mr. o is fun and exciting to listen too. he has lots of experience more than anyone i know..in law enforcement. he ia always there for his students you gotta go to class though, thats were the learning is...not the book,u dont really use it

Mr.O is a great instructor.i've known him for the past year and hopefully i will take all the classes he is teaching untill i finish my criminal justice program.he is very friendly, outgoing,helpful in many ways, understanding, cool, funny and very very respectful.god bless him.

I love Mr. O! He is the best at teaching what he knows. No suprises, what he says is on the exams is on the exams. He uses the book alot in class so make sure you have one. Take this teacher!

awesome teacher as well as all the other CRJ instructors, Kearney, Osowski, Cravens, Harper ... all have been in the field and done the work. real life stories are always intersting and bring in to the class. you will learn how it is really like out there. barley use the book which is graeat. they all teach you what you really NEED to learn.

At first I did not think that I was going to enjoy the class but once i got to know the guy he was alot of fun in class. I lived hearing stories from his days as a cop. You need to pay close attention to what he says and if you copie everything that he puts on the overhead you will do fine on his exams.Take him. Its worth it. I will take him again.

Wow! Mr. O is amazing. I always looked forward to going to class! He pokes fun at anyone- in a nice way! I recieved an A but I worked for it. There are 3 things graded- the midterm, final, and assesment! You'll do a research assignment that takes 5 min and u present infront of the class! The best class ever!

I really enjoyed this course, I wish we had it longer. Mr. O is cool but sometimes his sense may bother some people. Other than that the class really simple 3 tests based off all lecture notes. Just make sure you're not absent. He also gives a little extra credit.

He a great teacher. He has expericance and relates to what you talk about to real life and you leave the class knowing wht was just talked about. He does pick on people but i dont know anyone who still doesnt think he's a good teacher. You only have 3 tests and you cna get extra creidt on to you loset score and it can bring it up a full grade.

Best instructor I have had in my life, I go to U of M now but Mr. O blows any other instructor away. His class is easy if you attend class, study, and just have fun and laugh a little with him.

HE IS THE BEST!! He makes the class super interesting. He does not like cell phone use in his class. At one point he actually threw a students phone across the room into the garbage can. I was floored! But it was all in good fun and was a fake phone. He gets his point across. He is the biggest sweet heart! Take him, you wont regret it.

He seemED like a cool guy but watch out for "SLY" racial comments he can't seem to help himself from making. But you have to listen clearly in doing so. I happened to notice one day in class and was like naw, then he did it again and again...oh & dont miss class or be late!

He will make sure you feel comfortable, and helps encourage class participation. If you didn't pass the tests (and/or the class) you were really trying to fail. I had Mr. Osowski in the winter 2016 semester he's a great guy and great teacher who really cares about the decisions his students make in life. I learned a lot about criminal justice through his lectures and he wants to keep his students out of trouble so if he picks on you don't take it seriously! He's just testing you. I miss his class. I liked this class. I earned an A, and I learned so much. Mr.O is really kind, and he wants students to learn. He may pick on you, but he is just trying to make you laugh.
