Save yourself some stress & DO NOT TAKE THIS TEACHER'S CLASSES! The amount of work she gives is way too much to keep up with for one week. The assignments are pointless and way too lengthy. She should really consider another job! WORST TEACHER EVER!!!!!!!
She assigns way too much work and most of the time it's pointless, it's an online class and she usually gives you about 3 to 4 different things to do per week, & they seem repetitive, I sometimes felt like I was doing the same work over and over again, waste of time. It's an easy class she just gives too much work.
Professor Prucha is outstanding! The material I learned from her online nutrition course was very beneficial and interesting. When I needed help, I went to her office hours and she was always willing to assist.
Professor Huda Prucha makes me want to learn. She is energetic, helpful, approachable and very smart! She inspires me every time I am in her presence. I wish I can have her for all my kinesiology classes :)
This professor is wonderful! She is always quick to respond to all my emails. Prof Huda Prucha is very helpful and will always spend time during her office hours to help students who need assistance. I greatly recommend signing up to take her classes. You will not be disappointed!
I am currently taking aerobic walk with Professor Huda. She is very energetic and very positive in her approach. She makes me want to stay healthy and feel good because she has such a great outlook about life :) I will be taking her walk class again in the Fall 2014.
I am glad I took her class. Very organized and quick to help. Excellent!
Very beneficial and interesting course. Super organized and very interactive with students. Communicates extremely well.
Professor Prucha is very organized and helpful. Her expectations are clearly posted in the syllabus. She will respond to all your emails within 24 hours. I am glad I took her online course.
Amazing online class. Very beneficial and enjoyable topics. Great professor!
If you are taking this class for GE requirement, think again. The assignments are long and time consuming, the exams are tricky and regardless of they are open-book, you wont get all correct unless you have studied the text book like you have no other book to study. Very strict grader.
I am very glad I signed up to take this class with professor Prucha. As a senior I wanted to graduate on a high note. This professor has exceeded my expectations. She covers interesting topics, her discussions are captivating and her responses are prompt and impressive. Superb learning experience!
participation is mandatory to pass. Tests are open book but confusing. she's okay as long as you don't miss an assignment.
Excellent professor. Very helpful and extremely organized. Just don't wait to do your work late. I am glad I signed up to take her class.
SHE IS THE BEST TEACHER! I really liked her a lot and I would take her again if I needed more PE classes. She really wants you to put your all in, which is easy to do because all you have to do is show up and walk. Great professor and I would highly recommend.
I just finished taking this class with professor Prucha. I had the most amazing experience. She is passionate about the subject matter, is organized and thorough and very helpful. You need to do your assignments on time because she will not accept any late work. I loved it and will pick any of her classes.
Excellent course! Don't skip assignments and turn in your work on time and you will be fine. I enjoyed it.
Hands down the BEST professor ever! I enjoyed her organized online web page because it made learning easy. Very interesting topics and beneficial to my health. Loved meeting her in person.
Excellent course! Amazing professor! Very helpful and passionate about the subject.
Easy class and you'll learn a lot! Be advised there is a large amount of homework as the class is online and there are no specific lectures. The book is interesting and I would buy it to keep it; I can guarantee someone in your family will read it when you're done. Besides the amount of work that is due this is a great class!
Outstanding online experience! I will search all courses to take her again. Organized, passionate about the topic and the well being of her students, responds to emails instantly and is extremely encouraging. Love and appreciate professors like that.
Excellent course, great professor but lots of assignments. You will love it if you are organized and have great work ethics. She will not accept late work. Outstanding professor. Communicates great and very thorough :)
Very easy class to pass. lots of time to do the assignments and exams. weekly Discussion boards and assignments and 3 labs. put a little effort in and you will for sure get an A. textbook is necessary because everything is from the book.
Outstanding professor? Great course and well organized. I had to wait 3 quarters to finally get into her class because there is always a long waitlist to get into her courses. Very enjoyable learning experience.
Excellent course! She has long waitlist, but it's worth the wait to take her online course.
Online class, book is easy to read and informative. I would recommend this class, really isn't hard. Just do the assignments every week and you're good. Make sure you do them, I missed 2 easy ones and missed out on an easy A+.
She expects to much ! Worst teacher ever! You have about 5 assignments each week and you need to complete them in 1 week. No extra credit. She is very strict. DONT TAKE HER CLASS, ITS HORRIBLE & BORING & USELESS!
