Smart Young Professor, however still needs to interact and be more clear. Exams are hard, 50% of the things you got from her lecture is related to the exams...Get off topics too much, really hard to comprehend...but will always try to work things out...grading wise= strick
At first I was impressed with her credentials she has a masters in political science and working on her doctorates degree in political science so I was excited to learn from her. But she was unorganized, unprofessional, not prepared, and does not know how to explain things clearly. She clearly does not have a lot of experience in teaching.
If you pay attention everything is easy. She will even go out of her way to meet your entire class out side of school on her own personal time EVEN THOUGH she is working on her doctorate in order to help. All her exam questions came out of the book. She gives in class extra credit if you participate in class for exams.
All tests and quizzes were timed and online and only allowed one attempt. All 4 essay papers were closed for submission after due date. The tests and quizzes had questions that were not clearly defined and covered in depth in class in order to answer on quiz. A lot of short essay quizzes and questions on tests.
her grading is super fair, she made everything equal for everyone. if papers are due for on a certain day its due for everyone so its fair and the slackers can get by. the papers are easy and if u send them to her she will edit them for u before they are due so you can't fail since she corrected it.
Great teacher. Don't purchase a textbook. She uses her notes. Be sure to take notes because her test is confusing. She will return your email very professional.
Does get distracted easliy. but will give extra points and meet with the class two different time periods for those who can meet at night and those who can meet during the day. Fair with grading some of the test arent clear. and will let the slackers make up work if they need sometimes. overall she is good a teacher
Saves you money not using a textbook. Be sure to take notes because when its time for a test you will be confused. She will also return your emails.
She was an okay teacher. I was interested at first but slowly lost interest after a month. I really didn't like the way she taught. All she does is sit there and talk to you and write about 5-9 things on the board. She would get off topic and argue with the "smart" students. Her tests were hard, failed each one. Grades easily on her 4 essays
Took her for the spring semester. Good class, and like any other class, if you do not apply yourself you will not make it, very reasonable and will go out of her way to help students out on personal time. Awesome teacher!
I did not like the way she taught at all , she would get off topic all the time. I reccomend for any student that takes her to participate and to really ask questions because she confused me alot . She is not good at teaching
Discussion forum. You must participate. She is engaging with students. Very hands on and activity oriented. Different teaching style doesn't teach from book. Likes students input on how they like to learn and will incorporate those methods. Class is run like an actual govt
She is really funny and engaging with the class. Make sure to come to class prepared. Lecture, outlines on bored. Turn all of your papers and take tests online. OH and really laid back. You get a tailored learning environment and unique style of teaching that actually makes the stuff somewhat interesting
I took her Govt 2301 class this summer and it was by far the easiest A I have gotten. All you have to do is take notes and participate. She is very engaging. We as a class voted to have a midterm and final as the last 30% of our grade, multiple choice and we picked the questions! I really enjoyed the class. I would highly recommend her.
By Far the best professor I have taken. She is very willing to explain when confused and very open. I took her this summer in her evening class and I loved her! You will not regret taking her. Just take notes and be willing to engage in conversations, complete papers on time and you will be fine:) She's good at what she does!
Engaging, smart, young, professional. She is easy going and being a student makes it easier to relate to her. You learn a lot and will find somethin to luv about govt and politics even if you hated it going in.
I would not recommend this teacher I did learn anything . She goes off topic all the time and talks about other topics with students. Not a good teacher
This teacher goes off topic all the time I don't like the way she teaches and she is not organized.
She is passionate about the subject and her students. She interacts and engages student in class by allowing us to direct discussion by answering our questions individually. Her teaching methods are not traditional and you don't use the book but be prepared to talk the subject out with her during class and make sure to do the READINGS
Confusing, confusing, confusing! Unorganized!!! Had I known, I would have never taken her.
Interesting course. She does not use traditional teaching method. You learn so much more than the basics. Focuses on discussion and interaction so ask questions, participate and turn your work in. Really flexible as long as you are showing that you are doing the work.
