PG is like warm honey butter on the new Bare Naked Ladies CD. Really sweet and chock full of interesting pop culture bits. Seriously, he leads great inquiries into the everyday mundane world of being human/american/whatever. Awesome Dude!

Intro to A/V: He truely knows his stuff. He's incredibly helpful and just a kind person in general. I haven't had a class with him in 2 years, but he still says Hi and calls me by name in the halls!!

Dr. Greg is a really great professor. The lectures and the material he covers is actually intersting. He is not a hard grader and although you have quizzes every class they are short and incredibley easy.

Two words.... The Man. I've taken lots of teachers but this guy pretty much takes the cake. He makes you enjoy classes, which is more than I can say for half of these screwball teachers. 101 is a lot of reading but if you do it class is a breeze. AV is all hands on and he explains everything he wants you to know.

What an awesome professor - easily the best professor at MU! Cares about his students and his classes and really knows his stuff. If you need help he is always willing to give it. Best of all - he makes class fun. You'll actually find yourself looking forward to going to his class and learning from him. He is THE MAN!

Nice guy- fun class. Work is kinda boring- alot of reading- just do it and you will do fine. Gives extra points for different things. Quizzes everyday but again- just keep up with the reading! Would recommend!

If you keep up with the reading, an A is totally attainable. Awesome prof, one of the best. Great to take as a gen ed and is modern; discusses things like cell phones and myspace. Totally awesome.

This man is amazing. He is a GREAT teacher and really cares about how his students do in his class. Comm 101 isn't the most exciting class to take, but Dr. Greg deffinitly makes it manageable.

Dang this guy is probably the best professor I have ever had. Even though there is a lot of reading, I cannot see how you wouldn't like one of his classes. If you want a cool professor who has plenty to talk about, take this guy.

AMAZING prof! easily the best at MU!

What else can I say other than he is amazing! Very helpful and will give you the benefit of the doubt. My group had an idiot in it that slacked and couldnt do anything and he definitely penalized him instead of our enitre group! Very easy to get along with.

Keeps the class moving, never once hesitated to make students comfortable. No book or tests, just what he calls Olympics, (running through the studio showing him what you learned). Anybody with ADD like me who needs to touch it and do it to understand this is your guy. He's going to push you though. Ohh and he's a pinko liberal but aren't they all.

So glad he is tenured! Dr. Greg is simply the man! He keeps class interesting and you are guaranteed to know the TV and audio labs inside and out for what he calls Olympics (where you go over stuff in the studio and show him how to work stuff/fix simple problems) He prepares you for advanced TV classes without doubt.

There is a lot of reading and a quiz every class period, but that's how he runs his classes. Don't get scared though -- Dr. Greg is absolutely THE BEST professor Millersville has to offer. He is EXTREMELY smart, and you can listen to him lecture an entire class without getting bored. Classes are engaging and intriguing - Dr. Greg is the man!!!!!

Just completed Winter Session A/V. The BEST time to take this class. 2wks. instead of 15wks. Learned a lot and Dr. Greg made it fun! He's real supportive. Work hard,show up for class each day and turn in work on time-your reward will be an "A". Dr. Greg is one of the finest prof's in the COMM dept! Had him for 401 too-fun & interesting

Took this course as a winter class and HIGHLY recommend everyone that has to take it you do the same!!! It was so easy and Dr. Greg is the man and makes sure everyone has a clear understanding before moving on to another step in the process. I don't think anyone that took the course with me got below an "A". You'll enjoy this class so TAKE IT!!!!!

Dr. Greg teaches a bunch of courses, 201, 401, Intro to AV.. He knows what he's talking about, passionate, caring. He is easily one of the best professors. If at all possible I HIGHLY recommend taking him if at all possible. :)

Dr. Greg was not only a great prof but has the patience and willingness to mentor his students. I am not even a communications person, but I would recommend any class he teaches.

Dr Greg is awesome. If you need to take Intro to AV take him. He only teaches in the winter but it's worth it. He makes sure you know everything before you are tested and he makes the class fun.

