the class is easy if you pay attention, read the chapters and do some of the hw. hes very helpful. the grade is basically 2 tests and your final, thats it. attendence not required. i wanted to take 202 with him, but the class was full already. i only reccomend it if your willing to do the work

THIS MAN IS A TOTAL G!!! I never took accounting and 0wn3d this class. He knows a lot and he gives occasional easy hw that needs to be turned in. Prepares you well for tests, and he hustles in the evenings like a straight ****!! I wish I could have taken 202 with him but it filled up.

He is an great teacher. He knows what he is talking about and is willing to help you with anything even the home works that have to be handed in. tests aren't hard if you know the material and he tells you pretty much everything you need to know for the test.

This guy is GREAT! I am taking him now for Intermediate I. He is extremely helpful and will go over a problem until everyone understands it. Everything in his class is straight forward. You know what each test will cover and exactly how to prepare for it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM! I would take every accounting class with him if I could!

Irvin is a very cool guy! He will go to the end of the world to help you! (texts, emails, call) He tells you EXACTLY what will be on every exam. Collects homework sometimes, but it only helps your grade if you do good on it. He is an awesome teacher! TAKE HIM!

He is probably one of my favorite teachers. 4 tests. 4 homeworks. If you get a 9 or 10 on the homeworks, you get 5 extra points added to your final grade. COME TO CLASS. Attendance is not mandatory, but he really wants to see you in class. He will notice. Always bring your book to class. The tests are somewhat hard, but go to reviews and ask ?s.

If you want to learn something and get an A while doing it, this is the guy to take. More importantly that you wanting to get an A is that HE WANTS YOU TO GET AN A. Naiman is by far the best accounting professor at Towson University. He is extremely passionate about his work and wants you to learn as much as possible. He is literally willing to sit on the phone with you until 12am to help you solve a problem. Easy class, but you do learn a lot!

I don't know any other professor who takes phone calls helping students at 10pm the night before the final exam. He's one of the best here.. know's his stuff and wants you to get an A. Go to class and you probably will.

He really is a great professor. Talks with students on the phone if they're having trouble. The class itself (202) is very hard, probably easier than 201, but the material is still ridiculous to understand if you aren't an accounting major. However I would recommend him for an accounting class.

I've been at TU for 2 years and still haven't found a professor as good as him. Class is 3 tests and homeworks which can only help your grade if you do them. Great guy who is always willing to help and if he thinks you know your stuff but you did poorly on tests, he'll give you the grade he thinks you deserve!

Easily one of the best professors I have ever had. He makes sure you understand everything before you move on. He allows you to call at all hours of the night and he'll help you out. He is awesome! Minimal homework, maybe 4 all semester. He grades them and gives you the written out answer. He gives you exact examples of what to expect on every test and tells you how many problems of that type to expect. If you are struggling he will talk to you on the phone or meet with you ANY TIME. Literally any time of day.

Professor Naiman is THE BEST PROFESSOR! He is living proof that a class doesn't have to be stressful in order to learn. He explains concepts perfectly and doesn't throw unnecessary curve balls. I had him for ACCT 201 and 202. He is always willing to help you just have to be willing to put in the extra effort. Your class grade is mostly based off of three exams and four home works. I would high recommend him.

I'm amazed at how much I learned with Mr. Naiman. He knows how to teach and he is by far, the best teacher I have ever had. Don't expect to just go to class, do the HW and get an A. I busted my butt everyday! There is a lot of material and some what confusing. Study hard and you will get an A.

The class can be confusing, but he is always there for you to help! You can text to him to ask question if there's any problem. Do practice problems and you will definitely understand how to do problems on the tests. Don't miss class too much or you will definitely get lost in the materials.

There is not a lot of graded work in the course so your exam scores are super important, but he believes in no child left behind. Best teacher I've ever had. I failed this class with a diff teacher years ago & switched majors. I decided to get a 2nd degree and was shocked by how amazing Naiman is. It was a 5 week summer class but his lectures are clear and I loved going to his class. He's the reason I'm about to graduate! TAKE HIM ALWAYS.

Irvin was an amazing professor. He taught specifically for the tests, but applied his own life experience to problems that would otherwise just be numbers on a page. You can only fail this class if you don't attend or don't study.