I loved this teacher! She made it easy to understand and if you did not understand something, she would better explain it. I personally thought I wasn't good at govt but if you do the readings and pay attention, you will do well. I would definitely take her again. You will definitely learn something in her class.
She is a very helpful teacher, I recommend her. She doesn't require students to buy the book. She explains until you get the point. Overall great class.
Despite her missing some class time she would come back with information we needed to know. She was a pleasure to have in class. You do a lot online stuff then hand outs. over all do all the work and take note you will do good in class.
took her online class, it was a little confusing but she is very helpful and understanding. Do the work and you will get an A.
Took her for 5 week summer session. Will need to attend class everyday and never be late b/c she starts class on time. There are weekly online quizzes due every Sun by 11:59pm in which you have 3 attempts. Will submit current event articles with 5 sentence summary related to TX gov't. Watched movies. Made class interesting. No textbook.
she is very easy professor, although she make the class very confusing and goes off topic.
Ms. Crane is the best professor ever! Hands down the greastest professor in the state of Texas! She is the total package. I rate her at a 5 on all scales, even Hotness! Some say she can be confusing, but if you would focus on the class and not her it is an easy A. You must participate and not be shy or you just might get on her bad side. Next: Gov!
Amazing teacher, who really cares about you and will do what ever to help you succeed
TAKE HER! SHE IS AN EASY A! THE ONLINE CLASS WAS A BREEZE! TAKE HER TAKE HER!!!! SHES NICE AND HELPFUL!
She never gives you grades on assignments that were completed. Canceled classes quite often. If you feel your money earns you a B wout working for it, you should take this class. For those who really take their GPA serious & are trying to make an A. You will be disappointed. I turned in every assignment and I was given a B wout knowing why.
Awesome all around. She's passionate about her job, cares about her students and wants us to succeed. Textbook not required. She provides you with everything you need to prepare for class and assignments online. Not traditional teaching style. Class time spent doing group discussions, movies and interactive activities. We CARVED pumpkins!
Do all the work and you would denetely get an A
No textbook. Keeps class fun with in-class activities. Ask questions. She likes a class that talks and interacts with her. A lot of work, but learned a lot. By far my favorite
She's a good teacher. Not much work; however, towards the end of the semester it felt like there was a lot more work and it was graded harder. The final is hard, but if you've done all the work all through the semester you'll probably pass like me. No book. Lots of group activities, class discussions, and a couple of movies. Very fresh teaching.
I am currently taking her 5-week summer course. I knew she would be a bad professor when she didn't show up the first day of class because she had a "flat tire". Similar excuses were brought up more than once. She's always in a bad mood. Her temper is terrible. Don't take her, unless you have to.
Great class. Extremely informative. Makes you think outside of the box. Highly interactive class. Discussion and participation matter. She is flexible and extremely understanding. Will work with you as long as you ask questions. Don't be shy. You get the grade you earn
Do the work. Put in the effort. Get the grade you deserve or even want. Replies to emails fast. Will text or talk on the phone with students, if needed. Easy for students to connect with
Took her for GOVT 2305, Was GREAT, easy and learned a lot. Easy A
Great! Best prof I have ever had HCC. Don't have to buy book. Works with students and their personal schedules. You do a lot of your work online in Eagle. Classroom is laid back discussion based setting. Will answer any and all questions. Responds quickly to email
Seriously unorganized. If you are taking the online class expect chaos when in it comes to clarification. Due dates are all wrong. Half of the lessons do not work. Rarely replies to emails and if does, it's not in a timely manner. SOOOO FRUSTRATING...
Follow the syllabus and stay on task with assignments and an easy A!!
