She is just the BEST math proffesor!. She goes slow if you have a question she will answer it with no problem. Her reviews are exactly as the test. She is Really good. AAA+++

One of THE BEST math teachers - I got a 94%. In math mind you! There are only 5 tests, and right before, gives a test review of what the test will look like, and then she drops your lowest grade at the end. I recommend taking her for math, but DO THE HOMEWORK! She collects it every once in a while and gives you credit at the end. Great Teacher!

she was a wonderful teacher. if you have any questions or are confused about anything, she'll help you. the tests aren't too bad. she still gives you credit for problems you may have gotten wrong bu did the work right. i actually enjoyed this class because i was able to understand the lectures. THE BEST!!! Gave quizzes to help raise our grade. Credit on partiallly correct answers. Homework counts towards final grade. Very accomodating, takes time to answer questions. Postponed test twice when class was not doing well on difficult chapter. She goes above and beyond to help you learn and pass. I am taking her again for MAT1033. Take her!!

Math is not complicated anymore because of her. Very helpfull, explains like if you were a 2 year old, always allows time for questions. But please, DO your homework.. its a lot, but its graded

Awesome professor. She really has a modern approach to teaching math. Her classes are never boring, and she's commited to helping her students. If you study, you'll pass -- her tests are fairly easy.

I was not always the best math student, but I learned how to become better from her. She curves the tests, lets you make up homework and even gave our class a take home exam to replace our worst test grade. You have to earn your grade in her class, but she makes it very easy to understand. She is also young and very cool!!

I HATE math. I am the typical D/F math student. With Prof. Donovan, I pulled my very first A. Study guide questions often come from the homework, as do test questions. Do both & you'll get through with an A!

Althought, you must always go to her class, because she always review what she did last time. she is a really good teacher. if you don't kno nothing of math, she is the perfect teacher. it will not be easy to get an A, but you will learn a lot.

I have never been a great math student, but this teacher explains things in a way that I could relate to. I took her for both Intermediate and College Algebra and got a B both times. She is forgiving with the grades, offering extra points from the homework and curving the tests. Taking her class is a must!

Professor Donovan is one of the best I've had in my life. She explains everything so well is hard not to get a good grade in that class. She makes math look easy... and she's funny, not boring at all.

I took her last semester and gotta say she is a very helpful professor. All you need to do is go to class, pay attention,take notes, do your homework and study. There were times when I didn't get the math problems and she helped me understand it crystal clear. I highly reccomend taking her!

I took her in the Fall 2007 and she is a very helpful professor. She says the homework is not mandatory but she collects them randomly.As long as you go to class everyday, take notes which she already provides, and ask questions if you don't fully understand, you will do fine. She taught me a lot for a prep class. I ended up with a 93% final grade.

Excellent math professor! She explains everything clearly, and answers every question- tons of patients! The test questions are basically the notes she gives you, just a few numbers changed around. When I took her she let students skip out on finals if you had an A in the class! If your not good with math take her!

Class is very easy, multiple choice tests and a fill in at end of test, 5 tests final optional powerpoint group presentation. She lectures straight from powerpoint which can put you to sleep easily

Professor Donovan now teaches Bachelor courses. This professor is knowledgeable in this subject and teaches about the real world of organizational behavior. The coursework is challenging but I learned alot. I highly recommend her!

Jacqueline Donovan is a great business teacher. I have had her for Org Behavior and International Management. She is fast paced and interesting. Professor is tough but fair and knows the subject inside out.

Professor Donovan is tough but she knows her stuff. Take her if you want to learn at Bachelor's level not if you expect an easy A! Class has 2 group exams, challenging assignments, and discussions. The only downside is her grading is not timely.

Professor Donovan is very professional. She believes in working in teams in the BAS program. She has incredible knowledge of her subjects. I would advise new students or existing to experience her teaching methods.

She is a well-rounded. She teachers at a bachelor/masters level, expects you to study and believes in teams. She knows her subject. She will not tolerate texting in class. I have taken several classes with her.

I took intro to business with her. I like taking the course and with her. What many people fail to realize with this professor is that class participation really counts. She is a fair teacher and is slow in responding to emails, but overall she is a great professor.

This class was very easy, lots of work in a short period of time. You have to make sure that you do all assignments on time. This professor takes a little time grading and responding to emails but she will get back to you. I would take her class again.

She was great! She was entertaining and funny. She allowed us to work in groups. If you do your assignments you will do great! I really enjoyed her and am taking her again next semester. What a great professor, she's good at motivating you to get out of the box, and be the best you that you can be in the business world.

Considering other professor, this class was easy. She replies to emails and syllabus is clear and just do the assignments. I only got a B because I missed a few assignments and rushed through a few.

Professor Donovan was good. She really helped us out as a class. We had to miss two classes due to the hurricane and she redid some of the assignments and even deleted some to help us out. Even though the class didnt have a textbook she prvovided material from outside sources. She gave us a chance to redo assignments to bring up the grade.

Professor went out of her way to make sure we did well. She gave us great feedback and let us redo assignments to improve our grade. I would take her again. It wasnt an easy class but she was great.

