he was one of the easiest classes i have ever taken. he gives you a study guide for the upcoming test then he goes over it in class, giving you word for word answers that are going to be on the test. only has two outside of class assignments and they are one page papers. loved the class... SOOO easy

I recommend Dr. Ray for government classes. He gives a study guide that has the questions that will be on his tests.

Dr. Ray is super easy. I took him for maymester and made an easy A+. He does tend to talk alot about current events for more than half the class but his Study Guide is word for word on the tests. I highly recomend him as long as you can control your texting and not fall asleep.

I am currently taking him for GOVT2305 and have already registered for his class for GOVT2306. He does talk about current events and stuff in class but he will tell you almost WORD FOR WORD what the test will say and tells you "This is important, write this down" If you are not going to make it to class, get notes from a friend! Super easy A.

This class I would have to say is really is easy. We review after every chapter and before every test. Depending on you really yu can buy the book but you will be fine without it.

Dr. Ray is easy! If he says "now this is important" or "write this down", you better write it down. You don't need the book since everything that is on the test, he tells you to write down. He gives a review sheet for the final and while attendance isn't mandatory, you better show up or you will miss notes! I would take Dr. Ray again and again!

He does tell you what is important and you need to remember this. Although he is trying to get away from that because students take advantage and only come to class on review days. He is really nice and he also discusses current issues. He does give you a paper worth a test grade, it was an easy paper to write. Learned a lot in this class.

Grady Ray is an amazing professor, such an easy class. He gives the test reviews real clear and makes the test easy! I would take him again if I could.

Dr. Ray is very forward about his test's. Meaning, he basically gives you the answers to his tests. 2 Essays, 4 tests including the Final. Essays he goes over thoroughly so you know exactly how to write what he is looking for. You dont have to go to class to pass, but if you dont have friends to get the notes from you wont pass the tests.

Grady Ray is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable in his subjects. The work is incredibly easy and he quite nearly spells out the answers for you! Lectures (mine are two hours long because I'm taking a summer course) are long and boring, but the easy work makes it very well worth it. PS: You shouldn't need to buy a book!!!

If you need the grade really bad, this is your guy. show up for tests and you get an A. But i warn you, this is by far the worst professor I've ever had. You will learn nothing of value. A waste of time. He ranbles to the extent that you could learn what he teaches over a 2 hour time in 10 minutes.. If you take him in the summer feel free to skip.

Dr. Ray is not a bad guy. He likes his subject, and expects a group discussion in his classes. This is not going to be a lecture only class; he expects back and forth. He practically gives you the test while talking, but you have to pay attention to him talking. Don't expect to get out early, you will be there the whole 2 hours.

I took this class in the summer. The first hour of class was discussion on recent news or laws. Last hour was lecture and the test followed the lecture perfectly.

I took him for federal govt. always gives reviews. if you show up for class you'll always have all the info you need for every single test.

On one hand this class was the simplest thing ever. We did absolutely nothing but review the 8-word vocab list 6 times, and scour Yahoo news for images. Yet, some of the strangest grading practices I've encountered in a while. I can't tell a difference in the essays that make a 100 vs those that make a 50. If you can decipher his code, go for it.

Mr. Ray was super nice to have this year. Not only was he super easy, but had interesting stories. He gives you a review and the review is the test, answers and all!

I had him in the spring 2016 for gov 2305, and then summer 1 for gov 2306. He. is very honest and straight forward. He gives you the review for the test and the answers. All you have to do is read over it a few times.

Mr Ray class was not difficult if you study. Sometimes he talks about other things but the requirements are clear and he seems to want the students to do well. he does make you wear lanyards and does not have extra points.

If you are taking govt because it is a requirement, take Mr. Ray. He is a very easy teacher, as he gives you everything you need to succeed. He gives the exact test questions on the review and through a series of classes you get the answers. VERY easy A.

The semester is almost over and i am glad i took this professor. he explains what you need to do to make an A. if you do not come to class you will not know what to do. he does care that his students do well.

Ray is a nice man but he is not an easy A like my friends said. The highest I can make is a B. He gives out study guides but you have to read as well.

There are only 2 essays counted as 50 points a piece . 3 exams and a final which is comprehensive. He gives out a review for all exams , final so you know what to expect . Study and you will pass with an A .

I took Professor Grady Ray during a May-term and I have to say, his class was one of the easiest class I ever took! He gives you a review and everything on that review is on the test. Most of it was just memorization but if your willing to put in the time I ensure you that you too will make an easy A+. Highly recommend this professor!

This class is an easy A! IF YOU SHOW UP! He tells you exactly what he wants, if you take notes you will pass. He has 2 short essay questions on each test but tells you exactly what he wants you to write. if you miss class on this day you messed yourself around. Also 2, 3 pg essays. Professor Ray's class was a very calm, non-busy class. His class wans't the easiest, but he tried his best to make it easy. He would give you everything you needed for the tests in his class. All you had to do was show up to class, take notes, and study.

The entry before mine makes me believe the dude was in history or space camp Mr. Ray was very intelligent and I learned a great deal. He is helpful and a very nice man. He does not give dozens of extra points but is very and if you study you do not need them. Read the entry before the history major.