Strait forward. It's a lot of info but you learn a lot. Responds almost immediately to emails even on the weekend. Rigorous work but you worth the time and grade. Won't regret taking her
She is very confused and not organized when send email she will not respond u back
GO to class, do the online assignments take notes and you will pass. Interesting class. Very hands on and you learn a lot more than expected. GROUP and CLASS DISCUSSION MATTERS!
Do the work and stick to the schedule and you will be fine. Responds to emails and texts within 24 hours.
Took online Texas government. 3 tests. 3 quizzes. 2 current event articles. 3 one page essay assignments. Gives you all materials you need. No book needed. Responds fast to emails and answers questions with detail. Interesting and you learn a lot. Refreshing teaching style
Do the work and go to class. We completed all of our readings and work in Eagle Online even the face to face class. Tests and quizzes are taken at home online. Very helpful. Answers any questions you have, even on the weekends. Very responsive and enthusiastic. She makes you want to get involved and learn more on your own
No book. gives you all the materials you need. 3 exams, 5 quizzes, 4 current event articles, and 5 reflective writing assignments. You complete everything online, except current events. Bring to class to discuss. You learn a lot. Ask questions and make sure to participate. Challenging but you learn a lot. She makes govt interesting and easy
Class is legit hard and A lot of work but worth it. You learn a lot. She makes it clear and understandable if you take the time to ask. Follow the syllabus. She does not take late late or makeup work. No Exception !
good professor
Follow the syllabus. You learn a lot. She answers all questions until you are clear. Responds quick to email. No book she gives you everything. You learn a lot and cover a lot
I'm not used to rating professors but Professor Crane?? She is utterly amazing. Never met her before, but to me, she's an embodiment of this song "Lean on me..." You can never go wrong with her. Take her!!!
If you want an A and to learn about Federal government take her class. She doesn't require that confusing cenegbain textbook which was wonderful. I loved her class it was online, there are a lot of material in her modules but it is worth it because if you study the module you are good to go! Take her class!!
Loved! Take her! Responds fast to email. Super helpful and no book. 5 quizzes, 5 short writings, 2 current event articles, 3 tests and multiple attempts on each. You learn a lot ! Follow syllabus due dates. Not what is in eagle.
Professor Crane responded to emails right away. 3 exams with 99 questions each. Be ready to read. Hard to tell what is going to be on each exam. No books required. I once failed an assignment and she allowed me to do it over. (she said because she saw I was really trying.) Wish I would have taken this class in person instead.
5 short papers, 5 quizzes, 3 tests and 2 current event articles. She is extremely helpful. Responds to emails almost immediately. Best teacher I have had at HCC. Take her you learn a lot and get to earn the grade you want.
I took her in highschool for a college credit and I must say I was not satisfied. She basically had us learn from the books and doing the work online. Sometimes she would show up and sometimes she would just be on her phone or email. Most of the students recieved a really bad grade from her for the final so the principle had us retake it again.
I am still taking her class, so much readings are waiting for you in order to do your homework. You will need at least 6 hours a week to study this course.
There is a lot of information to cover. But it's doable. Good time management is a must to stay on top of work and complete on time. Responds fast to emails. Fair grader.
Terrible. Do not take this teacher. Hard grader and responds very late to emails. Exams are hard and some material on the exam isn't even covered.
Took Professor Crane for Government 2305 & 2306 online. Always answers her email in a timely manner. If you don't understand something, she is welling to explain it to you. 3 exams (multiple choice), 5 quizzes (multiple choice), 5 essays (not hard at all) and 2 easy news articles about politics. A+ highly recommend.
No make ups, was absent one day when there was a surprise pop quiz and I was not allowed to retake it. Would respond to emails several days or weeks later. Would not recommend taking her, would mostly want us to learn from the book. Assignments were fairly easy, also is not a tough grader.
I took this class online and it was one of the easiest class that I have ever taken. The way she has it set up makes it very easy for you to understand what assignments are coming up. She supplies you with all the reading you need and she gives you multiple attempts on each exam. Her writing assignments are also straight forward and fairly easy.
