Difficult. Hard. Do not take!!! Challenging and annoying.
Who gave this lady license to teach??? She is AWFUL. She doesn't know what she's talking about most of the time. Don't bother going to class, just read the book and do the study guides.
the WORST teacher at csun. If you want to work hard and have WAY too much work to do and not learn anything and have a psycho teacher then take her. She complains, annoying does not know how to teach, her lectures r off the book but she xpts u to know what she wants NEVER TAKE HER< HORRIBLE TEACHER!
HARD do not take. She has a PH.D BUT does not know how to teach
Psy Major. Have all A's and 2 B's. Not sure if I will get a C in this class. Brilliant Ph.D. but completely ill suited to teach. Overly defensive, disrespectful and arrogant. Can be sweet, but can turn on a dime. Makes assumptions and cuts students off. 2nd worse I've had but I still earned an A with the worse. Could be good if not so inflexible.
she has the lowest ratemyprof. ranking in psy dept. She does not know how to teach. hard test, and you will not learn. that why all her classes are always open.
her tests were no joke - each one will focus on maybe 2 theories or topics but cover every square inch of that topic. but that just means you have to know the material really well. I don't know what the other people are complaining about, this professor was challenging but you understand the concepts much better that way.
Very hard tester. She has good energy and is excited about hte topic, but a little inflexible. I would avoid her until she figures out how to give proper test's. The answers are rarely obvious, seems like she perposely tries to trick you.
Very smart teacher
Worst teacher I've ever taken. She has no idea what she's talking about. Only take this class if you want to simply teach yourself straight out of the book. She always keeps you late after class which is really rude considering most students have classes immediately after. STAY AWAY! DO NOT TAKE!
She's passionate about a particularly broad subject. Her benefits end there. Her tests are difficult, her lectures boring and at least 3 test questions from each slide. She's can't gain respect from the students, so she often lashes out against the class in attempts to regain control. She ALWAYS keeps the class late, with no regard toward students
Everyone gives her such bad reviews, she's really not that bad. If you can't read the text and understand it, then you need to go to lecture and pay attention. She gives you an all inclusive study guide. The tests are hard if you aren't prepared for the style. 15 multiple choice, and then 6 or so short answer. KNOW UR STUFF FOR THE SHORT ANSWER
She gives wayy to much work! For a 1 unit lab class she gives as much work as a 3 unit lecture class. She is very unorganized and gives way to many assignments in a short period of time. She changes dates on the sylabus and assignment due dates pretty frequently and she takes forever to give graded tests back. I would not reccomend her at all.
I honestly think she's great However she gives too much damn work!! especially for her 1Unit lab. They gave her license to teach because she is really good... but she's not for everyone. She changes the syllabus but it has always worked in our favor, So what's the fuss??? She knows her stuff. You guys are simply being impossible with these ratings.
First off as is said WAY to much work, by any standard. Spends half of class droning about her kid. Worst thing is that your paper grade seems to be dependent on how she is feeling at the time. I put an hours worth of effort on my first paper and got an A then spent 3 days on the second one and got a C. Do yourself a favor and take someone else.
this teacher is ridiculous!! wayyy to much work in short amounts of time, you never get to feel accomplished because the second you finish one assignment, she assigns another!! her tests are a load of crap, you write the write answer but because she was in a bad mood, she marks it half off for having not enough detail!! DO NOT TAKE HER!!
yes hard, and sometimes grouchy but knows her stuff. use the study guides and all supplemental stuff that you can. you will learn something from her but an easy A is not an option with her. if you want an easy A find another prof.
before you take her know what kind of student you are and what you are doing in school. if you want to think about new things learn a lot and have a challenge take her. easy A no.but she has a dr. from UCLA as such she teaches class like you would take a higher end university. going to grad school? take her!
Really, she is a great teacher. She knows her material well and does try her best to help her students succeed. It IS a more difficult, challenging class. Study for quizzes- they add up. But the final presentations are simple enough, just make sure you have a strong group. I highly recommend her, she is a wonderful teacher.
313 is VERY DIFFICULT! Tonyan is no easy A prof, but she is EXTREMELY intelligent and willing to help. READ, READ, READ. You will find the class's difficulty HALVED if you read ahead of time. This class is difficult as**** compared to lower div class, so be prepared. But with her u will come out a better student and prepared 4 upper div classes.
