This professor refuses to give an A to his students. Service Learning is mandatory and you must do a 15+ pg project if you want to pass. If you do decide to take Bestard, may the force be with you.

This professor is seriously hard to follow, He skips a lot of steps while teaching, I am a hard working student and found his class to be impossible to pass. He gives extra homework for failed tests on top of the tons of homework given. He is a good guy, bad teacher. His last class stayed with only 10 students.
Let me put it this way: This the first and possibly only comment/ rate I will submit for a professor. I usually don't hate people. but I loath this man. One of the most rude men I have ever met.

I personally do not recommend this teacher. He's a really understanding but when it comes to his teaching, Horrible. It's really hard to understand his way of teaching. His test or quizzes are incredibly hard and sometimes it's not what he taught in class. Also, His homework are a lot I mean like 300 questions or so. I end up withdrawing his class.
He is a great professor and extremely intelligent but he just can't explain the material very well. He skips several steps and doesn't write it on the board. I don't recommend this class if you have already have some difficulty in math.
Okay so he is very nice BUT dear goodness I don't recommend him. The man knows his stuff but I had a hard time following him teach. I pretty much had to teach myself everything! Dr. Bestard is really very nice professor. there is no any doubt that it is very difficult to follow him. I had to teach myself.But you have to show him efforts and see him in his office as much as u can .. THANK GOD! I PASSED THIS CLASS WITH AN "A" GRADE
Professor Bestard's class was not an easy one but it was not super difficult either. He always helps you out and whenever you dont understand something he explains it again and again. I failed all his quizzes and test but to my surprise I passed with a "B". I only did my service learning hours (15) and kept my binder 100%.
Professor Bestard is a great human being, he is caring and nice but he just simply doesn't know how to teach! This is my first time failing a math class and I'm highly upset, my class went from around 30 students to like 10! Very hard class, and he makes it even harder to follow. If you have trouble with math I wouldn't recommend you taking him
This is a very good professor, he is helpful, and patient with students, he explains as many time as needed.By the way,the numbers are Arabs, so professor's accent is not an issue for students to learn math. What it is an issue,for students to learn math,is they are not be able to apply, or they forgot,what they had learned in prior math courses.
this professor is the best. Cares about students passing his class, if you read the book and visit him for office hours, then you'll pass with a good grade. Service learning and a project count a lot towards final grade. I got an A
He is rude and unhelpful. He cuts you off when you're trying to answer a question and then answers something you werent even going to ask.
He has very specific rules, and you must follow them exactly like he wants them. He knows his stuff, but doesn't know how to teach. The syllabus will be your best friend. The tests are very hard and you must teach yourself. Don't take his class if you have difficulties in math.
Don't take him. A LOT OF HOMEWORK. Test extremely hard and wants that you put step by step like when you are learning math in elementary. He doesn't care about the students. I do not recommend him.
I am shocked that this professor has a 3.0+ on here. He failed to give three students the first test because he ran out of copies, said they didn't have to take it, then later said they needed to be made up. You can't learn it his way, so follow the book. Tests are hand written and more emphasized on than homework. He is simply unfair. Good luck!
He is what I would like to call a "challenge" because you need to understand his way of thinking. Professor Bestard is not mean, but by all means do not get on his bad side because he might just fail you on that alone. Try to seem interested in class and do his work as much as you can. If you need real help in math, don't choose him.

He does not know how to teach even though he knows his material. Asks too,ugh of you for the little that he gives. DO ALL THE HOMEWORK. project was long and pointless as well as the online surveys he makes you do. Service learning counts as 15% . would have dropped the class if I knew better

