Professor Dedic is great! Take all of his courses! He keeps it interesting!

Go over the notepacket and you'll be fine for the tests. On a personal level, Dedic is really funny and he tells it like it is.

Great time in the class. He goes by the book, even prints out notes for the class. Very easy to pass. Just study for the tests. He say's he doesn't care about attendance. Which is true, but questions on his tests come from the in-class videos.

It takes alot of courage to be able to teach sex education and responsibility to college aged students. Also to us know it alls in our 40's plus. Thanks for the experience.

Others are wrong. Dedic is a great professor and he tries to stir good conversation. If you're sleeping it's because you're not trying. Take his class and get into the concersation, this is college not high school.

He is the sweetest nan, but Lord knows how boring he is. He means well and gives his students help when they need it and millions of reminders when things are do. His voice is just a little monotone, but overall, a very easy instructor to pass. Good for Human Sexuality as he balences out S. Johnson who is kind of all over the place.

what? are u kidding me? mr dedic is one of the best teachers i have ever taken...ever. he is the sweetest little man and will go out of his way to help you. all you have to do is show up to class, listen to his lectures and sure, they're a little boring but personally, i think he's quite funny so i always enjoyed going to his class. i took his soc.

Very cool professor. Most of your grade comes from the exams. Most of the answers to the exams are on the notes, some from the class lecture, very little from the book. A few writing assignments but nothing too hard. I think professor Dedic explains things VERY WELL and makes them very easy to understand.

Human sexuality is such an amazing class. You learn so much and have fun doing it. He makes sexual jokes and is more like one of the students then a teacher. Not much homework. Do the study guide (most answers are given in class) and pass the test. You watch lots of movies and have cool discussions! TAKE THIS CLASS... YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!!

Man did i love this class! Human sexuality was very fulfilling! I don't believe anybody whose taken this class has regretted it; I haven't! I hate school, but I thoroughly enjoyed learning with him and Prof. Johnson. Just do the study guides and watch the videos and you'll do great!

Very easy class. He gives you a packet every week so you don't need the book. I bought it and never opened it. Watch some movies, take some notes. A couple extremely easy essays, pretty much just a question and answer paper.

Dedic made me love going to class. He throws jokes left and right non stop. For hmwk (Spring), he expects 3 tiny essays, that's it!! He gives extra credit. You do have to attend class to watch videos (questions on the exams will make sure you payed attention to those vids.) I was just 6 pts shy of an A, but I don't regret taking his class at all.

Dedic is a pretty good teacher, I bought the book and never even used it.. i got a B in the class, if i would have used the book i probably would have gotten an A. He's cool, drops 1 out of 5 tests, so if you miss one it's no big deal. His material is easy to follow, show up for the classes and you'll pass for sure!

Aw I love Dedic! Okay this is it guys: he let's you drop ONE TEST. The only hwk for the whole sem are 2 easy peasy essays. 2 extra credit oppurtunities. SO.EASY. what else is there to say? Dedic partnered with Susan Johnson (psy120) and it was such a fun class. Study the notes and you will get a good grade on the tests, not too much reliance on the textbook, but it helps! one essay, but do it and you get full credit! multiple opportunities for extra credit, too.

He has a sense of humor which makes the lectures more interesting. He also shows films which have simple basic questions on tests. These are mandatory, and there is no way of looking them up

by far the best professor ive ever had. he makes the class so interesting and is a very friendly guy, thats always willing to help. he has a great sence of humor, and is totally laid back. dont take anyone else for sociology but him. i didnt use the book at all, just study the study guides and its an easy A/B.

I LOVED having Professor Dedic for Soc 101. He was easygoing, direct, and interesting. This was one of my first college courses and Professor Dedic made it a good experience. I HIGHLY recommend his classes.

Mr. Dedic is a good teacher. You need to read both his chapters' packets and the study guids to get a good grade. You will have five exams and two extra-credit papers in case you needed it. The text is useless and waste of money.

Took him before with Johnson for Hum Sexuality and thought he was pretty easy then. This class was not much different...still pretty easy. Drops one test, offers extra credit, easy writing assignment. Lots of videos. The content wasn't too exciting but he's still a great guy. Show up, pay attention to the videos, read the chapters. That's it!

