She spends too much time writing on the board and doesn't really know how to answer questions in clear cut way. Makes too many mistakes when solving problems on the board, and just makes things more confusing. She goes based on the book and goes way too fast in her lectures. take her only if you're super good at math.
Ms. Nguyen is so caring! She really wants her students to pass & undertand math. She does everything step by step, gives points on test just if she sees you got the concept right even though your answer might be wrong.
Professor Ha, Nguyen is the most amazing and inspirational teacher ever! She cares a lot about her students and waits a little until everyone is caught up. You need math and afraid you might struggle? Take her. She'll help you out until you understand! I have her for this Fall semester, she's the best. Her quiz and tests are usually 10-18 problems.
Without a doubt she is one of the two or three BEST professor in the whole department. She is easy and very nice. She was a LACC student therefore she understands your frustrations with math if you are not good at it. Never expect to feel stupid or treated as by her. All of her exams are base almost entirely on her reviews. Take her, you will pass
Amazing professor . She made my first semester awesome . I wish I can take her again ,but everyone loves her that her classes get full really fast. She encourages you to work hard. She was a student at this school and now a professor.
Professor Nguyen is one of my new favorite teachers. I don't think I could have been luckier when adding a class. I really enjoyed taking her class last semester. She is fair with her grading and explains everything in a way that is easily comprehensible. It's an easy A if you do what you're supposed to do. I plan on taking her again.
Professor Nguyen is probably one of the best math teachers. I've always had a hard time with math but she makes it easy to understand and shows you different methods for solving problems. She will explain anything you have questions on I definitely enjoyed her class she made math fun.
Prof Nguyen is a great profesor. She thouroghly explains methods to solve problems and is always available to go over things you dont understand. I would def recomend her for any math class. Exams are based on her reviews and prepares you well for the departments final exam. highly recommended.
She is hands down amazing! I've struggled so much with math in the past, it's just so panic inducing & Nguyens class did not give me anxiety at all. She makes sure every student knows every step to solve the problem & acknowledges different ways into solving problems. Went from hating math, to now finally passing my math requirement thanks to her!
Honestly, I learned all Math 125 in high school and I was kind of bitter that I had to start off with this course. However, Prof. Nguyen was able to intrigue me as a student and found that anything can be fun with the right mindset. I was truly humbled and inspired to see her dedication for math and care for students. Even the ones who slacked.
Prof. Nguyen is my favorite teacher. She has a stong accent but she explains each section really well and writes everything down. Math is a difficult subject, but i did really well and always enjoyed going to her class.
THE BEST TEACHER EVER!!!! She explains everything clearly and makes sure everyone understands the material. She does all the problems step by step, including word prolems. Her tests are easy, if you have been studying of course! She prepares you for the test ahead of time and gives examples which most likely will be on the test.
What an inspiration. I love her thought process and how much she's inspired by math, she's truly refreshing. Not easy, but definitely encouraging.
Professor Nguyen is by far the best math teacher you can take. I have taken her for math 115 and 125. She is always helping students that dont understand a math problem. She gives extra credit if you go on the board and solve a math problem.
Not the easiest class, but lets you have a 3 x 5 index card with your notes for tests. Gives extra credit if you participate to solve a problem on the board. Important to take notes and do all hw. 4 tests, one final, lowest test dropped. She was funny and had good humor, but you must work for your grade. If you study you should pass this class.
Great Professor!Excellent teaching techniques. Clear and to the point. Study ,take notes and you will pass. She is awesome!
Shes a wonderful teacher. She explains everything really clearly and tries to encourage everyone to ask questions if they dont understand. Her tests are quite easy especially because a class before it shell review questions similar to what she puts on the test. As long as you take notes and study youll likely earn a good grade.
I love this professor. I recommende everyone who has trouble with math take her. Class may be hard the first day but I promise you she's the best. She's a gem in the pile of LACC rubbish.
I've always had a hard time with math, took 125 with her and she made everything sooo easy to understand. Hw and quizzes are online, gives extra credit point for participation to add to test grade, gives amazing review before test and let's you use an index card for formulas. She will open online work completely to remake anything before final!
Professor Nguyen is one of the best professors at Lacc in the math department. Extremely helpful and trys her best to make things clear. She is very understandable knows how it is to work and go to school and deal with other issues because she was once an Lacc student working two jobs and going to school full time.
