Great Professor, very clear, by far the funiest class I have taken. I took him in the summer semester he doesn't give test!!! It's all group assiments, so there really isn't any hard speeches to make, highly recommended!!

This is a very nice teacher...He loves to talk (Obviously SPEECH!) But is very helpful and considerate with situations.Just be prepared to work and hope for good team members. I worked with a couple that didnt do JACK! That the only worry you havet to have with this class

Full of easy but time consuming BS assignments. I found him to be rude or bias at times. If ur an outgoin person who loves to talk u'll love his class. If u enjoy book work better or dont interact with ppl very well take another class b/c its ALL group work. I did enjoy his class but not bc of him

This class is an easy A as long as you have good attendance and put a little effort. Wolf is a little anal about trivial details, but you get used to it after a while. Also, you'll really get to know the people in your class which is cool.

I think he is a great teacher. His class is fun and helpful for the future. His projects are all fun and I learned a lot from him. I would definitley recommend people to take his class. There are no tests which takes a lot of stress of your chest when you have other classes to study for.

At first when you get the syllabus, you think the class is super hard. If you want an easy "A" take the class with this teacher. He is just very anal about absences. He gives no tests, but there are plenty of speeches and group projects. The class was lots of fun. I recommend him highly.

Okay, this guy is an alright prof. the only thing is that...one feels overwhelmed at first with that silly syllabus(Jungle Theme) then things start falling into place and you return to normal... I think.

If you want an easy A take this Prof. His class is fun, and its all group work. Just hope you get lucky and you get along w/everyone in the group. But this was a super slack class!!!

Very fun class, very good teacher, easy!!!!!

Excellent Professor-very fun class, if you get into a good group like I did. Do not be late or absent!! Six week summer class is best. No final exam, just a project: don't wait till last minute on project-it is for two grades-but fun to do. Put a little effort into class and an "A" is a sure bet- He is very fair with grades. GREAT CLASS.

i would recommend this prof to anyone. made the class a breeze and is helpful. not boring at all and tries to make the class fun so u wont have to hate all the times u go to class

He is a good teacher, has his own book, knows what he's teaching, likes to talk a lot, can be a little corny sometimes, but he is cool. He leaves an excessive workload sometimes, but it is fun and interesting. If you have time to meet with your group, then take it. This class is a good GPA booster with this guy. FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS TO THE DOT.

My friend recommended this class to me because she read his reviews on this page. She told me not to worry that this class is breeze if you follow his instuctions...and it was soooo true! I got an "A" no studying involved, the book is recommended but you only use the 4 pages in the back so buy the book,make photo copies and return it,or borrow it

This is a very easy A as along as you do all his assignments. The class environment is very social so you end up meeting all your classmates. Presenting infront of the class isnt so hard since you know everyone. The teacher loves corny jokes so always incorporate something corny and dum into your presentations so he will for sure give you a 90+

This class is so easy. The assignments are almost all group speeches which are really fun and there are no tests in this class. The prof. is really nice and interesting...he just talks a lot. But he is a great teacher.

The class is easy...His book includes evaluation forms so you know exactly what hes looking for...Mostly group work but graded individually (which is better)...Very clear on what he wants...Mandatory attendance, if not he counts off...Want an A take him...Just a little time consuming on 1 project thats all!!

If you need speech, this is the guy to take. I have an INTENSE fear of public speaking, but he got me over it. There are a lot of group discussions and I found them to be quite interesting! He's extremely organized and gives excellent advice about giving a great speech.

This teacher is GREAT! He's very easy & the speeches he tells you to do are easy as well you don't even have to prepare much for them and you still get an A. This is the easiest class I have ever taken in my life!! Everything consists of projects (mostly group) and they are real easy.. I definitely recommend to anyone that wants and easy A! But if you dont like working in groups then dont choose this prof bc thats all you are gonna be doing!

WOW best teacher ever. i was so comfortable speaking infront of my classmates and strangers. i was always so shy to speak in front of people but u lose all fear in this class. this teacher is awesome. if anyone gets lower than an A there is something wrong. cuz every1 i know got an A

Great Teacher. He talks a LOT but everything he says make sense and gives good advice. Most of it is group work assignments and is very generous and comprehensive with the grades. Not hard for summer A or B, no homework, just your speech projects, not much reading either.

He is a kind, generous and extremely intelligent professor. He is an example of what a professor should be. The people who say this isn't an easy A are extremely delusional. No one gets an A by sitting there texting and daydreaming(obviously). Some sort of effort is always required for an A but it's 110% doable. HIGHLY recommend!

A helpful teacher. I wound up learning a lot about speech; not the most interesting of subjects, but it is a useful skill. He knows a lot about speech communication, and although he is cocky, his class was fun and engaging. I very much enjoyed the socialization involved in the class, and in the end he turned out to be a very laid back guy.

He is the NICEST guy in the world. Truly caring. Wouldn't hurt a fly. Fun class. You meet awesome people because of group work but it's fun. He makes the class fun. Easy A..if you do the speeches obviously. Take him!! No hw or tests. Was sad this class was over because it was fun.