Took her for an online class. It was a lot of material. She returns emails and you can go to her office even though its an online class. I once emailed her and she emailed me back within five minutes. I've never had that happen before. There's a lot of assignments and discussions but it's not hard.

The course itself is of medium difficulty, but Prof. Donovan is really awesome. Happy to look something over before it is turned in, and there is never a hanging question as to why a certain grade was received.

Great professor. This is a blended class. She makes this introductory class interesting and relates the material to real life. The work consists of case analysis but she lets you turn it in again for additional credit. She's funny too. Tests are online.

Professor Donovan was great. The class material is hard since we're learning Oracle language but she simplified it in the lectures. Pay attention and go to class if you miss, you will be lost. I would definitely take her again. I'm not sure of my grade yet.

Class was good but not having a real textbook makes it hard. The class uses web material instead of a traditional text. Thats not the professors fault she even provided extra information to make up for it when I asked.

Follow the syllabus and don't miss any assignments, pay attention. Discussions, material to read, quick quizzes and a research paper. I got a 92% on my 4-page, APA style research paper. The final presentation, I did a PowerPoint presentation and I received an 98%. The course is not difficult, just get the work done and meet the deadlines.

This professor is wonderful. She took the time out to give us a chance to redo some assignments for a better grade. Is super easy to talk to and will respond. Work was graded within a week. I would take her again. You have to be on top of a lot of stuff though. Class goes by fast.

I will remember the things I learned in this class for a long time. There were discussions, assignments, and tests. You can hand in assignments again for an imporvement in grade.

Read read read! Professor really makes you focus on the textbook but the class was very interesting. Prof. Donovan is very funny so she makes the hours of the class go by fast. Pay attention and do the work and you will be fine.

Professor Donovan, was great! I am sad I didn't do this review earlier so other students would know she is a great professor. You work for your grade, but she was fair and easy to access. I tool this class fully online over the summer. I was about to pass on her for another class based on the reviews which is why I decided to share.

I am not sure why some students have issues with this professor. Maybe they are not doing what they are supposed to. if you follow directions and submit work on time this is an easy class. no late work is accepted but if you contact her ahead of time, she will work with you. I had an emergency and she let me submit late. she answered all emails.

Was an online class so it was super easy. Follow the syllabus and keep track of deadlines. Professor met me in her office even though it was online class when I wanted to see her. Very approacable and nice. You have to do your part but she meets you halfway. Actual work was not hard at all.

This is a typing class. It is super easy but you have to keep track of deadlines and read assignment instructuions. Assignments based on the readings so you have to go through the work. No textbook. Emailed the professor numerous times and she was responsive. Even looked through some work before I submitted it to make sure I was doing it right.

This class was very easy. You have to pay attention to the assignment directions but if you do its simple. There are assignments and discussions but there are grade rubrics that tell you exactly what you need to do. I'm glad I didn't just read these and not take her. She is a good prof but she does not grade paper on time. The lectures were very interesting and we had one assignment and one discussion every week and 3 tests. It was a blended class for 8 weeks so the work was heavy. Overall, it was a good class, she explained well and I recommend taking her.

Professor Donovan's Keyboarding and Document Processing I class was great. I entered the class already a good typist (70+WPM) and managed to improve my speed, raising it to an average of 85+WPM. There are weekly projects (Memo, Business Report, Business Letter, etc.), but the professor was both flexible and accessible. I would take her class again.

Taking this class during Covid was tough but the professor was very understanding. She was always available and was flexible with assignment due dates for students experience issues. The class is tough but interesting. Case analyses, discussions, and tests were required. Professor made it interesting even though it was on Zoom.

Taking classes remotely during COVID was not the best. Zoom sessions are not the same as in class. A lot of the other students didn't even show tthere faces. One spent the time folding his laundry. The professor tried to engage but... She was great considering. Assignments, discussions and quizzes each week but not as much work as I thought.

Professor Donovan was great. I wish we would have had class face to face. Zoom made it hard but the material was interesting. There were cases, discussions and 2 tests. The grading criteria is clear and she allowed resubmissions for higher grades. I would take her again. She was very caring and whent out of her way to make sure you were prepared.

Professor Donovan was wonderful. I"ve taken her for a lot of classes. She does take a while to grade but assignments are cases so a lot of writing/reading. Class was good overall. Textbook is necessary. Professor was good with grading the first few months then got sick and took a while to grade assignments. I only found out because i sent an email. I am not sure what some of the other reviews are talking about. Ms. Donovan had clear grading criteria and offered us an opportunity to resubmit our work to get a better grade. She worked with me when I had an issue turning something in and was super nice about it. There are five assignments all writing and two tests. It was good experience.

This class was fully online and very interesting. I learned a lot. As usual there are assignments. discussions, and a final exam. Make sure you read the rubrics so you know what you are being graded on. Grades were posted in a timely manner. Not the most easy class but not the hardest either. This professor really knows her stuff and the class was interesting. The number of assignments is not as much as in some of my other online classes. There were 3 case studies and a few discussions. The work is not hard but you have to do your part. She gives good feedback and answers emails fast. I would definitely take her again.
