He is easy but boring you may try to take him during the spring of fall because for the summer he is boring. His class is easy just try to stay focus.

great teach, but boring, i still passed with an 'A' and it wasn't hard to do so, just do all the homework and study, which can be done when you do the homework.

cool dude. i don't know my grade yet, so this review is ain't complete, but classes were fun. out of 75 min he would tell some examples and stuff for 65 and then u'll actually have a lecture for 10 min. gives a pain-in-the-ass assigment to keep journal thru whole semestr which i didn't do... will see...

Great professor, great class, interesting subject. Pay attention in class and don't take notes. He goes entirely by book. Only take notes for discussions that come up. By far one of the most interesting and rewarding courses I have taken. Make sure to do the project with time. Also, make sure to read the book frequently. Fun class if you like PSY.

Prof. Beloken is a very interesting person. He is always trying to get the class interested in the subject and will make lectures interesting but clas is alil boring sometimes. His assigns. are a piece of cake. 4 tests and 1 term project journal, presentation, term paper, or group presentation. Easy A!!!

Talks alot, gets off topic, but conversation is always interesting. The first chapter is the most boring one, but you got to pay attention! Tests are pretty difficult, which is funny considering most are take home. Keep up with the reading, participate in all the interesting convo, and you'll be all good in the hood!! overall he's a great teacher!

I enjoyed his class so much! It was super chill, do your 2 projects, do the tests and ull get an A. He really knows the stuff, not like some teachers who read from text books. Ask any topic and he will relate it to anything and talk about it. Amazing professor!!!

He is a great professor knows what he is talking about. Does not care about what you get on a test just wants to know that you are learning so praticipation is a must. I took him in the spring of 07 and i learned more from him then professor barry.

He was nice and understanding. He wants students to know the material. Every week was a chapter out of the textbook, so make sure you get it! If you read the book it's an easy grade and participation is a must for a good grade.

Belakon is a great teacher. He just had a baby and still took initiative to be there at class and make use of the class. His tests were hard, however he did let us work with others to present each chapter in great detail. I definatly learned alot from his class and would recommend this class to anyone. Great over all teacher.

Passed the class but I do not recommend it. The class was extremely boring due to the powerpoints that are given by students who are just repeating word for word the material from the book on the chapters. I got lucky that I took it in the summer. Its a LOT of work and no of feeling of accomplishment in the end.

he is a great professor. the class discussions are sooo interesting. exams are pretty brutal though, you kind of have to know EVERYTHING in the chapters in order to actually pass it. but if you do his other assignments he'll boost your exam grade up. demands full class participation in discussions & thats how you earn your e.c. hes awesome trust me

Prof. Belokon is great. He is extremely dedicated and is always willing to help you if you do not understand. The class does require a lot of studying, that's college. He doesn't lecture, rather he discusses everything with the class. He gives alot of opportunities for extra credit. Just don't copy and paste for his term paper, he will report you!

This class is challenging but in a good way. He is very good natured as long as you attend class regularly, buy the book quickly, and show effort. The expected reading is something to be taken seriously and DO NOT PLAGIARIZE, he will know, and will fail you.

he is a great teacher, and helps you a lot. do all the extra credit and he will do his best to give you the best grade possible even if you do not score very high on the tests. its a very interesting class and he is an awesome professor you should def. take him, dont forget to do the extra credit!!!!!

Professor Belokon does not teach by the usual mediocre system we're accustomed to. He makes students engage in discussion and analyze everyday scenarios. I learned things that I thought I knew. Read tha chapters or go through them when he says so. He is a brilliant man. I might have a crush =)

This guy is pure awesome, just to listen to and be around if nothing else. His IDH class mostly consists of sitting around discussing various extremely amusing topics and doing a big service-learning project - no worries there, it's easy and he helps you out. When he talks, he sounds like Mel Brooks; like I said, pure awesome, take him!

Incredibly strong, almost intimidating personality. Gets very nasty over people who use their cell phones in class. Quite short-tempered, doesn't tolerate any sort of childishness in classes like Human Sexuality. I was legitimately afraid of him on some occasions, but I respected him. Very challenging. Well versed on the subject and a professor at heart. Kicks out people using cell phones. Exams aren't easy you must study. I repeat you must study!!!! You will learn in his class. At times assignments can be ambiguous. Class consist of lectures and notes. Wants you to understand the subject as oppose to passively writing notes.

