she is very interesting and intelligent. everyone i know who has had a class with her has only good things to say about the experience.

Mrs. Kuznetz is a wonderful teacher. If you merely attend classes, and give what you have to conform to her standards for english, then you should be able to pass with an "a."

If you want to learn something about writing stories or poetry, take this class. Instructor is insightful, patient, and most importantly, honest. She'll have you writing things you never knew you had the talent to write.

Great sense of humor! Laughed a lot and learned a lot. Very fair and respectful of students. You definitely have to come to class though. I used to hate English, now I really like it because Dr. Kusnetz made it fun. Awesome professor!

She's a great teacher. She's very knowledgable about her subject. She's grades the papers a little harder than expected and with only a couple of papers in the class, you need to do good on them to get a good grade in the class. Overall, class is a little boring, but good.

This is a great class for this professor. She is a poet and loves to bring out hidden talent in her students. She creates a very cozy and fearless environment. Great class - great instructor.

I had Kusnetz a few years ago and she was a great pro. Im going back to finish my learning in the spring and I can't wait to have her again. I still use the stuff she tough us in ENG101. Great Pro...she can always make you laugh!

lit comp I: Class is boring, very basic stuff, the assignments were very easy. Very strict about grammer and spelling, takes off a points for every mistake. OVerall not a bad class, you get out early often enough.

She is a great professor! Very funny, laid-back, and helpful with assignments but strict about attendance. Papers are okay, not too hard, not that boring considering it's Comp. Class discussions were fun, we worked in groups a lot.

This professor is awesome - a truly great teacher! She teaches you about literature and writing and helps you to discover your own creative voice. I would take any class she taught! Awesome!!!

She's nice, and a bit cooky. But VERY strict on grammer. Takes points off for ANY little thing you do...so if grammer isn't a strong point - beware.

The class is pretty easy. She seems very unorganized, but that's what helps make the class easy. She probably used to be a hippy. She plays favorites slightly. To get on her good side say you like cats, hate bush, and drive an electric car.

very fun class! i took her class after a failing english grade twice at scc and i breezed through her class with an A. she is very helpful, clear, and concise about what she expects from you in the class. her syllabus is the "bible"- i read it every week. 3 papers, a timed writing, and then you practice for the exit exam.

She is the best teacher I have ever had, very clear and helpful. You have 3 home essays and one in-class writing which is just 10 % of the grade. 20% is for in-class participation. So even if you are not a strong writer you still have a chance to get an A. Recommend her if you do not have tendency to miss classes.

Good Teacher. I haven't taken a english class in 5 years. She got me up to date with what is expected from college students. No matter what you can make a B. GO TO THE ENGLISH LAB!!!

this teacher takes attendance. show up and bs your way through it. she is nice. doesnt really give out too many A's though. everyone in our class got an a or b, a couple got c's. as long as you know how to write and go to her for help and use the writing lab you will do fine. good teacher. must take her.

She is a very good teacher!Loved her class. writing lad is key. So is attendance. always make sure your phone is off or on silent and be on time to class, shes a stickler about tardiness. But shes really funny, nice and always available for help.=)

A very intriguing, interesting person with great stories and a passion for her field which is infectious. Strict about attendance and grades, but willing to work with you if you just take the time to talk to her. Highly recommended!

Make sure that she ACTUALLY reads your papers before she slaps a grade on it.She doesn't read papers especially when you work hard and go to the lab. She picks favorites in class and if you're not one, then you won't even get a B.

This professor is awesome in every way possible. She's the kind of teacher who is strict enough to get your respect yet easy going enough to really like. She knows life hands out crap hands sometimes and you just need to talk to her about whats going on. Take her. Period. She was a great inspiration to me. (I don't remember the course number.)

Awesome, laid back and clear cut class. Kusnetz is awesome and down to earth. I would definitely recommend this class to any of my closest friends. There is no graded classwork, just class discussions and activities to help you understand the upcoming assignment. GREAT CLASS!!

Love her! She has a great sense of humor, but when she's serious she'll let ya know. She keeps you interested. I actually ended up taking her for Comp 2 because I liked her so much the first time around. She gives extra credit in all sorts of different ways. The chosen stories were all good to read but one.

She's so silly! But that makes her awesome. The coursework is easy enough and enjoyable, and her sillyness makes it even more fun. She's readily available to help and easy to chat with. It's hard not to love this teacher!

Dr. K is a great professor with a good sense of humor. Her grading is fair & homework is very light. We had 1 or 2 in-class papers that were easy, read 7-8 short stories, & wrote 3 essays. My biggest suggestion would be to use flowery words. When she says descriptive essay she means that every other word should be descriptive. Otherwise she's great

Dr. K is the reason that I am a writer again. If it was not for her encouragement, I would have never picked back up. She is an amazing teacher that can offer really intelligent criticism. By far the best teacher I have ever had.

Class is fairly easy. Only have to turn in 3 papers that are only 2-3 pages long, which are graded fairly. A few homework assignments but they are only checked for completion. Turn in your work on time and you'll get an A. The teacher is fun and helpful. Totally reccommend her!

