Can't explain I really hated school and just went cause I thought it was a good thing. I think I am a new person. really tired and over worked, but ready to consider facing reality. Prof. Hide kicked my butt, but maybe that is good thing. now I may actually make something of myself.

Heidi is an AWESOME teacher. I would take any class she taught. She is very helpful, understanding, caring and fun. Do NOT miss class "YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN". I do suggest you stay on task and if you need help ask for it she is more than willing to help you succeed.

I really liked her style. Prof Fullers lecture were funny, entertaining and full of information - I learned and laughed so much. I am going to take all of her classes even if they aren't required - I wish I could take her brain and drop it in my head.

Can't say that the office assistant course was useful at all. I regret spending 4+ hrs in this class 4 days a week. She lets you retake tests up to 3 times, a lot of ppl were taking tests for each other on the computer, she didn't drop the students who were sooooo disrespectful!

Crazy fun - hard work - really worth it but not easy for me.

Must say that she was the best instructor that I have ever had. For the first time I had a teacher that made me do things over and over til I got it right - this made me learn and not feel stupid. Maybe I can do this college thang.

HEIDI is one of the best teacher I had so far in my college years. SHe is outgoing, fun, loving, caring, understanding, and she is just Heidi. She makes the day go by fast, even if there is a work load in the class. I recommend everyone take her class. Its simple and easy, just stay on task. You gotta take her class.

Heidi is a great teacher and has a wonderful personality. She is VERY helpful and patient. Online class is very straightforward and her grading scale is more than fair.

This professor is always willing to help you with whatever you need, all you have to do is ask, she will rearrange her schedule if necessary. Her main purpose is to make sure that you are successful.

This professor is their to help you to be successful, and she does her job well. She makes learning easy, she makes her student want to learn, just by the way she speaks to them. Have had her in 3 classes already hope there are more to come.

One of those teachers who I would recommend to anyone. I learned more about Business Communications that I thought I would, and I am glad. The class required work to get an A, and there is a lot of interraction, so be prepared. But Heidi, being very positive and professional, made the material easy to absorb for someone with no interest in it.

I was scared to take this class and was told by the lab to take Professor Fuller. Best decision I ever made and now want to major in CS. She taught me that I can be "smarter then the machine". and not to be scared. I loved her class.

She really made me see how important it is to look at communication from the readers/listeners point of view. I wish I could take all my classes with her!

Cannot explain. Not a class, an experience! Moving on to transfer to UC. Seriously thinking of changing my major so I can stay and take another class from her. Not really sure what else she teaches, but I will figure it out!

Okay, so I learned that texting language is not an option when it comes to communicating "professionally". She made me resend e-mails until I got it right...or "write". I learned so much and feel like I really accomplished something. Funny and cool...a little crazy...but I learned the information and I am ready to move on.

Hands down, the hardest class I ever had! Learned a lot and can"t wait to repeat! I will get it this time and not let my procrastination win.

Fun, fabulous, challenging. Do not take any other classes when you take this class. You will learn so much. I wish I took this clas when I first started at ARC! Mrs.Fuller is hillarious and very understanding. Listen to every word to prepare for the final. Hardest final I ever had. But I passed, I think.

A little picky. But she answered my questioned and I learned a lot! Do your homework. It really gets you ready for the final.

Wow!! So much information. Not sure if I will pass. She uses the book and if you don't read it you will be stuck! She puts copies in the library. Again, so much information and so little time. Do your best. Do not miss any classes. I missed one and now feel lost!

So much information, so little time - so glad I took the class. So sad it is only 5 weeks. She is very demanding but explains it all and answers my questions quicker than I can ask them! She is very knowledgeable, but understands when I don't like the subject as much as she does.

First time ever I had a professor that customized the final to our strengths. She knows how to really find out if we got the information and gave us a chance to show her by either essay, multiple choice, or hands-on - she is even meeting with me for an oral interview to respond to her questions about my written essay. Fall 2012 here I come!

I have had Professor Fuller for 4 classes already and she is one of my favorite Professors. She is able to teach a two hour long class and make time fly by! She mixes activities, hands-on applications. I suggest any Business majors to enroll in any possible class. She also teaches for the Career Center. She will help you, but not baby-sit you.

I thought I was a good writer. Thank you Professor Fuller for making me see the light and understanding how much I have to learn. It was not an easy lesson but an important one. She is not easy, will make you work your ass off, but everything she had us do had an important reason and I am glad I decided to stick it through. Tough, but worth it.

Second time and I think I passed this time. She is amazing and patient. I have learned so much wish I could have her for all of my classes.

Only two weeks into the course and I can not keep up with all I am learning. She does not lecture from the book at all and you need to take major notes. I have learned a lot already and I am stoked about the next three months. I have never been so excited about a class. She makes me laugh and learn.

Heidi is an awesome teacher. She makes learning exciting and fun. I can actually stand in front of the class without turning all shades of red. Big improvement for me. Learning alot about comp. programs needed in an office job and about getting the job as well.

