What a wonderful prof. Pace hired. After 5 years in this school I finally found a mgt prof. that cares about what he is teaching. He is fair, knows his material,and a very hard working person. If you want to learn something take as many classes as you can with him, I wish I knew him before my last simester. Pace should learn from him.

This professor is actually 'born to teacher'. He seems to enjoy what he does. I almost changed my major after taking his class. Students are so much involved that you would never 'sleep in class'. He gives slides and handouts of lessons before class which is very helpful. Most importantly, he motivates you to learn and ready to help at any time.

Very Helpful, really cares about his students, and tries hard to help them in any way he can. Tests aren't a breeze but he tells you exactly what u need to study...so if u study u'll do fine.

He is the best prof at Pace. I also took him for O.B. and Training & Development. He really knows what he's talking about. You have to study to get an A, but he tells you what to focus on and he explains everything clearly. He's the only prof I know that goes the extra mile to help students. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Prof Tarique is wondeful. He really helps his students out especially on an individual basis. Not only will he help you to succeed in class but will also help to direct you onto a winning career path. There's 1 paper, mid term, final & easy in class 10 m,in assignments. I highly recommend him for any MGT class!

He's one of the best management professors I ever had at Pace. El- Adawy should take a lesson from him cus El- Adawy is the worst professor I ever had at Pace!! Tarique lets you use an index card on tests, gives slides that really help, and the paper is a peice of cake and you will actually get a grade you deserve in this class. Take him!!

Offered office hours, invited questions, and taught with a lot of energy. He does not teach and test us with goals of trying to fail us; he actually tries to help. Tests are hard in the way that there is a lot of information to consider, but easy in the way that you have all the information available. Great teacher all around. Learned a lot of info

What a great class

Very helpful, knows his stuff, there to help whenever you need it...tests are a breeze if you go to class. A lot of reading in the text but his notes are good & make it all very easy.

I had Prof. Tarique for 362 and 322 and he was awesome in both classes. He is very understanding, gives extra credit, will help you outside class, uses the text and his own knowledge-very easy to get along with and understand. Best professor I've had in my college career...

He's good. Really knows his stuff. Treats a little like 8th grade, but great class discussions. 2 Exams were fr text/PPT's. Can take note sheet. 2 papers to write as well ~5 pps ea. Have option to turn in early to get comments so you can re-write. Find this will be one of most useful classes for working professionals. Class part counted!

Grading rubic is confusing. Basis your grade on normal distribution curve so although you are averaging "A" he will give you "B". Do not recommend especially if you are looking to fulfill your business elective.

Excellent professor. Really makes you think & takes learning beyond the textbook. I wish I would have taken him for OB & training/development too. Uses staffing book alot- read the book & pay attention in class & youll do great. Class is fun and time flys by. he does fun group case studys and has the class participate alot. Very inspiring teacher

I still miss being in his class. I'm planning to take him again before leaving Pace. It was a lot of work in his summer class, but also lots of fun. Alltogether - class&teacher worth taking.

International Business being a required breathe elective...i took INB640...but had to drop it immediately because...its waste of time and money....Decided to attend INB 673...Believe me...VERY GOOD DECISION! He is down to earth, a funny guy. No group presentations which is much appreciated because most of them turn into nightmares. Group work every class, but it's easy and short. The guy is a very decent grader. I think he gives students the benefit of the doubt. He's young and I think he still remembers what it was like to be a student.

Dr.Tarique is brilliant! He is very funny & the class is so interesting & interactive that you don't even feel your in class. He does not only reference the textbook but uses real life examples to tie the material together. He is also very cutting edge with his thinking and knowledge of HR. His specialty is Int'l HR & Training & Development.

The Professor is very passionate about the subject. He is crystal clear when lectures, his lectures and exercise are real life examples and fun games. If you weren't interested in HR you will be! He is funny and he knows what he is doing as a teacher. I am taking another class with him , he brings quality to PACE.

I took a summer class with him -- a lot of good stuff. The class was a very good investment, since I paid for the course. I am going to take more HR courses with him.

He helped me a get a great job -- extremely helpful. Looked over my resume, cover letter, and advised me on how to approach the interview. I have taken three of his courses.

One of the best courses I have taken at Pace. He knows his stuff,understands the needs of his students, always willing to help. I wish I had taken his classes earlier.

I am going to take two more classes with him. The class project is the most useful. You have to develop a global career plan. The project is worth the price of the course. He also has so much knowledge about HR and knows all the key people in HR in the NY city area. Overall, highly recommend him. I hope Pace hires more faculty like him.

Prof. Tarique is an extremely talented lecturer, and he knows how to engage a class. I did find it exhausting sometimes, because the class was so active, and he likes participation even if talking isn't required, and knows how to engage. Overall I really enjoyed the class - the tests are difficult, but they're from the book, so it's doable.

Professor Tariq is awesome. He knows his stuff and is very helpful. He is very strict about attendance and no cellphone use. Once you go to class and pay attention you will do well.

Had Prof. Ibraiz in Spring 2014. I am a finance major. He made the class so interesting, simple, and fun. BUT he is tough with attendance, and NO CELL Phone in class.

There is a lot of HW for the course, but it is easy to understand how you are graded and why. Do the work and you'll do fine.

Best teacher I have taken at Pace! He has a strict no cellphone policy, but you won't even have to use your phone because he is so good at teaching. Only teacher that can keep the whole class entertained for three hours. Tests are open book open notes. 10/10 recommend

The best professor EVER. You cannot use your phone in his class or he'll deduct points, but the class is so good you do not even want to use you're phone. He has changed the way I look at my career, I wish I took his class earlier in college, I feel like I would have been more successful. You should take his class if you get the opportunity.

Zoom classes were conducted in an engaging manner with lots of breakout rooms, lively discussion and some interesting guest speakers. In-class group work was very interactive. I think the content ended up being much more interesting than I had anticipated, mostly due to his presentation style. Genuinely wants every student to succeed.

Professor Ibraiz is a wonderful teacher. The class was strict and challenging but I learnt a lot. 2 exams and an assignment. He cares about his students and is a fair grader, in my opinion. Highly recommend.

Professor Tarique is the most inspiring and knowledgeable professor I have ever had. He knows his field extremely well and his classes are amazing! The time flies by and you get to learn a ton through the real life examples he uses and his very well written book.

Highly recommend taking him! He's very knowledgeable and understanding. His readings and tests are straight forward.