He is the best!!!!. Of course you are at college level if you think is ok for you go to class and copy from blackboard this is not the class for you. If you do Service Learning only 15 hours you will get 15% grades in the course . Homework 10% and some extra credit. I saw a full class saying he is awful, people who didn't even have a book!!
Honestly he was a great teacher. First class I've taken at MDC, and I passed with an A. One tip is to go see him afterbefore class and ask for help, he likes to see you involved. The final was very easy but then again i did the study packet, SO DO IT! All in all, great guy-difficult class but an A is attainable (extra credit won't hurt ;)
He is VERY helpful and he will stay with you in his office for 2 hours until you understand everything. Dont be afraid to tell him during class that you didnt understand, unless you were on your phone. He gives a lot of homework but it will be on the test always do it homework is like 30% of the grade! he is easy to get along with and give chances!
NEVER TAKE THIS PROFESSOR. He is literally the worst math professor in all of Miami Dade. His accent is impossible to understand plus his lectures are extremely boring and he gives them while sitting!!! He will not help you and is very unclear with the assignments and due dates. You'll regret taking his class, I promise
The way he talks and the way he teaches makes it very hard to understand. He is not clear when he is switching to a topic from a different chapter,and he will do it several times. His lectures are long and boring and he doesn't take a break. If he catches you on your phone he will spend 15 minutes talking about how phones are a distraction.
Good class to learn
He is a great professor, he helpful when you do approach him after class, e-mail him or see him during his office hours. Beware of his service learning project 15 hours required and he gives NO structure whatsoever for the analysis he wants. i would still take him again.
I had an unexpected event halfway the semester and I thought I was done for sure with math since I couldn't attend for several days, Mr. Bestard helped me catch up while maintaining the class pace and I passed the class in the end. Just make sure to show interest in learning and he will give you many opportunities as well as extra credit.
Mr. Bestard is not clear in anything he teaches. I had to teach myself this whole class and if you ask him questions he will not answer them and will say something irrelevant to confuse you more. He knows his material but CANNOT teach it. I had to calculate my grade because he wouldn't tell me what it was. Overall i don't recommend him at all.
He is truly an amazing professor! Anyone taking him is truly lucky ! He likes to teach the old fashioned way, keeping you away from the calculator, which is GREAT! He is always there to help, but you have to be willing to put your part too! He isn't easy easy but he isn't the most difficult either! I don't regret it one bit! Also tutors 1 on 1.

This was my first professor ever as a dual enrollment student. He goes off on random tangents about his life in Cuba and his English is broken but understandable. Gives a lot of homework. I failed the first test because I did not use "his methods" even though I still got the right answer. Wouldn't suggest him as a math professor but great person
He is the worst professor ever, gets mad when you walk in 5 min late and tells you "what time do you think my class starts" and then he'll teach and in the middle of him teaching he'll stop and bring it up again. He does not know how to teach and is super rude, I will never recommend this teacher to anyone!! Run away!!!!!!

Very heavy material and not very good teaching. Professor is really smart but does not get information across to students well. He won't slow down for anyone. He was disrespectful to students on many occasions. Only good thing is he gives a lot of homework so your horrible test grades balance out.

However i am glad i took him as i did not want to slack off before going to a university. He will make you work for your grade plus more. better be ready

You must study tremendously and assigns one of the hardest projects ever had. He is intelligent but isn't efficient teaching the material. Not a good teacher. If you have a difficulty with math, I wouldn't suggest taking his class.

On a scale of 1-10 I'd give him a -100000. WORST PROFESSOR AT MIAMI DADE, honestly. I have A's in ALL my classes except this one. Doesn't answer your questions directly, talks about Cuba all the time, gives hard tests, gives homework & none of the homework correlates to the tests, says things that don't make sense. Please DON'T DO IT. HEAR ME OUT.
Please, run away. His accent make it hard to understand his classes. He leaves a lot a homework. Plus, almost at the end of the semester he assigns a super complex statistical project that does not relate at all to the class. If you want to at least pass, study by the homework. He only grades when you show work, despite right or wrong answer.

STUDY THE CHAPTERS BEFORE CLASS! Why? Well, he will not teach you the basics given in the chapters, but will show you how to use them in complex problems. If you don't study them, it's possible you won't understand a thing in class, and fail the tests. Also, tell him if you don't understand the projects (before duedate). He will help you for sure!

He's very smart, but is not effective in his teachings. He teaches too fast and doesn't give an in depth explanation of anything. Despite the fact that the material isn't the easiest to understand, it doesn't help that he has a strong accent. I basically had to teach myself in this class. If you can avoid taking this professor, I would recommend it
He means well, but he is very disorganized. Forgets to give back tests. Says we're going to do one thing then forgets he said it the next class, no continuity. All over the place with grading too, plus he is very difficult to understand, especially since math isn't my forte. He is very accessible, answers emails and encourages office hour visits.

He doesn't assign dates to his tests on the syllabus, he might tell you a week before or two days before a test. His explanations in class are broad and don't go over all the possible concepts in a chapter. Probably some of the hardest math tests I've ever taken, doesn't explain things properly in class. DON'T TAKE THIS CLASS!!

