Cooper's quizzes are odd. He picks out minute details out of the writings that really have no bearing on what the authors were writing about: EX: "What color jeans was X character wearing?" Quizzes aren't worth many points though, so they don't really affect the grade too bad, I got an A. He also uses groups too often, but he's a good teacher.

Very nice teacher. This is not a class you can skip! I recommend having him look over your essays before submitting them. Even following everything in the prompt, I lost points. It felt like he was grading harshly on a few things, but he was pushing us to be better students. If you're not ready for college lever work, don't take this class.
