The advisor for Gospel Team. Absolutely hilarious.

Romans was my favorite GCC class! But it is a lot of work for an elective.
Favorite prof i've had, mad funny and interesting
Clear, helpful, funny and fair. BIBZA IS THE MAN!
A great and funny guy. Makes class worthwhile!

His classes may be tough, but they're so interesting that it doesn't matter.
keep a quote sheet, tests aren't easy but you'll learn a lot

He is totally hot.

He is really funny. He knows his stuff, and he knows how to relate it well to his students. He cares deeply about his students too.
Sensitive to students, has that special presence that actually makes his jokes funny. And ohmygorshwow! is he hot!!
love this guy's sense of humor, and he'll always take the time to answer your questions if not in class, he's really good to talk to out of class too.
Women think he's hot?? I really enjoyed his classes. The jokes were a little corny but always funny. Clear teacher, helpful, and approachable.
funny, sometimes corny-good guy! absolutely would take him again!
Jimmy B rocks my world!
Overall Good prof

great prof. i learned a lot, but the tests and quizzes can be pretty rough.
Absolutely hilarious - I'd take the classes just for the laughs.
Very friendly and very knowledgeable in humanities and theology.
Awesome teacher!!!! Not so great of an advisor... but great teacher!!
Easily the most amazing professor I've ever had - I learned more in two classes taught by him than many of my other courses combined. He really, truly cares about the students and works ridiculously hard to serve them.
Amazing Prof that changed how I think about the Bible, take his classes!!!

