned so much from him and this class. will make sure you do will in the class if you show up and try and get help.

I took Predictive Analytics with him and loved it, he is an amazing teacher and does a really good job inspiring students with his lectures. Labs and assignments but feel more like interesting puzzles then work, no busy work, just learning! Very cool, also brings yummy snacks, and creates a great in-class environment. Makes the 3 hours fly by!

Hands down one of the best professors I have had at UNH. Although the coursework seems daunting, Professor Ozer truly cares about his students and their learning. He's funny and engaging and if you come to class with an open mind, then you will get the most out of it. He does make fun of us business majors, but it is well deserved!

GT is great, you will never get out of class early, but you are guaranteed to learn something. He is available almost any time of day on Discord, and he's always willing to help *you* answer your own questions. Labs and assignments take a while, but there is little to no additional homework week-to-week otherwise. Don't get him started on MBAs.

This was the most challenging class in the MSBA program. The class consisted of interesting lectures and G.T. always encourages participation. He will definitely challenge you (make sure you know the why behind your answer!) and cares about every student's experience in his class. Make sure to put in the work, you will get so much out of the class

I've taken two courses with GT and he is, by far, the best professor I've had. His direct approach to criticism can be jarring at first, but it's easy to find humor in it. He truly cares about every student (only if they care). Be prepared to be challenged and take thoughtful and meaningful approaches to analyses. Plus, he uses Discord (cool).

You have to work hard as this course is bit difficult but he'll make it easier if you follow all his steps. You will never get bored in his class as he uses different methods it as fun as possible. I was really impressed with the approach he takes in teaching which doesn't pressurize us much but always makes us think 'Why'?

I like the way how he builds the lecture and those "WHY" questions after every answer made us think deeper. He asks to read the articles and write the reflection on it through which he introduces the new topics and ignite to start thinking. He was very challenging to answer when he asked questions because he would simply pry the answer out of you. It sounds rough but it makes you learn faster, and although I struggled extensively with the concepts, I got there.