Took 3 weeks Online class with Professor Crane. The essays are a little bit confusing, had to read the instructions many times to understand what she really wanted us to do. 5 Quizzes, 2 Exams and 1 Final (very easy), 3 Essays, 2 article discussion. Be prepared to do some research. I'll definitely take her again. Great professor!!!!
I took this class online so you expect there to be a lot of reading. This professor was very organized (minus a few minor things) and responds to email quickly. Her tests and assignments are not difficult at all as long as you read. She allows you to take the tests multiple times. As long as you do everything you will get an A in the class.
As a dual credit student, I took her 5-week course in the summer. Although she requires a textbook, most answers are online. She has a clear and easy grading criteria. Easy A if you put effort and follow directions. The assignments are 3 reflective writing, 2 discussions, 5 quizzes, and 2 finals. She responds fast if you need help or have questions
This was my first online class, and it was E-A-S-Y. I wish I could take her for all my summer courses. There is work to be done, but she isn't asking for the impossible. I was still able to enjoy my summer more than ever, & Ace her class. Set little time aside, read, study, follow her instructions to the T & get your A. Easy said as done!
her class is EASY. all the exams and quizzes are found online, no book needed. 3 reflective writing and 2 discussions about current events. EASY CLASS!!!!
Shes literally the best, I did not struggle at all during these 8 weeks. 3 reflective writings and 2 current topic discussions. The quizzes and test were long but you could retake them. Do not hesitate to take her
Interesting 8wk session class. Responsive professor. Easy A if you do ALL work. Be prepared to read articles & chapters, lots of tests w/multiple tries (25 ques) mid-term (96 ques) final 100 (ques), Google quiz reviews. Lots of article research for essays requiring bibliographies/text references and discussion essays to write from current events.
TAKE HER! You will not be sorry!
she is really good and easy i'm taking 2306 i love her so much i got A for 2305 everything it was really good and when i was confuse i email her she answer me really quickly i love her sooooo much.
Took her as an hybrid course , Very Unorganized and takes FOREVER to put in grades , dont get me wrong though very nice and lenient teacher class is an easy A or B if you do your work but if you like organization do NOT take her.
I really enjoyed my govt class, read your textbook and you will do great. I was able to learn a lot by the work Ms. Crane gave us. 4 exams, 2 current event.
she is amazing took her gov class online she gave 3 tests and also do the discussions and it's an easy A. I enjoyed taking her.
Cannot stress how great of a professor this is. Please do not hesitate to take her, you will NOT be sorry!
the best
Jamey Crane is an outstanding prof. There are a few quizzes and 3 tests including 1 final that you take all online. She will give amazing feedback on essays and current event articles. All in all, if you want an A and if you want to enjoy your time without stressing yourself out, pick her.
Take this class to boost your GPA !! By far the nicest teacher at HCC very happy I read the previews reviews about Professor Crane on here they were ALL accurate .
TAKE HER CLASS! You will not regret it! I took her for Summer 1 online Government 2306 and made an A. Her discussions make Government an interesting topic! I did not purchase a textbook she provides the material and links you need to succeed. All of the quizzes and tests are online so you can pace yourself. Follow her syllabus and boost your GPA!!
I took Prof. Cranes class for 5 weeks this summer. Fantastic courseyoull learn a lot & boost your GPA. The expectations are laid out from day 1, but if you have questions shes still approachable. 3 discussion posts, 2 papers, 12 quizzes, 2 exams, & 1 final. All online, all doable. I wish I could take her for 2306!
I took Professor Crane for Government 2305 and 2306 made A in both courses . Really wish she taught other classes I need for my nursing prerequisites because she is the definition of what a real teacher should be like . Easy A class !!
Professor Jamey is really great professor. I have been taking her Texas Government class first 8 weeks online. Be ready to do homework on time and no make-ups. Then you are good.
Easy A! Just do the work and put some effort into it. You will be fine and she responds in a timely manner. Be prepared for group discussions but there fun and educational!