Dr. Greg Seigworth(noun)aka Seaworthy, Chef Seigworth; has a profound love for discussions of Justin Bieber and transvestites. When you take Intro to A/V, take it w/the Gregster over the summer. He's basically the best(it's actually written in the undergraduate catalog)I have him for Critical Culture something or other, that's cool too. TAKE HIM!!!

Dr. Greg is one of the coolest profs. at Millersville and probably the best A/V teacher. He goes slow to help you learn and he does a lot of one-on-one learning during class time. I would highly recommend Dr. Greg as an A/V teacher!

I really like Dr. Greg! He is very laid back during lectures, so the class generally has a comfortable feel. You do have to read and take quizzes for almost every class period (although rarely from the textbook you buy).He gives lots of extra credit. I'm looking forward to 401 so I can take him again!

Funny, nice, and extremely fair. If you aren't interested in communication, take one class with him and you will be. He cares about his students and makes it a comfortable learning environment since he's so laid back. I never found myself bored in his class and he is very clear in his lectures.

Great guy! I was not a fan of all the reading in the class but Dr. Seigworth made the best of it. His lectures and the content can get really confusing so really pay attention. His class is an easy B if you give some effort. He gives extra credit every week so if you go you should get an A

Students at MU don't realize how respected a scholar Dr. Greg is because of how humble he is. He is actually friends with L. Grossberg, someone you will need to know about in COM 401.

If you have the chance to take Dr. Greg, do it! He is an amazing teacher and really makes the class enjoyable. There is assigned reading every night and quizzes on that reading the next class. The readings are not difficult, but you must do them to do well in the course. Dr. Greg is passionate about what he teaches, definitely take him!

Dr. Greg is Champ. 401 is one of two classes this semester that I look forward to weekly. That said, there is a final paper that replaces a final test 8-10 pgs. Two class Discussants on chapters from assigned readings. The reading material is very current, if not happening during the semester. Awesome PROFF that spreads the MAYO Generously

Dr. Greg is one of the best professors I have ever had. Class discussions are always lead carefully and honestly. He makes sure to relate all the textbook material to actual usable knowledge. I highly recommend him for any class. Although, I think 401 is his favorite.

Dr. Greg is an amazing prof! If you have the chance to take any classes with him make sure you do. He is extremely passionate about what he teaches and goes above and beyond to help his students. We read about 4 books, had daily quizzes, and wrote about 5 papers. If you put in the work you will get an A.

Dr. Greg is one of the, if not THE, best professor I've had at MU. Extremely helpful with very clear assignments. Daily quizzes but gives you the opportunity to make some up if you miss them. Very dedicated to making sure students pass without asking for much in return - just be active during class discussions. Have taken him for multiple classes.

Dr. Greg was is one of my favorite professors I've had at MU. Provokes thinking in a different way and makes boring content interesting. I went into this class thinking it would be difficult (not that it was easy) but because of his teaching I really enjoyed the class. He's also very helpful outside of class. He gives short daily quizzes too.

Dr. Greg is one of my favorite professors here at MU. He truly cares about the success of his students and it shows in his teaching. For Political Comm, there is a lot of reading but the tests are fairly easy and there is no big final. a GREAT professor and I highly recommend you take him.

For Communication, Culture, Community the class was mainly based around a topic each week and you take a small quiz on it. 3 hr class but mainly spent watching documentaries and class discussions. You leave inspired and he is SO KIND and very willing to help on the major paper which also is your midterm paper :) TAKE THE CLASS

Favorite professor at Millersville. He's intelligent, witty, and genuinely cares about his students. Classes are discussion-based and encourage debate and discussion.

He's such a great professor, I had him for two classes now and if I could, I sign up for more of my classes. It's a lot of reading, deff buy all the required books because you will use them for his weekly quizzes and writing the final paper. If I could, I'd take Seigworth and Spicer for everything.

Dr. Greg is a great teacher who genuinely cares about his students. The reading was helpful and educational (I quote it often in real life now!) and in-class discussions are very insightful.

Dr. Greg is by far the most caring professor I've ever had. He understands students have more than just his class/all classes. One time I missed an assignment and he was super great about letting me hand it in later. Very friendly, helpful, intelligent, and kind. His topics honestly help me see things differently. Highly recommended!

