Prof.Lynch is a great teacher and full of knowledge. He makes the class interesting. He's a lawyer so he always tells us great stories about cases. Very nice and easy to talk to. 2 test Midterm & Final(not hard if you study). Definately recommend for Bus Law, you'll learn a lot from him.

Lynch is the man you have to Take him... Good lawyers make great professos. I took him for Real estate finance, and Business Law 1 and Business Law 2. He is the best his tests are easy and multiple choice and hes great to listen to tells jokes funny stories and hells you exactly whats on the exam and even emails you every topic so if u cant do bad.

Professor Lynch is great, he gives great lectures. You don't have to take notes in class, just listen. He gives a few writing assignments, but they're easy. He also gives a midterm and a final, which both are curved and somewhat challenging, but the class is great and I would recommend him to anybody.

This is one of those professors that you have to take atleast once during your time at BC. The grading criteria for this class was two papers and attendance (he will know your face, so remember to show up!).

If you want that gpa booster this the class. All of his test questions are on quizlet. The best professor I took so far and his knowledge in law is top tier. Easy A if you know you stuff.

He is one of the most inspirational and helpful professor I've ever had in BC. He likes to use real live scenarios to explain terms which makes it easier to memorize them. The review sheets before exams do not include everything in the tests, so students will need to do just a little bit more readings besides whats on the sheets.

Professor Lynch is very positive and pleasant person. His lectures are not boring and interesting. He shows a lot of videos. Tests are not easy. Review sheets are not helpful. If you listen to his lectures and read the textbook, you will be fine.

Great class if you use the techniques he gives you. Engaging and interactive. Books are interesting to read. Multiple papers per semester instead of midterm/final. Will give HW if he misses a class. Usually a video and a paragraph needs to be submitted for it. Perspective is unique and genuine.

Vey easy class. You can have someone sign your name in. One midterm and one final, 2 homework assignments but very easy. The midterm is 50 questions, kind of tricky but gives you most answers before tests. Easy filler class because you dont have to show up. Lectures are interesting though

Midterm and Final are both 4-5 page papers. Both are extremely easy. His classes are fun and he is a great lecturer, he knows how to command an audience. Easy class, easy A.

TAKE HIM! Great & easy prof! Just show up to sign in for attendance and maybe read the books. He lets us out 20mins early often + cancels class twice a month! There's 2 EASY Papers (midterm + final), both are open-ended and based on your own experiences in life. He also EXTENDS the paper deadlines if asked! However he rarely responds to emails!

He is very lax and is overall a fun professor. Tests are important but they are more than fair. I wish he would take academic integrity more seriously but otherwise, perfect!

He is a very nice professor. His lectures are very interesting and cool. I actually enjoy listening to him and the assignments were easy to do. He does grade hw pretty late however does get around to it at the very end. I most defiantly recommend you guys taking his class!!!

I took professor James A. Lynch for BUSN 3251 of the summer of 2022. it was a online class and I had zoom meeting once a week . he asked for 3 books to buy , but i didn't cause it was a short term to buy books and spent money . he was really a amzing professor . He only asked for two Homework questions and one term paper.

Take this professor for winter class, he has clear grading criteria and is not harsh on grading, and the readings weren't hard to understand, the only downside is that the textbooks were hard to find.

Nice class, especially for summer. Only two homework and one essay based on the book.
