Great person but very unprofessional as a teacher. She said she never missed class but missed several days. Did not feel like I learned much in her class bcuz she cannot keep control over the rude, and immature people who enroll in the course. If you don't get an A with her you missed too many days. Jamie has to keep her personal life personal.

She was a great professor. Many people in my class acted immature. People can complain and say she was an unprofessional teacher, but she's just like us, human. I know her better than most of her students and she just had a bad semester things happen; she's very understanding, fair and someone great to talk to. Always came to class smiling.

I feel bad for anyone that doesn't have Vona for any type of psych class. She is the best professor hands down! So easy and understanding! Tests are cake and they're either take home tests or else she'll tell you pretty much the exact questions for each test. Class is always entertaining and she enjoys what she does. Mrs. Vona is an excellent teacher. Although she gives a little less work then other proffesors, your grade is all up to you. She is very informative and entertaining with her lectures, and touches all bases, but its the students job to apply yourself to get the grade you want.

Professor Vona breakdowns all of the chapters that she teaches so youll understand the concepts. She is very accommodating to her students. I highly suggest you take her for developmental psychology.

This is my 3rd semester having Professor Vona, and each time she is an amazing professor. I have been strictly online classes since the beginning of my college journey and have had nothing but a positive experience having her. If you read the work assigned, the tests, quizzes, and assignments are very doable. Look forward to taking another class.

I enjoyed the class. I was having trouble getting into my class. The Professor was hands-on and wasted no time assisting me. The homework and test were interesting. She even gave extra credit. :) Easy to talk to and I willing to help when needed. I will definitely take a class she teaches anytime.

A bit unorthodox and unstructured, but definitely one of the most personable professors I've ever had. The lessons sometimes feel a bit patchwork but it's understandable given how busy her life is. The material is delivered in such a human way that it feels more tangible and digestible. Very good professor all around, I recommend her heartily.
