In an Executive MBA program, all of the students are working professionals who need to schedule their time carefully. Dr. Yazici changed the syllabus 5 times, changing homework midway between class meetings, and changing the scope of the term project one week before the due date, forcing everyone to start over. Dr. Y is unfit for the EMBA program.

Worst teacher I have ever had. She is not only incompitent but she does not even know how to write in the English Language. Her tests are open book but even if you have the right answer she will still try and find ways to mark you off. She is definately the worst teacher at FGCU!

Doesn't explain concepts or how to apply them. Assigns homework gives answers moves on. Cant speak english well and shouldnt teach. She'll bore you to death; it made me physically sick one day.

Hard to understand

Professor is completely unorganized, reactive instead of proactive, syllabus 8 pages, expectations higher for students than herself i.e. organization, clarity, team participation, etc.

DO NOT take this professor. Her lectures are comprised of incomprehensible ramblings that will make you wish you were born without ears. High standards for students...low standards for her own work. Changes sylybus during class...changes submission guidelines...I was a straight A student until my B in this class. FIRE THIS PROF!

She's terrible. From teaching to grading. Doesn't allow unexcused absences (we are not in elementary school) her accent is way too deep. The book she uses is not the same as any other op mgmt class at this level it is too complex and much harder to use.

She know's what she's doing but she doesn't know how to articulate her ideas to the class very well. She kind of just throws everything on to Canvas and you have to sift through her 9 emails a day to figure out what is really due. I'm pretty open minded and understand all professors are different but I wouldn't recommend her.

I thought her poor ratings were just from lazy, disgruntled students. I am neither of those, but I have to say that this probably the worst professor I've had. I'm not angry with her or bitter about any particular thing. She is vague and indirect with assignments, which causes mass confusion for everyone. Lectures are sooooooooo boring as well.

Do NOT take this professor. It was way too difficult for an introductory class. She expects certain things from her students but doesn't communicate what those things are so it is close to impossible to get a 100 on anything, even assignments done IN CLASS WITH HER, written verbatim.

Hands down one of the worst professors I have had at FGCU. Frustrating grading policy where the smallest error becomes major points deducted from exams and homework assignments. She is not clear about what she wants done on any assignments and your grade will suffer from it. Avoid her class at all cost!!

You have online connect assignments, have homework assignments she decides to make due next day while trying to study her power-points because she go through them so fast in class. So many assignments that she never gives students full points for. Accent a little hard to understand

Would never take her class again. Got a B+ instead of an A- because I was 30 seconds late turning a test in.

In class assignment for a grade each class. Grades the assignment on correctness and rarely gives anyone full points on it. Takes forever grading tests because she checks every single thing and expects you to show every step of your work. Lectures are based on assigned book readings. Gets confused when practicing in class assignments. Accent.

You will have to figure out everything on your own. She doesn't give guidance for anything and sometimes she will email you an assignment at 8:00am due that day after class ends. It isn't a hard class, but it is required and an upper level business course. Good luck.

She quite frankly is unbearable as a professor. There is a heavy accent, and her lectures are extremely unproductive. learn smart is "extra credit" and the connect assignments are worth ONE point. Exams are everything, and she tells you a week or less prior to the exam. There is zero structure to her class and has no control. Good luck.

This class and topics are fairly easy. The exams are easy as well, because she provides a review sheet with example problems of that are similar to the exam. For the concept questions I just reviewed the power points. Expect to do tedious class work and hw. She is also very inefficient and unorganized. Please try to avoid this professor if u can.

One of the worst professors I have ever taken a class with at FGCU. She does not explain the assignments and the group project well at all. You can write down exactly what she writes on an assignment and you will still get points taken off. Exams seem easy but she takes points away for not having the smallest amount of work shown. Avoid her!

I found this professor to be very hard to understand. Her instructions are very vague and confusing, yet she expects that homework and tests are worded EXACTLY how she "prefers" or a low score will be given. She has a tendency to be rude if you question and explanation or topic and she becomes extremely defensive. By far the worst professor yet.

Dr Yazici was pretty much as bad as the reviews sound. Chaotic class with handouts due every day. Also, loved to get defensive and embarrass students. Heavy accent. Pointless group project with people she assigns you to and never truly explains the project. At the end of the day though, her exams were exactly like the study guide. No final exam.

She doesn't know how to take a question from a student and answer it. She doesn't help. If it wasn't for my textbook, pen, and paper I would fail. She makes up assignments whenever. Her syllable doesn't match course. She doesn't give out rulebrick. Avoid this professor like the plague.