Excellent professional approach to the subject with project
His main issues are his dull teaching method and the fact that what you write on your notes will not be on the homework (which there is plenty). His tests are open book and he is very lenient. If you take time out of your day and go visit him in his office hours, he'll be more than happy to help you, but that doesn't mean he'll do a good job at it.
I learned many practical uses of statistics, I also learned how to use data analysis in my major and in my career field, I feel better prepared after taking the course
First of all, he sends out literally 400 problems to review for each test, and it is mandatory to do them. Also, he gives questions each class to complete for next class. His lectures are very complicated. I've always been good at math, but his approaches to solve the problems confuse me.
I absolutely ABHOR this teacher. He is the WORST math teacher I've ever had! He makes me want to cry and never take math ever again. In high school, I only had one good math teacher, and I enjoyed it for a while. Now I'm back to hating this beautiful subject because of him.... PLZ DONT TAKE.
He is the WORST math teacher I've ever had. His tests are most of the grade so if you don't pass them you probably end up failing the class if you don't get extra credit. He explains in a complicated way, he does 2 -3 problems only in the class, basically you have to study everything by yourself at home. do yourself a favor and don't take him.
He is really nice but his approach of teaching confuses me a lot because he solves problems the long way. He assigns more than 200 homework problems before each test and they are graded. This is my first time with him and it has been the worst! He tries to explain in class and you might understand but, when its about homework its crazy because you need to complete around 220-250 before each test!! HE is the toughest grader that Ive ever met! If you get confused with the answer but process is okay,you get ZERO! Dont take him!!

The professor has plenty of office hours. yes the homework was a lot but he told me the reason why is for you oto understand better for the homework. he will go the extra milr if he see you making an effect. He will not give up on you. there is community service though but fairly easy

his lectures are imposible to understand and he grades based on his way of doing things, no matter how much effort you put in a homework with him you will always get an "F"
I don't recommend this class. You need to get a 95% in his class to earn an A. He's a tough grader, even if you did most of the steps right and get the answer wrong he will mark the whole thing wrong. He's not detailed in his lecture and he assumes you already know the content, however, if you have any questions he will try his best to explain.

Professor Bestard is amazing. You do have to read the book and put in the work HOWEVER, when he sees you are trying he will help. Tests are based on aplying the concept and showing that you know it. Participation and communicating with him is very important. IF YOU TRULY WANT TO LEARN THE CONCEPTS, TAKE HIM.
He gives crazy amount of homework. His grading scale is absurd, you need a 95% to get an A. He would throw a question on the test he hadn't taught. He gets very upset if you make it to his class 3 minutes late, starts ranting. Spends most of class time saying jokes that aren't even funny. If you can pick a different professor do so. Save your GPA!
Bestard is nice, but his teaching is very hard to understand. He just writes examples on the board and doesn't explain them very well. You have to teach yourself in this class to pass. I passed thanks to the assignments (reviews) even if they were extensive. Very picky with work too! You also do A LOT of writing in this class and use MiniTab!
He's not a bad teacher. But when it comes down to the assignments he's not very specific. For the exams we have to do a project which is half the percentage and he didn't have an outline of what we needed to do. So me and a few others struggled to figure out how to complete the assignment. I got through the class but I wouldn't take him again.
Love this guy! He is a bit tough on his students when explaining the concepts, but is always willing to help! He is highly intelligent and has such a great sense of humor. Definitely would recommend him for anyone who really wants to learn mathematics rather than just wanting to get the course over with.
Do not take this class. Hes by far the worst professor I have ever had. He has no idea how to explain the material. He speaks in monotone. Makes you do a service learning project and doesnt go into detail about what you have to do. Gets upset when students do terrible in the class and gets mad when you dont answer In class.
He doesn't know how to teach well. Type of teacher that tells you to work out a problem in class and waits a second and then gives you the answer right before you had the chance to solve it out for yourself
He's nice and all but doesn't inform you on what to do, he basically just says "Read the syllabus" and you go from there. Tests aren't multiple choice but you get a review. Heavy accent, i can barely understand which is difficult when learning the material.
I couldnt stand going to his class and just not understand anything. On top of that he throws so much shade, be prepared for your eyes to roll to the back of your head. His students would also have to correct him.
I wouldn't recommend this professor at all. I took statistics with him and got an F. Personally I don't like how he teaches and exams are really hard. Now im taking another professor and what I thought it was hard , now seems really easy.