Professor Wolf was great and not demanding. He asked of you to be in class on time. I took the class in a mini term. All that he ask is that you turn in your assignments on time. This class does require Gordon Rule. I highly recommend his class. He is a nonsense professor.

If you're planning on taking speech, you should take it in the summer, but most importantly, take it with this professor! You will not need a textbook! You'll only have to do 5 speeches (3 individual, 2 group) and paper that's only like 2 pgs long! Even though the syllabus seems a tad overwhelming, Wolf will show you it won't be! Take his class!

GREAT, I recommend. All you have to do for an A is LISTEN and do the speeches word for word as he tells you. If he says brainstorm- in your speech use the word brainstorm. He will LOVE it. He's written his own speech books and always is ready to help. He is clear when speaking- no accent. And attendance is mandatory. No phone use in class.

I really recommend this professor. I took him and it was a great experience. He talks A LOT. but he's laidback...5 speeches, and their SO easy. Just be energetic when you speak. (don't be shy!!) he grades fairly when you seem interested and speak loud and clear, maintain eye contact with the crowd NOT him.

Great class! The professor is very helpful in class but does not answer emails. No book needed and no tests except a 2 page midterm on the speech lab and about 5 easy speeches. Very nice professor and you get to work in groups so it becomes easier and fun. I would recommend this class for an easy grade.

Good/fun professor but contradicting and extremely inconsistent with grades. Will penalize people that were extremely prepared for stupid things and reward people that obviously put their speech together right before class.

Easy A if you put the effort in your speeches. There are 5 speeches throughout the course and the last one is a group assignment. He explains every speech with great detail. Use enthusiasm in your speech, he loves it! Make sure to give him eye contact every now and then. Loved this class

Professor Wolf is incredibly great! He is beyond intelligent and strategic. I learned a lot of helpful tips on how to make powerful speeches and powerpoints. He helps you get comfortable with public speaking. He also has a volunteer system since he does not force people unexpectedly. His speech topics are relatable and fun to work with. No regrets!

Profesor Wolf is Great ! He is very knowledge and truly cares ! You will enjoy the class and learn a lot. Get ready to do about 3-4 speeches, but don't worry they are fun and he will prepare you. I'm so shy and I have social anxiety but giving these easy speeches he assigns was the best part of my day he's not a tough grader at all you just have to follow his outline for your speeches. No tests at all so no book for the class! He's so nice and enthusiastic. Best prof for a shy person dreading this credit.

Professor Wolf is one of the most lenient professors and extremely helpful. He's an easy grader. You will have group speech projects but they are pretty easy.

I was dreading this class so I took it for summer b. I had a speech due every week but they weren't hard. If you do exactly what he ask of you then you'll do fine. NO BOOK, NO TEST! If you miss class your grade will suffer. He's really nice and very helpful. HE WANTS YOU TO DO WELL. Beware: The few times we did have lecture they were very boring.

His facial expressions suggest a great deal of demand on your communication skills and information resources, but he will help you out with your grade.

Some people like the lovey dovey get in a group and discuss everything hippie vibe this class gives off. I am not one of them. If you prefer independent work without the hassle of forced awkward socialization, this is NOT the class for you. Group projects and discussions are not fun for everyone and this guy doesn't get that. He is very nice though

TAKE PROF. WOLF! Only 4 speeches: Old bag, 2 informatives, & Sales Speech (persuas.) He gives plenty of ex when he lectures, gives extra credit, & make sure u do ur outline! NO TXTBOOK, NO FINAL! It's easy to get an A in this class. Follow exactly what's on the syllabus and just how he wants it, and you'll do great!! Good luck!

Prof. Wolf was a nice guy. He gives good feedback for every speech and you know your grade the same day. There is a duo speech so beware. He separates the class in 4 groups so that one group presents a day which is good because you always know the day you go. You have to earn an A which is slightly hard. Ex credit is due the next class!!

Prof. Wolf is one of those teachers that as long as you do what they want the way they want it, you'll pass with flying colors. Do exactly what he wants and you'll get an A. I took his SPC1017 class and got an A+ by following his directions. No textbook, no final. 4 speeches; MAKE SURE YOU DO AN OUTLINE FOR EACH!!! Lowest grade I got was 94.

Make sure to show up to class he takes a half letter if absent more than 4 times. Did 4 speeches with outlines plus final speech is doubled, did not require book he gives you all the information for the speeches. He care about you doing good in your speech, just practice.

This teacher understands that this is a introduction course. He make work clear and simple . He is nice and overall encourages you to not stress about work to make your assignments " not harder then it has to be " . Super easy class.

Really good for this class only 6 speeches you get graded on but is very nit picky on certain stuff like any logos on your shirt .

I had him online because of Covid. I never once meet the professor he had the syllabus and assignment out for us just to submit them. Most of the grades is from what the speech lab gives you. Work is really easy. However if you had a problem in the class you cannot get ahold of him. My classmates and I have tried and he does not answer anyone.