Honestly do not take this professor, she is moody, extremely hard and you wont learn anything at the end. Save yourself, try any other professor but her. You were warned!
Holli is cool; her teaching methods are unorthodox however you gain an appreciation for it in the end. The final paper is a major challenge, start early you may revise it several times before being able to generate a topic fitting the course. The course was out of 100 points with the final paper worth 50 so a lot of pressure. My only gripe would be
Honestly, some people really hate on her, I was the same until I realized that she simply just has higher expectations and for good reason. I went from despising this lady to absolutely adoring and respecting her fully. She really is a caring, smart, and wonderful professor. Take this class if you aren't a slacker who's looking for an Easy A.
She is more suited to independent research and working perhaps with young children. Maybe even publishing. She's a truly good person, but doesn't have the finesse, stable personality or relationship to effectively teach and earn respect. She's no Jaime Escalante. For a Libra, she doesn't balance very well. And yes, she does come off as arrogant.
This teacher needs to stop. Her method of teaching fails to actualy teach. When a mistake is made, this teacher raises her voice and insults you. By far the worst professor I have ever had. if you are planning on taking this class expect to be confused the entire semester. she does not explain ANYTHING. Being in her class is like torture.
Lacks the skills to communicate clearly and is not personable. Absolutely terrible, teaches as if it's a junior high class. Avoid her or you'll be bored out of your mind with the worst professor. I'll never take a psychology class again because of her. She is more suited to Jr college research or bad independent research. She is rude too.
DO NOT TAKE HER CLASS. She is rude, and has no basic manners. Her lectures and assignments are all over the place. She is not organized. She never gives a feedback. Has way too many assignments and complains not having time because has a family.
She is AWFUL. She doesn't know what she's talking about most of the time. She is rude! Don't teach! the class was a waste of time! how did this lady get a job at CSUN? The class was ok! But I wanted to learn! You will not learn from her!
Professor Tonyan does not know how to teach! It seems like she has a decent amount of knowledge on the subject, but just does NOT know how to teach it! She expects to accomplish waaay too much in one semester, and has too many assignments that are not even explained very well! Don't take her unless you can spend 5 hours per 1 hour of class studying
WORST TEACHER Ever. so mean and too much work. she thinks her class is the only class you're taking with the expectations. i don't know where to start but plz don't take her. FEMINIST (and i'm a girl) i hate her worst teacher i've ever had in my4 yrs at csun. 4 versions of tests and breahtes down your neck during tests, makes you feel really nervou
This is not a class for slackers! This is a class for students serious about a career in psychology. Dr Tonyan is an expert, she works hard and expects you to.She helps students at office hours answers questions on moodle and provides all the lecture notes aswell. You have 1 paper and she provides a tutor. She provides research oportunities aswell.
yeesh, people are hating on this professor, but I think it's b/c they don't really want to work hard in understanding difficult material...there's no way around it in this type of class! She's just real and upfront about it, & expects her students to work hard. She also provides research opportunities & will work with you if she see's ur committed.
Its a TA, credit/no CR class, but I really liked Tonyan. She had some great suggestions for things and her portfolio assignment was helpful as well. All in all she was interesting to talk to about the class and other things. She's awesome.
She isnt an easy class but she is one of my favs at csun. she knows what she is talking about an gives study guides for her test. I have to agree this class is not for slackers this was the first class I actually read the entire textbook
I hate to see so many people hating just b/c they are moody and slack. She describes the content well and is very helpful. It is possible to get a good grade if you study. She is smart and knows what she's talking about so if you dont understand please just ask her to clarify.
I don't understand the low ratings. Professor Tonyan is very intelligent & a good professor. She is fair and gives you so many resources to help you get a grade. She loves what she does and will try and help you succeed. Take her & you will learn a lot. & read the book!
Doesn't seem to realize that this is a 3 unit class she's teaching. So much work and study time are required. Would be perfect if you only wanted to take one class per semester, but stay away if you have a life or other classes.
Professor is the most boring professor I have had during college. She does not teach well, and just lectures to the class with no meaning or continuity. There was a ridiculous amount of work for this class as well. Do not take her if you do not have to. If you have to, bring a computer to class so you have something to keep you alive.
She is a nice lady overall, but seems to take some things too personal instead of teaching the class. I personally would take another teacher if you can. I'm usually easily engaged in a class, but for some reason cant focus in her class, too boring.