She's awesome! She made me like Math and i hate it before:) Her goal is to make you understand it. Gives extra credit for going on the board. Definitely recommend her.
Professor Nguyen is one of the best professors I have ever taken. I am terrible at math (like really bad) she does everything she possibly can to give you all the tools to pass her class. She gives great lectures, does a review before each test, and is always available in her office hours. Homework heavy but it really does help with understanding.
easy tests identical to problems in the book. lectures hard to follow thick accent rushed in class examples doesn't explain concepts well enough before moving on. couldn't understand her most the time. but if you already know trig well this class will be an easy A
She is the best teacher at lacc.
She explains so well all the concept and make sure you understand before move on. I dropped 115 twice before n finally doing good now. Make sure to study in her class.
She is not easy but cares about her students. If you come to class, do your HW, and study, you will pass.
moves through her lectures too fast. I couldn't keep up. i don't recommend
Professor is nice extra credit every lecture for solving a problem correctly on the board and 1 extra credit question on every test_the test hand-out reviews are similar to test questions using different numbers. the subject does remain hard but if you put in the necessary time and study you should earn an A
You can tell she loves Math, loves teaching, & cares about her students. Highly recommend her.
She is the nicest person I ever met at Lacc, there's no word can explain how wonderful she is. She really cares about student, understand your situation. Take her class, you will know how angel is.
Ms. Nguyen is an amazing teacher. She cares about her students and gives excellent lectures. Her tests are similar to her reviews. If you study you will earn a good grade.
All you have to do is turn in your online quizzes and homework (which she gives you time for considering she opens them up again before the semester ends). You have 5 tests and it's all material she taught in class! She is very sweet even though she tries to act tough!
Simply the best math professor EVER! She's so funny, and caring, her lectures are 100% clear. You need further explanation just ask, she will make sure you understand it. Really cares about students passing the class. Lots of online hw but doable, all you have to do is take good notes. Her accent is kind of strong but you get used to it quickly!
Really cool teacher. Shes really on top of her stuff like she already has a schedule in the beginning of the semester. She has office hours so u could ask one on one question, so if u didnt understand a problem from class she would tell u again til u understand. Participation is an option but u can get extra credit if u do participate.
Professor Nguyen is my most favorite teacher at Lacc. She is funny and has good humor, but you must work for your grade. Not the easiest class, but if you do your hw & study you will pass.
She will help you a lot! Always care for her students!
Extremely generous. Not over-exaggerating at all, but she really does care for her students. Brightens the room with her mood everyday, very easy to reach after class. Gives extra credit when you participate to answer a question on the board. 5 points if correct and 2 if you are incorrect. She will explain a question many times until you get it.
She is very considerate of her students she gives out reviews before the test and it is not too different from the actual test. She also gives the solutions afterward when she hands back the your test with your score that way you can study it for the final. She usually adds one extra credit question to the test and she is a great teacher overall.
I took Ha for math 125 and honestly, she is like a math mother to me. She is so nice, and she cares about everyone passing. She even advises everyone to study everyday and to do the extra credit. I strongly agree with taking this class if you're not good at math. She doesn't even deal with fractions!!!
This Professor is truly amazing. The only issue i had was she sometimes goes a little fast. Other than that, she is very generous with her grading. You have to come to class, so you dont fall behind. She gives reviews for exams. Extra credit is offered by doing problems on board and on the exams she gives extra credit problem.
Professor Nguyen is one of the best of her class. She doesnt assume you should know. She takes the time to teach you both in class and in her office Her door is always open you wanna pass pre stats. Def take her. Math is not my favorite subject. But with her. She made it great. She cares
Shes is a great teacher for those who have trouble with math. She explains things very clearly and will work with you until you get it. Show up and do the homework and you will do great.
Professor Nguyen is a great teacher. She explains things in precise, easy to understand methods. If you don't get something, she'll take the time to help. Extra credit for class participation. She is super supportive. I'd take her class again in a heartbeat.
She's nice but as a math prof, she's sort of a hit or a miss depending on the student. She talks too fast when lecturing and definitely isn't generous when grading exams. She doesn't consider hard work when grading them. Pretty much need to do everything flawlessly to get an A. Half the class (same people) fail while the other get's A's.
Nguyen is a tough grader & strict professor. The class average was always low with testing, which shows she doesn't try to change the way the material is presented. She uses a whiteboard & markers which are quickly erased (sometimes she will ask before she erases) & talks through the material very quickly & with a heavy accent, which is difficult.
