She is a really great! teacher, one of the best I've had so far. Animated and interesting. Everyone should take a speech communication class, extremely helpful for life. Keep up with the homework and you should get a good grade.

This class was too easy, common sense stuff, really didn't need to study. She was fun to be around because she was always so happy, and you can tell she loves what she does.

Jaima is really understanding teacher. The book is a bit technical but she translates it well through her classes, makes it easier and intresting. Only thing to worry about is doing Online quizes, Portfolios and the exams. I've really learned alot in her class and thats because she cares !!!

I took her class this summer 2005 although she went over the material very fast, Online quizzes are kind of easy but not very difficult -true(false)! reading the books carefully then you will be fine. Portfolios are much easier than quizzes. Portfolio questions are all from the textbooks! Test are multiple choices and essays from the portfolios!

Definitely recommended. Easy instructor, hilarious, and just upbeat. Time goes fast in her class. Portfolios and tests are easy. Nothing hard about her class.

Comm 100 is a good class to attend if you're looking for some self realizations. Jaima is such a fun and enlightening teacher! she loves laughing. She enjoys what she does and helps students in any way she can. two thumbs up for her!

Great teacher! She is fun, easy, and you WILL get an A in the class if you just do the work, and study for the test. There isnt much work. The porfolios are cake, and studying for the test is easy. The online quizzes are VERY easy. She plays games in class like bingo, pictionary, etc, and even though these sound cheezy, you learn the material.

Alright I'm not the greatest student, but I manage to do well. This class is an A even with a bit of effort. Do the assignments, study a bit, and there you go. Best way to study though is by participating because you learn a lot from it and remember little things. She's way chill and loved being in her class. BENNETT KICKS ASS!

Like most people I walked into Public Speaking class with trepidation. However Jaima is such a warm and energetic person that the tension quickly melts away. What a FUN class too! I learned so much about my classmates and their various topics, I was bummed when the class was over. I feel MUCH more prepared for any future public speaking now.

I came into this class assuming that it wouldn't be that hard to get an A. However, after taking the four quizzes and studying for them, I found out that I have a B in the course. I study hard for the quizzes too. hm.. the semester doesn't look too good so far.

She is a great teacher, and realizes that when a person takes a class on public speaking, they are not perfect and still learning so she is VERY lenient in her grading (emphasis on very). The only thing about her is that she needs everyone to be polite to each other in order for the class to run smoothly. But overall easy class =].

Excellent Teacher!! She's understanding, fair and she makes you feel comfortable. You only have to do 3 speeches that she grades VERY easy on. She is really good at what she does. I used to hate giving oral presentations, but this class will make you significantly better and confident.By the second speech I had lost all nervousness. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS CLASS FOR EVERYONE. You'll need it at some point in life, and you won't have to sweat bricks anymore over presentations. Easy A too.

One of the best teachers i've ever had. Great personality, you can tell she loves what she does. the speeches can be a little nerve-wrecking at first but EVERY single person showed HUGE improvement since their first speech. I learned A LOT the class was well worth it. weekly online quizzes from a small handbook, 2 major exams, and 3 speeches.

She tells you exactly what she expects from you. She gives you everything you need to get an A on the test, and she does study sessions always. Nothing ever changes from the syllabus, just do the work!

Professor Bennett is one of the best professors I have ever had. She doesn't allow any negative comments about people's speeches; only positive feedback. She does a review for each test and the average test score was 140/150! Book is only $27 and you need it for online quizzes. Very easy A!

Teacher is very easy and grades on an easy scale. The books are only used to take online quiz and exams. However, she does have a sense of humor that can be a bit of a annoyance. Overall, she is very nice and the quizzes are easy.