Dr. Bibza -- I hope you don't feel bad anymore! I rated you as hot! :-)
Bibza is the man. He knows he's a dork so he tries to tell corny jokes all the time. His classes are really informative, and he's one of the best all-around teachers here at the Grove. You have to work in his classes though, but it's definitely worth it.
Bibza is sweet. Take any of his classes you can.
I love this guy and he is hot :-) If you were there Friday you know what i mean
You will not regret taking a course with this man. Very funny, very helpful, extremely honest, and expects you to do well and learn a lot. And you will learn a lot. You really can't go wrong with him. He's got a fan club for crying out loud!
Dr. Bibza is amazing. Thank God we have a man like him to preach the truths of John Calvin in this godless, forsaken world. The rest of these heretics just don't get it. Thanks to him, I learned that a certain number of people have to go to hell for heaven to be fair. Sure hope I'm one of them!
Bibza is easily the most wonderful professor at Grove City! He has the perfect balance of humor, gentleness, and incredible insight. I plan on taking my entire Religion minor with him!
Dr. Bibza is amazing! I would take anything you can with him. Great sense of humor. His classes are by far my favorite
Dr. Bibza is a great professor! His class is incredibly useful to non religion majors like myself and he is always willing to talk to his students if they are having problems in their lives.
I well-educated man with a very nice, very dry sense of humor. Even if you don't agree with all his views, I think you will enjoy learning in his classes.
One of my favorite professors ever. He is incredibly knowlegeable and has such a humble way of teaching. He seeks to teach truth, not his own agendas. He has a heart for the Lord and for teaching...I could go on & on. One of the most respected men I have ever known. You'll learn so much in his classes, spiritually and academically.
Bibza has to be the best Professor i have. He's amazing in class and he always takes time to explain anything i don't get after class. He is so sarcastic and it makes class really fun. He knows so much and he knows how to get it across to stupid people like me. I'm taking as many classes with him as I can. He's not the easiest, but he's worth it.
Dr. Bibza is one of my favorite professors here. You never want to miss his class because he has so much to teach you. He is extremely helpful and genuinly cares about his students. He really wants to be a good professor and succeeds at being one. Even though he is such an amazing professor, he is not arogant at all. You can't help but love him!
A very good teacher. He keeps your attention very well. Quite funny as well.
Awesome! He's interesting and funny, and always eager to help. He even got down on his knees to help me look for my laptop stylus when I thought I left it in his class.
amazing - presents both sides of arguments, solid Biblical doctrine, conservative, funny/entertaining/engaging
Bibza is a really good professor. I enjoy his lectures
I've had Bibza for four classes, but Romans was the hardest by far. He's a good guy, but Romans was unnecessarily hard. Romans will give you a lot of insight into the book, but the handouts he makes you memorize are ridiculous. This is a big time committment for an elective.
Tons of reading, technical questions on tests, but lectures are interesting.
A really good professor. Tests are not that bad as long you study hard.
He is great.
He is especially well read and very interesting.
Dr. Bibza is a great professor. However, don't take his class if you do not wish to work hard. He is very helpful though, he's always in his office and he responds to e-mails very quickly.
keeps the class interesting. tests can be difficult if you don't study. great prof.
Dr. Bibza is a student favorite at Grove City, but only because what he teaches can be understood by even the most unintelligent of students. You will definitely learn the material, but do not expect to be expected to think critically. Do not let this defer you from taking his classes, though.
Exellent prof.
Great professor. he assigns a bunch of reading & you have to at least skim all of it but that's to be expected from an Old Testament class. Knows the Bible backwards and forwards & has a great sense of humor.
Definitely worth taking!
A very solid prof. in faith and teaching
Love, love, LOVE this man. He's a great teacher as well as a quality person. I come away learning something new every class and that makes it worth all of the work the course requires.
He will make you work hard, but his quizzes and tests are very straightforward. He doesn't try to be tricky, you just have to be willing to put in the time. He also does good job at giving you all the different angles and opinions.
Dr. Bibza is an amazing professor. I would recommend Old and New Testament instead of BibRev just because he is one of the best professors I have had here. Take him if you can. He makes you work, but makes it enjoyable
Bibza is a very personable professor who honestly wants you to do well which is why he gives so much extra credit. As long as you pay attention to lectures and take good notes, tests aren't bad, as long as you study them. He's super quirky with snapple facts, football jokes, stories, etc. Take him for OT and NT.
Bibza is a hilarious teacher who loves what he does. I really appreciated the time he spent even outside of class with me. Truly a great guy who I would definitely recommend. He isn't that hard if you do some work, and gives lots of extra credit. Also, tends to give you the benefit of doubt while grading.
Bibza is fine. just dont take him second semester senior year when you stop caring. While still a solid prof, definitely the worst of the bars profs besides good ole brother stringer who doesnt even know the material which he fails at teaching. but back to Bibza. eh.
The class is challenging but still enjoyable. Usually there is a lot that Dr. Bibza covers in the lecture so it is better to show up to class, but it won't kill you if you don't.
Bibza gives amazing lectures filled with Snapple facts and funny (or dry-humored) jokes. He gives amazing lectures and tries to cover hanging questions about controversial Bible topics. Extra credit is available in all of his classes, so if you take him multiple times in one semester, you can turn in one extra credit for all of his classes.
Dr. Bibza is an incredible person and professor. I recommend taking him 100%. You definitely need to study for the tests and do the reading for the quizzes. Take advantage of his office hours--even if you just need to talk, he will listen. He genuinely cares about his students.
Dr. Bibza is a great professor who has a lot of knowledge. Even though he has been teaching for around 40 years, he still cares about his students and will give us life advice. He inserts jokes and dry wit into his lectures, but you won't catch them if you're not paying attention.
Great class, learned a ton
As long as you do the extra credit and take good notes (and remember them!), you'll have so many points under your belt that you wouldn't even care about the final. Great professor though; understood that some students don't have time to care about the class. Gives good life lessons in a very dry, humorous way
I love Dr. Bibza. Not only does he start off his classes with a Snapple fact and a prayer, but he also makes sure you have every opportunity to get a good grade because he wants you to succeed. Make sure you do the readings, do the extra credit assignments (they're not hard) and write down any lists he gives you.
Dr. Bibza basically taught this class on the fly all year, and he did an amazing job of it. If you don't take the class at least read the books for it cause they're solid. His exams and reading quizzes were pretty simple, just take good notes in class and know them. He has a very dry sense of humor, but don't worry, chances are he's just joking.
I honestly hate GCC, but Bibza makes every day worth it. He's hilarious, kind, and genuinely loves Jesus. You can tell his faith is so real and important to him; I look up to this man so much. NT was pretty hard for me, even though I love the Bible, but it was 100% worth it. I'm taking 19 hours next semester just so I can have him again. Recommend!
I am not a fan of extra credit. Neither is Dr. Bibza. But he routinely offers a letter grades worth of it on tests, if not more. Students who pay attention and do the readings will do well in his classes. The man cares about you and your faith, and his office is always open to help you, either personally or academically.
His Old Testament class was easy and interesting. 3 exams (including the final) make up 25% of your grade each based on lectures and about ten, 10 question quizzes on reading that are the other 25% of your grade. He usually awards bonuses on the quizzes, curves the exams, and offers easy extra credit. Great professor who really wants you to pass.
Dr. Bibza is a legend. Snapple facts make my day. His lectures are relevant and interesting and important; he often jokes around in good fun and creates a welcoming learning environment. He's super accessible with office hours, and his tests and quizzes are more than fair. He gives extra credit opportunities too. He's amazing.
i took old testament to supply for my HUMA courses. it is heavy work. lots of reading needed and his lectures are long. i found it difficult to pay attention a lot so you need to be taking notes. he gives extra credit, outlines and does want you to pass, and is a caring professor. he gives three exams (two, and then the final) and lots of quizzes!
Dr. Bibza is an incredible professor. The class is hard, so make sure to do the reading. He often gives a full letter grade worth of extra credit to those willing to put in the work. Definitely recommend.
Very sweet and witty professor. Class wasn't hard at all but incredibly insightful! Plenty of extra credit opportunities are offered if needed.
NT was much easier than OT with less heavy reading, and easier quizzes. 3 difficult exams and must study if you want to pass, NT is less focused on memorizing long lines of Kings like OT which makes class more enjoyable. Bibza is a really good professor but would suggest just taking Bib Rev if you don't want an extra class for your huma core !
Bibza is an exceptional Biblical scholar. His Hebrews course is, no doubt, a tough class. But more so than other classes, you get what you put into it. It is a Bible study for 3 credits, not a bad deal! Dry lectures, but attend class. Tests and quizzes are reasonable, definitely make sure to put good time into studying for both.
Could not recommend more if you're looking to expand your Biblical knowledge. Dr. Bibza's wisdom is incredible and has broadened my perspective of the Bible and Theology. Funny, kind, and challenging but reasonable. Legend.