I am taking her online, there are a few quizzes, two writing assignments, and 2 exams. All online. You do not need the book to pass. The only reason you would not get an A in her class is if you do not do any of the work. It is do-able.
This class, basically do your work and you'll get an 100. Don't have to try too hard because all the test answers and quiz answers are on quizlet. You have 3 current event discussions and 2 reflective writings. Pretty easy class. Even if you aren't trying. Don't need to buy an textbook either.
Quiz and test answers can be found on quizlet. 3 current event discussions are easy as long as you participate. Her 2 reflective essays are doable and require little preparation. Take her if you want an easy A. No need to buy the textbook
Easy class in the summer. Just do your work and youll pass with an A!!
Easy 5 week summer class. Dont get stressed about this class. All answers found on quizlet. Dont bother buying the book. 5 papers she has you write are simple and they seemed to be graded simply on participation. Take this class and professor if you want an A.
Professor Crane is super lenient and chill. Most classes have to do with discussing current event articles. I took her hybrid class, and all quizzes, reflective writings, exams, and final are on canvas. If you want an easy course, take her!
I took her online for first 8-week course and it was great and no rush at all. She opens everything, all the assignments, quizzes, tests, essays at the beginning of the class which was great. You can organize your time and finish the work on time.
I loved taking her online class for 8 weeks. Everything was due at the end of the semester. There were 3 exam, 4 quizzes, 3 discussions, and 2 essays. She isn't a harsh grader and you don't need the book. All of the exam and quiz answers can be found on quizlet. She provides an extra credit assignment that can boost you up to a whole letter grade!
The quizzes are all online, as well as most of the exam questions. The 2 essays and 3 paragraphs you have to write aren't easy to get an A on, but a B on them will get you an A in the class. Honestly spent like 12 hours on this class the entire semester and got quite a high A. Really nice professor too, down to earth.
this lady is extra FOR NO REASON. Anytime she writes something its 10 pgs long it seems like she's trying to live up to her OBGYN husbands standards. She tries to sound smart and ends up making it more confusing than it should be. her writing prompts and rubrics are confusing. Im a science major this class is taking away from my study time.
I took Govt 2305 online with professor Jamey Crane she a easy professor, the exams and the quizzes are online the currents events article are online as well. Just do all your home works, quizzes and exams and make sure you pass them you will get and A in her class....
Very independent course. Self-paced, must be able to manage time efficiently as most things are due at the end of semester (work on them when you want). A text book would be more helpful, but I picked the zero degree course and it's still easy. She is extremely nice and very understanding.
She doesn't grade by reasonable deadlines. Took the class online and got a rambling email by way of introduction, 3-4 announcements I had to reference just to know a rough schedule & a recommendation not to buy the book (if you want to pass the quizzes you'll need it, whatever she says). Poor communication skills and poorer organization.
Jamey Crane is a good professor. In short, tests and quizzes search online or Quizlet(two attempts). Five discussions are easy, one page with double lines for each. Three papers are easy to a local student, but for international is a little bit hard, because you need to know the United States govt. Take her, easy A correct your grammar.
Professor Jamey Cran is the best professor for the GOVT-2305 class. Very easy and interesting class. I recommend her for future classes.
Good Professor. Easy course
This is a fairly easy class., all quizzes and test are you know where. The only thing I would say is her English wording is difficult to understand she does not explain things in a simple way. I would find myself overthink her writing assignments because of it but she graded my writing high 80's and I was able to pull an A
Never responded to my emails, and graded the papers right before grades were due. No reason as to why I got the grades I did, but still managed the A from the other grades. Exams were long but easy As. If you have basic knowledge of government, you should be fine.
I took the 5-wk online course. It's an easy A, but this professor is NOT good. She takes forever to email back, is super disorganized, and doesn't post any grades until all assignments are past due. I seriously emailed her multiple times asking the same question in order to get a response. I truly don't feel that I learned anything in her class.
