really do not expect to learn a lot in this class. you will literally be expected to read the book to do well on the exams of 60+ questions! because she does not teach much so many films. I had maybe 10 pages of notes from the semester and they were irrelevant. her tests are in depth but she hardly skims through concepts. First B i have received.

Great teacher. Taken her for more then 1 of her HIST classes. My favorite college teacher by far. Gives you keywords for you to study for tests. If you take notes and pay attention to her lectures the class is easy.

Fantastic professor. By far the best lecturer I've had. There isn't a lot of homework and what there is is very easy. She allows two pages (front & back) of notes on the tests, so as long as you write everything down, they're incredibly easy.

Horrible teacher. She makes absolutely no sense. Tests don't even match the notes or book. She said mostly everyone did bad on her tests. She puts trick questions on them and during practice test she doesn't even know the answers herself so she'll say there "Both A and C sound good, so there both right."

Overall a great prof, she really knows her history facts. She doesnt make you memorize dates and for tests you get 4 full pages of notes and quizzes, you get 2. We watched alot of videos, but they are easy points. Reading the book is a must to do well on the tests though. I would take again.

For the most part, if you show up and focus in class (ask questions when needed, take notes from verbal discussion too) you'll be ok in class. Read the book, I know doesn't sound fun, but just take short notes of chapters from the book and you'll be good in the class. Just don't slack off. She is helpful, just ask her. She tries to make it fun.

She is a very nice and funny person, but I do not like her as my professor. she has verbal lectures, and they can be messy and confusing. Even when she writes things on the board they are not straight forward. However, if you read the book you will be fine on the test. You get easy A's on assignments just as long as you go to class everyday.

She is an awesome professor, who expects the student to do the reading. If you read the content, and show up to class you will do well. I wish I could take another of her classes. She is a real gem.

This woman is amazing. Her lectures are concise, the tests do actually match the reading, and she does not put trick questions in her tests. I honestly dont know where people are coming up with this stuff. Do the reading, youll pass. Dont do the reading, you wont. Its simple, really.