Dr. Greg is my advisor and has been my professor for the past two semesters. He has class readings that we have a class discussion on. He listens to all speakers and will offer genuine feedback. I was not always on top of the readings, which can really set you back. He did not penalize late work due to the pandemic. Cant recommend him enough!

Absolutely loved him. Truly cares about his students and wants them to succeed! If I could take him every semester I would. The work we did applied to real life application.

Had to take the class all online and he was really great about everything. He says "no late penalty in a pandemic" and is just overall understanding. There is a lot of writing but once you have a format set up for the weekly papers, they're really easy. The final is more writing but you choose how much each question is worth. He's a fair grader too

Dr. Seigworth is easily one of the best teachers in the Communications department. COMM401 has 5 paper assignments and 3 presentations. Very easy class to pass as long as you do the readings, (which are also pretty easy and interesting) and pay attention to the lectures.

He bought us pizza one class. I had this class over the winter, and it was part in person, part virtual. As long as you read the stuff he gives you, follow directions + talk in discussions, you should do great. Very quick when responding to emails, and gives good feedback. Too bad I'm a science major because I'd love to take him every semester.

He was a very calm professor and super understanding with due dates as long as you did not constantly abuse it. Some reading and reading quizzes but both were easy to understand and easy to get full credit. Speeches have clear outlines of what he wants. Overall super nice guy and a pretty easy class.

I have gotten more out of his classes educationally speaking than any other at Millersville. He's witty, interesting, understanding, and generally a pretty cool dude. everything you could want in a teacher. there is SO much reading but if you skip it a few times you will still get an A. Focus your effort on the presentations and discussant papers!

I love Dr. Greg because you know what you are getting yourself into. He has the same format for every class. Lots of reading but if you read, you are basically guaranteed a good grade. He is just a great guy and professor.

Best class you will ever take at Millersville. I was in the middle of a depressive episode and this was the only class to motivate me enough to get me out of bed. Love Dr. Greg! The quizzes he gives out every class are super easy, even if you just skim the reading you should pass. Doesn't grade harsh on the speeches, he meets you where you're at.

Dr. Greg is absolutely amazing! I have never been too eager about public speaking, but having Dr. Greg as a professor completely changed my mindset. He made the class atmosphere so comfortable and respectful. Do be ready to read because there is a reading quiz on each reading section! he is actually as great as everyone says. he is kind and caring and incredibly understanding, especially for personal matters or if youre sick. you read two books, both are... interesting... in their own ways. hes awesome, thats it. talk about music with him, its like his special interest.

Dr. Greg is the absolute best! Giving speeches in his class was easy and felt pretty conversational. He gives great feedback and his quizzes are not hard if you read. His only downfall is his strange love for peanut butter and jelly (?) sandwitches paired with tomato soup?

Technically he does use the textbook, but he uploads PDFs so you don't have to buy it. There was some reading involved but not an overwhelming amount. Regular quizzes so be prepared for those (do the readings) and speeches (duh). Dr. Greg makes the class fun and engaging, while creating a low-stress environment.

He's extremely friendly, will always go off topic (in a good way), and is a giant music head. He's the perfect professor for me. Class is very easy (he gives quizzes every class, but they're nothing to stress about), and he always tells us how much he loves us. The only thing is that he said he always responds to emails within 2 mins & never did so

Dr. Greg is great. Class is very easy to do well in as long as you read and put some effort towards your speeches. No lectures or midterm/final exam. Plenty of opportunities for some extra credit. Would 100% recommend.

Dr. Greg is absolutely fantastic. Zero lectures, great feedback, and an overall good guy. His approach to public speaking made me feel much more comfortable (especially as someone with social anxiety). There are daily quizzes on assigned readings (super easy!!) and the 5 speeches assigned give you a lot of freedom to talk about what you enjoy.

Makes speeches so much easier and less pressure

Extremely easy class, gives you straightforward criteria for speeches and responds to emails very quickly (even during weekends and holidays). So many opportunities for extra credit if you choose to speak first. He even gives opportunities for students to speak publicly outside of class. He gives good feedback, but I honestly wish he gave more.