Hulya is the most confusing professor at the school. If you question anything, she gets defensive and won't make it any clearer for you. She doesn't like to give out full credit for anything. You can have it written down exactly how she has it, but she would still take points off. Her lectures were boring but her study guides are the same as tests.

Horrible professor. Get ready to copy unclear instructions in excel and jump through hoops. Assigned seats because apparently we are in kindergarten. Random writing assignments. You will have to teach yourself everything if you want to actually learn anything from this class. Take this class at FSW before you settle with Hulya, worth the drive.

Do not take it with her wait to get another professor or take it at fsw. We would do excel sheets in class together and i would copy it word for word and did everything she asked and I still didn't get a 100.

Her course is rigorous. Her teaching style is difficult to understand so she gives added homework,assignments and projects at her convinience w/o warning. These updates happen randomly and due dates are not fair. I have an MBA and took this course to improve in analytics. Its the worst course Ive taken. Stay away if you want to keep your sanity!

If I could give this professor a 0 rating, I would. Most ridiculous class I've had to take. Be prepared to copy notes word by word, have them graded and not get full credit because she grades based on how she's feeling that day. You will never get full credit on anything.

Literally one of my worst experiences at FGCU. its one thing to be a bad teacher but i dont think i was able to learn a single thing in this class. if you like PowerPoint presentations at the speed of light in an accent less familiar than my dad who's still getting those cigarettes, this is a class for you.

Absolute worst experience/professor I have had the displeasure of having. Please for the love of god listen to these reviews. I took her thinking that the reviews were just people that didn't try or were lazy... They were dead on and I am struggling to pass this class. She is the hardest grader you can have and an awful teacher.

Doesn't teach and doesn't care about students. Zero class structure and zero notice for random assignments assigned the day they're due. Avoid this teacher at all costs, your GPA will thank you.

Doesn't teach anything during class time, and the overall class structure is unorganized and sometimes random. Will give you assignments last minute and is not flexible with her students at all. Do not recommend taking her at all.

Absolutely the worst professor I have ever had. The course is so unorganized it hurts. Class time is all over the place, does not provide students with enough information and grades discussions like they are final papers. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

So this professor is by far the worst I've ever had. She assigned a project that is due a week from that day, and we have an exam the next class after that project is due. The class begged her for a delay on the exam so we could have time to study, and she said, "sorry no our schedule is too tight." The week after was filled with guest presenters.

One of the worst classes ever taken. Her instructions and expectations are unclear. She is unreasonable and very demanding. I would receive new assignments due within hours of its posting and receive new project guidelines within a day of the due date. She is very disorganized and confusing. I would not recommend her to any student.

You have no HW one week then 5 assignments the next week that werent on the schedule. She doesnt teach, you follow along and she wonders why students dont know material. Group project has rough drafts but gives little feedback on what to fix. Exams on Exprep dont grade properly yet she still uses it. Try to avoid, shes just an awful professor.

Just awful. If you asked questions she would give vague answers or would just not answer. If you emailed or messaged her she would take weeks, even months (yes months) to respond. Every lecture was her cramming as much info in as possible rather than making sure students learned. She also takes an extremely long time to grade. Do not take her.

Horrible. Ignores emails, laughs questions off, does not give helpful answers. The course is heavily integrated with Excel. Her grading makes no sense since she uses a program based on expert's answers. The group project is long and extensive. My partner and I were told our project was "so-so" after seeking help numerous times.

Gives little to no instructions. No rubrics. Expects you to read her mind. Tests are worth over 60 percent of grade. Homework takes hours to complete and is the only thing to ACTUALLY teach you the concepts, but it wont be on the test. Worst class I've ever taken.

Professor does not care about students learning the material. She has unfair grading practices and she has unclear expectations.

Extremely tough with grading. Will reduce your grade based on things not included in directions/syllabus. Hostile and defensive to anyone who questions her approach to grading or teaching. Requires the use of an unsupported, pay-to-use excel add-on that most users have issues with. DO NOT TAKE THIS PROFESSOR.

When it comes to asking her questions because a deadline, material, project, assignment, etc. is not clear, her answer will still leave you wondering. She NEVER answers a question with a direct answer, even the most simple questions. Her assignments are very confusing to understand as well as difficult, and she is a horrible horrible educator.

Hands down one of the worst teachers at FGCU, she needs to be fired. Can barely understand her lectures, grades on the tiniest details and seems like she try's her hardest to take points off at every possible opportunity. DO NOT TAKE

Walking in the class, I would recommend to be up in the front since you can't hear her and she refuses to use a microphone and speaks softly. The assignments has no grading criteria so it can be based on how she feels. She gets disturbed at exam grades and went up to the class saying "you can youtube the concepts." Take online or someone else.

