He is very easy going with the class and the lectures but likes to be n schedule and time with the course. He is very flexible with working with you and is understanding as well. Grading wise he is extremely on time and likes to get things done foor the class and even provided us with a grade calculator for his class.

He is very very good at explaining excel and knows what he is talking about.

Professor Zhang is a great professor in the sense that he always makes sure the students are getting something out of the work. He gives us multiple opportunities to talk to him about what we do and do not like about the class, and teaches to his class's learning style.

I think my teacher is very intelligent whenever it comes to the material of this course. He always has an answer for every question we ask, and truly knows his stuff. I think the only thing I would recommend is whenever someone asks a question to explain to us why that function works in excel and what that means/does, instead of just answering it.

Would typically begin class with a lecture about the material for the day and then follow it up with some kind of exercise geared towards it. He also constantly provided a list of upcoming assignments to help you remember the things due for the class. I definitely recommend taking this class.

Professor Zhang's class was not a difficult class. The assignments given to students were talked about during lectures and the instructions were pretty straightforward. Most of my classmates in his BUAD class have not struggled too much.

Professor Zhang is a great Business Info Systems professor. He understands that Microsoft databases might be difficult for some to understand. However, his in-class exercises are very straight forward and do not leave room for confusion. He is always responsive in his emails and gives good feedback to help you find the answer you are looking for.

It is a good course that is beneficial for students entering a business field. It requires a lot of time outside of class due to our online textbook assignments as well as the additional assignments given in class.

He grades very well and fair and gives you plenty of oppurtunity to get your work done on time. Just lectures a little fast so stay focused!

professor hang is very down to earth and runs his classroom very relaxed. He always walks around and helps and is extremely interactive. He always is very clear with his lectures and is exciting in his presentations.

I really enjoyed having Professor Zhang. He explains what each thing is and what it does, and then does an in class exercise that had very clear instructions. There is a lot of Cengage to do, but it is explained in class. There is a lot of grades that go into the gradebook, so don't worry about only being graded on few things.

He provides several different examples of instructions. He is willing to help those who need it.

Professor Zhang constantly asked students for feedback to provide the best learning experience for all. He always gave help when needed, graded fairly, and offered bonus points. One of the best professors I have had. Would recommend.

He goes over the material well and does exercise to help us know more of how we can use it.

The Professor was always willing to give clear deadlines and updates which for a freshman is really helpful when transiting to college. The style was nice with short quick instructions for some that helps as it breaks down complex subjects into parts that can be used.

He is a great professor when it comes to helping you. He answers his emails quickly, but he is a little bit hard to understand, and he talks fast. He is a great guy but has an accent.

If you need help with anything that was said in class or on the in-class exercises, he is willing to help and explain in detail about your question.

He is a very good teacher, but he has you do online work outside of class which are pretty work heavy if you are not diligent about doing them every day.

Cengage assignments are a big deal and there is a lot of them. He does give some class time to do them. His attendance is based on in-class exercises and whether you do them. Your final is a group presentation that he breaks up into parts over the whole semester. Overall, a pretty good class and a pretty good professor.

Material is clearly taught during each class session. Our powerpoints are thoroughly explained. Sometimes our lectures can be boring and do not have much interaction to keep our attention during an hour and 20 minute class.

Mr. Zhang is very smart individual who can really help you. As long as you ask him a lot of questions. He has a very college way of teaching including lectures every class. But he gives you a good amount of time to finish assignments.

Very friendly and helpful. There is quite a load of work in and out of class. A large list of Cengage assignments due at the end of the semester as well as in class activities and projects. There is a semester long group project as well as two individual projects. I would give the class a 7/10 just because of the work load.

His lectures are all on power point and he does a good job at explaining if you need help on an assignment.

Professor Zhang is an awesome guy and one of my favs, he is always willing to help if you are struggling and he replies to emails very efficiently. There is a lot of content that can get confusing, so if you show up and half way pay attention you will make a B or better. The workload seems like a lot but if you pace yourself you will be just fine.

At first the class is difficult to understand when it comes to Excel. If you haven't taken Excel classes previously you're going to struggle, but once you understand it, it gets easier.

The professor was very clear with his presentations, not always the best with communicating when quizzes or homework was due. Professor was very professional. Needed more explanation on assignments and things needed from them.

This was a overall relaxed class. He expects you to get your work done. You can always ask questions. Be ready to do a lot of Cengage which takes a few hours.

Participation and attending class are important to earn full credit and learn effectively. Although there are a lot of assignments in and out of class, Professor Zhang will help you when you are struggling.

Professor Zhang is laid back and kind. The work is a little overwhelming at times but if you take the time to read everything and understand it, it becomes manageable.

I think that this professor is very qualified to teach this and is very caring for his students. He is very considerate of student's busy schedule and his work is easily completed.

There is a lot of work that is expected to be finished outside of class as well as daily assignments that are expected to be finished by midnight. However, the work itself is not too difficult and there are many resources available in Blackboard that makes it easy to complete.

Has extreme patience for even the slowest people, the professor sees through the problem hands on and doesn't over simplify or "undersimplify", just straight to the point with a happy smile and will happily answer any question if you stop by his office. One of the only 10/10's and definitely deserves a FAT paycheck.
