He's a great teacher and he makes the class fun. He also offers several extra credit opportunities.

He is an okay teacher. Things were explained well in class and he does give A LOT of extra credit. The study guides on the test were somewhat helpful. He can sometimes be very rude to the students though, it was kind of surprising. I would not take another class from him.

Thsi class was SUPER easy! He gives WAY too much extra credit, and as long as you study the study guide at the end and do MOST of the extra credit he gives you, you'll pass easily. Bring your book!

This was one of the easiest classes ever! He gives you all the powerpoints. Everything in class is extra credit. He gives you a study guide for every test. Just fill it out and the questions are EXACTLY the same on the test. It's really hard to fail this class. It's really hard to even get any less than an A.

Ignore the bad posts, He is a little on the hyper side. the class consists of three tests 100 points each and yes they are hard. HE GIVES YOU A STUDY GUIDE WITH ALL THE QUESTIONS. do the study guide and you will be fine. He also curves the tests, and offers extra credit every day in class. book needed for extra credit. im in his class now, the dude is cool. class attendance isnt mandatory but i suggest it, he gives out extra credit like every day. the tests are easy, straight from the guide. hes funny and likes to have a good time. i would take his class over and over.

Fun class only once a week do not have to go to class but you can get lots of extra credit i recommend participating as much as possible in all of his extra credit. Makes it really easy to study for his test and gives you some mess up room because all extra credit goes toward the tests.

DO THE STUDY GUIDES!!! They are EXACTLY what is on the test, word for word. Going to class is also highly suggested. He's very high energy, and it's only once a week. Little to NO homework at all, so going to class is the best thing to do. Easy A.

The tests have a lot of questions but are really easy because he gives you a study guide in advance that is basically the test. ALSO he gives tons of extra credit! Sooo easy to get an A. He is never boring and extremely energetic. HOWEVER make sure you don't sit in the back because he loves to pick on people who sit there.

Quizzes, labs, presentations, homework, and papers are all extra credit. Tests are exactly what's on the study guides. Lectures are fast paced but he makes them interesting. Attendance is not mandatory but you should go anyways for the extra credit. If you buy the book, get the exact edition, he's picky with page numbers.

TAKE THIS CLASS! It IS an easy A. he offers extra credit EVERY class. it is a 96 to get an A and there are three tests. He offers so much extra credit that some people don't even have to take the final! (he can be unpleasant and treat you like kids but the class is still worth taking)I had so much extra credit I only needed a 45 on the final.

Geary's class was easy.If you buy the book and study for the exam you are good. USE THE STUDY GUIDE. They are EXACTLY like the test.If you pass the first two exams and do alot of the extra credit he offers you probably wont have to take the final.His class is fairly easy.Only negative is that he could sometimes be rude and blunt.

At first the class may seem confusing, but it's not. It's a very EASY class as long as you show up to class and study for the tests. There are 3 tests including the final. The study guide is EXACTLY like the test so do the study guide and study it. Go to class because he gives a lot of extra credit. The book is needed. I do recommend this professor

EASY CLASS! Who said it wasnt?! Yes, at 1st it's confusing because when you just sat down in class, a quiz pops up and you get 2 min to do it. HW, quizzes, posters, presentations are ALL voluntary extra credit! However once you get the hang of it, you'll do fine. Study guide is exactly like the test! BUT! know the rite answers to it from the book!

Easy class. Nice guy. 2 midterms and 1 final, everything else is extra credit. Provides study guides but not all information is covered in lectures so you have to use your book to find some information yourself & study alot!!! He does not tolerate talking, messing around, and will put you on blast. Also took him for KINE 114E. Take him!

Easy class. Pretty much graded on attendance. There is a final but he gives you the exact questions that will be on the final a few weeks in advance. As long as you show up to class you will get an A.

Just go to class and he will basically hand you an A. I need 10 more points to get an A and I havent even taken the final. Nice guy, very excited all the time. I have taken this class before but this guy actually teaches you how the material applies to your life!

It's one day week. The class isn't hard, it's not too exciting, but if you put in a decent amount of effort like I did you should walk away with an A no problem. Also, I bought the StudyBlue pro thing for this class and it helped tremendously because the note cards for this class on StudyBlue are word for word the same for his assignmentstests

He is very to the point the first day of class. Basically you show up to receive points and earn 288 points which is an A. Gives A LOT of extra credit and posts a study guide for the exams. DO THEM! All of the study guide is on the exam just in different order. Very easy class just show up to every lecture.

This class was honestly the easiest class I have ever taken! I honestly only showed up to class about 5 times. It is impossible for you to fail. He gives a massive amount of extra credit. You only need the book if you are planning to do the extra credit.

Really easy class. The study guide is the same as the midterm but many of the material is common sense. He gives out extra credit every class meeting and you use the book a lot. You won't fall asleep you will be doing work at all times or he will be asking questions. Overall easy.

Attendance is worth your grade. He gives random quizzes that make it possible to make up the points missed from an absence. All you do is work out and record it on a card. If you need help on how to use a machine or advice on how to work out according to your goals, he will help.

