my english is not good and I got a B in the class. I could have gotten an easy A, but my last project which was a book report, I did not finish it and there were 2 pages short,so I lost bunch of points. he grades the papers very easily and few homework. easy midterm and final. He gives you bunch of words to learn and ask you on midterm and final.

This professor does his job perfectly. If you worked hard throughout the semester, u will become a better writer and have a nice grade. However, he is strict grader. You must proofread all assignments several time to remove errors. Not an easy A class. It's not easy even to have B in class. Many people get D and F.

You will learn things in his class that you can take on into other classes. Class started with 34 students, and ended with 30. Let those numbers speak for themselves. Class is not hard if you do all the works.He grades fair b/c he actually reads your works. Attend 3 workshops & do activities in class, those points are easy to get. His essay topics required a lot of brainstorms and researches. He knows if you plagiarize. If you want to learn to write better, I recommended this professor.

I am so glad I took Greenberg for ENGL 1C. My words of advice: EXPECT WORK--LOTS OF IT. But if you do the work, you will get the grade--I am proof. Take the class seriously and it will pay off. I took professor Greenberg's class at SAC Spring of 2013 and it was hands down the best English class I've ever been in. We wrote many essays but don't let that scare you. He will help you grow and prepare you for any other writing assignment. I took ENG 102 with another teacher the following semester and it was cake after learning from Greenberg

Took his classes at Chaffey College both 1A and 1B fast track, and it was alot to do. He expects things to be done a certain way, and wants clarity. I would take him again if I needed to, and I learned alot in his class when it comes to writting papers.

I took him for English 101 at SCC, and it was awesome! I used to hate writing essays, but after taking his class, he makes it look simple and clear. With his unique rules of writing, I can comfortably write any kind of essays953, long and short, without being worried like before. Just follow closely to his directions, and you will get high grade.

I've taken all of the Gen Ed classes, and Professor Greenberg was one of the most rewarding. He has tough assignments, if only because he asks for original thought. A lot of the exercises we did were uncomfortable mentally because it challenges your usual ways of thinking, but... I'm grateful for my experience with Greenberg.

Professor Greenberg assigns only one essay. He has his students learn from writing papers about their readings done in class/home. Even though his grading is very tough, he gives great feedback for the students to go back and fix. Do not fall behind, and get all papers done as soon as possible. I took this class for Fall of 2018. He has you read a chapter then write questions on it. Do know MLA format. 1 essay, but lots of assignments to prep for that essay. You are going to write a lot. Don't procrastinate on writing unless you're good at it. Page count matters.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. No doubt one of the best professors. However, there is in fact a lot of writing. Total of 12 papers and 1 research paper. MLA citation is very important in this class as well. He admitted that he sometimes sees these reviews so just know that you have made an impact on me and changed my perspective on life :)

Ok it isn't hard to get an A but please do not procrastinate. He assigns a paper every single week plus papers on in-class activities. There's this big book project which is worth a lot of points. I spent hours doing work for his class but that's because I was a really bad procrastinator. He takes MLA seriously so make sure u get the hang of it.

He was my prof in Spring 2023. He is a fantastic teacher that wants you to do well on writing papers. He gives you 11 papers, 3 activity packs (if u don't know what it is, you will later), 1 research paper & 1 final paper. it isn't easy to get an A but it was worth it. I got an A by following his orders. He does give EC later. WORK HARD to get an A

Professor Greenberg's ASYNC class was digitally well-designed. Everything on Canvas was clearly outlined and easily accessible. Professor Greenberg was clear on his expectations regarding the assessment essays. The theme of my class was video games, so most of the assignments were in a way related to video games. I found this really fun!

I took him for both English 1AH and 1CH and I strongly advise anyone to take him! He is very thorough with instructions and formatting and makes you learn a lot. Professor Greenberg is VERY organized which made the class very easy to navigate! On the other hand, beware that if you have not taken him for 1AH, it may be difficult to get an A in 1CH!