She acts as though she's concerned about her students grades but in actuality, she doesn't care if you pass or if you're trying to get the grade you want. She seems to care more about docking off points than anything else. Extra credit is pretty much nonexistent for most students since she tries to make everything minimal and hard to reach.
Take this prof if you can learn and work reasonably fast. She's a great prof also organized and thorough. Don't miss class though one session covers a lot of material. Study guides are very similar to tests, easy pass if you can learn and understand the material. Drops lowest test score too.
If math isn't your thing then you will likely have a difficult time with the class. But Professor Nguyen does what she can to make it easier. Go to class, take notes and do the homework she assigns. Extra credit is given during class often, and some exam questions will come straight from the book.
She is a gem! With a great sense of humor too. She is not an easy professor, but she is great at what she does and that is being a TEACHER! The class was challenging, you have to do your homework and study for exams. But she will give you all the resources to pass the class and truly does want her students to learn the material.
I have taken Trig, Pre-Cal and Calculus 1 with Professor Nguyen. She is absolutely a great professor. Lecture heavy and makes your work for it. She is a Pure math major so definitely gives the theorems. If you want to learn math and not get easy gread to take her. She will always help and respectable toward her students.
An amazing professor. You can tell she loves teaching and wants her students to succeed. Calculus isn't easy but she makes it fun to learn.
Professor Nguyen is a wonderful math teacher. She takes time to do each problem step by step until all students understand. She also gives review for each Test. Its an easy A class if you know basic algebra. I would definitely recommend her.
Professor Nguyen is awesome. She is the best math professor Ive ever had. She is always in a cheerful mood and she has a great sense of humor. Her lectures were fantastic. I learned a lot from her in 5 weeks. I highly recommend her.
She is the best. Thats it. Love her. She knows her Math. Medium assignment. Very caring. Not easy A but I promise you will learn. Shes the best best professor in LACC! I took Math 261,262 with her and Shes amazing in Calculus!
Great professor, easy to learn from and explains things clearly, with detail. Her exams are exactly what she teaches and what's in the homework. She's a fair grader too. Go to class, take notes, DO ALL YOUR HOMEWORK, study, review, ask questions, seek tutoring, & DON'T wait until the last minute! Follow these guidelines and you will receive an A!
Prof. Nguyen is very charming and passionate about educating. Best to go in with thick skin though. she can come off as condescending, so you'll definitely know if you speak out of turn or ask a stupid question. She's incredibly organized, Her tests mirror both the homework as well as her concise lectures and she NEVER misses her office hours.
Professor Nguyen is the best teacher ever! She is so caring and always encourage students to do their best. Her live lectures in Zoom and her lecture notes are well designed and easy to follow. But you need to spend time to study because Calculus is not easy. Highly recommend her for Calculus!
I LOVE Professor Nguyen! I took her for precal, Cal 1 & 2! I feel like a genius after taking her classes even though math is not an easy subject for me. Although she has an accent she makes it very clear to understand her lectures. Exam questions come straight from her hw, reviews, and notes! She provides you with everything-so study!!!
Teacher was super caring but at the same time sassy with her responses, she makes math easy to understand and explains everything thoroughly and clearly... I would recommend to go for the extra credit she offers as if you slip up in a test or HW assigment, that's enough to change your grade from an A to a B... I was 32 points shy from getting an A.
(During Covid) She welcomes questions in class so if you have a question, ask. Lots of homework every week but it's good practice. Don't expect an easy A, but she's helpful and caring. Proofing confuses me and I wish she can include it after we're familiar with the new concepts so it's easier to understand. Hint:Get the extra credit!
Such an amazing professor. Her lectures are easy to follow and if you get lost she will answer all your questions. Test questions come from the homework and lectures, so if you study, you'll do well. You can tell she wants her students to learn and succeed. I can't recommend her enough.
I adore Professor Nguyen! She loves her students and makes sure that people understand what she is teaching, you just have to make sure to let her know when you don't understand something. She gives extra credit which helps a lot!
Professor, Ngyuen is brilliant. She cares about her students a lot and will try to help you as much as to pass her class. There are weekly homework assignments,4 exams with the final, and daily quizzes. As long as you do all the work and study you are sure to pass. Her lectures are also very easy to follow
I took professor Nguyen over the 5 week intercession and she was the best! Although she had a heavy accent, she did her utmost best to make students succeed by providing detailed lecture notes, office hours, and SI sessions. Tests are fair-game and are based upon HW and study guides.