Excellence in explanations in class
DO NOT take this class, extremely hard he gives a lottt of work and doesnt even know how to teach, not to mention that you cant ask him questions because he will give you attitude, very sarcastic, petty, and shady
I would stay away from this one if you struggle with math. Also assigns big pointless community project that he barely explains. Explaining assigments is his biggest problem, he does not use blackboard or any other site to remind his students about work that needs to be done or directions for an assigment.
Save yourself the failure and dont take this class. He is an old school type of professor, he doesnt use technology as a resource(blackboard, etc.) makes you learn from a 20lbs text book. Hes expectations for students are through the roof as if student don't have lives outside of school. If you do decide to take this class, take it alone!

Worse Professor I've had so far. Gives an overwhelming amount of work. His teaching method is trash. Inconsiderate of people's personal struggles it has to be his way and only his way no flexibility whats so ever. Gets angry and hates to explain things to people when asked. DONT TAKE HIS CLASS!!! I have taken him in several courses and is amazing! his detailed explanations clear every single question you may have, no matter its complexity, he is an excellent experienced professor who knows the scope of the courses he teaches, form the theory to the practice. Dr. Bestard is the ideal professor every higher education student should take.
I took STA2023 with him & let me tell you it seemed intense but he goes about it with projects and explanations that make sense. If you have any questions send him an email or drop by his office hours and he's 100% willing to take the time and answer your questions. I'm taking MAC2311 with him next. Go to class and ask him questions you need help!
DONT TAKE HIM IF YOURE BAD AT MATH. He teaches things the hardest and most complicated ways there are. If youre good at math youll pass the class, however it will be hard, and you will have to put a lot of effort.
Professor Bestard was an incredible professor. I had him for both my MAC1105 & my STA2023 courses over the summer and he was always extremely understanding and very helpful. There is a TON of homework, but as long as you do the homework you should have no problem with getting a B or higher. Highly recommend if you're looking for a simple course.

This is the worst professor ever. He is very intelligent but does not know how to teach, gets stuck in the same topic, gives too much homework and doesn't care about his students. Currently with the corona-virus he is not giving lectures like the other teachers, he said we have to read the book and look at khan uni. videos. I'm withdrawing, bye.
If your bad at algebra dont take this class I completed all assignments, test, and extra credit but ended up with a C as my final grade. He is a nice professor but doesnt really help you if youre confused.

Bestard is a horrible prof. His lecture style is very scattered and he is very unclear in his directions for completeing assignments. if you don't cheat you wont pass. He gets frustrated when you dont understand material and has an attitude when you humbly call him out on his errors

This professor is not willing to help anyone. He truly has made this transition to remote learning bc of COVID a nightmare Please if there is any other teacher available take them and stay away. You ask questions and just say to refer back to instructions. Not clear on work and very difficult to get a good grade in his class. An A is 100-95 84- a C
I strongly do NOT recommend taking this professor. All the students put effort in the work and hes never content. He will make your life difficult and does not address your concerns. Hes disorganized! Assigns 3 projects at the same time, hw plus minitab. It was 30 students and now its less than 10. A lot dropped/withdrawn because of this reason.

Definitely chose the wrong career to be a mathematics teacher. Projects frustration to students by using sarcasm and apply abuse of power with assignments. Always in denial of his stubbornness and grave errors. Sadly all these years, he still doesn't know how to teach. It's like beating a dead horse all this time.

He is by far the worst teacher I have had in MDC. Do NOT TAKE HIM! He will stress you out beyond belief. He does not care that you have other classes he will give you a huge amount of hw and projects but will never teach you anything.
He never teaches the class and whenever you ask him a question, he'll give a 30-minute explanation about how we are grown adults in college and don't need to act like little kids this is called disrespect because he's earning money through us. Professor Bestard is a nice man and is knowledgeable in Statistics but isn't the best at teaching it. He expects lengthy explanations for questions that require one sentence. Sometimes he'll catch an attitude when you ask a question but it was rare but still annoying. I don't recommend you take him if you want an easy A or B

Teaches math, not real world stuff. Gives ridiculous amount of work. Hes always making jokes that arent even funny at all. Hes very disrespectful and disorganized, doesnt know how to properly function a classroom and produce outstanding results. the book was useless, the test has nothing to do with the book, so many papers and hw that the professor has mistaken this course for English class. hardest class I have ever done in my 3 years of college.

