She knows subject well but has heavy accent and you have to listen very close to what she says. Maybe that causes me to listen closer and get a better understanding. I love this lady. She is passionate + freakishly intelligent. The class is difficult. Massive amounts of homework. Lots of in class projects. It is difficult to understand her accent. I don't know why they bother with a syllabus. But, she takes feedback and adjusts, is helpful, wants you to do well, knows her stuff, and is lenient with due dates.

She's a great teacher, her accent can seem daunting at first but shes becomes very easy to understand with time and does a very good job covering all the material you'll need to know for the class. Has a great grading system so long as you do your homework.

I highly recommend her classes to anyone! She will help you with anything that you don't understand until you understand it! She wants her students to succeed, not fail!

Do the work on time because she doesn't accept any late work. Make sure you use her study guides. You will see a lot of the questions from her study guides on the tests. Do the homework, watch the videos and pass the class.

Macroeconomics, in person fall 2022 converted to on-line class because of hurricane. She has a heavy Russian accent that was not always easy to understand and repeated herself a lot. Very clear about expectations and provided everything we needed to do well. No proctored tests but surprise in class quizzes. Attendance matters.

prof bazoeva is great! take it in person - there are about 20 extra credit opportunities in class and earned me extra credit for the final. she makes class fun and enjoyable, even if the lecture side is boring.

She is a good professor but has an accent which does make it hard to understand. If you can get past her accent, she loves teaching and her students. Anytime I needed help she would reply back right away to her emails and make arrangements to meet and discuss the content. She allows one-page notes on test and multiple tries.

I took the ECO2023 course online for the mini course in the Fall of 2025. Professor Ilic is a great professor, she always emails reminders to her students and help them as much as possible. There is a lot of HW, but tests are not hard since its basically whats on the practice exam. She allows a sheet of paper for the tests and a calculator.