I love love LOVE this professor. I've had her twice while going to LACC and you can tell that she truly cares about her students and that she just wants you to understand the course. Her exams are usually or almost all from the homework. I had her for calc 2 summer course and honestly dissevered a D but ended up with B.
Professor Nguyen is pure excellence and the best math instructor at Los Angeles City College. She clearly cares about her students and is passionate about teaching. I took her for Calc I during the summer. I wish she was teaching the rest of the calculus courses.
Professor Nguyen is great. She adds humor to her lectures. She's incredibly knowledgable in maths. She's understanding and wants her students to understand the material and succeed. I would 100% definitely take her again!
She's an absolute sweetheart and deeply caring. I had her in-person and we were graded on two things: homework and exams. The latter was based on the former so study the homework and possibly do the even numbers, too. My only complaint is that she was a bit too easy and as a STEM major, you should NOT be taking the easy route.
Prof. Nguyen is great. She gives about 60 points extra credit (which can be a whole letter grade) which is very generous. 4 tests, a final, and lots of homework. She does have a very thick accent, but if you can deal with that, she is a lovely woman that truly cares about her students and is passionate about mathematics. 10/10 and would take again
Professor Nguyen is awesome! I love her way of teaching! A lot of homework assignments, but if you do homework assignments and study the reviews, you will pass the class. Highly recommend.
Amazing professor. Goes into the theoretical aspect of Calculus 1 which gives you a better understanding of the material.
Nguyens teaching style is difficult to follow, she mumbles a lot, she can be a bit crass, her syllabus reads like a warning. Final is most of your grade, "homework' is busywork only 10% of grade. If you have anxiety or on the spectrum consider another professor too many triggers, save your GPA
She cares about her students and is great at explaining the math, but don't take her for a 5wk online class. She expects you to learn at the same rate as if it was a full semester. It's just not reasonable. Such massive amounts of work and studying are impossible to finish in 40 hours a week. I haven't seen another prof assign this much in 5 weeks.
Professor Nguyen is the best math instructor at LACC. I took her for Math 260 & Math 262. Both classes are well organized and easy to follow. Grades are based on homework assignments, Tests, and Final Exam. 100% definitely take her again!
Amazing professor, made lectures easy to understand. Gives extra credit opportunities. Gives exam reviews, really helpful.
This professor is okay. Not good but not bad either. Expect a lot of homework from her class. She counts all the tests plus the final exam for 80% of your total grade, which means you won't be able to get a good grade if you fail the tests/final exam.
Professor Nguyen courses are straightforward and her tests cover pretty much what is in the homework. The key is to understand the concepts well and practice. She does give examples of what will be in the exam--literally examples of particular concepts within chapters. Most of the grade is on exam performance. Study concepts.
She is organized and her test questions are not difficult if you know/do your homework.
Professor Nguyen is one of the best professors at LACC. She's so amazing, smart, caring, and organized. She lectures quickly, so it's important to type your notes or use short hand. The tests follow the homework. Gives partial credit. Clear and easy to understand. Cares about her students. I would take her again.
I have taken Prof. Nguyen for Precalc and Calc 2, and I will definitely take her for Math 270 and 275. Very clear lectures; she knows her stuff. Offers extra credit, is a generous grader on exams, which are based on HW and lecture. She is always helpful during office hours. Pay attention and do the HW, and you will get an A. Super sweet and caring.
I honestly don't know why there are bad reviews. You guys aren't trying at all. Everyone saying shit to Professor Ha. Take math classes at SMC. Herichi, Lai, and Wang are all shit. Everyone one of their problem is proof and they monitor their freaking ratemyprofessor shit so it has a 5.0. but yeah, this class, u gotta at least give a f to get an A.
Professor Nguyen is great. She is a generous grader and cares a lot for her students. I really struggled with linear algebra but It was definitely a me problem and not the difficulty of the class. 2 exams and one final. Gives extra credit. If you are dedicated to this class, an A should be a piece of cake.
I think if you are taking this course for fall or spring you should be fine. However, this winter course makes Linear Algebra harder than it should be. Professor rushes through lecture and exams are under 2 hours. Midterm (32%) and exam (42%) homework (26%).