This is my second time taking Dedic. He is a very helpful professor. Follows syllabus & gives you a packet on each section. After each tsst he gives you your updated overall grade. One of the best professors I've even taken. Also took for Soc-120 I would take again if I could, but I am transferring. A MUST TAKE PROFESSOR!!

He is a great teacher, he doesn't get enough credit! 5 tests, 1 gets dropped. The final is the last test (non-cumulative). There's 1 easy essay and 2 10 point EC essays. His lectures aren't boring. He gives you a note packet and study guide before every chapter. Just study those and you won't need a book. I didn't get one and I got an A. A+ class!

My FAVORITE professor! He is extremely intelligent, is always willing to clarify anything for you. 5 tests including the final and the lowest grade is dropped. Prints out the notes for you and a study guide. I hardly took notes , never got the book and still received an A.

Prof Dedic is great! His class is so easy, he just talks the half the time and the other half we watch videos. So easy to get an A, just show up and study his chapter guides and pay attention to the videos. He offers 2 15 point extra credit essays that are cake. Take him if you need a soci class!

Supper easy class ( if you decide to actually show up) half of the time he's talking and the other half showing videos . He usually puts some questions on the exam about the videos so I recommend you actually show up to class. The study guide is pretty clear and very helpful for the exam. By far best professor I've had.

You don't even need the text book for any of the classes I've taken when him. He gives you a packet of just about everything you need to know for the tests early on(in glorious comic sans by the way). As long as you read it and watch the videos you absolutely cannot fail.

This class easy if you STUDY the study guide because it's exactly like the test. He gives you the notes for the chapters you will be tested on after every test. There is one essay that is very easy and it could be as long as you want it to be which is great. He gives 2 extra credit assignments. EVERYONE SHOULD TAKE THIS CALSS FOR AN EASY A!

Attendance is mandatory, he will drop you if you miss too much. He shows videos in every class that are on the test, so its important to go. Only one essay and its an easy essay that i was able to do the night before. His study guides are easy, and are exactly on the test. his lectures are interesting. I love Professor Dedic!! I miss his lectures so much. He made me fall in love with sociology, and I realize I prefer sociology over psychology (Although I'm taking psychology this summer). I remember talking to him outside of class a couple of times, and he's really chilled and knowledgeable. He's just awesome!

Professor Dedic gives you all of the materials that you need to pass this class! The study guides and note packets are THE BEST. If you answer and religiously study the questions on the study guides then you are guaranteed to pass. There is one short paper about yourself and 2 EC opportunities! YOU WON'T REGRET TAKING HIM. Probably one of the best Sociology Professors out there. He is funny and keeps the class engaged. His study guides prep you for the chapter tests without a problem. Must be in class to watch the videos because questions about them are on each test. His sarcasm is the greatest! I'll be taking his Soc 250 class next semester.

Very nice professor! Knew nothing about sociology and learned alot from this class. This class will be easy if you study. The most hardest problems on exams were always the questions from the videos bc it was kinda hard to remember what was on the video.

Love professor Dedic, he has sense of humor and sarcasm! Also his tests are straight up based off his study guide, one small thing that can be a setback in this class is the videos that he shows everyday. Based off of 65 questions on his test, 15 are based off the videos he shows you in class, so make sure you attend his class! Would take him!

First of all, if you buy the text book "Cypress College Special Edition" or whatever, you aren't able to sell on book store. I think you may not need it if you listen carefully to his lecture and take notes. Every time, he shows some videos, and they will be materials for exams. Show up and watch videos. He is so lovely. I would take it again.

Dedic is a great professor that offers extra credit, and drops your lowest tg, so in other words, it's your fault if you don't get the grade that you want. Off subject, a lot of the students leave midway through the class and it is so disrespectful. I don't understand how a let of them are allowed to pass but whatever.

Highlight the answers from the q's on the note packets, study them, and you'll pass tests. he drops the lowest exam grade. Professor Dedic is a kind KIND old man. His class is incredibly easy, as long as you study from the note packets he gives you. Occasionally, he'll have a few study guide questions that are strictly answered from the book, so you do need it! You have five exams, and you can drop the lowest one at the end of the semester.

This Professor is AMAZING. I love professors who are straight to the point. He lectures and shows videos. Take notes when it comes to the videos because it will show up on the test! The only thing that bugged me was most students were being on their phones. Overall, you will pass the class if you just do the study guide!

Prof. Dedic and his class is very simple. You show up, listen to the lecture, and then watch the video.