Dr. Tonyan is very knowledgeable professor, however, has a ridiculous amount of work to even attempt to pass this class. i love child development but this class sucked the love outta the subject. each post that she makes you do is practically a paper which is great for practice but this is almost like taking two classes for a mere 3 units. AVOID!!
For a 300-level course, it is pretty intense, even though the actual course material isn't that difficult. She just makes it more complicated than it really is. She likes to use her real experiences with her son & daughter in class as reference. She is very knowledgeable in her area of expertise. She'll start deducting points after 2 absences.
2.8 isn't even right. It should be a 2.0 or below. Her lectures are OK, you have to teach yourself for the most part. Her grading makes no sense as far as online activities go. You do what you are required but you get half the grade. Attendance is mandatory which is ridiculous considering its college. Avoid her if you can. The class isnt even fun.
Class is no fun. Exams are four chapters each time and the book is annoying to read. Just something about it is annoying and difficult to read. Four chapters is alot to read for one exam personally. Activities are graded very oddly n class is a drag to go to..avoid this professor if u can..she trhinks cursing will helP her fit in with her students
She is very knowledgable and is enthusiastic about lecturing, however she barfs all over the class with the info and you find yourself either constatly trying to keep up or completely disengaged. The course work is pretty hefty, which is comprised of research papers to be turned in online. tests are fairly challenging power point lecture confusing.
Smart woman, passionate, enthusiastic. Class is tough and expectations are high. Getting an A requires A LOT of effort, but if you're a good student, it's possible. Offers a study guide which is helpful if thoroughly completed. From observation, out of 100 students, ~5-10 got an A, mostly Cs/Ds. Take it if you're ready to learn, not for an easy A.
Never been so disappointed with a professor before. Disappointed at CSUN for allowing such professors to continue to teach when really, professors like Holli are ruining CSUN reputation. She gives a work load to her students, yet has no time to grade them herself. Talks endlessly and confuses students thus makes everything a blur.I do NOT recommend
WOW did i DREAD going to this class. So glad its over with. Her teaching structure is a mess, her lectures will make you despise the subject and forget anything you may have even known. Definitely the lowest rated and least liked professor I've come across in my years here at CSUN. I still did fairly ok because i knew I didnt want to see her again.
never imagined i'd come across a professor like her
My friends and I took her class this fall and we had a completely different impression of her. She emails everyone she seems like the nicest person ever! and we did, until we were in class and saw her true colors. we took the class, but for the sake of others we hope she leaves CSUN and teaches somewhere else. It's sad but she know how to fool ppl
Her lectures are extremely confusing so if you plan on teaching yourself, then by all means take the class. Remember if you try n get help from her,she will make you feel like you said something ridiculous. She uses her kids as examples n theyre so cute(they went after their dads side of the family, THANKFULLY!)or they would have been little aliens
I had to work my behind off to do well and basically teach myself the material. I really just went to class to see if she had anything important say but I tried not to pay attention to the lecture because it just confused me. 4 chapters per exam (long chapters), discussions every 2 weeks, TAs are there to help (not her). Not someone I'd recommend.
Dr. Tonyan seems to put a lot of effort into this course. It is important to go to the class and pay attention. She gives out study guides and if you know that information well the tests are much more enjoyable. I would recommend her if you aren't afraid of working hard.
DOCTOR tonyan, should not be a professor by any means. There are other professions out there for someone with a phD but she's in the wrong place for sure. Id like to warn everyone to just stay away if you really want to learn something without just having to teach yourself the whole time. Exams cover too much material and you have to teach yourself
I read a few of the posts and I am wondering if we are talking about the same professor. Dr. Tonyan was an excellent teacher. She cares and is very helpful if you need it. She is clear about her expectations and prepares you well to meet them. Her lectures are interesting and interactive. I highly recommend her.
This is kind of tricky because she is a nice professor. But she is way too overly detailed and thourough...especially on the wording of questions on the study guides. There is so much material that she tries to cover..its a lot. I wouldn't take this class unless if you are really interested in developmental psych. I didn't enjoy it.
I think Professor Tonyan is a great teacher. The class was hard but definitely worth your tuition money, you will learn a lot.
She over sees that we have more than one class to prepare for. She overwhelms students with information. I gave this class endless hours of studying & still didn't receive a grade that i thought was deserved. STAY AWAY!!!!