She is the best! Does not require a textbook and has everything open at the beginning of the semester. 3 reflective writings, 3 current even articles, and 5 quizzes. A very helpful, caring, and responsible instructor. Take her and you won't regret it
Professor Crane is great. She is hands off. All assignments post with deadlines and you submit them. Its that easy. Choose this professor you will not regret it! There are online resources to get you through this class if you need help :)
this class consists of about 3-4 essays and around 2 easy discussions + quizzes (all answers are on Quizlet)
Love this professor. Just take her class if you want to pass. It was an online anytime class and all there is are three essays (2 pages min), two discussion posts and quizzes which the answers are on quizlet btw. She is really caring and responds to emails quickly.
This class is a headache. The professor is so unorganized, her instructions hardly make any sense, she takes forever to respond to emails, and takes forever to grade. When she finally does grade your work, she doesn't provide any feedback as to why she gave you the grade she did. The class is easy overall, but I would not recommend it.
her class was pretty easy, just 5 written assignments and quizzes that could be found on quizlet and only due at the end of the semester. its easy to get an A, just follow the instructions for the assignments and you'll be fine. but beware no late work is accepted, also no make up on missed assignments.
I took her mini session winter course and her assignments weren't that hard but what kinds made it difficult was the explanation of the assignment but I'm sure you can get through it. I finished all the work in only a couple of days except for one essay. But overall easy class and an easy grader.
I absolutely enjoy taking this class, I enjoyed the discussions the interactions in the assignments. Professor Crane made it very interesting if there was ever any of the government class I need it I would look to see if she was teaching any of it and I would sign up for her class first. One of the best teachers Ive ever had to take her class
She's truly a real gem. Her instructions are precise!
Although this professor grades very light shes also careless she doesnt put grades until last minute and she makes pointless mistakes majority of the time.
Took the class "online anytime". DO THE WORK AND YOU WILL PASS. 9 quizzes(easy grade), 2 discussions (easy grade) and 3 reflective writing(graded hard).
This class was didn't really challenge me, The way the grading and class were set up seemed super unorganized. The lectures were open source so everyone participates and debates current issues in texas. I just wish the papers were over more relevant issues throughout the state of texas and not from 15+ years ago. Easy A take this professor!
Honestly an easy online class so Id recommend taking it, but if youre a gov/history major maybe take a bit more challenging professor. Mostly just discussions and writing assignments. Wouldve liked faster grading but I did like that she checked up on our class from time to time.
I took her for texas government and now I'm really wishing I would've taken her again for federal government instead of the professor I chose. Alas hindsight is 20/20. The only negative thing i can say is her instructions on the essays are long winded and not always clear. But other than that, this class is easy!
There is nothing negative I can say about Professor Crane. She is awesome! I went into the class worried I would struggle, but it was the total opposite. She knows Government is boring, so she tries to make it as fun as possible. If you want a more challenging class, don't take her. If you want an easy A or B, take her class. You won't regret it.
I took her class for the 3week summer course. I finished all her work in one day. Easiest class ever. Easy A. She has a lot of instructions which makes it hard to understand, but just watch the videos and do the work you should be fine. she gives 100 just turn in the work.
This class is easy A. There are tons of assignments posted online, but you have to complete only few (which you find easy). You just have to turn in the assignment for a 100. If you want an essay A, this class is for you! She posts a lot of announcements, for the students to understand better.
The best professor out there! Seriously!! Easy class. Manly discussions 250-300 word counts. Every loving, funny, inspirational and understanding!
Professor Crane wasn't terrible but what really threw me off was her lack of communication with students. She never once put in a single grade the whole semester. Luckily I still ended up with an A. It also felt like an english class as everything was written. About 6 one page essays and mainly 250 word discussions with a reply back of 150 words.
