Never take him. He's such a terrible teacher. His useless powerpoint presentation is no use. His midterms are so long and contains things you haven't even learned about. Definitely find a teacher who can actually teach.

Hard teacher. Average mark on midterm 60%. Very ambiguous teaching method. Avoid Avoid Avoid if possible! HW assignment are pointless but he thinks they help...or at least they pass the time in a 3hr class.

DO NOT TAKE THIS PROF!!!!!!! His first midterm is easy and he acts reasonable untill the second midterm and final where he tests students on not previously reviewed material. I had an tutor and an A average and still did terrible in this class.

DO-NOT-TAKE-HIS-COURSE. I'm a 4.00 student and trust me this guy CAN NOT teach. i had to learn things myself, hes useless and even said "you have the textbook, there is no excuse for you to not know this material!" he doesnt want to teach at all, horrible in every way, first exam is ok but after the prof review he will NAIL YOUR GPA down, BE WARNED

I would suggest that this teacher take a long look at why he became and instructor; because it seems that he is just there for the paycheck and does not care about actually helping students to be successful. Why teach?? It's a loose loose situation for everyone!

DO NOT TAKE THIS GUY!!!, first exam will be easy, after that exams are really hard. Even if you do all the lyryx and homework assignments propa, the question on the midterm will be totally different. Do Not take him, if you do, you will have to take this course again.

What's the point of going to class? Here's his teaching plan: Spend less than half a class rushing through the chapter (not giving anyone time to take notes or absorb anything) then spend 2-3 classes doing problems in groups and NOT explaining how to get the answers. No point of going to class, you're going to learn everything on your own. Useless.

DO NOT take this course with him. The 1st 4 weeks of class had 36 students. 12 were left after the 6th week.

Take this guy equals TAKING Business COURSES with CHAN CHOON HIAN. Think about this class before taking it, otherwise will be same results as Chan Choon Hian from BUSI Management!!!

he is by all means, the worst of the worst of the worst teacher that i have ever met in my entire life. He does not teach, and does care about his students at all. you will regret it for sure if you're taking his class.

He is the worst teacher,never replies you no matter how urgent it is.And never puts any thing in exam which he does in class..Please dont take this guy.He is mean and worst.

Consistently maintains an over confident and righteous attitude. High level of expectations with little to support them. Misguides and openly lies to students, leaving students abundantly confused. Lectures are blurred. Exams are misleading. Needs to improve on student relations and teaching fundamentals. Be prepared for a hurricane of confusion.

Worst professor I have ever had. I can appreciate a teacher that challenges hisher students to do their best but this Ho openly ridicules his students and as a result intimidates them and ultimately hinders them from asking further questions for clarification. If one can avoid him, be sure to do so. Tough exams +limited time+crappy marking bad.

Decent GPA, woked hard, failed his class. WORST PROF EVER.

I can't believe even after attending class everyday, doing homework everyday, studying so hard for mid terms, still failed it. There was not enough time to do mid terms, average was lower then 50%. Mid terms were so hard, its the Hardest class I ever got, I received a B+ in acct 1110, n F in Acct 1210, unbelievable. Will not take this prof again.

I got a F in his class and I thought its my problems, so I take it again in next semester. I got B. Now Im realize its his problems.

Very, very difficult teacher. It is very much a self-study class. He tells you WHAT to do but not HOW to do it- results in very low grades on all tests. No MC on his exams, all written. He is a tough marker. I would not take a class with him again.

Friendly guy and homework is not very difficult. BUT Tests are extremely hard and worded completely different than his examples; not to mention he's a very unfair marker. Strongly recommend anyone who is viewing this and contemplating to take his class - don't. Class avg was under 50% for a reason, don't throw your money away.

Ho Yee Low kinda looks like my grandpa which is disgusting.

Class for Spring 2017 hasn't even started and he already gave me an F. Ho Yee definitely likes to give Low grades.

This is the hardest grading prof I have ever had as a 3rd year student at kpu and provides very little to non-existent feedback for the extremely low marks given to students. There are around 10/34 students left in the course because of his poor and inconsistent grading. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This is the worst professor ever. He told us in the 1st class that what this website (ratemyprofessor) says about him is myth, but it's not. He's really the toughest marker and doesn't make students to understand the chapters. He doesn't help and show any efforts for students to get higher marks. Just don't take classes with him...

Worst professor I have ever seen. He does not care at all. Nearly half of the class withdrawal from the course in the middle of the semester. I did this course second time and I thought Professor won't matters but I got even less marks second time. Nearly 5 or 6 students attended his lectures in our class. Avoid him and save money.

More than half the class dropped out. He makes the course super difficult, feedback is extremely vague/non-existent and marking is very tough. The course doesnt really teach you anything but adds so much stress. This was one of the worst classes I've been into in 4 years and the prof makes it harder. This professor should reassess his career choice. He clearly has no motivation to teach students or help them succeed. Doesn't stick to his grading criteria or provide useful feedback. Avoid this professor at all costs.

This is the worst professor ever encountered. He is there to test you, not to teach guide and support your learning. Do not take his ENTR 3100. maybe he is good at teaching other courses, but do not take ENTR3100 from him at all costs.

Very disappointed in my experience with Mr Low. Completely absent teacher, barely checks in. For my acct 2293, he has not posted one lecture, rather has used lectures from other professors. I dont even know what his voice sounds like because he never posts or paticipates. He doesnt take 20 minutes to film his own lecture, he posts youtube links

Just remember, you're paying for this. If your learning style is entirely 100% self-directed, then yeah, take this course with Mr. Low. There is little to no information being taught in his class and is mostly online, feedback is not constructive, you'll spend hours working on homework and all for him to be an extremely harsh marker. I would avoid.

Avoid at all costs. Take Brad Anderson instead. He rarely ever gives grades higher than a 60% and average for case studies are always around 40%. You won't have any idea what to do because he doesn't teach you anything and will laugh in your face at any question. He shouldn't be teaching this class, or this class should be changed; Its impossible..

He's super objective! Teach nothing, and gives useless feedbacks. The class average is about 40%. You need to spend lots of time and end up getting nothing. Avoid him if you wanna pass!

Do not take Mr. Low for ENTR 3100!!!!! It is already the hardest course in Business but Mr. Low makes it harder. Very very tough grader and very very picky about the tiniest things like grammar and wordings. Don't take unless you're super good at analytical skills and writing skills.

This professor does not give feed back and should be fired. Asking students to study by themselves while having so much questions wanting to ask the professor. If you want to fail take the professor. He disgraces the name of a teacher.

Avoid, avoid and avoid. This professor is awful and he does not help his students. he is filled with an attitude that he knows his stuff but is not willing to or open to student suggestions. I know many A+ students who felt they were failing his course. I think he should change his profession, he is not a good teacher.