Dr.Tonyan was very nice.Ask her questions if you are struggling. She will help you.Class notes are available on line, it helps if you print and take to class. Study guide also available online(do on time, do not wait till the last minute). She is very passionate about teaching and very intelligent.I enjoyed her class very much.
I took Holli Tonyan in the summer, so it was really intense. I think she's really straight forward, She even warned us in the beginning of the semester that this was a tough class and that we were brave. I think she's an OK professor, this class is not for an easy A, you have to read the book, the test is literally the book.
This class is EXTREMELY difficult. She is a nice professor, but that has nothing to do with how attainable an A is. I have a high GPA, I don't mind hard work, but beware, this is CONSTANT HARD WORK. There is no room for slacking off whatsoever. She expects you to learn detailed biological concepts beyond the scope of what you'd expect in a psy clas
This teacher is crazy hard. It's grad level hard. Don't take this class if you're looking for an easy A.
Propfessor Tonyan is well intended and knows her ish, but assigns WAYYYYYYYY too much work. I mean WAY TOO MUCH. You may lose your mind taking this class. if you make it out alive, you'll learn a lot, but be prepared to commit several hours a day to studying for this class if your aim is an A.
Dr. Tonyan is an awesome professor. She is extremely passionate about her work and careful on how she conveys information to the class. Yes! the class is challenging, but if you truly have a desire to learn new - not easy things, it is almost guaranteed you will walk away from her class with valuable & rich knowledge. Great prep for the next level
Professor Tonyan is a very dedicated and engaging teacher. Her lectures are stimulating and relevant. She truly cares about her students and is very fair. There is a good deal of work in the class but if you stick with it you will have gained vaulable information. I was not keen on taking this class but ended up loving it!
Professor Tonyan's class is unreasonably difficult. She will take attendance and dock you points for not attending. She will also assign quizzes online the night directly after exams. Her exam values may change unexpectedly on Moodle as well. There is a LOT to read. It is heavily advised to NOT take this class early in the morning or if you work!
This class is meant to be a challenge. For students who wish for an easy A, this isn't your class. She does not grade easily and you will be hitting the books every week. Her lectures are painfully boring and she has very strictly set up rules within the class. I recently took a test and am horrified to see what I scored. Avoid this class!
Meh, not really a good professor. It's basically a self-taught class. The lectures are all over the place and very generalized. It makes no (real) difference whether you attend the class or not. You just have to study the textbook.
Great at keeping students engaged - a little campy at times, but I loved her! Clear and very knowledgable about the course material. Would take her again, even though I got a B+.
So much information! Gives short answer test questions beforehand--start studying since day 1! Review all lecture captures, textbook chapters, etc. Print out ppt before class. Bi-weekly chapter quizzes. Drops lowest midterm.
She is one of the BEST professors in Psych. Department. None of the professors are like her. She is very intelligent, educated, nice, and kind. She is always there to help the student with any kind of questions as well as with students' personal problems. I would highly RECOMMEND her.
Such a hard class... lectures in depth about one thing from the chapter and the rest of the chapter is up to you to read on your own. The tests are hard and if you take the time to answer everything on the study guide it'll take hours and hours. I dropped out because I work full time and cannot devote that much time to a class that isn't mandatory.
Dr. Tonyan knows and loves this subject. There is a lot of information to learn in this class so you need to keep up by starting to read the book chapters early. The online quizzes arent very hard if you read the chapters. Basically you need to be a good student in order to get an A or B. If you are a slacker then go take an easier class.
She's a solid instructor, but her class actually requires you to focus. It's about more than just teaching the material to her; she actually wants her students to walk away with more than they came in with. That being said, it's about the effort you put in.
She is the best professor in the Psych department. Her lectures are very clear and she records them so you can utilize them again when you study. She has high obtainable expectations of every student. There is a lot of studying involved, but this is college, get use to it. She is a very dedicated professor who loves helping her students succeed!!!
I am taking it this semester, it has been a good class. It is a good amount of work. Lectures are interesting, there are weekly quizzes that are online- not too bad- she drops the lowest grades, she gives study guides which is helpful. Just put in the time and it is an enjoyable class.
It is a very difficult class. She never explains anything and when you ask her a question, she would say different things but not the response of your question. Also, one advice, never ask her to write a recommendation for you. She would ruin everything.