Great experience! Lots of homework, but that's to be expected with online courses. Professor Prucha is very thorough and will always respond to your emails. If you take the time to meet with her during her office hours you will be pleasantly surprised. Her positive outlook in life and energetic personality is simply beautiful.
Just because this course is online does not mean it is easy. Warning. NO exceptions NO excuses to turn in a late assignment. This is costly. If u even miss an assignment by 1 min. u will earn '0' Very nice teacher 2 speak 2. Pay attn 2 due dates. Lots of little assignments turned N @ differ. times. Didn't know where 2 submit 1 assignment, I got 0.
Took an aerobic walking class w/ her. She's so kind and funny. It really started my day off on the right foot. But beware, if you have allergies you may not want to take this during spring/summer time!
Super nit picky! Its like she doesn't want to give out full points for assignments, she's looking for a reason to give low grades. Also no late, make up, or extra credit work.
I loved taking her online class. She is very clear, and her weekly assignments sometimes need more clarification, but just email her and she is glad to help. She gives a week to complete assignments and there is a timed quiz every week on two chapters which is a little bit of time. Her grading is easy she looks for detailed answers
Outstanding professor! If you think you can pass without doing the work, you are mistaken. Very organized and straight forward expectations. Don't procrastinate and respect the posted policy.
Every week 1 discussion and 1 Assignment A lot of homework i think 1 mid term 1 finial
Online class consists of reading 1 - 2 chapters per week followed by a discussion posted on the discussion board. There are also weekly assignments that need to be done. There are 3 labs, the midterm, and the final. The class is not hard if you do the reading and stay on top of the weekly assignments.
I hated this class and this professor. Shes been the worst teacher Ive had since Ive been here at East Bay. She assigns way too much work for a GE nutrition class that no one actually cares about and grades way too strict. I constantly felt overwhelmed with homework and I would never take a class with her again.
I dont recommend this class. Too much homework, assignments and quizzes. Way too much.
This professor requires book citations in the discussion board, which is the first time I've ever had to do this. The syllabus requires citations from the book or outside sources, but I'm pretty versed in this type of class so I just jot down what I know, and she practically threatened to report plagiarism. Take Dr. Aaron Miller, he's much better.
A good class to meet GE B6 and also learn some interesting information about fitness and health. Few online labs, few online quiz and some postings. Will have to work harder to get A but achievable.
She takes this course very seriously. It is overwhelming how much homework is needed. 2-15 pages of written homework due every week. Takes this class by itself. Online. Never AGAIN! Citation on response discussion. Grades Hard. Expects you do read instructions thoroughly. By the BOOK! Yes, you will learnHealth & Fitness but jeez! Enough writing alr
Lots of work but she reminds you well
All I can say is get ready to do LOTS of work. Lots of assigned reading from the book. Had to watch hrs worth of videos which required either 1 - 2 pages of response for each video. On top of that, thorough discussion board responses are mandatory, meaning citations must be included in our responses. Also labs are assigned about every other week.
LOTS of work. Summer class, I know. But she expected A LOT from us! Thought the content was great, very organized and easy to understand. Not a good class choice for an easy A for upper division GE. 2-4 assignments a week, plus reading and videos. If you are ready to work, take her, great content and she's organized and grades quickly!
She assigns a lot of homework and is nitpicks everything. Discussion board posts have to be 250 words plus 2 comments, assignments and labs are at least 3 pages worth of writing per week. And even if you are able to get all the work done she will deduct points for the smallest things. Do not take her if you are a full time working student.
She does look for reasons to lower your grade. I have a GPA of over a 3.8 and she lowered my average. And trust me, I work hard. She isn't considerate, nor does she want to help. For those students who give positive comments, maybe they are happy with B's or C's. She seems nice? They don't know the real her. Her learning environment is just as bad.
She is caring, fun, and not too serious. She is also great in the gym. She shows you the correct form for the exercises and will even help you do them. If you can't do a specific exercise, she will modify it for you. All you have to do is come to class, participate, and write a journal logging all your exercises. I'd take her again for sure.
If you are too busy to get your discussions done during the week then you should not be taking classes at the university. Professor Prucha gives you a week to get your work done so avoid procrastinating. Yes, you are expected to cite your work because she wants you to read the textbook which will prepare you for her exams.
I believe she thinks because she's teaching an exercise health class, people won't take her seriously and that's why she makes it so hard so that she gets respect. As you can see, she has no clue that if she were to make her classes fun and light then she'll get the admiration and respect she wants. It's really all about her, not for your learning.