This class challenged me and taught me how much I did not know. I am so glad that I did not get discouraged and quit the class. If you try hard and keep up with the work you will do well. If you do not take the class seriously you are sunk!

I have never laughed so much and learned the entire time. Notes are important...she assumes you are reading the book and getting to class means that you are ready to "play along" and apply what you read. I had a difficult time with the research paper PF has done everything possible to help me, get me to the resources and encourage me not to quit!

20 units and this was my favorite class. Even after lunch, she kept up awake, learning and I have never had a class fly by so fast. She has activities and provides support. She answers email, returns calls and really cares. Don't use her... She will catches on and only wanted me to learn that I could do it on my own. I wish I had her all along.

Most Awesome Teacher i ever met, she really takes interest in her students individually. Energy is skyrocketed so she keeps the class entertained and engaged. Love her i advise taking whatever class of hers you find!

I am shocked that she did not block my calls or classify my emails as spam. She was there, I passed (barely) and learned more than the information - I learned that I am smarter than I have been led to believe and if I just learn to know I can, "I can" - Thanks Prof Heidi "we" did it and you kept me laughing my way to a passing grade!

Great teacher that cares and knows her stuff but did not make me feel stupid. Ask questions and take the time to do the work. I did almost all of the honework and it helped me be prepared for the final. I heard other students complain about the work. PF helped me when I asked and always explained my grade. I learned a lot in this class.

She uses D2L and access code for MyBCommLab. You need textbook in order to do the homework. Class is relatively easy. Teacher is fantastic. She is very passionate and it is an enjoyable class.

I loved this professor. Helpful and challenging. Very professional but funny and class was never boring. A lot of work but it was all helpful and she has very clear expectations and available to help when needed.

Most accessible professor ever. She was always available as needed and answered my emails quickly. I worked hard and learned a lot. It was worth the work and I have already used a lot of the information on my job.

I took her Bustec 125 Spring 2014 and her 10 key. Be in class, you cannot fail. She is very sweet and understanding and will help you with whatever you need. One of the best people at ARC. But you must be there and do the work. The work was not hard and the TAs were very helpful

Super easy class! Her lecures are completely pointless and there is a lot of work to do every week but if you do it you'll get 100% on it. So don't be lazy! She is one of the nicest teachers ever and will help you with literally anything! She takes time to make sure you understand something. Definitely an easy A if you do all the work.

A very sincere and passionate professor. In school it is like a 25 chance you actually get professors like these. Basic class, show up an do the work and you should walk out with an A. Be prepared for a research paper and group presentation but this teacher gives you all the tools to get the grade you desire. She works with you if you need help.

Prof. Fuller is an AWESOME teacher. Knowledgeable about the course material, makes herself available to students (even her online classes), and makes lots of resources available to help you succeed in class. Content-wise, this class is beefy. LOTS of weekly assignments, both in D2L & MyBCommLab. I'd take any class of Prof. Fuller's again!

I have worked for the state of California for 15 years and finally actually feel like I have information that will make me a better communicator. There was a lot of work in this class. Do not procrastinate on your research paper! Best teacher ever - so much information and she makes learning fun.

This class helped me understand the basics of business communication; however, the work load was disproportionate to the amount of units as well as the class itself. There is a 10-page research paper, weekly homework assignments through mybcommlab, weekly discussions, weekly writing exercises and finally group work for a presentation at the end.

I was very nervous about taking this class and Professor Fuller when out of her way to meet with me before the class began to help me develop a strategy of how to balance home, school and work. She did a lot of what she calls "just in time teaching" for our class. Several of us are working professionals she was able to create content was "real"!

I was expecting Prof. Bennett (Prof. Fuller) to be Heavensent, but this professor is far from that. To think that all the work I completed was for 3 measily credits is dumbfounding, it felt like I took 6 credits. There is a group project, group presentation, 50 question tests each week, & biz report-mind you this is an all online class. Be advised.

Way too much work for 3 credit class, which consisted mostly of busy work. Expect a Business Report & Group Presentation as your main concerns during the semester. She is very helpful & easy on grading however.

She is one of my favorite BUSTEC professor. Very helpful, always ready to cooperate and explain clear. Not boring evening class, lectures are good and you are happy to be there. No spending $ for books and connects. Just come to class and she gives all materials and online links . Everything that you will need at work. Professor is Super!RECOMMEND

My 2nd class with Fuller. Only one thing what I don't like - she close D2L before you may see a final grade and some grades she didn't post also. Not clear grading criteria and it makes confuse. But, the professor is good, helpful and if you work hard you will get an "A". Expect a lot of work for one unit, sometimes more than for 3. You will learn.

I took 5 classes with Pr. Benneth. She is awesome. Expect a lot of work but you will learn and it is possible to do it. Just need more time than for other 3 units class, don't skip any single work and you will have an "A". I am not an "A" student but I got it. She wants you to do it and learn new skills for your future work.

Took her Hybrid class, and she was great. Lots of HW but she's a easy grader. Turn everything in & you'll get an A, plus lots of extra credit offered. One of my favorite professors yet!