terrible professor. stay clear of him if you can. literally try finding another professor in another campus or something but whatever you do don't take him. he is knowledgeable but he might be the worst at explaining stuff and he lacks the compassion of a good professor.
The tests are not multiple choice, you will need to buy the book, and he goes at a really fast pace however, he will always be open to talk to you after class and he understands if an emergency presents itself. If you take time to study or have taken 1033 you will pass the class, but it wont be easy.
The best professor for this class
I took his class as a dual enrollment course and OMG he is the worst. He fills the boards in the span of 10 mins. like 10 times and majority of the notes are useless because when you get to the test it NOTHING that you studied of the notes you took. I only got an A because I took a similar course in my high school and that teacher actually teaches

I took two credit courses with him, I am what I have achieved today thanks to his teaching, I learned from his teaching to reasoning and while he was hard his teaching is quite understandable and useful

Dr. Bestard is an expert in delivering statistics, his professional approach to real world problems and modern statistics place us , as gifted students, the project is the most interesting activity because puts you in the context of the real activity of a statistician educating the students method to analyze data. I registered in his class because the rating wasnt bad but the rating was very misleading. This guy is a horrible professor. He doesnt know how to send PDFs correctly and doesnt fix the problems he creates. When you email him about an issue, he either doesnt respond or gives an answer that doesnt help at all. Dr Bestard is that professor that motivates the learning in his class, even in the internet setting during this pandemia, he keeps your attention and when you work , you are rewarded. even in a conclusive message , personalized that set you up to progress in the pursue of your degree, it is not observed very frequently among professors.

terrible refused to respond to a simple question when two students asked it. A simple question can you notify us when assignments are due. Some of us have full time and part time jobs, you post assignments separately throughout the week can you post them all at once? He made it seem like we were disrupting the class. Terrible class. By far the worst class experience ever. He is extremely disrespectful and refuses to help people. My entire class has an ongoing issue but he describes it as a personal issue. He is NOT up to date w/technology, he thinks we still use paper and a ruler to graph. He teaches randomly, doesnt follow any guidelines and gives a ton of HW.
The absolute worse professor I have ever taken and it is my last year of college. He is terrible. Does not help at all when emailing him. Will assign calculus assignments for a college algebra class. Will assign 200 questions just to say "jk" and delete all of them from your grade after you have already done them. NEVER take this professor.
Don't get this teacher for anything. I mean it. With the pandemic, MDC went online, and with this teacher, he doesn't explain things fully and you need to teach yourself the majority of the time. The project he gives is hard to understand and doesn't want to explain. He also transfers grades incorrectly, doesn't want to correct.

Class was fine. It can be a little overwhelming at first but it's really easy once you get used to it. He offers a lot of extra credit and the tests and quizzes are (almost) exactly like the homework, plus, you get multiple attempts. Would recommend.
DO NOT TAKE THIS PROFESSOR! He always inputs the grades incorrectly and when you bring it to his attention he will always try to place the blame on you for his mistake. Dr. Bestard is the professor that has taught me to apply math into many different situations, I think that is the main goal we look in college, of course his courses demand dedication and work, but what is a student looking in college if not that? He is always on top of our needs and promotes jobs and work place long lasting belonging!
I took him in other course, and I concur in both that he is the best! His project teaches you to think about how to communicate facts you find and teaches you how to put together what you learn in different courses

I really find this professor an excellent math prof, his examples are very real, clear and step by step procedures, and exercises that are found later in evaluations, of course, you shall not have in tests exactly the same exercises he explains in class but the method is there!

I am convinced the good reviews about this professor are fake. His lectures are extremely hard to understand and the only way to get good grades on his homework is by looking at the examples. However, there are no examples on the tests and quizzes and they are nothing like what he teaches in class. No one in the class gets higher than an F on tests
I have taken Bestard in two courses and plan to take him over again, when you pay attention to his explanations and examples in class and follow the textbook as he recommends the success is sure, he gives many examples and practical applications putting in realtime the student in the field, I love his teaching

I took him for MAC1105. I was failing but I truly think he did help me pass. Taking the class is honestly up to you. Just pay attention and try doing you best.
Dropped him after not even a month. He doesn't assign anything other than the occasional homework and test, which sounds like a good thing, but without any reinforcement, study guides, or pretty much any way to prepare for the tests, midterm, and final, it's pretty hard to maintain a passing grade in this class. He pretty much speaks gibberish.

Uses jumbled and unformatted text instead of handwriting when teaching math, making it difficult to grasp the complex topics he's presenting. If he's not doing that then expect him to read off of a pre-made Pearson PowerPoint without going too in depth. Assigns homework randomly and later doesn't grade.

