Easy course load, one group presentation on a chapter in the text,few small cases and TF quiz. If you're in the marketing program, pay attention to the terms and examples (although they are repetative), you will need them for future classes! Easy A class!

This man is a genious. He posesses seemingly limitless knowledge in his field, he is the friendliest person you will ever meet and will go out of his way to help you.

Nice guy, and he's pretty easy. I didn't really learn that much from his class though. Make sure you write down and study everything he writes on the board... you will be tested on it!

Funny, interesting, and easy going. Lets you know everything thats on the test. You have to read the text book though and take notes; if you do that and show up and participate in class you will do well easily and learn a lot!

his midterm is so easy, u can pass without reading book, and gives mostly case study and in his final, he gives same cases that he went over in class, and his quiz's okay and u do need to read text book for the quiz's only, wannt to get A+ take him

he is so funny, and he's the easiest pro. i've ever met. just remember read the selected chapter before the quiz, then you will get a great mark. simple like that

Very good guy. Yes he teaches by the book, but class work was fun. I did not study and open the book once in the whole semester, except for the night before final and got a B! I you just need to have this class as one of the electives and get an Ok mark without any preparation - this is the guy.

Easy marker, just read the chapter before class and you will do well on his T/F quizzes. He gets most of his questions from the website tests, so do those. Be organized for your projects and you'll do very well. Funny and easy to get along with.

He is a fun teacher. The quizes would be a piece of pie if you read the chapters. The final exam is all the case studies. Just pay attention in class it would be the easiest class ever.

imran is the best teacher i had this semester, he is funny and he gets off topic. he has allot of real world experience, so ask him questions he has lots to tell. and he knows his stuff. he makes morning classes seem ok.

if you dont like notes, this is the class. just pay attention and u'll be fine. 1199 is an ok course. he talks more than writes. i enjoyed the class

hes really nice and funny. easy class, he pretty much tells you exactly what's going to be on the midterm, if you take 10 mins to look over it then you'll get a good mark. easy marker for presentations, the only thing i didn't like was his T/F questions were tricky.

Outstanding! I didnt know Yuk Yuk's had a room at Kwantlen. This guy goes right from the book, but you cant miss a class or else you will miss out on the show!

I liked this guy. He made class fun to go to. Maybe a bit cheesy from time to time but he's definitely not a dick. Straight forward, not a hard marker and isn't too picky about anything. Just participate and you'll be fine.

Wicked guy, teaches you everything you need to know. As long as your attend class and participate you will get a good grade. Definately recommended... one of my fav. teachers at kwantlen!

GPA BOOSTER, you can skip a few classes and easily get an A. You'd have to be a complete idiot not to pass this class. He gives you the questions to the exams prior to it so you definately have to show up. Funny, nice guy one of the best at KWANTLEN!

Great prof learned lots if u attend and pay attention and the class was straight forward and easy. If u wanna learn something u can and the course is easy

Imran is hilarious. I've taken him twice now. We had weekly presentations which kinda sucked, but you actually learned something from them and you get used to them.

Great guy, easy class, for anyone that says this guy is slow...how is that..the guy is extremely nice, lenient and helps whenever you need it which is not very often. but is always open to questions and emphasizes class participation. Imran is one of the best teachers at kwantlen. He makes his classes fun and it is an easy GPA booster. He tells you what is on all the exams.

Not as easy as everyone makes him sound. There is pop quizzes which are hard and his MT and final aren't easy. Really nice guy, but has obviously changed his style of teaching.

Imran is very funny, however, the whole thing about him being the easiest teacher etc. I don't find necessarily true. Small group presentation most classes are easy, but tests and quizzes are quite tricky. I didn't learn much in this class, but it wasn't tons of work either...

IMRAN IS GOD. If you would like an A in any marketing course, please choose him. helpful and easy assignments. second time I have chosen him and many more classes to come.

Imran is the one of the best profs, he loves talking and go off topic all the time. But if you take the notes and just go over them only you can ace all the quizzez and exams. Make sure your presentations are put togetha in a good way and you'll get full marks. It's a great GPA booster class.

Imran Raza is a funny guy, not a hard marker! his quizzes are t/f and is very easy!!! his midterm was really hard but his final was easier he admits his midterm is hard overall hes a funny guy and class is fun to be in but he can be a little lazy and just reads the textbook easy gpa booster!

Great teacher always has a fashion statement. Cool, laid back and reasonable, I would recommend his class. Midterm is challenging but the course is relatively easy.

The class is basically all on presentations and group work. He's helpful and willing to help you with anything you may not understand. Sometimes the class was pointless but that's why you can skip and he won't know.

Easy class to boost your gpa. Don't worry too much on the weekly assignments since he doesn't even mark it or check it at the end of the semester. A paragraph or pointform is ok. Easy to get an A. The class is fun and awesomE!

hahaha I loved this class. this is a MARKETING class (not a math class!) so of course you're supposed to be active, talk with ur classmates and use social media. He is very helpful, kind and he is always willing to clarify anything you don't understand. Great guy and a great dresser! Easy class A+

Imran Raza is a very innovative professor who utilizes technology to teach his class. Highly recommended.

ahahaha, when I think back to my post sec years... Imran sticks out as one of the most memorable professors ever in the history of teaching lol. Take him, sit at the very back and take a nap. You will still pass with flying colors (trust me)!!