Great Prof. Her response turn around time is the speedy Gonzales. Easier to communicate with her via text, but she is extremely responsiveness over email and always available for a phone conversation when requested by a student. A lot of writing but it is truly an educational experience that you build upon and not just memorizing to take a test
Would respond during to e-mails and even texts at early enough hours that assignments wouldn't be late, if you waited to the last minute to ask her for help. Always ready to chat and work issues our to benefit the student's learning. Paper Heavy, but easy because they are all opinion based open source prompts with guided instructional resources
Online only mini class was easily doable as long as you are ready to write, a lot. She adjusted the requirements for the session but only after the first week when many of us had already done most of the work. it's easy but no grades til end so no clue how you are doing. she's friendly. text her over email. she doesn't respond to email.
Hilarious professor. She made learning entertaining and fun. Her excitement for the course made me excited to learn. Gives a student learning survey day 1 and posts announcements personal and course related thoughts to connect with students and class. Love her. You learn so much more than just government and politics
Professor Crane is an open book, don't get discouraged by how much she has to say. She is amazing, easy grader, do all of your work and you'll pass. The work isn't hard either! TAKE HER!! I would take her again and again and again!
I took this as a ftf class. She is a really good teacher. Her assignments are easy and majority can be done before she starts teaching. All assignments are essay based. Follow the prompt and you will do well. There are 16 assignments, 11 are due at the end of the semester while the others have other due dates throughout the class. Easy class!
I am unsure why Professor Crane has bad reviews in the first place. She is good at what she does, teaching. If you like writing and you are good at it, this class is for you. I highly recommend taking her class. I am definitely taking her class again for Govt 2306.
this class gave me a headache because of her poor instructions. in the instructions of every assignment, they would differ from the instructions given in the syllabus so most students never knew what to actually do for the assignment. she also rambles on and speaks in run-on sentences. easy grader tho
I'd say overall the class is on the easier side if you like to write. There's a fair amount of discussion posts, watch videos, and write easy essays based on opinions. One difficulty I had was understanding the criteria for each assignment, and mixing up the wording. If you do have questions, she does respond quickly to emails. Grading is not harsh
Professor Crane was an amazing instructor. I am convinced that the students who left bad reviews are the ones who are lazy and uninterested to put in effort to do their work. Assignments are so easy to the point where you can even start working on them before the class start. You do not even need her lectures to begin to be honest.
Great professor that I would highly recommend. A lot of work (summer online), however, it was all easy work. A lot of essays but again EASY WORK. Great professor!
Very disorganized modules. Way too much stuff typed out on each page of reading/assignments. Assignment criteria are unclear and contradictory. She seems to really care; I really like that she tried to let me share the more human side of myself on assignments while balancing that with educational requirements. She reminds me of myself.
Great professor. Light workload and most assignments were broad, allowing you to pick exactly what you wanted to talk about. I learned and got an easy 3 credits for it. She is super accessible via email. I wrote 2,000-3,000 thousands words because all the assignments are writing based, but she doesn't grade very hard about grammar and spelling.
Took this class over the summer, very straightforward with online anytime and assignments all due at once. The rubric is very clear about which assignments you must do for full credit and which ones you can decide to skip, giving you freedom in what tasks or projects you'd like to do. Easy A overall, and I would highly recommend!
Super disorganized, holy. Modules are a nightmare. Seems like a nice and empathetic person who really cares about her job.
Overall, the class is relatively easy , consist of reading and no tests. Most assignments are of discussion posts. My only problem is that nothing is graded until the final deadline at the end of the semester, which is typical for an online, anytime course. This made it difficult to accurately assess my current standing in the class.
Very easy. My class with her was self -paced class with no due dates until the end of semester. Very bad about grading submitted assignments.
I will take that professor again, she teaches well and she is hilarious.
Professor Crane is one of the top professors I have had so far, clear instructions with lots of resources and time to complete work. taking her again for spring semester cant wait. everything you're looking for an online anytime class.