So everyone knows she has a zero tolerance on late work policy. You get a 0, no matter how legitimate the excuse. But I noticed this. She was super quick on inputing that 0, within 20 minutes after I failed to turn it in. This implies she is really out there to get you, and she loves giving those. She'll be careful now but you be careful, students.
Due to emergencies, I unfortunately missed 2 assignments and got 0. Here's the thing. I got A's on everything else, even on the much harder stuff. Normal professors would focus on my uptrend and either help me before, after or both. But not this one. She is really out there to get you and that's why I ended with a B. She honestly could care less.
Please keep in mind that when you miss an assignment or get a 0, there goes your A. She won't help you at all and will only blame you for not being able to turn in your work in a week. That is her signature response. And she will say you are in college and all that. That's not all. She nitpicks and deduct points on all assignments, so there is that
Reading her reviews, you can tell she gives a lot of homework, grades not so leniently, have strict policies, and doesn't give helpful feedback. Whether intentionally or unintentionally, I don't know. One thing I didn't like was when I told her a legitimate concern that I had, she didn't listen almost as if she didn't care or didn't want to address
I was one of her A students. When I visited her to ask questions and share some concerns, she didn't seem to care. Maybe she didn't have a good day or I caught her at a bad time, but that's what I experienced. She still had her smiles and spoke nicely. With all the hard work I had done with her, I would say I'm neutral with her. Not good, not bad.
Based on a general consensus, students can tell that this course and professor are difficult and will cause you unneeded stress. From a personal experience, I can tell you I got a surprising email from her. Normally, she types with sincerely, warmest regards and all that. Once you start to ask constructive questions, she'll be the opposite. Truly.
Her motto summary: Respect my policy, just do your work, and don't ask many questions. The last is more to make her job easier and make sure you don't challenge her. If you do all that, you're still not guaranteed a good grade. She expects you to follow along with her unreasonable authority and when you have something to say, she won't listen.
This class is hard but you will know what you are doing because Professor Prucha makes things very organized and easy to follow. I didn't get an excellent grade in the class and it was much more hard work than expected, but I would say it wasn't a dreadful experience. I would consider taking this class again and learn the interesting health facts.
I received a D+ in her class, but I'm a 3.0 student. If she didn't deduct the points she did for me, then I would have maybe a C+ in her class. Anyway, when I discussed with her if we can do anything since I have a D+, she literally told me no. She was completely fine with seeing a student not pass her class and out of her unreasonable criteria.
I would say this class gave me valuable knowledge about my health. It challenged me to think of my health in very serious ways since it can help me in the long run while I'm still young. This class is difficult, but the professor helped me out the best she could and I got a decent grade. Overall, the situation wasn't ideal but I think it was nice.
When I visited Professor Prucha, I didn't just learn about health material from the class, but also applicable knowledge to real life. I feel like my actual health has improved when I applied some of the knowledge to my everyday life. I feel that is very helpful of a professor. If she was easier or the work is lighter then things would be better.
I think Professor Prucha is a great professor even though she's very hard and strict. I learned a lot from her. She was very organized and made things easy to follow. I think that helped me better organize my work and studying for that class. She also tried to help me to the best of her ability and in the end, I was able to get a pretty good grade.
Very organized and passionate about her subject. You have a week to submit your work. Pay attention to due dates. Always Monday at 8am until the following Monday at 8am. Do the work and you will get a good grade.
Very organized and gives clear instructions. For an online course, it is outstanding!
When she says she has clear policies, she really does but in a very strict and unreasonable way, meaning if you miss an assignment, no matter what reason and how legitimate, you will get a 0 and that's it. The 0 is final and it'll follow you to the end of the semester. So as she keeps saying, don't miss an assignment or procrastinate, even if not.
I took professor Prucha last semester and had a great experience. Easy material. Straight forward questions from the textbook in the exams, and you have a week to read and respond to discussions. For an upper decision course, its awesone!
i regret not dropping this class a few weeks ago. too much work and she grades hard. i don't even know why you have to cite for discussions. i can understand for papers but she takes this class so seriously. please avoid if you can. there are plenty of other classes that satisfy the ge requirement much better than this exercise health class.
maybe it's just me but i felt she was dismissive when i tried to ask her questions on assignments. i don't know. if she graded the assignments easy then i will just think she's a chill professor but then she grades hard. so she grades hard, gives a lot of assignments and don't seem to want to answer questions. you tell me.
every week it feels like you're doing the same thing over and over. its also a lot of work too. her syllabus might have a variety of work but in the end, they are all similar. in fact, when you look at her syllabus at first, you might feel so overwhelmed because there is so much work that can affect your grade.
