he is a very good teacher hard to understand but if you read you will pass his class, his tests are very very very very easy and he also gives you reviews

Easy class

Very nice and helpful professor. Lectures were very boring. The test were fairly simple as most of his review questions appeared on the test.

He is kinda hard to understand. His accent is weird but he is very nice. If you try to talk to him outside of the class, he will help you a lot. Tests are fairly easy. There are 4 tests plus final and he will drop one, the lowest. Read the book, do the practice tests, read powerpoint. You can't fail.

This class is very easy, even if you don't attend. He gives you a review before every test and most of them are on the test.

Dr. Gonzalez is such a sweetheart! His class is so easy, people don't even show up. His reviews are a carbon copy of the exams, so a lot of people just go to review day. His lectures are so in depth! Attendance is not mandatory. He is a great teacher except it is extremely hard to contact him out of class. Never responds to email!

He is awesome! Seriously the easiest class ever! before exams, he has reviews and 80% of the review questions are on the exam! easy a!!! I took this as a summer class and passed it with flying colors! i didnt show up half the time and used the book like twice! Totally recommend this class :)

TAKE THIS BIO CLASS. He is so sweet, you honestly don't really learn too much but the class is easy, I don't show up. Grades are based on exams only, DON'T BUY THE BOOK unless your that type of person. The review is the same as the test BUT NOT ALL OF IT. He is helpful if you ask; lab is easy but depends on who's the TA (so watch out).

Very nice,lectures ridiculously easy. Dont even have to show up, unless its for the tests. Just read the bookpowerpoints he puts online, do practice tests he posts (exactly like the test he will give you), you will pass with an A. Do online quizzes, which you can do over and over, which will give you enough EC to raise your grade a whole letter.

Same study guides as the exams. 4 exams and 1 final.

Easy grade. He will help you review before exams but you must study and read!

If you skip his class you can catch up with the reading in the textbook, but he clarifies things more simply. He is also very understanding of students situations and DO the extra credit! The reviews are pretty close to the exams, and he provides extra study material too.

He's Good. He provides all reviews and lecture notes to each exam online. If you do them and study them for each test, you'll be good... but you should still put in extra studying out of the review. Although his lectures are a drag, they can help in the long run (it'll make the test easier) DO THE EXTRA CREDIT, IT CAN ADD A WHOLE LETTER GRADE.

Took this class over the summer and it's very easy. I attended lectures, never read, and watched Khan Academy videos and I got 90+ on every test. Most answers for the test are given in class during the review sessions. His "research gossip" is fun and entertaining and really enjoyed his enthusiasm for the class. Would take again for sure!

His exams are just like the Practice Exams he assigns on Blackboard. Though Attendance is not mandatory or the book is needed, they are tools to help you receive an A+ on every exam, since he pulls out some of the questions and replaces a couple of them instead. so with his lectures, the book, and attendance espcially for the reviews youll pass!!!

The ecology course was excellent.

You could tell that Dr. Gonzalez was hired by the university to do research, but he is a very good teacher with what he loves. His lectures are very informative, but has a slight accent, so sitting in the front of the auditorium will help. Take notes, and I highly recommend Dr. G!

World's easiest class with this professor. Tests are exactly the same as the reviews. I hardly went to class and I still got an A without the extra credit. He offers 10 points added to your final grade if you take a few extra credit quizzes online that you can retake as many times as you have to to get a 100. I definitely recommend getting him:)

This was the easiest class during the semester I went to class everyday, but honestly you don't have to show up unless there is a practice exam or an exam. It is an easy A just read the lectures once or twice and do the practice exam. I couldn't really understand what he was saying because he does have a thick accent.

Great professor! It's just a lecture class so just show up & Your grade is an average of all 5 tests and if you do the extra credit it's 10% added to your final average. He gives you reviews like a concept list and practice exam to prepare for the test. If you study the concepts and feel good on the practice exam, you'll get an A . Loved this class

Professor Gonzalez is really simple. He gives 4 exams and the final. If I'm being honest I didn't learn a single thing. The exams were all online and the reason I found them was because he doesn't notice when you use your phone. Has extra credit quizzes on blackboard but you have endless amount of tries. Take for an easy A in Biology

TAKE THIS PROFESSOR. His tests are identical to ones found on quizlet, he gives practice tests, and ALL THE CONTENT that he teaches is posted on blackboard. He gives extra credit that boosts your grade so much! You really don't have to show up because he lectures directly off the slides, which are accessible online. EASY A.