She's very passionate about teaching this class, probably the best person to take 313 with if you want to learn. However, sometimes discussions can be heated. I got a B- and I failed two exams, didn't turn in the 1st paper. Just do all the quizzes and the study guides way before the exams and you should do alright as long as you sincerely try.
Never take her class. The worst professor ever.
NEVER take anything with this professor.
Not an easy class. I recommend visiting office hours if you need help and chances are you will. That said, the professor is really passionate about the subject and clearly knows what she is talking bout.
This is the hardest class I have ever taken. The workload is overwhelming and borders unrealistic, unless this is the only class/commitment you have. Additionally, there are no lectures and no real structure to the class. Speak up in class, go to office hours, do the assignments, and hope for the best.
I'm shocked that the college allows a teacher like her to be employed through them. She assigns so much work with the least clear instruction. Even if you submit an assignment and feel confident after, you're in for a rude awakening once you get your grade back. She is very intelligent, but overall not a nice person nor a good teacher. Beware...
Very tough grader, vague on her explicit expectations, and very unorganized. She does not teach, the class is basically self-taught. Is not very helpful. Would not recommend this professor for a course this difficult.
If you only require a handful of units in order to graduate, and the only class available is hers, POSTPONE GRADUATION. I hope that sums it up for you. Try and crash a different course, at all costs.
I think that, overall, she's kind and that she has the best of intentions. However, she is a bit disorganized. There are times when she speeds through lectures, probably because they're mostly based off of the book. I highly recommend using the study guides. She made us use this thing called StudyMate instead of giving us quizzes. Not too helpful.
She gives you 4-5 free response questions and is unbelievably picky with those answers. Lectures are boring. I would rather read the book instead of coming to class
It's clear the Professor Tonyan cares about students' success. Her lectures are very informative. There are 5 chapter tests throughout the semester and one small cumulative portion at the end of the semester. The tests are half multiple choice and half short-answer. She provides tools necessary to prepare answers for the short-answer in advance.
She has a lot of homework assignments; however they were all brief, easy and through an online service. They can be wiped out as early as you want. I did mine within the first two wks, so the rest of the semester was smooth sailing. Attendance was not mandatory. Although she does offer extra credit for superior attendance. Excellent lecturer.
Online homework which can be done at the beginning of the semester without having to pay for the service. Five exams, cumulative final. Not hard tests so long as you study the study guide. Extra credit for attending events as well as extra credit for attendance. Got a bit political occasionally which wasn't needed but still good class
She was a real gem to find, truly passionate for what she does, funny, and caring! I found her to be very inspiring and her lectures are very entertaining, although she doesn't answer your questions she listens to it. HEAVY LOAD and she replaces the signing sheet ON TIME with a LATE signing sheet, very disturbing! Follow her lead and get an A!
She's a great professor! Her lectures can be really heavy but she explains everything really well! Online homework is super easy. She offers study guides which are super helpful. Her test consist of 20 MC and 4 short answer questions. You don't have to take the final cumulative if you are satisfied with your grade. Do and study the study guides!!!
Professor Tonyan is great! Her lectures can be a little heavy as mentioned, but she includes her personal examples to help students understand the material. There are online activities that are extremely easy. Her tests are short and she makes all her study guides accessible!
We used Launchpad, which was about 100 bucks and I wish I had just zoomed through all of the activities during the trial run because at the end I realized she does not take a look at what you submit. Save your money and finish the activities within the trial! Lectures are ok, heavy in my opinion. We had a study guide, but it's a workload.
We use the learning launch pad which is $100 and completely useless. If you try to go over her powerpoint lectures, they make no sense. Extremely unorganized with the grading. If you can avoid her then please do.
Almost completely self teaching class. Exams consists of 3 chapters, and she barely covers them in lecture. First exam done, the study guide was HUGE, and the exam covered 20% of it. Now about to take second exam: she covered a little bit of one chapter, and the rest of the 3 chapters were completely self taught. Bad. Prepare to read A LOT.
Explains everything well, but a LOT of material to learn. There are tests every three weeks, 5 tests total and one is dropped. You have to buy LaunchPad to do mandatory assignments, but they aren't hard. Attendance is extra credit and she uses Lecture Capture. Good professor overall, but you have to learn 1/3 chapters on your own before each test.
I think professor Tonyann is great! yes, it is a lot of work but I learned so much! Every highlighted topic is thoroughly covered in launchpad and in lecture. I really enjoyed lecture capture to go back and reference class lectures. I enjoyed how detailed and intuitive the lectures were! def recommend if you want a quality development course.
