Easiest class you will ever take. Best part was that since it was a 9am class, it was enjoyable to have in the morning. Tests are easy. Room for extra credit.

This professor is amazing. He may not speak very good english, but his way of teaching style is very easy to understand. And I have a good feeling that he knows what he is doing. As long as you do your part as the student which is come to class and do the homework you will be in good shape.

Professor Mahdy gave me a beautiful view of Math. I love math, and I even love math more after taking his class. I go to class everyday , and so excited with all his lessons. I think he is the best in the math department. Assigns problems from the book so people can practice.

I love this professor. I took him for my 0409 class, and am now signed up for the 1314 class with him as well. He explains how and why things are done in math and understands how students could get confused, but teaches in way to redirect your brain. His grading is fair and he cares that students are learning and understanding the material.

Prof Mahdy is a great teacher and I would take his class again. He explains slowly and students have the chance to ask questions. He does reviews for every test.

He taught me pre-calculus . He is not an easy go professor. His methods are unique. He gives lots of homework and hard tests that break your back and unduly stress you. But you gain sound, indelible knowledge and study discipline. Follow his regime and you will excel. I had poor math background, but now I compete with the best in my Calculus class.

He is very intelligent. He knows what he teaches, which is different from most teachers. He was really eager to teach and tried hard to let students know what he was teaching. It is worthwhile taking his class if a student wants to learn.

Prof. Mahdy teaches very well and did not hesitate to give us examples and different ways to get the answers. Many of us had problems understanding certain math problems, but Prof. Mahdy was patient and made sure we got it. I took him for 4 weeks this semester.

It's not an easy A class. I took him for Math 106. he is absolutely clear about his exams and assignments. take the notes and examples he gives you in class and you should be fine in every exam. i would say that the final was a bit hard but if you do the Homework and ace the other exams, you would end up with an A or B grade.

He's helpful and always there if you need him. Tests are not hard, just do reviews and homework. Still, math is hard so you need to put effort. Our class was little rush. Will take him again.

This class is just pretty tough (especially during a mini session). The professor is pretty inflexible, but his class is very well organized and his expectations are very clear. Do all of your homework; it will save your grade. I would take his class again, but be ready to work!

This instructor will only help you out if you put your effort into this course. There are 2 exams and he gives you a study guide to prepare for each exam. If you struggle with math watch youtube videos and go to tutoring. If you are an ADA student I would recommend this instructor.

If you don't mind taking notes the whole lecture, go for it! Trust me you will actually learn in this class. Tests are easy if you pay attention in class, and go over your notes. A Phenomenal teacher when it comes to knowledge.

Great teacher. Gives 3 exams. Homework score will help if you are making D's to pass the class. Gives 5 points on overall grade if perfect attendance. Does review in class. The only math class I didn't feel lost in. Math isn't my strongest subject but I pass with no problems.

Great Professor! A student complained that the book isnt sold at the campus store. I bought it on Amazon for6$. I would much rather pay 6$ than over $100 at the bookstore. Prof Mahdy very much looks out for his students

He gives you a lots of credit for turning in homework which is an easy way to raise your grade. Reviews for every tests which he lays outs all the types of problems that will be on the tests. Very clear on expectations.

I would recommend this professor for Math 106. He's strict on no eating/phones in class but he's very clear and gives lots of time to ask questions if needed.

His sharp, crisp letters indicate a very analytical and logical way of thought, and the loops under and above his letters dictate a very creative mind and utilization of creativity to solve problems.

Mr. Mahdy's class is really difficult, but his lecturing makes up for it. He makes this class a breeze. I also liked that he wants his students to succeed. For example, today we took a test over Graphing Trig Functions. I was nervous because trig is my weakness. But, because of the good lectures he gives I was able to remember the problems.
