I took two classes with him. One on-line and one in Traditional. He is an excellent teacher for both. Very clear and attempts to make you implement the studies into everyday life so that you actually know what is being taught. His classes involve a lot of work, but if you truly want to learn than he is the right person to teach you. GREAT PROFESSOR

I took a summer online course with Mr. Lichtman and I enjoyed his teachings. he was very clear about how he wanted things done and was great at praising students for their efforts and hard work. I am taking him again this fall online, since he teaches further away than I can drive. TAKE HIS CLASS if you are interested in Psych.

HE is a great teacher! THe test are basically the test book's review and and makes the class really enjoyable!

He a really GOOD teacher. I really like his style of teaching because it is fair. Everything you do in the course is 10%... so if you go to class you get 100% in attendance. I took him for intro and life span and I really enjoyed his class very much.

This class was wonderful! I looked on here for other's reviews before I took his class and some were right about him assigning lots of work. However, although he gives a lot of work, it's all very easy (as long as you have a textbook) and Mr. Lichtman's grading scale is very fair. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone!

took online, easy A. He do pretty much cover everthing. His assignments and what he expects from you is very clear. responds to your email, gives you your grade same day its do. he's fair. will take him again for another class.

Mr. Lichtman is a very good professor I could remember when I was having problems with web ct I called him he returned by call promptly and I met up with him and he explained things to me. Just study your info do your hw and extra credit and submiit it on time and do the discussions by the way his grading scale is awesome.

He is very fair, and you can easily obtain an A, as long as you attend class, and do the assignments.

This was my first online class and it was great. Professor is very clear and as long as you follow his syllabus and do your work (which is a lot) you can make an A. Do your work ahead of time and you’ll receive extra credit. He has numerous occasions in which you can earn extra credit as long as you’re completing assignments on time as indicated

One of the best teachers I ever had, period. He makes the material interesting and his class a "must attend." I always recommend him to people who are looking to take a psychology class. He is just one of those rare teachers that you always remember long after you've finished your degree and are out living in the real world. Definitely recommend.

Great teacher, very energetic. Do your written reactions! Ha! Once you take him you will know what that is about, totally easy but something people just didn't do...also make sure to do the reviews for tests for group tests, if not you must not want a A in class! He is a very nice man.

The written report was not that hard. Great teacher, I highly recommend him. One thing, he DOES NOT like the answers to be word for word from the book. It has to be in your OWN WORDS!

He is an intersting prof.He makes the class very lively,he also gives opportunityfor you to pass except you are notserious yourself.The main problem with him is that his quizzes are too trickish.You will have to sit down and crack ur brain before you can answer each question.But i made an A.

You must take this professor. He is the best of the best. Yes, his test are not like the average test, you actually know to think, but they are easy. This teacher is extremely easy I took this course online and it was a breeze the only reason I got a B is because I missed 2 assignments (worth 50 points) and 2 discussions (20 points). You must have a book to succeed in this course and you make your own grade your willingness to do your assignments will determine if you pass. Highly recommend him.

Mr. Lichtman is a BLAST! I learned a lot. He makes the material VERY interesting. Only thing is I would suggest doing his Written Reactions. I got a B and I didn't do all of my written reactions nor did I do a project (not mandatory though). Tests are tricky. You do have to read chapters and study.

Mr. Lichtman is the best teacher that I have had in all my years of school. He is clear, knowledgable, understanding, creative, and the list goes on. Mr. Lichtman's awesome! You can tell psychology's his world! He makes everything interesting. The day of the test, if you've done your study guide, you are eligible to take a group test as well where you get help from your peers. Good class, good man, awesome subject!

super easy class. given 1-2 chapters to read per week. they are accompanied by a power point and an assignment that follows the book. tests are timed, 50 questions in 50 minutes. final is 100 MC questions that you have to take on campus. discussions are easy as well. two major extra credit opportunities. highly recommend this professor.

Easy A.I took his class online.6 writing assignments, 1 journal assignment,6 discussions, 6 tests all online - 30 MC questions timed for 30 mins each.He gives plenty of xtra credit.Highly recommend him.

He is very experienced & cooperative teacher.He is a river of knowledge.I loved his class. Easy A if you read the given chapters thoroughly and finish assignments and study guide.Submit all your reaction papers in time.he gives extra credits, avail them.I scored 80 on finals but my extra credits from journal and research paper helped me through it.

He is very enthusiastic about Psychology...My first day I came late to class, I was expecting some sort of negative attitude towards me But instead I felt accepted/comfortable to be there. He is a nice guy.

i am taking him online and he does give a lot of work. Its good in a way because if you dont do so well on your test in will even out your grade. his journals are an easy A. test are time at 50 mins, which is not cool at all. but he does give extra credit which is great!

Mr. Lichtman is a caring, knowledgeable, &understanding professor.Theres absolutely no excuse to fail this class! He posts study guides on learning web and if you turn it in the day of the test, he'll let u take the test again but in groups of 3's, &using your studyguides He adds the two grades for that test and averagesthem.He's an amazingteacher!

This class is basically a participation grade. If you do your Study Guides you take your normal Test, then you stay and take a "group" test with a couple other students and are able to use your Study Guides. I have NEVER heard of a College professor offering a Group Test. He's Awesome

Professor Lichtman has made my semesters easier. His class is a breathe of fresh air. He is a great professor. Complete your assigned work and you will be good. A couple of projects here and there but overall it is a fun class. The lectures are AMAZING. PLEASE TAKE HIM FOR ALL YOUR PSYC CLASSES.

Easy class. Just to study guide when it comes to testing once you're done testing you are able to stay to do group test and that everything is simple and easy.

I truly admire professor lichtman! He has a passion for psychology! He looks like he loves what he teaches which is rare to find in a teacher now a days. I learned so much from his PowerPoints because he explains them well! Study for your test with the reviews he gives you and stay for the group test!

I would highly recommend taking this professor for psychology. Professor truly cares about student success. There are 8 discussion assignments , 5 exams (one exam is dropped), and a written journal assignment. Text is required for assignments and will help you learn a lot. If you complete all of these things there is no way you will not pass.

Took this professor for a mini mester of 4 weeks. 5 exams and final. Exams are timed 40 minutes but most of the answers are online. Do discussion posts, they are fairly easy and your opinion. He drops lowest exam not the final at the end of the semester. Gives extra credit as well. Need textbook. Fairly easy class, google will be your bestfriend!!

As my first class taken at HCC , he probably spoiled me. Super easy and I took it during the 4 week mini semester during the winter break.

This is my second time taking professor lichtman. He's genuinely nice, he does talk a lot but other than that he's an easy grader on presentations (if you take him for lifespan as well). you pretty much show up and turn in your reviews for your exams and you'll pass.

I absolutely love professor Litchman, he is an awesome professor, any question i ever had he would either direct me to the place i needed to go in the book, or head help explain the answer. easy A for me! i love him so much I'm already signed up to take my next psych class with him! highly recommend.