Everything weighs heavily in class. She is unclear about what is expected of you in her assignments. One day she will make you feel like you're on the right track, then the next she'll post grades and you'll see how you did everything wrong. She's a nice human being, but her teaching is so hard to wrap your head around. Stay away.
This professor is boring and does not know how to keep students engaged. Her study guides are not helpful at all but her quizlets are. I would advise you to take this class with someone else. Theres only 3 exams with the lowest grade being dropped and one paper.
Professor Tonyan is a great professor! She is very passionate about the courses she teaches. The class is lecture heavy but you can always email her if you miss something. If you truly want to learn the subject take her! attendance not mandatory - counts as extra credit and one paper due. Study guide is very helpful.
The class is very hard. She just gives way too much information in a 3 unit class. Shes very nice (most of the time, she left these weirdly mean comments on my final) but lacks as a professor in many ways, Im sorry.
I would have learned about as much as I would have in this course if I had just read the assigned book by itself. This course is a waste of time. The professor is nice, but why would you teach a biology heavy course if they have no expertise in the field? If you want to be stressed instead of learning about stress, sign up for this course.
I did enjoyed her class, I like learning about stress. The book she used is more bio based then anything. Easy class, you have chapter reading each week, there is a stress-log assignment , a reflection paper and a presentation. Her lectures are a waste of time (3 hrs long class). She tried to make it fun but I do, sometimes fall asleep.
Lots of work but it's doable. It's easy points and if you do the bare minimum you'll do fine
She is really nice and this class is EASY A! You have assignments, quizzes (gives you two tries on certain things and unlimited on others), a Macmillian quiz (she can help you if it is out of ur budget), and a final infographic essay.
Dr. Tonyan is an amazing professor!! My favorite teacher ever. Loved Psy313! Highly recommend!
This professor gives heavy readings and quizzes in each module every week. If an assignment is not up to her standards, you will receive a low grade that negatively impacts your entire grade in the class. She is very picky with how she grades, so even on similar assignments, you won't get the same grade every time. Lots of busy work but no final.
i retook dev psych since i transferred and thought it would be a breeze since it's mostly review, but this professor is very tough. she expected responses to assignments to be based on multiple lectures AND reading, even though my work fit the rubric just fine. very assignment heavy considering this isn't even an upper division class.
If there are other options take them. Accuses everyone of using AI as she uses AI to grade. Cannot take criticism at all.. instead refers to students as haters. Also asks students to give her good reviews on RMP. The work load was too much to handle and she was so picky when it came to Infograph assignments. Don't do this to urself trust me
Honestly a great online course to take. The modules can be long, but the assignments themselves are simple, especially since they are the same baseline each week. If you pace yourself, you should be fine. She gives great feedback throughout the semester on the final project.
I'm convinced some of these are written by the prof herself. She gave little to no feedback and yup accused everyone of using AI. Not a fan of her module system she forgets she's not the only class we are taking and will assign over 6 assignments a week along with an intense amount of work
If Satan himself taught a class, it would be this one. She accuses everyone of using AI while clearly letting AI run the entire course. Any criticism is dismissed, and she labels students as “haters”. The workload is demonic, grading is random and cruel, and the infographic assignments are judged like a doctoral thesis. Pure academic torture.
This professor acuses everyone of AI, gives half credit on assignments just for not saying you didn't use AI. The homework is easy but at the same time a lot because she assigned minimum 6 assignment every week. Says you can figure it out if you complain.
I don't have any complaints about the professor's online course, but I do want to warn future students that the professor is confusing when it comes to grading the infographic assignments. Her grading system is confusing and this is the first online class that I have to fight to keep my A compared to past online courses I had at CSUN & CC.
DO NOT TAKE! Professor Tonyan is a very harsh grader and although she provides a rubric for assignments but students will never be able to receive full credit because it's never enough for her. Constantly accusing students of using AI so be prepared to have to show "drafts" or record yourself doing the assignment. CRITICISM=HATER.
The professor does give you a lot of material to go over, but if you just skim through the book you should be fine. The weekly assignments are not hard at all, just go on rants about her discussion questions and you'll always get full credit. She does grade the infographics harder, but she just wants you to be as descriptive as possible.
If there's another option with a different professor for this course, take them!!!!!