He made lectures fun and engaging. All his assignments were EC -- meaning the weren't mandatory, therefore you don't lose just gain. His reviews for exam were very helpful, he answered any question you had. Made sure you understood what he was talking about. Would take again :)

I'm not sure why he even has any bad reviews. If you fail his class, you have to never show up and not even do the study guides, or try and fail. He offers so much easy extra credit just for going to class and basically taking notes. His study guides match the tests almost identically. Great overall professor, passionate, EXTRA CREDIT, TAKE HIM!

I'm not sure how anyone fails this class. Easiest class I have ever taken. Tons of Extra credit every lecture basically for just taking notes. Having the book will help you earn even more extra credit. Made it fun, went fast but was interesting. Always engaging, time flew in there. Highly recommended, just show up and get your A.

Confused with the low ratings because Geary is good at what he does. Such an easy class. Everything is EC, study guides resemble the exams. He always let's you know what your grade is so you know if to do the EC he offers or not. Which you should cause its easy & adds up with your exam scores. Some people didn't have to take the final thanks to EC

Professor Geary was great! I thought the class was very informative. Pretty much show up and do the in class assignments. One of the easiest A's I've ever gotten. Learned a lot about health. He went a little quickly on a few in class projects, which was bad for those not paying attention. Would highly recommend for KINES 205.

He can come off as arrogant but he is good and knows a lot. You will reconsider your health & want to make a change. He gives low points for hmwk, classwork & extra credit assignments. Do the study guides they are the tests if you score high you don't need to worry about anything else. I didn't like him but I would take him again.

geary is something else. Hes pretty arrogant and annoying but hes funny as well. Offers ALOT of EC but you gotta stay on top of it. He goes fast and his notes are all over the place. He has good knowlege thou and makes you want to change your health. Study guides are on quizlet and exams resemble the study guide alot, so study those and goto class.

The class is out of 300 points based upon three 100 point exams. All homework, quizzes, and labs are optional and count as extra credit so if you do well in the beginning of the class, your chances of taking the final is low. All study guides are on quizlet and study guides are identical to exams. Plus, Dr. Geary is always willing to help.

He has this stupid system for exams where you HAVE to sit boy/girl/boy/girl. Alright look, this guy is awesome. He does take this course pretty seriously and will call out anyone who's not paying attention. It's funny when he catches you, so be respectful and earn that easy A that he will help you achieve! Show up for extra credit because every class he offers it! This is an easy A! The study guides are the exact same as the actual test. Geary is cool because although there's over two hundred people in the class, he makes an effort to talk to every student. There are many opportunities to earn extra points. He is friendly and enthusiastic

Great professor, he is very informative with his lectures, and gives a substantial amount of extra credit. No homework, only extra credit. Exams are very easy if you look at the study guide. Very little math, but it helps to know some of the formulas. 3 tests, a lot of extra credit, no reason not to get an A.

Honestly, one of the best classes you can take because of the Professor. The study guide is basically the test. He calls extra credit ALA and gives enough of it that if you complete most of it, and receive a score of 96 (grades on a curve) on the two tests before the final- you don't have to take the final. Class time is mainly fast-paced lectures.

Great Professor! He makes it very clear that he cares about your grade and gives plenty of help with an assignment if/when you need it. In his Kinesiology 205 class he gives more than enough extra credit opportunities and his study guides are the tests! Definitely recommend him if given the choice.

Prof. Geary sometimes comes off as rude and intimidating but he really isn't, he cares about his students and makes sure you understand what he is teaching. He gives study guides which are really helpful, If you do them you will pass all his tests!! I would definitely recommend him.

Hes awesome. 3 tests of 100 points each equally weighed, and then offers 200 points of extra credit during the quarter. The extra credit is almost entirely in the form of in class work (which you need the textbook for) and he encourages you to do as much as possible so that you can get all the points required to get an A and then skip the final.

Easy A. as long as you do the study guides and the ALA papers during class.

Doing his study guide and knowing how it can be asked in different ways will help you get an A in the class. ALA aka Extra Credit is optional. Doing them will help you NOT to take the final. This class was very simple and easy to get the A. anyone else not trying, is not understanding how to do well in the class.

Complete the study guide. If you do bad on an exam attend class for ALA (Xc) points to improve grade. Dr Geary has study sessions before exams to answer study guide questions. Great class.

Dr Geary is an awesome professor! This is my second time taking him and I loved this class its a lot of fun you teach one group lesson and one solo lesson but he gives everyone full credit He is a great guy and I learned a lot about classroom management

This was an enjoyable class as well as an enjoyable professor. Its one of those stress free classes youll actually get a lot of info from. Dr. Geary is straight forward with what he wants from you and cares deeply about your grade.

Dr. Geary is the best! He's really funny and is very knowledgable in his materials. Do note that when you have him, you are there to work! Don't slack off or you won't get none of the materials or his ALAs (his version of extra credit).
