Great teacher! She makes everything fun! this was 2nd class I ever took at this college it was "Awsome". I did not think college could be this fun. I was shy but because of this class I have more friends.

Gives a lot of journals to do but very sweet! Very fun class, and she does lots of games in class. Highly recommended to take as a teacher!

I had this teacher for both biology and college success skills. She is super animated and enthusiastic about teaching any subject. Don't let her fun presentation fool you, because you do have to work in her class. Journals galore in SLS & her bio tests are hard if you don't study. The good thing is if you're having a problem, this teacher cares

Okay, what ever people have said about her being a bad teacher isn't true. Yes, she was a little disorganized at first but she became organized. She also did anything in her ability to help you out if you had questions. Shes a great teacher! I loved her she was always was willing to work things out and very entertaining with her big personality :)

It seems a lot of work,but everything is organized on ANGEL. She is very helpful with students if they don't understand something and she really wants us to succeed. She wants us to be amazing teachers one day and I know that because of her help I will be. Everyone take this class! It is so much fun, and if you just do the work you will get an A.

Mrs. McKnight is a fantastic teacher. All of the other reviews on here are a little bit too critical. If you do your work on ANGEL every week and come to class prepared to talk, there is no reason that you will not excel in her courses. She is a very enthusiastic teacher who absolutely loves her job and wants future teachers to be the same way. :)

I loved taking her classes!

She is a nice. She doesn't create the assignments so its hard if you need help. But the class is very easy. Just a lot of little work to keep up with each work. She lets you do everything at your own pace and leave when you want. I will be taking her again next semester for sure! Fun fun fun class by the way!

Amazing professor. Always kept things organized so we could easily find our assignments and homework. This is the second time I've taken her for an Education course and she is the best professor I've ever had for this career path!

I'm a new mom and was concerned about taking an online class. Dr. McKnight was beyond helpful. She reassured me I had the skills to be successful. I wish I could take all my classes with her. I cannot say enough nice things about her. She made my transition back into college much easier and she makes me excited for my future as a fellow educator.

Dr. McKnight is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. She pulls up songs on youtube to explain in a way the younger generation will understand. She tries to do everything to see her students succeed from study reviews, to learning catalytics, drawing on the board, handouts and powerpoints. She does her best to cater to everyone's needs.

She's absolutely awesome. Interesting lectures, as interesting as they can be. She's funny and very helpful. The labs are great and you learn a lot. The tests were difficult but she gives you plenty of resources and options.

I had her for general bio 1. She lectured for the two hours of class, could get boring at times but was informative. Shes very friendly and laid back, unless the class drags their feet during labs. The study guides were helpful for tests and she made them extra credit. Learning catalytics is a thing so people with social anxiety beware.

I had Dr. McKnight for Intro to Tech for Educators. She was a nice woman and I did learn a lot of information. I appreciate the deeper understanding I have with Word and Excel. However, there were some links and directions that could have been updated... This was a online summer course. Good luck!

Shes pretty chill the most part. I took her for Diversity and literally she provided all the assignments online and 15hrs of community service. Not a hard class but dont be lazy. Organization is KEY.

Tech of teachers is a very simple class to take. She provides a sample of each assignment as well as clear step by step directions.

I took a hybrid class EDF 2085 Diversity and it was pretty chill. Got to keep up with the easiest 2 projects and a few discussion boards and 15hrs of volunteering

Seriously one discussion board and one assignment per week due on Sunday. Seriously the easiest class so far.

2 easy projects and 15 hours of volunteering which is easy, just done wait until the last minute to do everything.

Very easy assignment and this teacher is so understanding. I literally was panicking because of my other classes and Dr. McKnight was understanding and was lenient on a few things to help me.

Gotta love a teacher with a sense of humor. Seriously any bad reviews about Dr. McKnight is probably from students who waited last minute to complete and entire semesters worth of work.

If you need an easy A, take this class! Open note tests and no final. Easy weekly discussion boards and everything's online. Dr. McKnight is such a thoughtful and accessible professor and actually wants you to succeed.

McKnight is a wonderful professor who cares about what she's doing. No idea why there are any negative comments about her . This class was an absolute blast to be in with none of the work being difficult. The only issue I encountered was getting the 15 required volunteer hours, if a school gives you trouble McKnight will point you to a good one.

Look, I got an A in this course, which means its easy. The following are due every week. 1 lab, which takes about 30 min if you cheat it. A study module assignment which as long you do you get 100% on. Another homework piece that if use quizlet should take 15 min. And last a discussion board that wont take more than 20 min. 1-2hrs of work a week.

Take this for an EASY A. I am telling you. Her discover your major and career class was so easy. Enough said

Very straightfoward. One discussion, two assignments on Pearson (I think), and then a lab that was usually pretty simple due every sunday. Professor wasn't very present but I didnt end up needing her anyways. I did like 2 discussions total, didn't turn in the hands on part of the labs, but got A's on the other assignments and tests and got a C.

Every week there is a discussion post, online homework, and virtual lab. Watch the lectures and read the textbook. Midterm and final are timed but open book, answers on Quizlet. Gives extra credit for extra labs. She is really nice and keeps assignments interesting. Labs were fun, you'll learn alot. Understanding and cares about biology. Recommend!

Typical week is Review, HW, Lab, Discussion. Four tests and extra credit options throughout. Discussions are not crazy, just be sure to follow the rubric. Grading is clearly stated in the syllabus. Don't wait until the last minute, answering can get time consuming in Pearson. Online class, no personal interaction to share.
