he grades extremely difficult on written assignments. Oral assignments it depends on if youre a talkative person and social person or not. His midterm was kind of random. He is an OK person but seems too serious most of the time. In general, IS 301 classes are difficult so he doesnt stand out much. 93 to get an A.

He's is the best CBA professor ever. I took his class at night Summer 2006, and it was easy. I think the people who left the other bad comments are just dumb people who could not pass the C.L.U.E (english grammar) exam, so they take it out on the professor when its a department requirement, so the highest grade they got was a "C" for not passing.

Great Professor, and not too demanding. If you want to learn he is the guy to take. Always willing to help during office hours. You must pass the "CLUE" exam in order to get higher than a "C" letter grade, and this is a requirement of the CBA department not just the instructor/s. He is easy on the oral presentations and gives great feedback.

This class is easy in theory but it's tough to get an A. You must have a 92+ to get an A. I got a 90-91 and got a B. The professor focuses heavily on GEM and individual and group presentations. No quizzes for the lectures. The only time you'll see the lecture in a test is on the final. Professor is a really helpful guy, though.

Professor Coari is decent, he is there for his students but expects them to perform at the level of professional speakers and writers. The end of semester group project is a huge part of the grade, along with three grammar quizzes, three presentations, and three writing assignments. Slackers beware, expect to work yourself to the bone for a B.

It is very difficult to get an A. I don't think anyone in my class did. Didn't enjoy the class, nor did I like the professor.

I took this course in the summer and he assigned 2 individual presentations and a group presentation at the end. His exams are easy, it's the group project that counts. Make sure you get people in your group who are willing to work!! Your grade will depend on it!!! Overall he's a good and funny professor.