I don't understand anything this professor says; he uses big words to sound intelligent but they just end up not making any sense, he likes to talk about quantitative forces while teaching about roman numerals. The work itself is fairly simple but he complicates it. All assignments are on MyMathLab, you'll have to pay 80 dollars to do your work.

Hard to get a detailed feedback by email on improvement. Disorganized, you have to be aware if he adds more work to the module. This is my second attempt, but first attempt with him. He complicates Statistics when there are simpler ways to do the work. Teaches manual work but needs to show more how to find the answers through technology.

He was an awful professor syllabus was not very clear. When ever you ask him a question he answered very arrogantly. Lectures had nothing to do with homework assignments, the homework was very difficult and long with not enough time to complete. Would blame students for not understanding certain things. For a 6 week course it was absolute hell.

He assigned Homework quiz and test all on the same week while having two-week gaps of not doing anything and then cramming in all the assignments into one week which was frustrating with my work schedule. Communicating with him was difficult as he always goes back to his syllabus no matter what the situation.

This course benefited my further understanding of the Macro and Micro Economics, and enable me to take decisions in the job place once graduated, I thank Dr. Bestard for his teaching of many practical applications to real life.
He is super kind & is always willing to help out, you just have to ask. Lectures are ok, I recommend you read and watch vids to better your understanding. HW is ok, no midterm, and final is optional. Only thing I did not enjoy was the research project. It is tough and you need to understand the concepts and be willing to seek for help when stuck.
Thanks to the project I understood statistics, the professor guided me all the time and I was supported by his orientations, you need to search, yes, but that is the matter of the project to learn where to find things, and doing is the best way to get it , I would take him over again in other courses

Every single positive review is written by the professor, do not take him if you want to pass with a good grade. Attendance is graded, there's a project to present worth 30% of the grade, assigns 93 Pearson Assignments through the whole semester.

A kind man but not a great math teacher due to his stubbornness in terms of his teaching style and his desire to hammer down homework with huge amounts of questions constantly. Expect test grades and homework grades to go missing. If you have his class, being polite and just making an effort will go a VERY long way. I have no clue how I passed.
The class is challenging, but the professor is helpful if you engage with his teaching methods. Attend lectures, use the textbook, and try out tools like unstuckstudy ai for study prep. The project is tough, but worth the effort.

In terms of teaching and explaining things, he's pretty alright at it. Especially given his thick accent. Although, the four projects for the modules are mentally draining and take 30% of your grade. That, and they have to be uploaded to the MDC Symposium, so as a socially anxious person, that really messed me up and stressed me out.
NOTHING is on Canva, so you have to be on top of your work cause they just pop out randomly. I didn't understand any of his teaching, heaving accent, back and forth making me lose track. Project is a mess, his feedback doesn't help (basically doesn't tell you anything). He's nice and knows his stuff, but can NOT teach it.

This professor was extremely confusing since the start. He was extremely hard to reach, you would email him a question and all he would reply was a thumbs up, and his homework assignments were a mess. You would log into the websites and you would see assignments with wrong dates, leading back to 2023 when I took this class in 2025. Do not take him!
This professor literally never checks his emails, it is frustrating to say the least. He goes with the wind when it comes to grading your assignments too, 5 weeks go by and not a single graded assignment on Canvas. His lectures are fine, he is a good teacher and seems to care about his students. The annoying part is reaching out to him.

The professor himself is great. Nice guy. However, the assignments he gives are too much. He loves giving my math labs for every single day. Every single day. Unless there was just a test. His online communication is poor and his Canvas is mostly the default. That said, he explains stuff well. Not afraid to assign more work alongside my math labs.

The most disrespectful email i ever received from a professor are from Mr.Bestard. His ego is higher than Burj Khalifa, he'll kick you out of the class if you look at your phone or if you are working on the mathlabs that he give you as "assignment" Those could take hours even using AI to complete at least 1 and he send you around 15.

He's a sweet professor and knows a lot about his subject, but he's a terrible grader. He will hand out packets to complete and never grade them, exams? they'll be graded on the criteria that he is in the mood for, my math lab scores? mandatory but never graded. It's a waste of time
Please do not take him. He's horrible.
He can't communicate properly, I would send him emails asking questions and he would either ignore it or respond with a message that makes no sense. The grading system is extremely complicated and nothing was clear throughout the entire semester. I would not recommend.
