He is a good professor. Very clear. Knows the subject matter. He explains the course content very well and has a really funny sense of humor. Making an "A" was not a problem for anyone in the class!

He is really nice and supper easy. Just do all assignment on myitlab and eagleonline. You can come to class and finish all assignment for 1 day due. If you ask him for move the due day, he will do that. I'm taking second start but I did not feel too much stuff to do. Overall, go heat and take him. You never regret..I got an A easily.

Very thorough & helpful. I took the 8-week class & it was a lot, but if you have the basics then you're learning new things. Keep up with the labs & you're good.

The best teacher ever! He is very easy. My friend recommended him for me. I took him the 8 weeks section class. I got an A. He is very nice. If you cannot finish assignment on due day, you can ask him to move the due day back. Actually, you do not have to take too much time for this class because all assignment you can finish in class time.

Do the homework and quizzes, read the slides and it's no h hard. He's really flexible on homework due dates. I got an A in his C++ II class.

I took his Computer Programming Fundamental I class on Tuesday evening. He explains everything clearly and answers everything you ask. There are only 5 or 6 programming projects and quizzes. Easy A

Took this class online, If you have never looked into coding or C++ I suggest you take the course on campus. It's a self learning class, easy for those with experience. I did well until the end of the semester. ended up with a C but thinking of retaking the class because I do not feel prepared for the next level. Gives enough time for projects.

Do not take his class for elective. I found programming in C# hard.

You got work hard. Your grade is what you earned.

I asked for an 'A' but I earned a 'C' grade. He would answer your questions in C# but you got to try the programming project assignments. He makes the programming project assignments similar to class work. Lots of class hands on but I had hard time understanding computer programming. I will change my major.

Its an Easy A, his exams are pretty much from the quizzes and quizzes are open book and open internet

I took programming class from him. You can't learn programming from someone. Programming wants self study to learn. Professor just can show the basics, not the whole things. So he is helpful if you need something, answering emails, and trying to give you a more point. Easy class, if you want to learn you need STUDY BY YOURSELF.

best teacher ever

All homework is completed in class, never taken work home. Prof stays late to help students, suggests tutoring (which is helpful), and repeats things as many times as you want him to. We had a ridiculously slow girl in our class but he is so patient, she got an A too.

Was a really good teacher and knowledgable. Knew what he was doing. Tries not to give homework-so he gives time in class.

First compSci class I actually enjoyed. He helped explain material better during and outside lectures. Assignments were mostly editing code he posted on blackboard, so if you already know the basics, final grade is almost guaranteed A. or B+ in my case.

The class was easy, most of it is textbook learning (the textbook is good though so whatever). Homework is simple. He used his C++ final for our C# class without saying anything, which was kind of dumb. Otherwise he was responsive and answered questions fairly quickly.

Knowledgeable.

This professor is lazy in a good way. If you can already program/don't particularly care about spending time on this(prog 3) class, this professor is an autopick. The assignments are quick to do and open at semester start. Those of you complaining about "teaching your self". STEM profs are usually terrible lecturers, this class isn't an exception.

Highly recommend taking him, It was an easy A class. Exams are all open notes including the final. However, don't take him in core classes like Program Fund 123 because his way of teaching may be confusing. Cosc 2425 then is a must-take. He makes this difficult course easy and the knowledge you learn from this class hardly used for higher courses.