Prof. Nguyen is amazing. This is my third class with her (Precalc, Calc 2, and now ODE's) and she is definitely the best math instructor. Lecture notes were a bit dense for this class, but YouTube is a great resource. Exams are exactly like the HW. Graded by 3 quizzes, 3 HW, a midterm, and a final. If you put in the work, easy A. loved this class!
Winter class: 4 HWs, 1 midterm, 1 final. It seemed very weighted at first, but it ended up being just fine. She understands it's a lot and tries to make it more manageable. Tests are doable if you study, straightforward & almost the same as lecture exs and HW (no surprises). There was a 2% extra credit syllabus quiz for us. Answers q's. Take her!
Just finished this synchronous course in the 5-week winter. There's a lot to cover in only 15 lectures but if you understood the homework & study guides you should do well. She's a very fair grader on the exams. One caution is that the final grade is comprised of 2 exams that are worth 3/4 of your entire grade. There was not a lot of extra credit.
I had my concerns taking this class (partly bc I hadn't taken a math class in forever & bc of the reviews on Prof Nguyen), but I really enjoyed her class. Her lecture notes are clear and well-explained, test reviews are very spot on regarding what is on the test, and imo as long as you pay attention and do the work, you will do well in her class.
12 Homeworks, a midterm, and a final. That's it. It's scary to think that the two tests can be a huge negative impact on your grade, however, she is SUPER generous with the grading. You may need help, as far as using resources, however, the class was flawless and interesting to take with her. I do suggest you DO NOT take anyone else.
This is my 4th class with Prof. Nguyen, and it was amazing as always. Only 10 HW assignments, plenty of EC, 2 exams, and 1 final. She is a very generous grader. Tests are not hard at all if you do the HW and the exam reviews. Very good lecturer. Definitely take her for any class she's teaching.
Summer 5 week course, lectures were a little bad but low amount of homework, tons of extra credit, extremely generous grading on tests with the questions being very similar to the study guides provided. very easy professor, no curveballs thrown. some questions on the test were straight out of our notes (the tests were open notes)
She is the best math teacher in LACC. Exams are based on homework. She allows us to use formula sheets and graphs on exams.
Professor Nguyen is simply a gem ! You must work in that class, total 10 HWs and 3 exams straight from the study guide and the HW. she is hilarious and easy going, however it can be hard to understand her accent. But I would def take her again
Does anyone even understand what she is saying? Waste of time really.
Took her asynchronous class. Everything was laid out and organized. Lectures are videos on youtube and hw is from the textbook. One midterm and a final composed of a handful of reasonably easy questions. Very particular about showing work and will take points off even if the correct answer is present. Prompt email responses. Tutoring extra credit.
She's amazing! The lectures are thorough and understandable. Her upbeat attitude helps keep the class interested and motivated. Reviews before each test. Doesn't accept late homework, but there is extra credit. One of the best professors/teachers I've had.
She's great! Lectures were straight to the point and will take time if anybody needs help/doesn't understand. Exams consist of examples from lectures and homework questions. All exams offer extra credit which definitely helps with grades! Office hours are short (30 mins before class) but she does stay a bit after class if anyone has questions.
Grading scale based off of total points instead of being weighted. 3Exams,1FinalExam all fair to the study guide and material. Extra credit of 50 points out of the total 1000 available. When taking calc3 she does not make questions on the exam where you have to use hard calc 2 methods as well as calc3 methods and will focus on new material.
Amazing professor who cares about her students. She will make sure her students have time to jot down the notes. In addition, give material to study for her tests.
The class is 75% exams 25% homework. 3 exams (if you miss one your grade will be replaced with the average of the two other scores), 1 final, and plenty of homework. Homework is graded on if you turn it in. There is extra credit on every exam and a 5% grade boost if you attend tutoring. Provides accurate study guides and SHE CAN ACTUALLY TEACH!!!!!
I have taken her for Linear Algebra, Ordinary Differential Equations, and Calculus 3. She is amazing and caring. The extra credit helps like half a letter grade. She also will round you up if you worked hard. Easy and kind grader. Take her.
Spring 2023: Homework is a participation grade as long as a good faith attempt was made; however there is a lot of homework (expect at least 2 hours per assignment). Test grading is lenient as long as your methods are similar to what was lectured. Professor offers limited extra credit for attempting example problems during lecture.
Prof Nguyen is a generous grader. The exam questions are straightforward, so you can handle them if you spend some time on this subject. The class only consists of a midterm and a final. Her lectures do not explain well on ODE and are sometimes confusing, but you can take her class if your major doesn't need you to understand this subject in depth.
