Great prof once you get used to him. He knows his stuff. Awesome sense of humor. Go to class, pay attention you will learn what you need to know. Explains material slowly and well, and actually writes on the board without erasing it before you have time to write it down. Exams are usually reasonable. One of the better profs in this faculty.

I did my Circuit Analysis with him. Received B+. He is an excellent prof. He just not taught Circuits 2 but revised all the concepts of Circuits one that was needed for the course in no time. He knows what he teaches and always ready to help students. The level of teaching is high and clear. He gives quality exams and marks them reasonably.

I hate math! I've only taken 2 classes of MATH2030 and I LOVE IT! The prof is very clear, explains everything thoroughly, and is willing to repeat until you understand. He is a very open person and that is such a hard quality to find in profs nowadays. Now I honestly look foreword to his class. I REALLY recommend him! HE IS THE BEST!!

He's very very friendly and willing to help. I'm only 2 weeks into MATH 2030 but I'm very happy to have him as a prof. He has an accent, but it's not strong and he repeats things several times so it's easy to understand. I am taking about a great professor. Dr. Hamed is passionate about the classes he teaches, which makes students more interested in what they are learning. He is always enthusiastic and I would love the chance to take another class with him. Linear algebra is easier to understand once he teaches.

I can honestly say that Doctor Hammed is one of the most caring professors in Dalhousie. He teaches the subjects in a very nice manner and try's his best to help ease student's workload whenever it's in his power. The only thing is that the class will still be difficult, but it is much more bearable while being taught by him.

Dr. Aly defines how to become a professor, he is understanding, flexible with deadlines as needed, explains material super clear, test is similar difficulty to assignments and notes, he will go out of his way to make sure you understand everything, and also he is a very humble person. There is no point for a textbook, this teacher will give you more than enough notes to study throughout the term. He will definitely accomadate and help students who are struggling.

Although he is an easy grader and will give part marks for very simple things, the exam and midterm questions are very tough. They are definitely attainable if you really understand the material but don't expect them to be carbon copies of assignment questions. He is a very nice man who would do anything to help students pass the course.

The content for this course is hard, and there is a lot of work, but tests will be on expected content, and nothing is a surprise. Do the assignments, and practice exams, and you will get a good grade. He will help outside of class if requested.

Best prof in ECED hands down. Explains the material really well and in a simple way, great notes, a lot of applications in the real world were discussed. Very nice guy. He'll give a couple assignments or a project that he will outright say is "an easy mark booster". I can't say I enjoy doing transformers but the rest of the course was pretty cool and Hamed has a way of explaining things that makes lecture enjoyable. Every now and then one of his tests puts you through a tizzy, but it all evens out.

Dr Aly is one of the funniest profs with very enjoyable lectures. He has a genuine care for his students, with multiple extensions and discussions on exam material. My only complaint is that his exams can be very hard, but I think this is because he does not mind curving them.

His tests can definitely be hard, but he marks fairly and will always hear out the opinions of his students.

Really good lecturer who genuinely cares about the students. Easy to pick up marks in the class as he is straight up about what will be on tests. Exam was hard IMO. I found he would go too deep into basic concepts but not deep enough in more complex topics. Has a good sense of humor which makes lectures entertaining.