Usually when I look at a professors rating on this website, the number does not scare me. I am always able to finish the courses with lower rated professors, but Dr. Yazici made it almost impossible. Do not take any courses with this professor, she does not know how to teach at the college level. THIS IS FOR SUPPLY CHAIN, SCM 3005.

I'm an A student, so I ignore this website (because it seems like people just complain when they actually have to do work). All comments on this professor are valid. She is the absolute worst I have ever experienced in my life. Horrible instructions (very unorganized/unclear). She grades based on instructions she doesn't give. Avoid at ALL COSTS.

She is an awful professor, DO NOT TAKE HER. She makes does not care about her students, does not try and help, and mumbles while lecturing. DO NOT TAKE.

Only bad business professor I've had. Horrific grading system; never will tell you what exactly you need to do and then will penalize you for not putting something that she didn't tell you to include. Will hold you 15 minutes late every class after walking in 10 minutes late. Horrible experience.

1.5 rating Mumbles. Soft spoken. she gets confused 4 words into a sentence. Gives you the answers on the worksheet but marks her own answers wrong when you turn it in. Interrupts during presentations. Crazy hard exams. If you want to drop your GPA register for this professor.

Worst professor EVER. Coming from a 4.0 student, she is hard to work with. Unclear directions, difficult exams, so many assignments, group project that she makes you resubmit every part until perfect without telling you how to do it in the first place. Even data analytic majors find her hard to understand. Mandatory meetings w/o actual approval

This is undoubtedly the worst professor ever. She has unclear grading directions and waits till the last minute to give a long list of things you didn't include. Be prepared to redo whole assignments and sections of your project multiple times. I have never written a review of a professor till now, take that as a testament to how horrible she is.

Bad communication and explanation of what she wants combined with a harsh grader

Professor is a nice lady but don't take any of her classes if you want to keep your will to live. The other reviews are 100% accurate.

The course is not difficult, but it became more complicated than necessary. Directions are unclear and she gives feedback late which is difficult for corrections. When you present your group projects, she will interrupt and point out everything wrong with your work. LOOK FOR ANOTHER PROFESSOR!!!

Classes are 90% group presentations that she will interrupt the group with questions and criticism. She will bring things up that were not listed in the assignment. She makes the presentations last long after the class should have ended. When she does go over assignments, she will just straight-up show grades of a student during the class. Avoid.

The professor's lack of responsiveness to emails, ineffective teaching methods, and rude behavior towards students create a highly unsatisfactory learning environment. She was so rude in her emails about me making up assignments and just straight up said yeah you failed when I made countless corrections to the final and she was too lazy

Horrible professor! All of the reviews are true... She will make you redo everything you do for your group projects but won't give you clear instructions on how to fix it properly. If you try and go to her office hours for help she is rude and condescending. The fact that fgcu allows her to be a professor is shameful! Avoid at all cost!!

Horrible presenting and communication skills. Feedback is impossible to understand on projects and presentations. Weird and rude at times. Easy course, but horrible professor.

Avoid this professor at all cost! She is very unclear with her instructions and has us do 2 group projects in less than a week. She gets mad at you for asking for help as well. And if you express that the instructions are unclear and 10+ students also agree with you. She will manipulate you into thinking you are the problem. I wish I could give a 0

After asking for clarity multiple times on what she expects, she will tell you her instructions are clear. Presentations are pretty much the professor telling you what you did wrong. Learned more from LA. Standards of FGCU profs really show with this one. 2 weeks left of sem and I encourage every student to hold off until they can find another prof

Grading criteria and instructions are extremely ambiguous. You will need to ask her for clarification as to what she wants repeatedly throughout the semester. She is not accommodating to students. She does not respect the designated class time and will consistently mismanage time. Disorganized canvas. Exams were fairly easy

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! She manipulates students into thinking we are wrong by giving feedback in her grading that has nothing to do with the instructions, interrupts group presentations, etc. She also keeps the students in class way after it was supposed to end (class is already 2h 45min). 350 words are not enough to review this professor... AVOID!

Easily one of the worst professors ive taken in my college experience. Has absolutely no idea what shes doing sometimes during class lectures. Constantly gets side tracked by students not knowing what she did. Terrible communicator and extremely boring classes. Group projects somehow equal 40+% of your grade in a graduate course. Avoid if possible!