Before the exam I have an A with all the assignments and labs. But then after the exam which is ridiculous I now have a B. It is open book too so you can get an idea of how bad it is. Some questions just make no sense. The worse problem is the assignments take a lot of time to finish so it's like this class is not worth it overall. avoid.
Great course! Very organized and straight forward.
This class was very informative. Everything I learned in this class, I incorporate into my lifestyle. There are weekly quizzes and assignments - but don't run! They are very manageable and easy - just be on top of your work. She is very detailed oriented, so she grades critically.
There are 15 weeks but the first week is only syllabus and getting to know your course. You have a week to submit work so be careful not to miss the deadline which is the Monday of each week at 8am. Professor will always respond and is very nice. Do the work and read all notifications and you will do great!
I am currently taking professor Prucha's class. I met up with her today and she was very attentive and helpful and answered all my questions. I urge those of you who are skeptical of her to make an appointment and meet her in person. I know this course is online, but if you make the effort to meet in person, she will not disappoint you.
I am taking her class online now and have no problems! The material is easy and accessible from the textbook. She gives instructions and will answer any questions you have.
Excellent class with information that will help you stay healthy. Professor communicates well and you have a week to complete assignments. Weekly quizzes from the textbook. Enjoying it very much.
The course is interesting and the material is well presented for an online course. You have a week to do the work which requires time management. Do the work and you will do great!
Good teacher and although she says there is no extra credit, you will get an opportunity to submit one assignment. It pays off to go meet her and talk to her in person. The labs are a lot of fun and very informative. Just give yourself enough time to do the work and you will not be sorry.
The course outline is clear and there are weekly announcements with reminders to do the work before link closes. You get a week to complete the work. She will accept late work if you have a doctor's note and communicate early on. She respond to your emails and is extremely courteous.
I am currently taking professor Prucha's online course. Honestly, it is one of the most organized classes I have taken. Intensive syllabus with clear expectations, grading criteria for every assignment and a week to do the work. The material is interesting and I am enjoying the textbook. I am renting the book with probably buy it.
Professor Prucha posts the work weekly. There usually an open book quiz, a discussion and an assignment. Interesting material and straight forward. Any time you email her, she will write back immediately. Very good online class, just read the textbook.
I am glad I signed up for this online class with professor Prucha. Weekly discussions and interesting assignments. You get the chance to submit a missed assignment and she is attentive to any questions you ask. Great class!
Professor Prucha is very organized and all assignments are posted every Monday, available and then close the following Monday morning. She grades promptly so you wont be left wondering where you stand grade wise.
This is a very informative and interesting class. I enjoyed the lecture notes and interacting with the professor. The midterm and final are multiple choice and most of the questions are common sense. Very organized. An easy A
Excellent online class. Be attentive to the due dates. Purchase the book and keep it! Read all announcements. Do your work early. And you will have no problems. Professor Prucha is courteous and very accommodating, especially if you have a good reason and meet with her in person. Forgetting to do your work is not a good reason.
This class was so much fun even thought it was an online class. Everything that was learned in class was extremely beneficial. The class was so well organized and every topic was always so relatable. Because the class is an upper division there was a lot or hard work expected but nonetheless the professor made the class enjoyable.
I am currently enrolled in professor Prucha's online course. The material is very interesting and the powerpoint for each chapter is extremely helpful. The course outline is organized and all the instructions are clearly posted with organized learning outcomes. Loving it! A definite thumbs up.
Material is well organized and informative. Lecture notes and powerpoint slides are extremely helpful. Professor Prucha sends weekly announcements and answers her emails within 2 hours. Definitely a great online course!
I am currently taking this class for summer and I am really enjoying it! The material is interesting and professor Prucha is very organized and attentive to communicating with us weekly. The final exam is simple and covers items from the book. Great class!
I am currently taking professor Prucha online nutrition course. I am enjoying the material and very impressed with how organized the topics are. It has been a wonderful experience. There are two midterms, a final and weekly assignments and discussions. You have a week to complete the work. Great course!
Great online course. I just finished the final this week and I am so pleased with how organized and thorough Professor Prucha is. Excellent class!
Professor Prucha is the epitome of a dedicated leader. She taught us many ways to be healthy when I took her Nutrition and Performance class. She'll inspire you to be fit and healthy! Take her and you'll see what I mean.
I am so glad I was able to get in her class. So far all the assignments are organized and her syllabus says it all.