Dr. K is great. She has 6 writing ( 3 poems and 3 stories) at the end she takes out the lowest grade of those, and for final she has an research paper. It doesn't sound that bad, i have an A in her class and English is not one of my fav. subjects. You should take her.

You look at her and think she's just a regular college student. She's very knowledgeable about writing, offers helpful suggestions, and keeps the class fun and interesting. It's a great class to take with her if you like writing or want to improve on it. Highly recommended.

Very fun and interesting! You have three papers to write. Very clear about what she wants, so pay attention and you will do well. Highly recomend her!

Great teacher. Had her for ENC 1101 and 1102. All her papers are fairly simple, just make sure that your grammar is up to par, as she'll get you hard on that. Otherwise, it isn't hard to get at least a B in her class and she pretty funny.

Dr. K is awesome!!! She is so laid-back that there is no way to be intimidated in her class. Even if you speak up with the wrong answer she will re-phrase it somehow to be the right response. I would take every one of her classes. I am not an English major but I now love writing!

I took Dr. K for both comp 1 and 2 becuase I loved her so much! She is an extremely sweet person, and also pretty funny! She is very well-educated and is a very good teacher. Her class is not hard if you enjoy writing, and even if you don't, it's still pretty easy! Also, her class is pretty relaxing! I would highly reccomend her to anyone!

I thought Dr K was awesome! It's an English class,which I felt she made very interesting! Those who can not write probably WOULD think her class is boring. If you can write an essay at college level you will make an A!

Had Dr. K for two creative writing classes, and I can say she is not only one of the finest Valencia Educators, but also that she is a phenomenal person. She is very knowledgeable with Creative Writing and Composition, and you will not go wrong taking a class with her. By the way, do not listen ridiculous claims that she rates herself on here.

She's quirky but cares. Not a bad class, I def recommend taking Comp 1 over the summer though.

Dr.K is a really smart and genuine person. I found her really interesting and funny. I would not take comp with her if writing isn't your thing. In our class we rarely used the text- our grade relied mostly on our papers, which were graded fairly but at high expectations. Attendance is deducted from your final grade.

I find Dr. Kusnetz extremely fun, easy and very smart. I took Freshman Comp I over the summer with her and had an A but failed the class because I neglected to turn in a paper, but I am retaking the class with her again and plan to take Creative Writing with her at her native campus just because she seems so enjoyable!

This was a really fun class. Dr. Kusnetz really gives you the opportunity to express yourself through your writing in her class. She teaches you new ways of reading between the lines on things. The class was easy and then the final essay came. Don't take it lightly. Make sure you treat it with respect. Enjoy her class! She is a sweet person.

Dr. K is a very sweet woman! She's goofy at times but thats why I like her. Her class is easy as long as you show up and do all the assignments. She lists everything you need to know in her syllabus. I'm taking her in Comp 2 as well! :)

GREAT professor! Grades quickly, super polite, and answers emails promptly. The work load isn't overly large and she makes it fun! Took enc1101 online and loved her!

I took this teacher online and they were amazing. Always quick to respond to emails or any questions.Assignments and papers were crystal clear, best English teacher ever online!I am not the greatest writer , but this teacher graded fairly and allowed you to send in your work to CSSC which is AWESOME! Not easy but not hard if willing to do work.

Mrs. Kusnetz was a good Professor -- dingy at times though. She has a good heart and is always willing to help; however, she has a thing for improper grammer. You might want to go to the English lab for additional help. Overall, she is ok.

Dr. K is AMAZING!! She is a great professor and will do everything she can to help you succeed. The assignments are not hard at all and i promise you will become a better writer by the end of the class. I took her twice and I usually hate writing and reading. TAKE HER!

Took this class online and have come to love it. Ms. K is super helpful, coursework is easy and manageable. Would definitely recommend to all if you're looking for a professor who truly cares about your success.

The first 2 or 3 weeks are learning about poems but for most of the semester it is only one poem a week you must create a theme and interpret a line from it. MUST BE THOROUGH in interpretation though! No tests. Work at your own pace. Last two weeks consist of choosing a poem and interpreting the entire thing! Must correctly MLA site this though!

Her papers are a breeze, and she walks you through her grading criteria to make it very painless. She's a stickler when it comes to grammar, though. Her lectures are very clear and usually only about an hour. She pairs you up with your surrounding peers almost every class, and sometimes you have to read your ideas out loud.

Best English professor I've ever had! She's so precise in her feedback and she makes it EXTREMELY clear what she is asking for in her assignment. This class was a breath of fresh air and her choice of assigned poetry and literature was wonderful. 1010 would recommend. Loved it!

I actually loved this class. There was 1 assignment a week. This is a good class to take with a heavy workload in other classes. No tests! Great exposure to poetry if its not normally your thing.

This is by far the easiest class I've taken for English. There was only one assignment a week and he gives really good feedback. Don't be scared off by the syllabus, it's not a lot of work. I didn't even need the book, I looked up all the poems assigned online.

This is the best professor i have ever met. I recommend you take her class. She is a breath of fresh air.