I completed my Psychology of Personal Effective course this spring term 2011 online, and he is a thorough, smart, and knowledgeable professor. You must read the chapters to pass his tests, and read the module topics that pertain to the various sections of each chapter.His discussion forum topics are informative. I'd recommend him as an instructor.

I strongly recommend Professor Belokon as an online professor for CLP 1006. He is very knowledgeable and grades fairly. His teaching methods are in tune with the text book for Psychology of Personal Effectiveness. You must read the chapters as well as each module topic online to pass. He is the best!!!

I just took this class online. Professor is very organized and give clear instructions. Material is easy but you have to put in the time. Weekly discussion posts and quizzes. Proctored midterm, online final and 3,500 words essay.If you do everything you will learn a lot and get an A.

i had this fall he was pretty good but the class can get a little boring he does not like when your talking nor texting in his class i dont like his grading because i felt like i did an awsome paper and he graded it very harshly. rather then that he not that bad he is nice he is not a jerk and teaches pretty good oh final and mid review suck

Talk about a brilliant mind! I feel like he is so educated, that sometimes he might ramble off or confuse the class. If you're not a good listener, you will not last in his class. Come in the class with respect, don't talk or use the phone during his lecture. He is a good professor, not an easy one, but a good one. you learn in this class.

Probably one of the most insightful and amazing professors at Dade. He knows his area extremely well. His classes are not for people who want an easy GPA booster. He does not spoon feed you answers because he treats his classes as what they are, college classes. Definitely take if you're set on your path.

Very fun, lenient, and charismatic professor. Encourages discussion almost all the time. Definitely one of the best I've had this year.

He can be intimidating because he knows his stuff. But overall he's a good guy. He wants you to learn and think for yourself. Ask him questions about class, your major, your credits, anything and he will help you or guide you in the right direction. You HAVE to read the book. He can be really funny most days. I really liked this professor. He is very helpful and responds to emails. Participation is mandatory since its and online class. I will refer others to this professor as he is knowledgeable in his field.

He gets mad if you text in class, but who wouldn't? that is the most disrespectful thing you can do to a professor. His classes are fun and interesting. Had a take home final.

Attendance matters, really cool teacher, knows his stuff. You need to buy the book and READ IT. Tests and pop quizzes are hard. Really likes students to engage in discussion. No texting. Some of the tests and final were take home. If you ask him for help, he will give it. He likes students to contribute, if not he will call you out

He is really laid back and super knowledgeable. He loves for his students to participate and engage in conversations about the topics in class. The book is a must but it's actually really helpful when you read before the class lecture and conversations because he makes you critically think during class.

If you respect him as a professor, he will respect you as his student and will be there for you when you need help. He's a very knowledgeable gentleman and makes psychology fun.

He's a bit of a mess, but you gotta love him. Insightful, creative lectures. Though sometimes his sentences are incoherent, you still understand him if you follow his train of thought. He's really chill about assignments, but he is a little unclear about them. Syllabus might as well not exist. Self-management is key. Lovable, relaxed, friendly.

I took him twice. The first time was Abnormal Psych, and it was horrid. I took him again for Social Psych, and he got a lot better as a professor. Three exams, one ten page paper, and a lot of extra credit. The book is a necessity, but it was okay because it was a great read. The paper was a lot of fun if you're into writing research papers.

Pretty easy, you learn. just study from the test!!! And do the assignments.

Porfessor belokon is a very laid back prof. He does, however, grade pretty heavily when it comes to research papers, projects, or presentations. He is very understandig when it comes to missed assignments or assignment re-do's. If you do the work on time and do it right, then there is no way you can fail. Study for the tests heavily as well.

This professor is perfect for a specific type of person. There were few lectures. Although he didnt give clear instructions and half the class was kind of lost, he always gave a good grade. Was very understanding with students that did assignments late. Not extremely time consuming. I loved it but he didnt teach much. Easy A!

Belekon's class is interesting. All the assignments/quizzes/tests are on Cengage and are SUPER easy. He does not take attendance (in person). His lectures are long (can go over time) and get off track easily. We had a research paper where he failed everyone's draft but gave As to the final draft. It's a scare tactic. Overall its a really easy class

He will make the easy take him on live I took him on live and he very easygoing i will deff take him again i wish he teaches more classes I took him 2 semesters straight.