His lectures are a bit boring but he can be funny sometimes and he really knows his stuff. Despite the fact that his tests are pretty standardized, you do learn from his lectures and he tells you what will be on the tests. Other than that, I had to teach myself the lessons. He also adds 10 extra points to your final grade if you do these quizzes.

This class is really easy to pass if you actually do the practice reviews he gives you and if you look through the power points. He also gives extra credit if you do the online quizzes. Over all this is a really easy class if you just put time and effort.

Super easy class. No need to buy the book. DO the extra credit, worth an entire letter grade. You also get the entire semester to do them. Shows up to class late. He also talks very low. If you fail this class it is you not the professor.

Just pay attention on the reviews, the tests are super clear and he gives you a chance to boost up you grade 10 points.

Love this professor!! His class is very simple! Tests are fairly easy if you read the chapters and go to lectures. 4 exams and 1 final (not commutative). No homework, however, you must read text book to fully comprehend the material. And he offers optional online quizzes, In which can boost your final grade by 10%!!! Fantastic professor!!

He's very passionate in what he teaches which makes the class very interesting and fun. His class was so easy. His tests follow his reviews very well. I never read the book and finished the class with an A, and even then he provided all of us with extra credit to boost our grade up 10%

Dr. Gonzalez is great! He is caring and gives extra credit. Make friends in this class, it helps if you communicate and fill out the practice tests.

All I'm going to say is that if you get anything below an A, I highly suggest to change your biomedical major right away.

I had the Biol 1107 lab, but mostly its the TA you work with. Either way, Easy Lab and Easy A :D

Five main exams, not hard, you just really have to study for them. On the first two I did really bad because I didn't study, which hurt my grade a little. Lectures feel like forever, and can't really understand him, reviews are not that useful. He does offer 10 points extra credit on your over all grade if you do the online quizzes though!!!!!

Dr. Gonzalez's TA was super nice. The book is needed to do labs. Make sure you attend each week, work with your lab group and do the review questions. Study the lab book a day prior to showing up to class due to surprise pop quizzes about the lab rules and activities. Final is a group project but easy if everyone participates. Just attend each week

This guy is great, he cares about bio a lot. His lectures can feel long but if you pay attention and follow the review guides he gives, it is an easy A.

I never saw him once out of the whole semester his TA was nice though. The class is fairly easy as long as you do the labs and review questions. Instead of a final we did a lab journal which was easy. By the end of the semester we did a group presentation. And review the labs before hand because their are pop quizzes.

there were no quizess or hw for this class, the class is mainly lectures, all the lectures were provided online. being honest i only showed up to class on the exam days and passed with an A+. he also gives extra credit !

This class was a piece of cake. All of the tests are taken in class on Blackboard NOT lockdown browser (wink wink). He has 10 online quizzes that you can take as many times as you want throughout the semester, if you get a 100% on all of these quizzes that adds a whole 10% of extra credit to your grade. It can make your B into an A. TAKE THIS CLASS

I took his class in the spring semester of 2019, and in all honesty it was a cake walk, literally minimal to no effort and most of the exams are on quizlet. Even with minimal studying you can pass the exams if you attend the lectures and listen, hw offers a bunch of extra credit, so just do the work, score well on exams and its an easy A

I actually never met Dr. Gonzalez. It was a TA that ran the lab and it was literally the easiest A ever. Just make it to the class and do the lab for the day and answer the questions at the end of the lab book. There is a final group presentation and short quizzes before each class. There is also an optional Extra credit assignment.

Best professor there is. No homework at all. Gives extra credit opportunity to bump grade from a B to an A. All his tests are on quizlet so you can study them *wink wink* He is pretty funny but a little hard to understand when he talks.

Professor Gonzalez is very good at what he does. His class is really easy and exams arent hard. He gives no homework and he is willing to work with you and gives you extra credit. He missed 2 exam days and let us take the exam home online! I really recommend!

This class was SO easy I barley showed up because we were only graded by our exams and they were definitely not hard to pass if you not what I mean wink* wink*. Overall easiest class I have ever taken but if you are looking for a challenge and exciting lectures then I would recommend someone else.

this class depends on the TA you have but Eugene was pretty cool. Just show up on time for quizzes, do your lab assignments and you should be good. Just read the section beforehand and you will be in and out of lab quick!
