Professor Spengler, is a professor that only cares about the material that needs to be taught and not the learning process. He was fast paced with the material nor did he take the time out to review for a test with even with the requests by the students.

TERRIBLE...he goes WAY too fast, doesn't answer questions, doesn't care about how the students do...I dropped on the last day of class...

He is a great teacher.....FALSO HORRIBLE TEACHER...I CANT EVEN BEGIN TO DESCRIBE HOW STUPID HE WAS.

All he does is follow his notes and never talks to the class. If we ever ask a question he will never give us a clear answer the only response we will get is ask us after class.

Hardest class to take. Goes way too fast and isn't clear on work. Doesn't review for any test. He doesn't even help you get a boost in your grade. If your are trying to get a C in math to stay in school, I dont recommend him. All he will say is do your best. Which doesn't help at all. Worst Math Prof. Do not take, I repeat, Do not take.

Although Prof. Spengler is intellegent, he can not convey. He is horrible because he can't connect with how a student learns. I always did the homework, studied, spent hours in the math lab would've failed had i not withdrew. Even the ones who were smart in math found his class difficult and withdrew. Listen to these reviews and DROP! SO SERIOUS

Man makes you feel dumb in class, gives you boat loads of hw and goes over topics faster than a ufo spaceship, I mean where did this hire this guy from?? waste of money and time, theres no way in hell you can pass his class, doesnt even uses a calculator or teaches students how to use it, he says it on day one that he like it the old way. PLEASE save your time, money and brain for a class that the professor really will teach u...this guy cannot teach..gives 1 example per topic and jumps to nxt..he's the enemy of a graphing calculator...imagine calculus without a calculator...exactly! Don't take him...being very honest

This professor is a nice person, but he sucks at teaching...He spends most of the classes doing proofs, and he never has students do examples. He believes that the students should learn the material outside of class. DO NOT TAKE HIS BUSINESS CALC MATH112 under any circumstances, you will work your ass of just to get a non-transferable D+.

basicly, DO NOT TAKE!!!! He is a really fast teacher. he will run through everything even if u dont understand. he will jsut say go to extra help. only good thing is that if u go to extra help u get points added onto ur efinal grade, so basicly if u go 5 days a week and get max points u get like 40 points or something like that added. He goes over 1 problem in class and expects you to learn the rest on your own or the math lab. He does no review and takes too long on 1 problem. His lesson plan is exactly like the book word for word. You won't pass, class started with 30 students and only 8 were left. He claims if you do the HW you will pass the test, FALSE. DONT TAKE HIM!!!!

This guy is the worst. He picks favorites. And if you take a test, don't dare put something on it that can help you out. (Like take an extra step or write down a basic equation just because it's easier for you) he will take off points. Also unles your a fair skinned girl who probably did varsity in high school don't expect attention.

Please do not take if you want to pass a Math class because you won't. Not genuine, no extra credit, and everyone usually drops so they don't get the horrific grades he gives out. He really screwed me over. If you are smart read this and DO NOT take this teacher.

Fly's through every lesson he teaches. Try's to squeeze 2 or 3 lessons in each day and we haven't even mastered the first one yet. Never checks homework nor gives you credit for doing them.

before you think of taking this man DDDDDOOOOOOOO NNNNNNOOOOOTTTTT he doesn't know how to teach, he rushes through lessons without any of the students understanding and moving onto the next topic. I should have known something was wrong when the 3rd week of classes 15 students dropped the class.

Hes hard with grading, doesnt explain things well, makes too many jokes, too quick with lessons I feel rushed. Im not great In math yet he doesnt take the time to re-explain things, he just wants to move forward.

Absolutely horrible. The math course I took alone was already difficult enough and this professor that I had for it did not make it any easier. I spent countless numbers of time in the math center for extra help and I still almost failed. I and almost the rest of the students in this course dropped by the end of the semester. Avoid at all costs !

The absolute worst teacher I've EVER had. Never had a problem with a class (math or otherwise) before, but this has been brutal. Doesn't explain anything well, so you're left to figure it out yourself on the massive quantity of homework. ALWAYS late - but you'd better not be. I fully expect at least half of the class to drop.

Terrible Professor. Does not care about his students and is very rude. He likes to waste time to tell his jokes throughout class then rushes lessons.

By far the worst math prof. I registered for a calc course and the prof was tba, but I didn't think much of it because I took calc in high school. His lectures are awful, gives loads of homework, and on top of all that his tests are harder than what we did in lecture and on the hw. By the end of the semester half of the class dropped the course.

Its clearly this professor doesnt understand that the adults come in the evening to get an education and we also are tired of our jobs and families responsibilities. We make the sacrifice to better ourselves yet he treat us like we are recently graduate from high school and try to teach us in that way. Suggestion: Reinvent your teaching method!

okay in my two decades of school I've never had a professor that just doesn't care. He teaches well and does his job but literally any inconvenience he wont give 2 cakes about it. His jokes are corny if you think they're funny god help your future spouse. Most of his responses to your problems would consist of "figure it out" or ":i cant do much"

can't teach whatsoever. doesn't give a rats ass about you if you pass or not. doesn't give extra credit. doesn't give you the exact grade. rude.

Taking math012 with him was absolutely horrible comes to class late every day and doesn't take the time to help you with tests or quizzes when you fail them. His teaching goes so fast and makes absolutely no sense and instead of helping us with the review he just gives us the answers which didn't even have how he got those answers step by step.

Always comes 5-10 minutes late to class. Also tends to erase the board a lot so prepare to write notes quickly. Overall, if you struggle with math or find it difficult, this professor is not for you. As he will only make you more often than not more confused. And do not expect any leniency on grades, very harsh grader.

I am an A student, who received a D in this class. Very hard to try and teach yourself Alg & Trig. His teaching style is very outdated and he expects you already have a foundation for certain thing. I utilized 2 other professors for help along with the math lab and still didn't do well. Make it a hard pass for this professor!!!!

I would never recommend to take this guy's class.