Taking this course under her was not a wise decision. There's quite frankly way too much work for this type of class. Makes you watch hour long videos and write 2 page papers on them. For a full time worker and student, I do not have that kind of time to watch boring videos. If it was my major, then sure I'd care more, but it's not.
Very organized course and easy to follow! It is important to pay attention to due times and communicate with professor if you need help. Very happy student :)
This class was not hard. It took awhile to get used to her style, but easier after that. I did her homework about once or twice a week. Reading the book helped me a lot for the assignments. If you write a lot and show that you know the material, you will also find this class to be easy. Learned a lot about Nutrition from this class.
Great online course. You learn a lot of material about health and nutrition. Read all instructions and do your work and you will pass. There are few quizzes, a couple of midterms and a final exam all multiple choice and from the book. You will get an A if you do the work. Very organized!
Great online course. Well organized with clear grading criteria. Exams are multiple choice. Weekly discussions, assignments and few labs. Professor will answer your emails within minutes. Glad I took it!!
I took this course with professor Prucha and I am so glad I did!! The syllabus is long but thorough and has clear criterias. The content is interesting and beneficial to your health. The professor will always provide help if you ask for it. A definite YES.
Excellent course! Very organized, with clear material that is beneficial to your health especially nowadays! Great professor and very reasonable.
This online course is all about nutrition and performance. I enjoyed everything about it. Professor Prucha is very passionate and informative. It is obvious from her organizational skills, knowledgeable lectures and the way she cares about her students. I am glad I took it with this professor.
I am glad I signed up to take this class with professor prucha this summer. I was worried that it would be hectic but I just took the midterm and I have a solid A. The material is easy to follow and the power points and lecture notes are great. Very organized and interesting topics.
I signed up for this class in the summer and I didn't think I was going to enjoy it as much as I did. Very organized, clear instructions, labs, assignments, discussion quizzes, a midterm and a final. Excellent course!
Very interesting course. Organized modules and clear grading criteria. I am glad I took this class with professor Prucha. She is passionate about the subject and is very accommodating. Just pay attention to due dates and you will not regret taking this class.
As I approach the end of semester, I am pleased to have taken this course with professor Prucha. She is organized, passionate about the subject and will always respond to your emails/or meet up on zoom to discuss your progress. There are quizes, 2 midterms and a final with weekly assignments and discussions. Super interesting and easy.
She grades tuff and doesnt tell you how to improve if you get a bad grade. She says, "More detail", but will not tell you exactly where. I had a few medical emergencies and she was not very considerate of that. She gave hard assignments that were not very COVID-19 friendly. I would not this class again.
I really enjoyed taking Professor Prucha's Exercise and well being class. She has great topics, chapter powerpoint slides and lecture notes posted weekly. Very organized material and extremely approachable if you need help. Pay attention to due dates and you will have no problems at all. Good luck.
Prucha can still be a stickler when it comes to grading and exams. Exams are basically memory tests with very random facts taken from the textbook, and her grading judgements are harsh and subjective. The textbook is incredibly dense and overwritten and is no fun to read. I would still take the class again. It was a chore of a class, but an easy A.
Excellent class with professor Prucha. Very organized and informative course work. Approachable and compassionate if you ask for help. Definitely glad I took it.
I am currently taking professor Pruchas class. Although summer is supposed to be a hard semester, I am glad I signed up to take this class. Prof Prucha is very organized and her material is very interesting. Well organized online course and extremely helpful professor. A definite yes for me
Excellent online course. Organized course, informative material, approachable professor and reasonable and workload. Very glad I signed up to take it with prof Prucha.
I am so glad I signed up for this class with professor Prucha. She communicates very well, is extremely organized. The subject is relatable to your health and the assignments are interesting. An A if you do the work and pay attention to the due dates.
Every week as some type of discussion board or assignment. She is a nice professor and makes comments about what can be improved. She gives assignments on Monday which are due next Monday at 8am; she is not leninent on the due date. No assignments will be taken after the due date unless it is a speical reason. Reason: you had a week to do it.
I am so glad I am in her class this semester! She is extremely organized. Her syllabus says it all. Be careful with the deadline, you have a week to do the work. There is usually a weekly discussion, and either a lab or an assignment. Very reasonable amount of work and interesting. You will not regret taking her class :)
The best professor if you are looking for light work. The weekly discussions mandatory but if don't do them the whole semester but do well on labs, assignments, quizzes and midterm and final you will pass the class with a B or higher. For example I did none of the DB and passed with an A
Professor Prucha is a very nice instructor with high expectations, as she does not accept any late work. Majority of the assignments may take a while to complete and she assigns a lot of work, but you do learn a lot by taking her class. Take this class if you are interested in actually learning material and have the time to complete work assigned.
