Heather is a great professor, probably one of best in the marketing department. I learned alot from her in the last quarter, super happy taking her for both of my classes. Highly recommend her to all marketing students!

Heather is by far one of the best professors in the marketing department here at Bellevue College. I've taken her multiple times and have learned so much from her. She brings great energy, provides great content and is always available for questions. She does not make you feel stupid or belittles you at all for anything, *yle needs to take notes.

This class is fun, informative and not that difficult if you love to write and use the internet on a regular basis. Heather is very nice. Her class is clearly structured and easy to understand. You do have group projects, but they are not as time consuming as they are in other classes, which I really liked.

Simply, she is very kind but a tough grader when it comes to expected assignments and presentations. Heather is one of the most caring teachers at Bellevue. It was her first quarter teaching mktg 333 and she excelled. The class was straightforward and still challenges you as a student. She is kind and understanding, and will help you whenever.

She is one of the best teachers I have had in terms of excellent and prompt communication and expectations of assignments. Her lectures were interactive and even though they were online, more people participated and it was more lively than online lectures usually are.

I have had Professor Sneed multiple times and she really is a great professor. She really cares about your success as a student and is very communicative with what she requires in her assignments. She grades easy as long as you show that you put effort in and some critical thinking. All around great professor, cant wait to take more of her courses.

This is a pretty easy class. It contains ten discussion posts, quizzes, Minic exercises, one essay paper, and one final project with team members. The professor gives clear instructions on each assignment, so pay attention to that.

Attendance is graded but fairly easy class. Every week you must do a discussion board, take a quiz on Stukent, as well as run a simulation. If there are any questions or concerns, Heather is very helpful and is willing to work with you to help you succeed in the class.

In this class you will be allowed to use notes for quizzes however, the final is not open notes. All zoom meetings are mandatory and are interactive.

I overall liked this proffesor and I would take her again. She provides good feedback but be ready for the group projects- There is a lot of group related work. There is extra credit assignments and the workload is not overwhealminng if you are only taking three classes. If more than three classes than I would reconsider

A great teacher who was fair. When I needed lessons reset was understanding and worked with me. She was fair to everyone. Research is easy to learn and understand the terms. The most challenging was group work. Yet if you work hard you can get through it. Take good notes and communicate with the teacher if you run into problems.

This class did require a lot of work however, she is understanding and gives opportunites to improve. There are typically three assignments due each week with at least 1-2 quizzes. There is one final exam at the end of the quarter along with a group project. If you put in the effort and complete assignments on time, you will get an A!

I've taken a few classes from Professor Sneed and she is great! I found this class to be pretty easy but you have to put in the work and complete assignments on time.

Shes awesome, she does ramble during zoom classes but shes is funny, lighthearted, honest, and very thorough when answering any questions so I recommend starting the homework before the class so that you can have time. There is quite a bit of homework in this course, especially in the summer quarter. It is manageable but be prepared to spend quite a bit of time on it. I took Heather's 301 Media Buying class summer quarter of 2023 and thought it was a really good class. She grades assignments fairly and is very helpful in answering questions and providing valuable feedback. If taking in summer quarter make sure to leave yourself enough time to complete assignments.

Heather is one of the best teachers in this program. She is clear and willing to answer any question with patience whenever. It is obvious she teaches from the perspective of a student so we have a good experience.

Really follow along with her rubrics. If you stay in contact with her and talk to her she is really helpful and understanding. This class is really focused on the textbook and researching on your own. The papers are probably the worse out of this course eg. if you don't hit word count its an automatic 0/15 points for that part of the rubric.

I took this course during the summer quarter, and while it was fast-paced with a heavy workload, managing your time well can lead to success. There are weekly discussion assignments, quizzes, a significant group project, and a big paper due towards the end of the quarter. I enjoy Heather's classes. Heather is easily one of my favorite teachers in the marketing program at Bellevue College. Her knowledge and genuine personality make every class a pleasure to participate in and make me want to participate. I was always a little saddened that more students didn't engage as much in class.

Professor Heather is my favourite marketing professor so far at Bellevue College. She is funny, always helps us out with our questions, and gives us lots of tips to make learning easier. She made the whole class well-rounded and joyful, which also helps students learn easier and faster.

Heather's a really nice and chill professor that is understanding, yet she is also not a super easy professor! What I really like about her is that she really makes you work for your grade, but it's not an exceedingly overwhelming amount of work. My one piece of advice is that she does make you write. A lot. So, prepare yourself for that :)

Heather is very sweet and incorporates a lot about her professional career in her lectures, which helps with overall subject comprehension. The activities we did in class are also very interesting. Would recommend.

She does require alot of chapter readings in the semester but her lectures are very helpful and thorough. She does talk fast, so make sure to use an AI note taker or keep up lol but she does take the time to go through material not all instructors go over. I can't wait to take more classes from her!

Tech certifications are part of the course. There are discussions, Reading, and a Quiz each week. There are also group projects. Strick on due dates.

Heather is a great teacher who cares greatly about student success. The class is discussion heavy but if you work ahead they are very simple and straightforward. She gives clear instructions and covers topics in-depth, she does not record lectures to protect the privacy of students asking questions so take notes of important information.

MKTG245 (all online) was a doable class just be prepared to spend the same amount of time on it as an in person. Lots of third party courses and certifications that will be almost every week and will take up your entire Sunday if you put it off to the last minute. She's strict about on time work so don't play around about due dates. Worth taking.

Heather was very fun and reasonable. One thing I didn't love was the busy work load. She had us read two different books and take online quizzes on them. Then the final exam was only related to the in person lectures. And we also had weekly online discussions in addition to our in-class discussions. It felt like I was taking two classes at once

Professor Heather Sneed is a kind and knowledgeable professor, and I like the classroom atmosphere as she always creates a space for questions and conversations that help you dive deeper into the course. However, the course is heavy in assignments, and I fell behind due to personal circumstances, but she was kind enough to help guide me through it.

I have taken many classes with Professor Sneed, and she is really great. This was my least favorite course I've taken with her: It was an online, asynchronous course, and there were not even any recorded lectures. Maybe others would like that, but I really missed the "Heather factor". I would take it in person or synchronously if given the choice.

Took Professor Sneed's Media Planning and Buying Class, asynchronously. I actually had a really good time! For being an online class without live lectures, I was actually surprised how much I learned. Work load is normal for the BAS program. Online discussions can be annoying but other than that I would recommend this class and Professor Sneed.

I enjoyed taking MKTG 301 - Media Planning and Buying from Heather Sneed. It was my first asynchronous class but I felt like I learned a lot because of the many resources she provided for us. The class format was very well laid and the work load was manageable. I will be taking more classes with her in the future.

Heather is the better teacher in this department. It is very Stukent heavy. I wish the teachers wouldn't rely so heavily on that platform as it is unsuccessful. I think for this online only class there should have been recorded lectures. A very easy thing to do this day and age. I think that should be a requirement of all online courses.

Heather is a great professor! I always enjoy taking her classes. This course was over the summer, and I recommend not taking other classes with it if you have the option. It is fairly heavy on homework, but Heather did not grade a tough as she probably could have. There is a simulated internship so prepare to work ahead.