Professor Nguyen rules! She pauses for the class to ask questions in lecture. She's approachable, communicative, and understanding. Class never felt long and she gave a 15min break. Extra+partial credit can boost your grade a ton if you work hard on the homework. A fantastic introduction to multivar for dual enrollment peeps. Do the study guides!!!
My favorite math professor in cc because everything was consistent. Doing the homework is very important and I practiced those problems repeatedly. If you really put in effort, attend lectures, and do the textbook problems a bunch of times then you'll perform well. She also is very caring and considerate! Made me not hate calculus :)
She is a great professor. I wanted to see if I could do winter session of Linear Algebra. It is better to study a lot for winter session. I withdrawn the class because i was struggling to focus in class since it was a quick and cannot focus on doing the homework ands studying. If you are a quick learner it is better to take her in the winter.
Best math teacher I've ever taken. Leaving smc was the best thing I've ever done, all there dept are shit especially math and science, lcccd is waaaaaaaaaay better in every-way possible. smc loves hiring pedophiles like wang, were as lacc only hires people that make them money like Nguyen
Best teacher ever there, LACC math dept is a million of light years ahead of smc, I reccomend everyone from smc to go to LACCD (LACC) for Math, but LACCD dept for litterly everything is waaaaaay better then smc
She's str8 up rude. She's rude about refusing to record the class and uploading the lecture notes onto CANVAS. The average on the midterm was 30%. Even if we got perfect scores on everything else that class average would be C or D. She speaks rudely to her own students a lot.
Unfortunately, I had to drop out because I was falling behind a lot due to personal issues. However, she is a great professor. Professor Nguyen can actually teach math and does not make her lectures over complicated. Her Math 262 is test heavy though. She answers questions and she also has a positive attitude that can really motivate students
I took her class because it had the best reviews but it was misleading. She's very knowledgeable in what she teaches but often rushes lessons. Her exams are 10x harder than what was taught and make 80% of your grade.
Linear was super easy. Make sure to use the study guide !! If you can nail the study guide, you can ace the tests. I didn't even pay attention during lecture, like, at all... I wish I could take her 275 because it's even easier from what I've heard. Also, cheating on exams is near impossible.
Professor Nguyen is my most favorite professor! She is amazing and caring. Her lectures are straightforward with clear explanations. Take her classes if you want to learn Math.
Misleading reviews, I found that the homework was easy to understand, but once you get to the exam, the problems are different from what was covered in class. Refuses to review past concepts, such as trigonometry or Calculus 1, which left most of us lost in lectures. Good lectures but rushes them later on and expects us to self-study the material.
Professor Nguyen is awesome she is very nice, and takes questions from students very seriously, she is very helpful if you ask for help, lots of homework but work on that and the exams should be straight forward.
The ODE course I took was online (asynchronous) and accelerated and professor Nguyen gives very good material to learn from, if you have a question she gets back to you quickly. I thought self study was going to be really hard for me but the structure of the course makes it very manageable.
Professor Nguyen is great. She makes all hw assignments due at the end of the sem, provides study guides for all exams, notes, and supplementary videos on Canvas. She also provides multiple extra credit opportunities and is very responsive over email. She grades fast too. Tbh the reason why I have a B is totally on me. I got lazy and complacent.
Overall, a good time with her; she gives up to 7 percent worth of extra credit, so the min. for an A is 83%. Exams are worth a lot, but if you do the homework, the problems are very similar and sometimes even identical. She is fast-paced, so watch the YouTube videos she provides ahead of the lecture. Can easily get an A with/ a full course load.
Honestly such an easy class but her lectures are terrible. I would take her class again but would just watch videos on my own, she's constantly making mistakes and has a thick accent. Her tests are not bad and she's not a harsh grader at all. I wouldn't take the class if you need lots of assistance but if your good at teaching urself its an easy A.
Professor Ha Nguyen is the best Professor, she's nice Professor. She summarized the lecture what we should know. There are 3 exams and 1 final exam, and some questions of the exam is from the example in the class. If you're working hard with her lecture, you will get an A. I love Calculus because of her.
Professor Nguyen is the best professor. She cares so much about her students learning, it reassures you that you WILL pass! She also makes a lot of funny math remarks! A lot of extra credit opportunities, and she gives test reviews/lets you use a formula sheet for tests! Do the hw, study everyday, and you should pass her class easily!
