100% recommend taking this course with Prof. Mtz. I took it during summer and we had about 1 hr and 30 mins of lecture and the last 30 mins were spent LEAC gym doing our choice of exercise. Attendance is important because he assigns assignments or quizzes the day of. He's extremely helpful during class and easy to reach if you have any questions.

The professor was very helpful and engaged in class discussion, he would provide examples on the specific topic he was explaining. Graded very fairly and would provide extra credit if needed.

This teacher was very helpful when it came to explaining material to students who were lost in the subject. He simplified the topic using real-world examples in order to make the topic easier to understand.

His hilarious and often times caring personality pulsates the classroom, motivating us to learn about the different aspects in the course of Kinesiology.
