Cool guy, easy class, but you still learn. Confined himself to the book a little too much, but was a very respectable teacher.

He's a good prof and presents da material very good & easy 2 understand but the tests are impossible 2 ace unless u are a good memorizer and his tests are based on real-life situation questions, not jus definition style so u wud have 2 understand da topic

This is an awesome teacher. He actually relates modern events to what he is teaching. He doesn't mind staying after to help you and is always trying to get you to improve your grade.

His General Physchology class isn't too difficult and he's a great guy. I would definately recommend him to people.

this teacher is wonderful. it's a very structured class, so you always know what is going on and what is going to be on every test. there are never any suprises. he keeps the class very interested and finds exciting things for the class to do. i enjoy his classes very much!

Prof Harris is an OUTSTANDING professor. Not only does he demonstrate a clear knowledge of the subject he teaches, he also has a sincere desire to help his students. He expends alot of time helping students to relate to the information both in and out of the classroom enviroment. A MAGNIFICANT GUY!!

he was absolutely awesome, i did not do terribly hot in his class, but he was a great instructor. He was very well educated and made the class very interested in what he was teaching us. I will always recommend him and miss him dearly!

I REALLY ADORE HIM, WHEN I FIRST CAME I WAS SCARED BECAUSE I DID NOT THINK THAT I WOULD EVER PASS BUT I FINALLY DID, HE EVEN INFORMED ME THAT I HAD THE HIGHEST GRADE ON HIS FINAL. It is a hard class. You write about four papers, which sucked - but if you write extra you get extra credit. Study the notes he presents in class and the test is easy. If you don't study the notes, you are screwed big time. He is an awsome guy and very smart.

I took an on-line Gen. Psychology course with Professor Harris and he was awesome! He is the only teacher so far to actually interact with his students during discussions. His tests will make you think and you have to read every chapter and study to do well. You will have a couple of essays but it was a fantastic class! Bravo Professor Harris!!

Internet Class. I took Gen. Psych and Prof. Harris was very interactive during the course. We did have 4 papers which stunk and he was bad about giving grades out. But, study hard for the tests, get involved in the discussions, and you'll get an "A" in the class. So far he's the most interactive instructor I've had. Overall, Bravo Prof. Harris!

Took Prof. Harris for several classes and made A's in all of them. His writing assignments are different each semester. If you want to do well come to class take notes, and read the book. DON'T FORGET TO DO THE ASSIGNMENTS! One writing assignment will be worth 30 percent of your grade

I took Human growth and developement with professor Harris this semester, and can only say he is amazing. It was a pleasure being in his class and I would definately recommend his class for any one interested in any psychology class !

Professor Harris is one of the greatest professors at PSC. In this class, you're actually being taught by a psychologist who is still conducting research today. TOOK THIS CLASS ONLINE. THE CLASS IS PRETTY EASY. THE PROFESSOR TELLS YOU FROM THE GET GO WHAT WORK NEEDS TO BE DONE. Im currently taking this professor online and the work is reasonable I guess but the thing that kills me is the papers we have to write. He's not very specific of what he wants.

I have taken every Psych class PSC offers and they have all been with Professor Harris. He is intelligent, professional, understanding, and has a great passion for teaching. He was always there when I needed help. He makes you work for your grade, but that's the way you learn! Most definitely would take another class if I could.

This professor was able to explain everything in the course really well, and he seemed passionate about his job. I learned a lot but overall the course was a pretty easy A. As long as you went to class, read the book, and participated in the lectures. The tests weren't bad, as long as you studied beforehand.

You get what you put into this class, you will be clueless during his lectures if you don't read beforehand and will most certainly do pretty bad on his tests too, and the oral presentation and research paper are definitely something you can't do in one night. Even so, he's a good professor and is willing to work with you if you ask him to.

Overall, a good professor. He utilizes class time for the lecture so any info on syllabus or about papers you are going to have to read on your own, usually posted on PAL. If you take notes in class and read the the textbook you will pass. Tough grader on presentations, try to present in most professional way possible. Not for unorganized...

I've taken a couple classes with professor Harris, and each one was a breeze. He's extremely lenient, & an easy grader (honestly, as long as you turn something solid in ON TIME, every assignment in the class in a given grade.) He allows more than enough time to turn them in, so if you get poor grades, you most likely didn't take advantage of that.

I highly recommend Professor Harris for psychology. His lectures were boring at times, but when he lectured about interesting topics, I learned so much from him. He gives a test for each chapter but the answers are all in the book so it's not hard. He is a very nice professor and he definitely knows a lot when it comes down to psychology.

The class itself is pretty easy, but I really don't like the textbook (which the tests are based off of). It's boring, has no page numbers, and really small text. Lectures are better, and there are only a few written assignments. The written assignments weren't graded until the end of the semester, and the research paper is 30% of your grade.

I would take this class again! Professor Harris is excellent!

I very much enjoyed having Professor Harris for Human Sexuality online. At the time we used PAL and McGraw-Hill as our online textbook. I took it as a 12week course. Everything you need to pass is right there in the text and tests are easy. Just make sure you do the research paper and log on to do the discussions and you'll do great. Loved it!

I had Prof Harris for online Honors Abnormal Psychology and really enjoyed the class. There was a lot of reading, quizzes, and tests but that didnt really bother me. He was very respondent to emails and understanding of any concerns I had.

His class is a little boring since his voice is slightly monotone at times and if the class is dead silent after he asks a question he will say "don't all speak up at one" (he did it like 10 times in one class). But aside from that his class is easy to pass as long as you pay attention and do the reading. Also don't procrastinate the research paper

This is a great class to take! This being an online class, yes there is a lot of work because for each chapter you have a 100+ questions for homework and then a quiz, but it's all mainly busy work. The quizzes you could just click the check my work button and it corrects you. You also truly learn a lot abut the development of humans.

He has a passion for psychology, lectures are fun. Overall a good professor

Very accessible and provides very clear instructions for everything. It is an easy A if you complete every assignment accordingly. I would take his class again in a heartbeat. Most assignments are graded through Macmillan LearningPad so it makes it much more accessible, it even has the textbook e-text.

I enjoyed this class! Professor Harris grades easy if you follow the instructions. Very monotone and I would not recommend taking this class at 7:30 in the morning. The textbook is online and you NEED to do the homeworks and exams online! His feedback is very helpful. Pay attention in class and participate because he will randomly call on you!

AMAZING professor. Gives great and interesting lectures. All assignments, quizzes and test are online and super easy if you read the material or use quizlet. One research paper and two discussion boards and grades them very easily. Class is an easy A if you do the assignments. You can tell he is really passionate about his job.

I found the lectures very boring, probably because my class was quiet. It is easy to pass this class, as long as you pass the chapter tests. There is a research paper and two discussion posts but as long as you do them correctly, its an easy A.

Ended with a 97. Loved family psychology. Wish the professor was more involved within the online course, but nonetheless, enjoyed my time within the course. :)