What every professor should strive to be. Clear instructions and deadlines. Weekly discussion boards can be finished with 1 hour of reading and 20 minutes of writing. Less if you're focused. Highly recommend this course to fulfill your upper G.E's.
Excellent Online learning experience. Prof. Prucha is extremely organized, communicates course and students expectation in the syllabus and can always be reached by email. The material is interesting and mangable. Do not miss assignment but if you do there is one chance to submit a one late work.
It was a very enjoyable experience taking an online course with professor Prucha. Her course is extremely organized and the material is relatable to my health and to those who are conscientious about living well. She is very helpful and passionate about the subject matter.
Instructor Prucha grades hard and always wants more detail. Besides that the class wasn't too difficult and the course modules were well organized.
The class was taken online, during 2019 pandemic. Prucha was unyielding, vague & very rigid in her teaching style refusing to provide feedback. At the end of the semester she offered an opportunity to submit one missed hmwk assignment. Her inability to be transparent made the coursework unnecessarily more difficult to review, correct & learn from.
It was a very enjoyable and interesting online class. Clear instructions and deadlines. Weekly discussion boards can be finished within one hour of reading and 20 minutes of writing..especially if you are focused. Highly recommend this course to fulfill your upper G.E courses and if you like tending to healthy habits :)
Took for summer. Weekly discussion, assignment or lab, few quizzes, and a research paper. Midterm and paper are just like quizzes. Read the book and use common sense, you will def pass!
Well-organized with mostly clear criteria. Rigid with deadlines. Requires a physician's note to allow an extension. Perhaps a bit jaded; seems unusually concerned that students will cheat. Energetic, cheerful, and passionate about health and the subject matter of this class.
Great online class! Very organized material, clear communications, interesting assignments and labs. Professor is always available to help and very approachable if you request to meet with her in person. Excellent course!
Huda Prucha was a great professor! She was very clear on expectations of the class and allows you to redo one assignment, besides that late work is not accepted. Weekly assignments are important to complete on time. Test questions are pulled from the book. The papers required in this class are short, but you need to be detailed in your response.
Excellent online course! Professor Prucha is extremely organized, approachable, will email back immediately and is passionate about the subject matter and dedicated to helping you succeed. Weekly discussion, assignments, few labs, mini research paper, couple of quizzes, couple of midterms and a final. All in all, a wonderful learning experience.
You work for your grade in this class, an assignment, a quiz, and a discussion post due every week and then two tests and a midterm essay. Make sure you stay ahead of schedule because the assignments/discussion boards take a lot of time. other than that, the course was very interesting! Highly recommend if you want to learn about nutrition!!
Professor Prucha is extremely organized, very passionate about the topic and will always give you feedback on your work. It is important to do the weekly posted assignments and not procrastinate because you have a week to do the work.
Excellent online learning experience! Prof. Prucha is knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, passionate about teaching, organized with clear criteria and especially attentive to mental health and well-being.
Amazing professor! Her class is very interesting with articles, videos, and textbook material. Weekly quizzes, discussion and lab. There is a mini research paper at the end of the semester. Very caring about overall well being especially mental health she truly cares about her students.
Awesome teacher! She truly cares about her students. She has weekly discussions, quizzes, labs, videos to watch and answer questions, a midterm, and a final. If you follow directions on each assignment you will definitely pass!
Prof. Prucha's class is engaging, with a mix of articles, videos, and textbook material. The workload is manageable, with weekly assignments, quizzes, and a research paper. Unstuck ai was a great study tool alongside the textbook. Caring professor who prioritizes student well-being.
Would take a class with Huda again. It was very enjoyable and she made it easy to follow the online course. She gave feedback and was ready to respond to questions via email.
loved the organization and structure of this class, easy a no matter the effort you put into the class, textbook can be found online and weekly short discussions and assignments + short quiz, two midterms and one final, no respondus, quick to grade and is a breath of fresh air compared to the other online disorganized professors at east bay
Excellent online experience with professor Prucha! Extremely organized with clear expectations! A must if you're interested in nutrition and enjoy positive learning. Follow instructions and do assigned work. I wish all courses are as organized as professor Prucha's online courses. Easy to reach at anytime you need help.
