SHe is a good teacher, I took her online this past semester and even though I just needed the credit, I learned a lot. Her extra credit exercises are not easy, they are long, but if you do them you will be ready for the exams. She is definetly good and I recomend taking her class.

The class was absolutely amazing. It was very convenient for me. All you have to do are the assignments which are just twice - some times once a week - and then a test everyday Saturday. Extra credit isn't mandatory, but should be considered -they help out a lot. If you do all the writing assignments and extra credit then you are guaranteed an A.

16 week Fall 13, A. Read (or at least carefully skim) all the chapters and take notes. Be thorough with the writing activities. Do the extra credit work bc the final covers 99% of that content. Prof CC may not always be thorough (online classes can be confusing) but she is ALWAYS available to help and I appreciate that the most.

In pursuing your educational goal, you need an ally, a very good one. Prof Huong Ho is an example of such. Read her slides, and complement with the online text, do the writing and extra credit activities (makes you read and boosts your grade). Final exam is a work over. Prof Huong Ho is considerate and fair. With her, you sure can never walk alone!

I took the online class, read through the syllabus, everything was straight forward. Essays are a requirement, extra credit is HIGHLY recommended, 4 - 5 online test -all timed with option to re-take some test. There was a final exam that had to be taken at the school it consisted of 100 questions. Final grade was an A! Just do the work!

5 tests with questions straight from the textbook & powerpoints. Departmental final, 100-question cumulative test, review provided. Assignments are writing activities, no rubric regarding grading criteria so difficult to understand why points were taken off when the writings dealing with students personal experiences. Responded to emails promptly.

Professor Huong Ho makes psychology simple. She provides a lot of examples of the key points of the lectures. Her handouts are concise and helpful. There are given credits for completing the assignments, which are also useful to review for the exams. You have good chances to get good grades if completing the assignments and study the handouts.

You need to read all the important sessions from textbook, the exams are tough. Take good notes during her lectures, what ever she said would be on the test but just studying that itself wouldnt get you an A. She is helpful and cares for you when you do mistakes.

I took the hybrid class, which means the exams are online but we meet once a week. Theres an online PDF for the textbook if we cant review something in class. Overall, shes an amazing teacher who gives personal examples for each chapter we go over.

I've had my share and I will say that her execution leaves me with full understanding and she has a way of pulling our emotions in to the lesson and that really leaves a mark in our heads to better understand the material. She is a great teacher. I took the online class, in which meetings were not required. However, she still opened the meeting once a week for us. Her lecture was good too, she used plenty of examples for us to understand. On the other hand, her test requires you not only to study in her lecture but also outside the class.

Took her for an online-anytime psychology class. There was about 5 tests and 5 short essays which were graded reasonably. Her tests can usually be found online. There is various extra credit opportunities. She is very prompt in grading, usually by the next day. She provides useful resources for learning and is overall an easy professor.

Professor Ho is a great professor. I took her Hybrid class and her lectures were very interesting & understanding. Its very easy to pass this class. Only 5 quizzes and 5 short essays that are very easy. Also, she provides about 9 extra credits. Overall, an easy class and youll actually learn!

Professor Ho is truly amazing. She is so passionate and knowledgeable. Her lectures are clear and fun. She makes it very easy to follow her syllabus and assignments. It is very hard to fail her class. If you fail, that means you put absolutely no effort into the course. She constantly emails the class, to keep us on top of our assignments.

She is a very good teacher who explains the topics with written online lecture notes,uses real life examples, and almost always refers to the textbok.