Very good teacher fun environment looked forward to every class and never had to worry about the class. He is pretty clear and helpfull. TAKE HIS CLASS you wont regret it!

He is an okay teacher but really caring. I didnt do my inclass presentation and still he gave me a passing grade. he lets u use ur calculator on your final exam so basically google everything. final exam is 25%midterm 25% group presentation 15% individual assignment 10% quizzes 20% attendance 5%

Imran is one of the best profs I've had so far at Kwantlen. He is unique and sometimes funny. It is important that you listen to what he says in class and be sure to pay attention to the examples he goes over because those exact ones will be on the exams. If you want an easy gpa booster take this class with Imran.

Honestly you don't even need to attend all the classes. Everything is from the textbook and you pretty much just study from that. Group project is basically teaching the class a chapter from the text. T/F quizzes are a little difficult but the tests and projects real easy. However the class is quite boring and hes usually on FB for an hour.

He's a great teacher if you actually participate! Marketing is something you have to engage in and not just sit around. Read the text and definitions and you're fine. Sometimes Imran isn't clear but talk to him after class and he explains everything. Quizzes are trick questions but assignments and presentations are easy.

Easy to pass this course with him. I will take his other courses for sure.

Imran is a good teacher. He taught well and has a good character. Helpful, interesting, and smart. Enjoyed his class and would take it again.

I would definitely recommend Imran.. If you don't get a good grade it is your fault, he makes things very clear. Tests are very easy and are directly from the assignments. You just need to review the textbook for the quizzes because most questions from the quizzes are relevant to random bits of information in the textbook you don't want to miss.

This is my third time take courses with him, he is a very good instructor, I will definitely take with him again

Imran is a good professor, but he doesn't give very clear instructions on what expected. I think it's because he's quite lenient with what you turn in, he's not really looking for something in particular.

25% midterm 25% Final 5% Assignment 10% quiz group project and ppt for the rest Read the term and study the theory should be good enough. Not difficult class and he helps a lot when he mentions the main point will be tested about. It supposed to be A class.

Imran cares about his students success but can be vague on instructions sometimes. So it is a good idea to verify your work and research with him in class. He is highly accessible outside class and wants every student to do well. Take him.

He is awesome and gives the easiest exams. Also remember to keep all the assignments in a folder as he checks them at the end of Sem. I did not do that and lost a grade

Imran is a really funny but it used to make me sad that much of the class didn't even got his jokes. He hates plastic and loves Dogs. Coming to the teaching part, listen to his lectures and it would be an easy A. There will be a group project towards the end of the class so choose your group partners wisely.

Participation matters as he will take attendance at the beginning of every class. Be ready to read the book and do the chapter assignment before class, so you will understand the concept to answer his questions during his class and get participation mark. The difficulty of tests is medium, quizzes are pretty easy.

He's great and really cares. I disagree w ppl saying he doesn't really teach. It's an intro class, not much to say. If anything, him discussing real world scenarios was helpful for me to picture the concepts that were being taught. Everything was simple. If it wasn't, he was more than happy to discuss the subject more. Read, take notes, participate

Mandatory attendance. If you do the practice homework repeatedly, the quiz and exams are easy.

Not a marketing major but Imran's lectures legitimately made me look forward to class each week. All work is done online on a separate website, but he asks questions which give you participation marks in lectures (10% of total grade).

Imran is the best prof I have ever taken at KPU. His tests are very easy and he's an extremely nice and lenient prof. His class is quite enjoyable and he usually lets you off early. I highly recommend taking his class!

Imran's classes were laid back and social, he's definitely the funniest professor I've had. He gives quite a lot of homework but the assignments are never really that difficult, however, there are weekly quizzes that require you to read the textbook to actually know the answers. The quizzes are T/F though so there's a 50% chance you'll get it right

Good professor with amazing lectures at first class you will know how cool he is. Two group projects with midterm and final. Go for it

I'd recommend him to those ready to be cooked in front of the whole class. While he might come off as rude sometimes, it is just his humour and way of teaching. I enjoyed his classes because he was brutally honest about everything and also very easy to distract, as he would go off topic about everything. Thus, the three hours were easy to get by.

Imran's class was fun and interesting. He goes off topic sometimes, but the stories are funny. He gives a quiz every two chapters, the midterm was harder than the final. As long as you do the homework and assignments, you'll be fine. Don't use notes during presentations, he doesn't like that. He also takes the class out for pizza after the final.

I had great experiences with Professor Raza. He does go off topic but it made the class interesting. grading criteria was clear and he made sure to include why you marks were deducted. Midterm was a bit hard but as long as you listen in class and take notes you will do good. He really appreciated students who showed up to class.
